 AbstractThe competitive, ethical and legal attitude is a powerful element in increasing business development rhythm, but if it is guided towards the level of sublegal and the hits applied to competitors, then it turns into an anti-business, anti-development, anti-cohabitation, anti –productive environment.The competitive, ethical and legal environment is beneficial for economic activity and social development.Regardless of the form in which it takes place, business competition is complex in nature, including the development environment, resources, methods, contestants and competitors, directions, market shares, factors and locations.Competitive complexity includes cultural factors, behaviors, promotional policies, regularities and morality, conjectures and recessions, personnel recruitment and picking up, distribution opportunities and facilities, complex and indispensable utilities, sharing human resources, energy, financial and material resources, policies of selection, cooperation, counteraction, annihilation or removal, procurement policies, dominance in areas or market shares, ingenuity, new products and services, investments and financial availability, capabilities of organization, of presentation, demonstration, of keeping the relations with the consumers.

UKM sector is a economic “rescuer” sector during Indonesia crisis and creates public and government new awareness  of its important of UKM as well as informal sector. UKM faces some problems including: (1) education, motivation and technology problems, (2) production problems, (3) marketing problem, (4) financial problem, (4) less conducive business environment. UKM business development needs SWOT analysis to diagnose internal and external factors. It is needed to identify product characteristic, market, technology, capital and human resources necessity and managerial aspect.

The article focuses on such a research area as human resources of the state. And their integrated assessment. The results obtained by type of economic activity are quite high, which is fully consistent with the dynamics of actual and future indicators. According to the Strategy of the state personnel policy, their content consists in: defining the tasks of the national personnel management system; development and implementation of a human development monitoring system; increasing labor productivity; calculation of efficiency and return on investment in human development; improving the national system of professional training taking into account the real needs of staff in the field of public administration, social and humanitarian sphere, key sectors of the economy, industry and agro-industrial complex. The procedure for analyzing human resources should begin with the choice of indicators. The final stage of the integrated long-term assessment of human resources is to determine the appropriate integrated indicator as a project component. The trends of each of the selected indicators for the calculation of the integrated indicator of human resources are constructed in the researched. Below are the equations of trends for the indicator "personnel costs of economic entities by type of economic activity", characterize, respectively, industry and construction and are presented in the form of exponential and linear relationships. This choice of trend equations is due to the dynamics of actual indicators.

Small and medium enterprises are paying the lion’s share in the innovation-based economy of today’s competitive business environment. To this effect, this study observed the effects of corporate entrepreneurship (CE) dimensions on the performance of SMEs in the town of Holeta, Ethiopia. We used both descriptive and survey research designs to meet the specified target of the study. The researchers employed both primary and secondary data sources; the former were collected from 173 participants using both primary and secondary data. The result of this study indicates that all of the explanatory variables used were statistically significant and had a positive relationship with the performance of SMEs. Thus, we recommend that owners of small and medium enterprises pay special attention to practicing CE to increase their business performance, sustainability, and competitiveness. Entrepreneurs should also come up with new and attractive product and service features to take high market shares. Furthermore, forecasting potential challenges for firms and devising possible ways of solving the situation in advance can safeguard businesses from failure.

This study provides an overview of the development patterns of tourism activities through the management of Human Resources, capital, technology and natural potential including plantations and animal husbandry. Research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Researchers obtain the best method for managing tourism through the Analytical Hierarchy Process. Researchers obtained results that the development of tourism activities based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process is an increase in tourism not only on the beach but also on agribusiness tourism such as plantations and animal husbandry. There needs to be cooperation with investors to increase tourism activities, in addition, improving human resources is very important for the process of adaptation to the development of global tourism. In addition, technology is an equally important aspect. With this increase, tourism activities will run optimally. The researcher suggests that the manager of the Pantai Baru Pandan Simo area to further optimize the development of agro tourism activities that focus on marketing agricultural and livestock activities so that tourists can blend in with the activities of the local community. This will add value to economic activity.

The development of the business environment in globalization era has been triggered an increasingly tight business competition. Every companies who have an established its own strategies to manage a variety of information, human resources, allocation of funds and others. Accounting information system is a great resources that very valuable to an organization for the smoothness management of the company’s financial and decision making wheter it is to long term and short term, however there are several aspect that can be a factors the effectiveness of the accounting information system, that is manager’s participation. The research is aimed to proves that manager’s participation and manager’s involvement had a positive influence on the effectiveness of accounting information system (AIS) at manufacturing company, especially in the industrial zone Batamindo Mukakuning Batam City. The research method is using regression analysis to proves are the manager’s participation (independent variable) and manager’s involvement (independent variable) gives effect to the effectiveness of information system (dependent variable) or not. The result of this research is shows that variable of manager’s participation and manager’s involvement has a significant influence to the effectiveness of information system. The method is using purposive sampling is done by taking a sampling of the population according to certain criteria.

Measures like setting a destination, evaluation of performances, planning of the labour force about business, personnel recruitment, charging of personnel, informations about personnel, analytical of labour force and reporting, etc., are considered as vital problems of the human resources management. In this study, these criteria in a variety of data were collected with a large repository Apache Hadoop Distributed File System file system owned. Data entry and analysis were used Apache Pig and Java programming languages. The aim of the study is to help ‘the owners of business’ evaluate the abundance of data and to get rid of the management complexity via an application which is the biggest problem of management system in human resources. The article substantiates the theoretical and methodological principles of forming a methodological platform for diagnosing the economic activity of a trading enterprise as a basis for implementing a diagnostic process focused on the formation of special information used for making management decisions. It is noted that the diagnostics of economic activity of a trade enterprise as a component of management is a set of actions aimed at providing information support to management that requires from management staff systemic theoretical knowledge and applied skills of instrumental methods of identifying economic activity, trends, assessing causes of change, forecasting and the practical implementation of the identified opportunities to increase it, taking into account changes in the business environment and the needs of stakeholders. It is proved that the efficiency of diagnostics of economic activity is ensured by the appropriate methodology, which normalizes the organization of the diagnostic process, procedures and operations into a holistic system with clearly defined prerequisites, component composition and process of their implementation. The methodology framework is determined and the problem tree analysis of the formation of the methodological platform for diagnosing economic activity of trade enterprises is carried out. The architectural structure of the system of diagnosing economic activity of a trade enterprise through a combination of functional and support components, which are defining for productive functioning of the mechanism and efficiency of the diagnostic process, is considered. The sequence of stages of the diagnostic process and procedural aspects of verification of each of them is determined. It is proved that the efficiency of the process of diagnostics of economic activity is provided by an appropriate mechanism, which through a set of rules, special tools, methods and techniques launches and maintains a diagnostic study, thus ensuring the integrity of the diagnostic system. A conceptual model of the methodological platform for diagnosing economic activity of trade enterprises is developed, which integrates the identified preconditions and component composition of the methodology on the basis of systematicity and ensures the effectiveness of the process of obtaining information for management. The developed model allows to deepen and expand understanding of the essence of the system for diagnosing economic activity of the enterprise, its structure, regularities, the purposes and tasks of functioning, to provide high-quality instrumental support of the realization of diagnostic procedures and operations, to streamline the process of reception of the information for making management decisions focused on achieving target parameters of development of economic activity taking into account the dynamic changes in the business environment and consumer preferences.

Іntroduction. The stable functioning and qualitative development of enterprises of the small business sector largely depend on the state's effective regulatory policy in a modern economy. Necessary are regulatory measures of the state in relation to entrepreneurship development, increase their efficiency, improvement of methods of influence on entrepreneurial activity, which will help to equalize cyclical tendencies in the functioning of small businesses, increase their social role in the social and economic development of regions and the country as a whole. In this regard, it is expedient to study the current state of small business development through the prism of identifying the advantages and disadvantages of regulatory policy in this area. Methods. General scientific and special methods are used: statistical analysis and systematization; empirical synthesis and generalization in the process of research. Results. The article covers the existing manifestations of improvement of certain important economic indicators: increase of sales volumes, growth of the share of small business in GDP and in the total number of economic entities, increase of assets and capital, increase of labor productivity and social parameters. The shortcomings of small business development in Ukraine were identified, among them: a decrease in the number of small business entities, low financial and economic efficiency, weak financial and economic status of small enterprises, high level of profitability of economic activity, small number of employed and self-employed in this sector of the economy, reduction of available workers places, critical imbalances and deformations in the development of the small business sector in the spatial and sectoral aspects. Discussion. Since regulatory policy plays a strategically important role in the functioning of the small business sector, the study of its effectiveness and the identification of deficiencies will allow to form a high-quality business environment favorable for the activation of the entrepreneurial activity of the population, the emergence of new ones, and the improvement of the efficiency of business activities of the small business actors, balanced development of the entrepreneurial sector of the national economy as a whole. At the present stage of business development, human resources are central to the activities of any organization. An effectively assembled team of highly qualified personnel, with a successfully built system of selection and adaptation, motivation, training, etc. are the key to the successful functioning of any organization. Thus, the successful construction and operation of the personnel management system influences the efficiency of work, profitability, competitiveness and prospects for the development of the company as a whole.


The techno-economic analysis of a PV system is designed to measure the viability of the designed system from an economical and technological point of view assuming some specific environmental conditions. In this research, for the techno-economic analysis of PV system the authors are focused on four general categories of factors which are highly influential on the investment decision in this field. These are the PV system costs, the electricity cost, the sunlight and other environmental characteristics and the financial incentives. Each of this factors is analyzed in order to understand and evaluate the general conditions that influence the decision in the photovoltaic business. The methodology that is used for explaining the real business environment in PV field and the main indicators that can estimate the investment profitability is the case study related to formal opportunities for developing PV investment projects in Romania. The investors in PV field have to understand the life cycle of a PV system that can give an overlook of the cost reduction opportunities and also make them sensible to the decommissioning phase of such an investment. For future investments in the PV field in Europe the authors identified and analyzed the main factors that characterize the PV business development in the next period.
