Систематизированы принципы природосообразности, индивидуализации, диверсификации, которые способствуют обновлению и здоровьесбережению образования. Актуализируется создание здоровьесберегающей образовательной среды с целью формирования здоровой личности. The methodological aspects of biological and ecological-valeological education in the content of professional training of future teachers are grounded. The principles of conformity to nature, individualization, diversification, which contribute to the renewal and health-preservation of education, have been systematized. The creation of a health-preserving educational environment is actualized in order to form a healthy personality.

The article outlines the relevance of the introduction of inclusive education in the system of education of Ukraine whose success depends on the organizational and pedagogical and corrective and developmental school conditions, flexibly oriented on the individual characteristics of each child and qualitative training of future teachers to professional activities in the conditions of inclusive education. Separate aspects of professional training of future teachers in institutions of higher pedagogical education in conditions of inclusive education are presented. In particular, attention is focused on the peculiarities of organizing the process of training future educators in professional activities in the inclusive environment of institutions of general secondary education, which are that the professionalization of students takes place in the form of penetration of external (the influence of the educational environment and the participants of the educational process) into the internal (assignment of values Inclusive education and acquisition of relevant competence), from the remote space (social meaning of inclusion) in the approximate (personal meaning and Inclusion experience). In accordance with the principle of continuity, the stages of organizing the process of preparation of future teachers to professional activity in conditions of inclusive education (motivational-value, theoretical and practical and simulation-reflexive) are determined and substantiated. Evaluating the efforts of scientists in the highlighted issues, we note that the organization of the process of professional pedagogical training of teachers to work in an inclusive educational environment requires the substantiation of the relevant pedagogical conditions, which is a prospect of further scientific search.

The article is based on a review of scientific and methodological literature, it analyzes the existing models of future teachers’ professional training for tutoring. The aim of the article is to design a model of future teachers’ professional training for tutoring in the information and educational environment of the institution of higher education. As a result of scientific analysis, carried out on the basis of a systematic approach, theory and practice of tutoring, training for tutoring in Ukraine and abroad, the components of training for tutoring have been identified (target, philosophical, theoretical-methodological, informative-processual, criteria-evaluative, resultative). Each component of the designed model has its implementation in the information and educational environment. This model is a set of information and communication technologies (distance learning technologies, general purpose ICT and ICT for tutoring support), which are integrated into the educational process.

The article reveals significant aspects of the development of the professional potential of future educators. The main features of the professional readiness of future educators of preschool education institutions to pedagogical activity are highlighted. The essence of such concepts as “professionalism”, “potential”, “creative potential”, and “professional potential” are described. The author pays attention to adverse factors, which block the professional potential of future teachers: low social status in the team; inner anxiety and lack of confidence; authoritarian style of pedagogical leadership; strict control, that prevent youth from taking the initiative; the indifference of a teacher towards professional success and achievements of students. This article draws attention to creating favourable pedagogical conditions in a higher educational institution for developing professional skills, stimulating initiative, searching and independence of future teachers. The significance of the acmeological approach to the formation of the professional potential of future teachers is introduced. It is claimed by the author that modernization of the process of professional training of future preschool teachers provides the search for new effective ways of organization educational activities addressed to actualize the professional potential of specialists. The essential condition of self-fulfilment of future teachers is a creative educational environment needed for the successful professional activity of students. It allows for creating a creative atmosphere for improving creative thinking, stimulating creative activities, initiative and formative research of students. The subjects of education satisfaction analysis with the teacher training results at the University was carried out. The training deficiencies and new challenges were identified, which made it possible to determine the guidelines for the development of pedagogical university. A variant to transform the organizational scheme of communications between university departments was presented to increase the efficiency of educational environment organization for professional training of future teachers.

The article is devoted to the scientific development of the problem related to the development of an artistic taste of the future teachers specialised in Musical Art. The purpose of the article is to theoretically and methodologically substantiate the development process of an artistic taste of the future teachers specialised in Musical Art in the process of teaching pop singing. The purpose is realised through the implementation of relevant tasks using the methods of theoretical research: analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, generalisation and extrapolation. The article considers the category "artistic taste" as a person's ability developed by social practice to evaluate aesthetic phenomena, to distinguish beautiful things from ugly ones. The artistic taste of the future teachers of Musical Art is defined as an individual, socially conditioned system of evaluation of phenomena reflected in works of art, aimed at widening the worldview of an individual. The component structure of the artistic taste of the future teachers specialised in Musical Art consists of four components: personal-motivational, sensory-perceptual, intellectual-interpretive and reflexive-projective. Professional training of the future Music teachers is considered as a platform for the formation of their artistic taste. We find the specifics of training future professionals in pop singing particularly important in the context of the study. The pop variety of vocal music is recognised as the one that provides for effective pedagogical influence; in particular, it is aimed at forming the artistic taste of the younger generation, based on the needs, interests and perception level of most students. A set of scientific approaches is considered as a methodological basis for the formation of the future Music teachers’ artistic taste in the process of teaching them pop singing: axiological, student-centred and holistic approaches. The study also presents pedagogical principles, the implementation of which ensures the formation of the future Music teachers’ artistic taste in the process of teaching them pop singing.

Aim. The article is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodical principles of professional training of teachers of biology in the conditions of the informational and educational environment; multilevel and differentiated approaches in training with the possibility of continuous receipt of online and off-line assistance. Methods. Analysis of psychological and pedagogical, methodical literature; synthesis, a generalization; psycho-pedagogical observation, questionnaire, pedagogical experiment. Results. The authors proposed a methodology for involving information technologies, in particular cloud services, the inclusion of their varieties in all activities of the teacher in order to facilitate interaction between the subjects of the educational process, improve the content, forms and ways of interaction of the teacher and students in the process of formation and development of evolutionary concepts. Conclusions. Teaching and methodological support, developed in conditions of cloud-oriented environment, will be open and dynamic, elementarily variable and perceptible for the formation and development of scientific concepts, in particular, evolutionary ones. Introduction. Qualitative improvement of professional training of specialists, reduction of staff turnover in educational structures is a serious and well-known problem. The field of education is regularly replenished with a significant number of new graduates of pedagogical universities. Numerous studies have demonstrated the existence of a clear pattern: the initial period of "embedding" in the profession is characterized by the greatest intensity. This largely determines both the personal and professional development of a specialist.Having considered the features of the introduction of new educational standards in a number of educational institutions, we can conclude that among the basic factors of the formation of a teacher is the ability to professionally adapt to the new, to be ready to introduce various innovations.Materials and Methods. The article discusses the views of foreign and Russians scientists which studied the process of adaptation of future teachers to professional activities in an innovative educational environment. Methodological basis of the research: cultural approach, competence approach, environmental approach, individual elements of the strategic approach, as well as humanistic and system-structural principles. The main research methods: the method of expert questions, questionnaires, experimental methods, comparative and systematic analysis, the study of thematic publications, the author's own observations.Results. The result of the analysis and interpretation of the studied sources is on the problem of pedagogical support of future teachers to professional activities, it was revealed that the main purpose of pedagogical support is to help a novice teacher to understand himself, the causes of emerging professional problems, in order to mobilize his internal resources, knowledge and skills, for the development of new professional competencies and further self-development.Discussion and Conclusions. We have identified and considered the difficulties and complexities of the process of adaptation of future teachers to professional activities, justified the relevance of the study. We associate the further direction of the research with the development of a program for pedagogical support aimed at the successful adaptation of future teachers to professional activities in an innovative educational environment.

The authors describe the significance of the problem of forming digital competence of future teachers. In the period of rapid technological development of a digital society and the introduction of digital technologies, the creation of a digital educational environment, there is a need to resolve the contradiction between the demand for teachers with developed digital competence and their insufficient training in the aspect of the digital component for the successful use of digital technologies in professional pedagogical activity. The formation of digital competence is carried out in the process of implementing educational programs of higher education, as well as advanced training and professional training programs. The authors of the article aim to identify the current state of digital competence of a teacher based on the analysis of empirical data obtained during a survey of current teachers and future teachers students of the pedagogical direction on the use of digital technologies in the educational process. Based on the analysis of the list of relevant digital competencies in the field of education, the authors develop the questionnaire questions. The authors analyze the results of the questionnaire and conclude that the level of digital competence of teachers, the degree of readiness and desire of teachers to use digital tools and services in the educational process suggest the need to develop issues of organizing effective online communication of participants in the educational process, productive feedback with students by means of digital technologies; forming a critical assessment of the behavior of students and adjusting their actions when working in a digital educational environment, control over the independence of students in completing educational tasks; applying the results of student digital footprint analysis to eliminate and correct educational deficits of individual students; using the potential of digital tools and services in organizing group work and project activities of students, communication and involvement of students, and others. The authors propose pedagogical tools for the formation of digital competence of a teacher.

The article substantiates the pedagogical conditions determined by the essence and content of musical performance activity of the future teachers of musical art. The effective pedagogical condition is the creation of art-creative environment, which integrates competence and personality oriented scientific approaches and is based on the principle of art-pedagogical dialogue. The scientific analysis of the investigated problem allowed determining the pedagogical conditions, which are determined by the essence and content of professional training, peculiarities of art education and allow effectively building the process of formation of musical and performing competence of future teachers of musical art. Such pedagogical condition is determined by the creation of art-creative environment on the basis of competence, personality-oriented and developing learning as pedagogically organized environment, which is conditioned by the specificity of professional activity of a future music art teacher characterized by the systemic interconnection of its objects, integrity, art and aesthetic functionality, provides the use of a set of pedagogical influences, which in turn contribute to the development of professionally significant personal qualities, the formation of artistic and communicative skills, the ability to communicate in a dialogue, creative activity, and to create opportunities for creative self-expression and self-realisation. Dialogue in music pedagogy is the essential basis of music education process, its methodological principle, as the music itself is an act of interpersonal communication. The art-pedagogical dialogue presupposes subject-subject interaction of all the participants of the art communication process, provides its spiritual and emotional richness, contributes to the formation of interpreting skills, development of creative activity of every student. Creating an artistic and creative environment is an effective pedagogical condition based on interdependent scientific approaches to learning, in particular, competence and personality-oriented. Dialogue principles of interaction between teacher and student involve the creation of a new type of communication – artistic and pedagogical dialogue, based on mutual understanding, exchange of views and judgments, evaluative approaches to artistic creativity. The result of such joint activities is the organization of independent creative and exploratory activities of students, knowledge, assimilation and acquisition of creative and executive experience, ability to independent creative activity, self-regulation, self-development, self-expression and self-realization in further professional and life activities.
