This study aims to analyze the influence of science and technology and the quality of human resources in the processing of high economic value water hyacinth in Lake Tempe, Wajo Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research with primary data collection. The sample used is the community around Lake Tempe with the age of 20-39 years, as many as 100 respondents. Data analysis is carried out through stages: collecting data through a questionnaire, and visiting the field directly in order to provide a clear picture of the problem under study. Testing the hypothesis of this study using multiple linear regression data analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23 software. This study states that: (1) science and technology on water hyacinth are of high economic value, with increasing science and technology, economic value is increasing. (2) The quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on water hyacinth with high economic value, with the increase in the quality of human resources, the economic value is increasing. (3) Simultaneously science and technology and human resources quality have a positive influence on high economic value, partially science and technology, and human resources quality have a positive effect on high economic value. (4) science and technology variable is a more dominant influence on water hyacinth with high economic value.

The Semarang Police, as a form of bureaucratic reform in services, uses a Tour Driver's Licenseservice. However, in its implementation, there are still many obstacles, namely inadequate infrastructure for Tour Driver’s License services and lack of human resources. The purpose of this study was to analyze the service quality of a Tour Driver’s License in Semarang Regency and the factors inhibiting and supporting it. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis (data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing). Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that the service quality of Tour Driver’s Licenses in Semarang Regency is good. Service implementers have the ability and are able to act professionally. It's just that in its implementation it is constrained by a lack of infrastructure, namely there is only one Tour Driver’s License unit, waiting chairs and tents are still not available, and a lack of human resources. There is a need for additional facilities, infrastructure and human resources to support the implementation of Tour Driver’s License services so that they are able to reach all areas in Semarang Regency.

Employees are the driving force of the organization to realize its functions and achieve predetermined goals. At this time when the perceived challenges are getting more and more complex, the desire of public organizations to increase competitiveness demands to improve the quality of employees who are proactive to any turmoil and change. Thus, it can be said that the success of an organizational goal is very much dependent on the man behind the gun.This study used quantitative research approach with the level of descriptive explanation. The method used in sampling is a method of sampling of cencus or total anumeration complete the data collection method that takes each element of the population or characteristics present in the population. So the sample in this study are all permanent employees or the Civil Service Revenue Office For Management of Regional Revenue, Finance and Assets Banyuasin District until 2013. That as many as 37 people. Data used in this reseach is the primary data and secondary data. While data collecting techinque done with the method of questionnaire, observation and documentation. The data analysis techique is done by using descriptive statistical calculations. Such data can be tested by determining the answers in the questionnaire scores, where scores were divided into 4 categories, using a likert scale, to determine whether whether the placement of human resources in the Revenue DPPKAD Banyuasin District classified as very affective, effective, ineffective or very ineffective. The results showed that the placement of human resources in the Revenue Office For Management of Regional Revenue. Finance and assets Banyuasin district, including in the category overall quite effective. It is seen from the weights for the overall indicator is based on the gradation of 102.7 which made the score showed that the level of effective of the placement of human resources in the Revenue Office For Management of Regional Revenue, Finance and Assets Banyuasin Regency effective in a category, indicators used in research on the effectiveness of placments in the Revenue Office For Management of Regional Revenue,  Finance and Assets Banyuasin consists of four indicators namely Morality, aggression, leadership, and human relations.

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource competence on the quality of government financial reports with fraud prevention as an intervening variable. The approach in this research is quantitative with the expost facto method. The data in this study are primary data through a questionnaire. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis (SEM PLS). The results of this study indicate that (1) Human Resource Competence has a positive but not significant effect on Fraud Prevention. (2) Human Resource Competence has a positive and significant impact on the Quality of Government Financial Reports. (3) Fraud Prevention has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Government Financial Reports. (4) Competence of Human Resources through Fraud Prevention has a positive but not significant effect on the Quality of Government Financial Reports.

This study aimed to get empirical evidence of the influence of human resources competence, utilization of information technology, organizational commitment and budget revision on the effectiveness of Udayana University budget management. Data source used are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The respondents were all over the existing budget management officer of Udayana University in 2016 as many as 156 peoples. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The analysis showed that the human resources competencies positive influence on the effectiveness of budget management, utilization of information technology positive influence on the effectiveness of budget management, organizational commitment positive influence on the effectiveness of budget management and budget revision positive influence on the effectiveness of Udayana University budget management.

This study aims to figure out customer satisfaction out of the service of PT Gita Gemilang , Kuta branch. In this quantitative research, questionnair whose format was descriptive were distributed  to respondents in order to collect primary data. Based of the analysis, the service provided by this company can be classified as very good. The total  score based on five indicators is in the range from 137 to 168, which is good category. Based on seven indicator, the score is in the range from 169 to 200, which is very good category. The outher suggest that this company improve the category from good to very good and maintain its very good category by improving the quality of its human resources.

The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of implementing SAK EMKM for SMEs through four indicators of reflection, namely the quality of human resources as measured by five indicators. Small business perception is measured by seven reflex indicators. MSME understanding is measured by five specific indicators. Socialization of SAK EMKM is measured using five reflection indicators. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study was 11,746 MSMEs in the food and beverage sector in the city of Tangerang. The survey sample was 100 respondents from MSME actors, obtained using practical or random sampling methods. The data analysis used, with SmartPLS software version 3.2.1, is based on a model that you can think of as an outer model, and an inner model, with hypothesis testing. This study found that the quality of human resources affected the implementation of SAK EMKM, the perception of SAK EMKM actors did not affect the implementation of SAK EMKM, the understanding of SMEs affected the implementation of SAK EMKM, and SAK EMKM socialization did not affect SAK EMKM.

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of SPI, HR Quality, Transparency and Supervision on Village Financial Accountability in the Village in Pahae Jae District, North Tapanuli Regency, either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research and uses primary data. The data collection method used was a questionnaire given to village officials in Pahae Jae District, totaling 40 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially, SPI, Quality of Human Resources, and Supervision have a positive and significant effect while Transparency has a negative effect. Simultaneously SPI, Financial Accountability can be influenced by the quality of Human Resources, Transparency and Supervision in a positive and significant way in the Village in Pahae Jae District, North Tapanuli Regency.

Banana sale is an alternative food that is processed by drying. Traditionally, sale processing is done by drying, but some are smoked first with firewood, but this smoking makes the quality of banana sale less good. The business analysis study in this study was to determine the extent to which the banana roll business was profitable, to determine the profit and loss and sustainability of the business managed by UD Putra Roti Banjarnegara. This research was conducted at UD Putra Roti. The location was chosen because UD Putra Roti is one of the most popular food businesses in Banjarnegara district. The research was conducted in October – December 2020. The data collected in the study were primary data and secondary data. The data collected was then analyzed using data analysis. Data analysis methods used, namely: gross income, net income, depreciation of equipment, BEP, RC Ratio, BC Ratio and ROI. Processing of sale banana rolls at UD Putra Roti includes procurement of raw materials, sorting, slicing, arranging, drying, rolling dried bananas, cutting rolls, standing, making dough rolls, frying, draining, and packaging. The results of the analysis show that the sale of banana rolls processing business carried out at UD. Putra Roti is feasible to do with an RC ratio > 1, which is 1.39. BC Ratio of 0.39 and 39% ROI The ROI obtained is 39%, which means that each capital is Rp. 100, obtained a profit of Rp. 39.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of human resources competence, the use of information technology, and the quality of accounting information system on the quality of financial statements. The research was done at PT Cipta Multi Kreasi, jl. Raya Pasar Minggu Km. 16, Jakarta.  The research is a quantitative research with descriptive methods and verification was done using survey technique. The source of data is primary data. Data collection was performed through questionnaires distributed to the company’s employees.  The results of the research indicate that human resources competence and the quality of information system have a significant effect to the quality of financial statement. However, the use of accounting information system does not have a significant effect on the quality of financial statements. Human resources competence, the use of information system and the quality of accounting information system simultaneously have an influence on the quality of financial statements  presented by the company. The purpose of this research is to know the influence between the Quality of Human Resources, Utilization of Information Technology and Internal Control System Against Timeliness of Village Government Financial Reporting at Gunungkidul Regency. This research is causative research. The population is the village government in Gunungkidul Regency, especially in Gedangsari subdistrict. Criteria of respondents in the study were to village and village apparatus. We use questionnaire to collect data. We use multiple regression with SPSS program version 16.0 to analyze data. We find that quality of human resources and internal control system have a positive influence on the timeliness of village government financial reporting. On the other hand, utilization of information technology does not influence the timeliness of village government financial reporting. These imply that the quality of human resources and internal control system can speed up the preparation of village government financial reporting.
