  The study aimed to identify the degree of administrative transparency and its impediments among male and female principals of intellectual education institutes in Riyadh and to determine if there were statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample according to the following variables (gender, qualification, and experience). The study was based on the analytical descriptive approach, and the Questionnaire as a tool. Questionnaire consisted of (48) paragraphs, which were distributed to the study population composed of all the teachers of intellectual education institutes in Riyadh with a total number of 269.The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing administrative transparency among principals of intellectual education institutes in Riyadh is low with an average of (2.57 of 5) and that the obstacles of practicing administrative transparency are very high with an average of 4.32 of 5. The study revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 and less in the trends of the study items on the dimensions of administrative transparency according to the following variables (gender, qualification and experience).The study revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the study items trends regarding the obstacles of administrative transparency according to the variables (experience, qualification) while the results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences in the study items trends regarding the obstacles of administrative transparency (gender). The test showed differences in favor of male teachers. In the light of the results, the study presents a set of recommendations that emphasize the involvement of both teachers and principals in decision making and proposals.

  This study aimed to identify the most important obstacles to the teaching of gifted students from the point of view of teachers in the middle and high school of gifted in Jeddah، namely (educational obstacles، self-obstacles، social obstacles، administrative obstacles)، and the impact of study variables gender، For the teacher، the descriptive approach was used، and a questionnaire was developed to collect the data. The study population consists of all 70 gifted teachers in Jeddah's intermediate and secondary schools. A random sample of(70). The results of the study showed that the most important obstacles are the lack of special curricula for gifted students، the neglect of the school for the creations produced by the students، the lack of consideration of the assessment tools for the personality aspects of the learner، and the obstacles to the teaching methods of gifted students came in a medium degree and an average score of (3.31) And the results of the study showed that the obstacles of teaching talented students to the field of evaluation methods to teach talented students came in a medium and an average score of (3.39). The results of the study also showed that the obstacles of teaching talented students to the field of teaching tools The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the estimates of the sample of the study to the extent of the obstacles of teaching gifted students from the point of view of the teachers in the middle and secondary school in Jeddah، due to the gender variable، and the lack of Differences attributed to the variable of scientific qualification and years of experience.

This study aimed at identifying the use of laissez-faire style in classroom management by teachers of learning disabilities in English language in the light of some variables. The study population consisted of all (60) teachers in the upper basic stage in Irbid Governorate. The study sample consisted of (30) male and female teachers. The study used the descriptive approach and developed a questionnaire as an instrument to collect data. The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences for the use of laissez-faire style due to the gender variable based on the calculated (t) value of (4.14), and the differences were in favor of males, as evidenced by their high mean score.  The mean score for the responses of males teachers was (2.14), and for female teachers (1,83).

The study aimed to identify the educational competencies of male and female teachers of physical education in the northwestern Badia. The study sample consisted of (87) male and female teachers. The researcher used the descriptive approach to its suitability for the study. For educational competencies, the results showed that the degree of male and female teachers' acquisition of educational competencies was medium with an average of (3.22), according to the following order: implementation competencies with an average of (3.38), teaching strategies competencies with an average of (3.27), evaluation competencies with an average of (3.24), Planning arithmetic mean suspicious deaths (3.12). The results also showed statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) between the arithmetic averages from the point of view of male and female teachers due to the variable of years of experience and for the benefit of the longest experience, and in light of the results the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, most notably: Holding training courses for teachers that would be interested in preparing them In practice, they possess the necessary skills to teach physical education curricula.

The study aimed to identify the reality of crisis management in the University of Islamic Sciences from the students' point of view, and the study relied on the descriptive approach, and the study population consisted of (3500) male and female students admitted to the university, and the study sample reached (373) male and female students, who were chosen In a random way, the results showed that the average dimensions of the reality of crisis management, respectively: the reality of crisis management after its occurrence, with an average of (3.65), then the reality of crisis management before its occurrence, with an average of (3.56), and finally the reality of crisis management during its occurrence, with an average of (3.10), The results also showed the absence of statistically significant differences for the gender variable, and the presence of statistically significant differences for the variable of the academic level in favor of doctoral students, and in light of the results of the study, it recommends the necessity of holding counseling programs and workshops and giving educational lectures by the university for the direction of crises and how Dealing with it, providing a trained and qualified private team at the university for crisis management.

This study aimed at identifying the degree of morale among teachers of learning disabilities in English language in Irbid governorate from the teachers' point of view. The study used the descriptive approach and developed a questionnaire as an instrument of the study. The study sample included (30) male and female teachers. The questionnaire was administered to the sample after verifying its validity and reliability. The instrument's stability coefficient was (95%). The results of the study showed that the teachers' morale levels were moderate. The study recommended providing more training and incentives to teachers to boost their morale, which will have an impact on their performance

This study aimed at identifying the degree of practicing the skills of creative reading by the teachers of Arabic Language in Ramtha District schools. The sample of the study, which consisted of (177) male and female teachers, was selected by the random stratified method from the study population at primary and secondary schools in the Directorate of Education of Ramtha District during the second semester of (2019/ 2018). A questionnaire, consisting of (35) statements, was developed. It covered four areas: (reading fluency, reading originality, reading flexibility and extensive reading). The results of the study showed that the degree of practice by teachers of Arabic Language in the schools of Ramtha District was medium in all areas. There were statistically significant differences in all areas and the questionnaire as a whole attributed to the gender variable in favour of male teachers, except reading flexibility. There were also statistically significant differences in all areas and the questionnaire as a whole attributed to the variable of years of experience in favour of (10 – 6) years and (11) years and above, except reading flexibility and extensive reading. This study aimed at identifying the work pressures among teachers of learning disabilities in English language in Irbid governorate from their point of view. The total number of the study population was (60) male and female teachers, while the study sample included (30) male and female teachers. To collect the study information, the researcher developed a questionnaire to reveal the level of work stress among male and female teachers, and it included (40) items. The study found that there are pressures at work for teachers of LDs in English language. These pressures are the poor achievement of some students, large financial obligations for teachers, poor standards used to promote teachers, the large number of lessons taught by the teacher per week, daily planning, and overcrowding of students in class. The study recommended holding training courses for teachers in the private sector, similar to their colleagues in other sectors, to improve the educational process, and so that teachers can keep pace with the rapid scientific and technological development that the world is witnessing around them

This paper aimed to identify how biology male and female teachers possessprofessional biology standards from their supervisors' point of View. The population and sample included all male and female supervisors in all educational districts in Saudi Arabia (N=262). Only 208 of them responded; and 32 of this number were excluded since they did not provide their specialization or they were not specialized in biology. The data was collected through a questionnaire constructing based on the standards and indicators included in the Professional Biology Standards for Biology teachers developed by the National Center for Assessment in Higher Education (Qias, 1434). The result indicated a high possession for the standards for male and female biology teachers; however, as individual standard, the result indicated that three of them had very high possession, four of them had high possession, and four of them had moderated possession. It also indicated higher possession for standards related to biology comparing with standards related to teaching. It was found also that there were significant differences between the responses of males and females supervisors in the total mean and on the means of six out of the eleven standards.

This study aimed at defining the role of educational media in promoting the values of citizenship among students of secondary schools in Zarqa Education Directorate II from viewpoint of their teachers.The study used a descriptive approach. A questionnaire was developed, consisting of 30 paragraphs, which evaluated the role of educational media in promoting the values of citizenship among students of secondary schoolsin Zarqa Education Directorate II from viewpoint of their teachers. The validity and reliability of the study's tool have been verified. The sample of the study consisted of the schools' teachers of Zarqa Education Directorate II.They were 250 male and female teachers for the academic year 2016-2017 selected from among the schools of Zarqa Education Directorate II.The results of the study were as follows:-          The role of educational media in promoting the values of citizenship among the students of secondary schools in Zarqa Education Directorate II from the viewpoint of their teachers.-          In favor of females, there were statistically significance differences in the role of educational media in promoting the values of citizenship among the students of secondary schools from the viewpoint of their teachers due to gender variable.-          In favor of females, there were statistically significant differences in promoting of the values of citizenship among students of secondary schools in Zarqa Education Directorate II from the viewpoint of their teachers attributed to specialization variable.-          There were no statistically significant differences due to experience variable.The study recommended achieving the goal of education through the institutions of the Ministry of Education by educational media, and activating the role of educational media to develop the values of citizenship among the students of secondary schools.

The study aimed at investigating the level of the social intelligence among the male and female principals in TafilaGovernorate from the teachers views and its relationship with creative behavior.The sample consisted of 190 male and female teachers chosen randomly. For achieving the goals of the study, theresearchers developed two instruments, the first one was for social intelligence including 29 items, and the secondone was for creative behavior including 22 items distributed on five domains: flexibility, originality, fluency,sensitivity to problems, and risk acceptance.The results indicated that the level of social intelligence of principals was mid, and for creative behavior as well. Theresults also showed that there is a statistically significance positive correlative relationship between socialintelligence and creative behavior.
