  This study aimed to identify the most important obstacles to the teaching of gifted students from the point of view of teachers in the middle and high school of gifted in Jeddah، namely (educational obstacles، self-obstacles، social obstacles، administrative obstacles)، and the impact of study variables gender، For the teacher، the descriptive approach was used، and a questionnaire was developed to collect the data. The study population consists of all 70 gifted teachers in Jeddah's intermediate and secondary schools. A random sample of(70). The results of the study showed that the most important obstacles are the lack of special curricula for gifted students، the neglect of the school for the creations produced by the students، the lack of consideration of the assessment tools for the personality aspects of the learner، and the obstacles to the teaching methods of gifted students came in a medium degree and an average score of (3.31) And the results of the study showed that the obstacles of teaching talented students to the field of evaluation methods to teach talented students came in a medium and an average score of (3.39). The results of the study also showed that the obstacles of teaching talented students to the field of teaching tools The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the estimates of the sample of the study to the extent of the obstacles of teaching gifted students from the point of view of the teachers in the middle and secondary school in Jeddah، due to the gender variable، and the lack of Differences attributed to the variable of scientific qualification and years of experience.

This study aimed to identify the qualitative competencies of teachers and teachers of gifted students in Jeddah from their point of view and to indicate the extent of these competencies according to the variables of the study: gender, scientific qualification and years of experience. We have used the descriptive approach, as a questionnaire was developed to collect data, verified its validity and stability in the appropriate educational and statistical methods, and the value of the stability factor, Kronbach Alpha, (0.75). The study population is composed of all teachers and teachers of the gifted students in the schools of Jeddah city (70) teachers and teachers, a random sample was selected (40%). The results of the study showed that the qualitative competencies of teachers and teachers of gifted students came in a medium and an average score of (3.31) according to the Likert quintile scale. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the estimations of the sample of the study of the qualitative competencies of teachers and gifted students in Jeddah For the sex variable, and the absence of differences attributed to the variable of scientific qualification, and years of experience.


ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الإدارة المرئية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من وجهة نظر العاملين في شركة بشير السكسك وشركاه. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين الإداريين في الشركة الفرع الرئيس بمحافظة غزة والبالغ عددهم (68) عاملاً، واستخدم الباحثان أسلوب المسح الشامل، والاستبانة كأداة للدراسة. وتم استرداد (50) استبانة صالحة بنسبة استرداد (73.5%). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك أثراً ذا دلالة إحصائية بين الإدارة المرئية (المتغير الثابت، استراتيجية وضع قواعد العمل، استراتيجية التطهير/ التشخيص) والتنمية المستدامة، وأن (استراتيجية القضاء على الهدر) كان تأثيرها ضعيفاً أي أنها لا تؤثر في التنمية المستدامة. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الحد من العقبات التي تضعف من إمكانية تطبيق استراتيجيات الإدارة المرئية في المصنع من أجل تعزيز التنمية المستدامة وتحقيق التقدم في جميع المجالات. والإسهام في برامج عربية لمحاربة الفقر وتخفيف مستوى البطالة، وتعزيز فرص التشغيل في المجتمع بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة، وتنمية وتطوير مشاركة المجتمع على الصعيدين الوطني والإقليمي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإدارة المرئية، التنمية المستدامة، التنمية الاقتصادية، التنمية البيئية، شركة بشير السكسك. Abstract The aim of this study is to identify the impact of visual management on achieving a sustainable development from the point of view of the employees at Basheer Alseksak & his Partners’ Company. To reach to the wanted aim, the descriptive approach has been used. The study population consists of the (68) administrative workers at the company’s main branch at Gaza city. The researchers have used the comprehensive survey and a questionnaire as the tools of the study. Fifty (50) valid refunds have been recovered (73.5%). The results of the study have showed that there is a statistically significant effect between the visual management (the fixed variable, the strategy of developing the rules of working, the cleansing strategy / diagnosis) and the sustainable development. In addition, it has showed that the strategy of eliminating the waste has a weak effect, i.e., it does not affect the sustainable development. The study has firstly recommended the need to reduce the obstacles that impair the possibility of implementing the visual management strategies in the plant. This step would promote the sustainable development and progress in all areas. Secondly, the contribution at Arab programs to combat the poverty, reduce the level of unemployment, and enhance some employment opportunities at the community in coordination with the relevant parties. Finally, the development and enhancement of the participation in the community at the national and regional levels.   The study aimed to identify the degree of administrative transparency and its impediments among male and female principals of intellectual education institutes in Riyadh and to determine if there were statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample according to the following variables (gender, qualification, and experience). The study was based on the analytical descriptive approach, and the Questionnaire as a tool. Questionnaire consisted of (48) paragraphs, which were distributed to the study population composed of all the teachers of intellectual education institutes in Riyadh with a total number of 269.The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing administrative transparency among principals of intellectual education institutes in Riyadh is low with an average of (2.57 of 5) and that the obstacles of practicing administrative transparency are very high with an average of 4.32 of 5. The study revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 and less in the trends of the study items on the dimensions of administrative transparency according to the following variables (gender, qualification and experience).The study revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the study items trends regarding the obstacles of administrative transparency according to the variables (experience, qualification) while the results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences in the study items trends regarding the obstacles of administrative transparency (gender). The test showed differences in favor of male teachers. In the light of the results, the study presents a set of recommendations that emphasize the involvement of both teachers and principals in decision making and proposals.

  The present study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the professional development of the female advisor of students in improving the performance of female students (academic) and educational behavioral from the point of view of female teachers. The study population consisted of all teachers and administrative employees in the fourth secondary school in Najran region in Saudi Arabia in addition to the educational supervisors. A survey sample was taken due to the small and limited size of the community, To achieve the purpose of the study, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach and the researcher prepared a questionnaire as a tool for the study, It consisted of two parts, one to find out the effectiveness of the professional development of the student guide, and the other to identify the impact of this effectiveness in improving the level of students, In addition to a set of statistical methods including arithmetic averages, standard deviation and others. The results showed that (69.9%) of the respondents' responses indicated that professional development was high, and that (73.9%) of respondents said that professional development contributes significantly and effectively to improve the performance of students, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences on the level of effectiveness of the professional development of students' counselor in improving the performance of students. The most prominent recommendations rely in the preparation of the developmental and development programs for students' counselor which contribute to raise and improve the level of students' performance, follow-up and evaluation of the programs that have been implemented in addition to taking notes and feedback in this regard as well as the need to involve the target group of training (student counselor) in the design and construction of training and developmental programs.

The objective of the current research is to measure the impact of e-Assessment Tools used in the Blackboard system in academic achievement and motivation towards learning among pre service kindergarten female teachers in Turaif. To achieve this objective, the researcher used the descriptive approach which is suitable for measuring this objective, where an electronic questionnaire was designed using Google forms for easy access to the largest number of pre service kindergarten female teachers in Turaif to answer the questionnaire questions. The questionnaire consisted of three axes, namely the use of the Blackboard system in promotion of academic achievement. The axis of obstacles to the use of the Blackboard system, and the third axis deal with motivation of students towards learning using the Blackboard system. The sample of the research consisted of (407) pre service kindergarten female teachers, Turaif, of different study levels and scientific and literary disciplines, where the study results showed the effectiveness of the Blackboard system in the academic achievement and motivation towards learning among students.

ABSTRACT   Free sex is a relationship that is done by men and women without matrimony. Various forms of sexual behavior, such as intimate dating, courtship, to have sexual contact. Factors associated with sex behavior among others, is the lack of knowledge about free sex, free sex impact, forms of promiscuity, perversion LGBT, and disease-free sex. This study design is the technique of sampling using quantitative indirectly using a questionnaire tools shaped questionnaires. Be knew overview of students' knowledge about sex in high school / vocational Lubuk Linggau Year 2016. The study population was high school class XII students in schools in the city Lubuklingga 2016. The sample in this study is the high school class XII students in 9 schools there in Lubuklinggau of 167 people. Results of univariate analysis showed respondent knowledge about free sex amounted to 48 people (28,74%), students with sufficient knowledge of 54 people (32,33%), and students with less knowledge of 65 people (38, 93%). Students with a good knowledge about the impact of free sex amounted to 57 (34,13%), students with sufficient knowledge of 69 people (41,31%), and students with less knowledge 41 (24,56%). Students with a good knowledge about the form of free sex amounted to 58 students (34,73%), students with sufficient knowledge totaled 49 peoples (29,34%), and students with less knowledge of 60 people (35,93%). Students with a good knowledge about LGBT amounted to 54 (32,34%), students with sufficient knowledge amounted to 68 peoples (40.71%), and students with less knowledge amounted 45 peoples (26,95%). Students with a good knowledge about the disease free sex amounted to 22 peoples (13,17%), students with sufficient knowledge of 39 peoples (23,35%), and students with less knowledge amounted to 106 peoples (63,48%).     ABSTRAK   Seks bebas merupakan hubungan yang dilakukan oleh laki-laki dan perempuan tanpa adanya ikatan perkawinan. Berbagai bentuk tingkah laku seksual, seperti berkencan intim, bercumbu, sampai melakukan kontak seksual. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku seks bebas antara lain adalah kurangnya pengetahuan tentang seks bebas, dampak seks bebas, bentuk-bentuk seks bebas, penyimpangan LGBT, dan penyakit seks bebas. Desain penelitian ini adalah teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik kuantitatif yaitu secara tidak langsung menggunakan alat bantu angket berbentuk kuisener. Di ketahuinya gambaran pengetahuan siswa tentang seks bebas di SMA/SMK Kota Lubuk Linggau Tahun 2016. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMA di sekolah yang ada di Kota Lubuklingga tahun 2016. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMA di 9 sekolah yang ada di Kota Lubuklinggau yang berjumlah 167 orang. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukan respondent pengetahuan tentang seks bebas berjumlah 48 orang (28,74%), siswa dengan pengetahuan cukup 54 orang (32,33%), dan siswa dengan pengetahuan kurang 65 orang (38,93%). Siswa dengan  pengetahuan baik tentang LGBT berjumlah 54 orang (32,34%), siswa dengan pengetahuan cukup berjumlah 68 orang (40,71%), dan siswa dengan  pengetahuan kurang berjumlah 45orang (26,95%). Siswa dengan pengetahuan baik tentang penyakit seks bebas berjumlah 22 orang (13,17%), siswa dengan pengetahuan cukup 39 orang (23,35%), dan siswa dengan pengetahuan kurang berjumlah 106 orang (63,48%).

Background/Aim. Acne is a common problem in adolescent children with considerable emotional and psychological effects. The aim of this study was to determine the self-reported prevalence of acne and to assess its impact on the quality of life in high school pupils in Serbia. Methods. The cross-sectional study was conducted in May 2011 in two medical high schools in Serbia. Only pupils who gave a written informed consent to participate in the study (n = 440) were asked to fill in two questionnaires: short demographic questionnaire and Cardiff Acne Disability Index (CADI), a disease-specific questionnaire measuring disability induced by acne. Internal consistency (tested by Cronbach?s alpha) and item-total score correlations (Spearman's correlation analysis) were used for reliability analyses. Results. The study population consisted of 440 pupils, 281 from Belgrade and 159 from Uzice. Among them 371 (84.3%) were girls and 69 (15.7%) boys, with similar sex distribution in Belgrade and Uzice. The total mean age of pupils was 16.48 years (SD = 0.55). Out of 440 pupils 228 (51.8%) self-reported their acne. The acne prevalence was significantly higher in pupils from Uzice (73.6%) than in those from Belgrade (39.6%). The overall mean CADI score for the whole sample was 2.87 ? 2.74, with the similar quality of life impairment in adolescents from Belgrade and from Uzice. The mean Cronbach?s alpha was 0.82. Conclusion. This study shows that the quality of life impairment due to acne is mild for the majority of the affected pupils. The Serbian version of the CADI is a reliable, valid, and valuable tool for assessing the impact of acne on the quality of life.

The aim of this study is to understand the importance of kindergarten institutions in achieving integrated education for pre-school children. The researcher used the descriptive approach. The study population consisted of all the principals and educators of kindergartens in Salfit Governorate. The study sample included the entire study population of (120) director and educator. The researcher used the statistical program for social sciences (SPSS) to process the data statistically. The results showed that the percentage of achievement of kindergarten institutions in Salfit governorate for integrated education reached (68%) in terms of specifications of buildings, sites and facilities to help achieve the integrated education of the preschool child. The study also showed that 98% of the activities carried out within kindergartens help pre-school children to grow properly in various aspects of physical, mental and emotional development, thus achieving integrated education. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α 0.05 0.05) for the importance of kindergartens in achieving the integrated education of pre-school children from the point of view of the principals and educators of the kindergartens in Salfit governorate for the fields (building, location, facilities, activities) Paragraphs attributed to the variables of nature of work and scientific qualification.

This study came with several objectives, most notably to discuss the impact of leadership features in the development of organizational citizenship behavior, from the point of view of employees in The General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection in Jeddah Province. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical method, to conduct this study, in addition to using the questionnaire as a main tool to collect data from the study sample individuals. The study population consisted of 800 employees in The General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection in Jeddah Province. A simple random sample of 260 employees from The General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection in Jeddah Province. The study reached several important results, the most important of which were: There is a statistically significant effect at the level (α ≤ 0.05) of the traits (social- behavioral- personal- professional) of the leader individually, on developing organizational citizenship behavior in its various dimensions (Altruism, graces and sweetness, living conscience) of staff of the General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection in Jeddah Province, Where the coefficient of multiple correlation between the axis of leadership Traits in its different dimensions, and the axis of organizational citizenship behavior in its various dimensions 0.718. In light of the results of the study, the study reached several recommendations as follows: Increased interest in studying the results of the impact of leadership traits in developing organizational citizenship behavior In its various dimensions of staff of the General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection in Jeddah Province, and evaluated in order to allow the field to improve the career work within the authority, and these are a positive effect in reducing the rates of occupational leakage.

The 21st-Century skills are skills that must be possessed by students to compete in the era of globalization. The provisioning of these skills to students can go through the physics learning process at school. Introduction, Connection, Application, Reflection, and Extension (ICARE) learning model is one of the learning models that can be applied in Physics learning in high school to train students' skills in critical thinking, creative thinking, communication, and collaboration. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of communication and collaboration skills of students after applying the ICARE learning model. The research method used was quasi-experimental with a single-group interrupted time series design. The sample were high school students in one of the Karawang districts, consisting of 12 male students and 15 female students. During the learning activities, students will be given a worksheet with several different questions each meeting tailored to the material being studied, and the answer will be used as a source for analyzing their written communication skills. These questions lead students to be able to communicate the results of their experiments following scientific principles. Experimental activities conducted by students will be analyzed to measure their collaborative skills, and students' presentations will be used to measure their oral communication skills. The improvement of those three aspects was analyzed at each meeting. The results showed that the implementation of learning using the ICARE approach was able to improve the ability of students to collaborate with an average score of 7.87 at the first meeting to 15.93 at the second meeting. While the communication, especially report-writing skills of students, increased from the average of1.53 at the first meeting to 3.6 at the second meeting. The aspect of making presentation material increased from 1.67 to 3.17, and the aspect of oral presentation increased from 1.53 to 3.53 at the second meeting. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that students' communication and collaboration skills improve after the ICARE learning model implemented
