Рассматривается диалогическая речевая деятельность студентов неязыковых факультетов вуза с позиции когнитивно-коммуникативного подхода. Анализируются продуктивные и рецептивные виды речевой деятельности и их роль в освоении языкового материала. Рассмотрены эффективные принципы организации диалога, а именно: учет общего фонда знаний участников диалогического пространства; комбинация заученного и спонтанного речевого компонента; отработка и запоминание определенных речевых структур; роль преподавателя как модератора диалогического общения; вопросно-ответное диалогическое единство; коммуникативные принципы информативности, достаточности и рациональности. На конкретных примерах показано, каким образом коммуникативные принципы позволяют преподавателю наблюдать за учебным процессом, управлять и контролировать диалогическую речь участников коммуникации. The article examines the dialogical speech activity of non-linguistic students of the university from the cognitive-communicative approach standpoint. Productive and receptive types of speech activity and their role in the development of language material are analyzed. The effective principles of organizing the dialogue are considered, namely: considering the general fund of knowledge of the participants in the dialogue area; a combination of a learned and spontaneous speech component; working out and memorizing certain speech structures; the teacher’s role as a moderator of dialogical communication; question-and-answer dialogical unity; communicative principles of information content, sufficiency and rationality. Specific examples show how the communicative principles allow the teacher to observe the educational process, manage and control the dialogical speech of the participants in the communication.

The article argues that the relevance of providing the quality of the official website content of modern universities is predetermined by the objective requirements of the present day, such as the priority of the state policy in the field of integration of higher educational institutions into the European education space, the globalization of information technologies and increasing of the Internet activity among the population. The subject of the study is the features of the websites' information content of the universities from different countries. It is determined that the website content of a modern institution of higher education contains information on various types of university activities (educational, scientific, pedagogic, financial, and marketing). The content of websites of foreign and universities was analyzed according to the following criteria: language; informativeness; utility; administrative and financial transparency; technical design. The analysis of website content of various universities was carried out in accordance the availability of information of university’s general characteristics, of the organization of the university’s educational process and features of student life, of university's scientific activities, of ways of advertising and the formation of a positive image of an educational institution in the imagination of Internet visitors. The attention is focused on the features of the websites' information content of the leading foreign and domestic universities. The main distinctions are in the ways of positioning the institution in the future; outlining the competitive advantages of an educational institution and highlighting the opportunities for improving the quality of the educational process; popularizing the university's scientific activities, and identifying the ways to confirm the reputation of the university. It is proved that the development of top-quality content contributes to the improvement of the image of the higher educational institution on the Internet, as well as increases the competitiveness of the university in the market of educational services both in the country and abroad. Awareness of the relevance of providing the quality of the official website content of the institution of higher education allows to tackle the problem of creating and distributing vital, unique, classified, and interesting information.

The developed method was tested at the Moscow State Regional University. As a result of the training and control experiments, the authors identified the advantages of information and communication training at the university in the process of forming speech competence. The analysis of the obtained data showed that in the experimental group the level of development of speech competence in the study of the morphological topic «Particle. The use of particles in speech» after the use of computer programs of the combined type created by the authors significantly increased in comparison with the results obtained in the control group. The obtained results of the training experiment make it possible to conclude that the formulated hypothesis of the study is experimentally confirmed, that is, the use of information and communication technologies in the process of studying morphology, including the topic «Particle. The use of particles in speech», is more effective if the computer program also includes a reference summary on this topic, as well as select didactic material, taking into account the typical mistakes of students. In the process of conducting a formative experiment, there is an increased interest of students in computer classes, their motivation for learning activities, and the desire to study the material. This contributes to the creation of favorable conditions for learning. The conducted training and control experiments confirmed the fact that the use of computer technologies in the educational process of the university allows us to make classes in the Russian language and speech culture more effective in the process of forming speech competence.

Проблема внеаудиторной деятельности студентов в сфере физической культуры и спорта является достаточно значимой, что обусловлено нехваткой современных научно-методических разработок, раскрывающих вопросы подготовки, организации и контроля результатов данного процесса в вузе. В статье анализируются основные причины недостаточности научно-методического обеспечения внеаудиторной деятельности физкультурно-оздоровительного характера, а также приводится описание авторских разработок в данной области, включающих методическое пособие, программу повышения квалификации педагогов, дневник самоконтроля, диагностическое сопровождение. Предварительная апробация данных материалов в Казанском (Приволжском) федеральном университете явилась эффективным способом активизации внеаудиторной деятельности различных субъектов образовательного процесса в исследуемом направлении, позволив привлечь потенциально заинтересованную часть студентов к решению задач подержания и развития своей физической формы. The problem of extracurricular activity of students in the field of physical culture and sports is quite significant, due to the lack of modern scientific and methodological developments that reveal issues of preparation, organization and control of the results of this process in the university. The article analyzes the main reasons for the lack of scientific and methodological support for out-of-court activity of a physical education and recreation nature, as well as a description of copyright developments in this area, including a methodological manual, a teacher training program, a self-control diary, and diagnostic support. Preliminary testing of these materials at the Kazan (Volga) Federal University was an effective way to intensify the extracurricular activities of various subjects of the educational process in the studied direction, allowing attracting a potentially interested part of students to solve the problems of maintaining and developing their physical form.

Настоящая статья посвящена проблеме организации самостоятельной работы студентов – будущих учителей иностранного языка. Актуальность рассматриваемой темы обусловлена необходимостью разработки системного подхода к планированию и методическому сопровождению самостоятельной работы студентов. Ведущая роль в данном процессе отводится преподавателю, задача которого заключается в том, чтобы научить студентов работать самостоятельно, разрабатывать собственную стратегию в учебной деятельности. Авторы предложили методику организации самостоятельной работы и на практике продемонстрировали этапы увеличения уровня самостоятельности студентов в ходе отработки конкретной темы на уроке французского языка. При такой организации работы шаг за шагом сокращается количество опор, которые, в конечном счете, полностью исключаются из учебного процесса, постепенно увеличивается интеллектуальная свобода обучающихся, и постепенно они овладевают стратегиями учения. Была сформулирована конечная цель организации самостоятельной работы в вузе, которая заключается в формировании «автономной познавательной позиции» студента; проверена эффективность предложенной методики. Статья предназначена для научных работников и педагогов практиков. The article is devoted to the self-work arrangement problems at students – future foreign language teachers. The relevance of the article is due to the need to develop a systematic approach to planning and methodological support of students' independent work. The leading role in this process is assigned to the teacher, whose task is to teach students to work independently, to develop their own strategy in educational activities. The authors proposed a methodology for organizing self-work and in practice demonstrated the stages of increasing the independence of students in the course of working out a specific topic in a French lesson. With such an organization of work, step by step, the number of supports is reduced, which, ultimately, are completely excluded from the educational process, the intellectual freedom of students gradually increases and they gradually master learning strategies. The ultimate purpose of organizing independent work at the university was formulated, which is to form an "autonomous cognitive position" of the student, and the effectiveness of the proposed methodology was tested. The article is intended for researchers and teachers-practitioners.

The paper deals with the monitoring of the functioning and control of the effectiveness of the use of electronic information and educational environment of higher education. Particular attention is paid to the registration of events and their analysis in the Moodle learning management system from the perspective of the organization of educational interaction and analytical activities of the management. It is noted that the learning management system Moodle can not without additional plugins to provide information about site visitors, traffic sources, load indicators on the system. External tools, such as «Yandex.Metrics». By integrating this information system into the electronic information and educational environment of the University, it is possible to analyze additional statistical data (number and age of visitors, devices used to enter the environment). The obtained information allows not only to optimize the educational process from the position of control over the study of educational material, but also to significantly improve the efficiency, convenience and quality of work of students in the electronic information and educational environment of higher education.

The purpose of this article is to consider the content characteristics of the process of formation of speech abilities of students of higher educational institutions, methods of teaching speech and the possibility of their application in the educational process. The main methods of research of speech competence were theoretical and methodological analysis of the problem, comparative analysis, experiment, as well as mathematical methods of data processing that allow us to determine stable relationships and relationships, trends and patterns. In the course of the research, the coherence and complexity of students ' utterances were considered at the speech level. The analysis of the products of students 'speech activity allowed us to consider the linguistic characteristics of the text at the language, speech and content-semantic levels, and psychological, operational-dynamic, motivational, cognitive, emotional, regulatory and productive components of students' speech actions.

To implement the tasks of training future military professionals at the university, it is necessary to use computer programs based on modern digital technologies that can perform educational, training and monitoring functions. The authors of the article offer teachers of higher education to understand the issues of educational goals taxonomy, when using foreign language computer training and control programs in teaching students. From this depends, in their opinion, the quality of mastering professional competencies by students in digital education. The article reveals the features of the use of foreign language computer training and control programs in a military university. Empirical data from the researches of the authors of the article are presented. It is concluded that the implementation of the taxonomy of educational goals, when using computer training and control programs, in teaching a foreign language at a military university, will contribute to improving the educational process and rethinking the approaches used in future professionals training.

The article proposes a model for forecasting the success of student’s learning. The model is a Markov process with continuous time, such as the process of “death and reproduction”. As the parameters of the process, the intensities of the processes of obtaining and assimilating information are offered, and the intensity of the process of assimilating information takes into account the attitude of the student to the subject being studied. As a result of applying the model, it is possible for each student to determine the probability of a given formation of ownership of the material being studied in the near future. Thus, in the presence of an automated information system of the university, the implementation of the model is an element of the decision support system by all participants in the educational process. The examples given in the article are the results of an experiment conducted at the Institute of Space and Information Technologies of Siberian Federal University under conditions of blended learning, that is, under conditions when classroom work is accompanied by independent work with electronic resources.

The paper presents the system of predicting the indicators of accreditation of technical universities based on J. Forrester mechanism of system dynamics. According to analysis of cause-and-effect relationships between selected variables of the system (indicators of accreditation of the university) there was built the oriented graph. The complex of mathematical models developed to control the quality of training engineers in Russian higher educational institutions is based on this graph. The article presents an algorithm for constructing a model using one of the simulated variables as an example. The model is a system of non-linear differential equations, the modelling characteristics of the educational process being determined according to the solution of this system. The proposed algorithm for calculating these indicators is based on the system dynamics model and the regression model. The mathematical model is constructed on the basis of the model of system dynamics, which is further tested for compliance with real data using the regression model. The regression model is built on the available statistical data accumulated during the period of the university's work. The proposed approach is aimed at solving complex problems of managing the educational process in universities. The structure of the proposed model repeats the structure of cause-effect relationships in the system, and also provides the person responsible for managing quality control with the ability to quickly and adequately assess the performance of the system.
