This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of SPI, HR Quality, Transparency and Supervision on Village Financial Accountability in the Village in Pahae Jae District, North Tapanuli Regency, either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research and uses primary data. The data collection method used was a questionnaire given to village officials in Pahae Jae District, totaling 40 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially, SPI, Quality of Human Resources, and Supervision have a positive and significant effect while Transparency has a negative effect. Simultaneously SPI, Financial Accountability can be influenced by the quality of Human Resources, Transparency and Supervision in a positive and significant way in the Village in Pahae Jae District, North Tapanuli Regency.

Issues examined in this study were (1) Implementation of law enforcement against liquor by the Police Demak. (2) Obstacles encountered. (3) How the solutions do about it. The purpose of this study was to understand, describe, analyze and assess the implementation of enforcement by the Police in combating liquor Demak. The method used is Juridical Sociological with specification of descriptive analysis, the data used are primary data and secondary data so that the data collection method used is qualitative analysis. (1). Implementation of Law Enforcement by Police in combating liquor Demak carried out by (a) Preventive measures, namely the dissemination and raids (b) repressive actions, namely investigation, investigation, prosecution and trial. (2). Barriers Police Demak in law enforcement in combating the circulation of liquor (a) factor is the law that is not yet the enactment of a special law regulating the circulation of liquor (b) Factors law enforcement, namely the limited human resources (c) Factors of facilities (d) community factors, namely the lack of legal awareness (e) Cultural factors of society violates the cultural values of society. Employees are the driving force of the organization to realize its functions and achieve predetermined goals. At this time when the perceived challenges are getting more and more complex, the desire of public organizations to increase competitiveness demands to improve the quality of employees who are proactive to any turmoil and change. Thus, it can be said that the success of an organizational goal is very much dependent on the man behind the gun.This study used quantitative research approach with the level of descriptive explanation. The method used in sampling is a method of sampling of cencus or total anumeration complete the data collection method that takes each element of the population or characteristics present in the population. So the sample in this study are all permanent employees or the Civil Service Revenue Office For Management of Regional Revenue, Finance and Assets Banyuasin District until 2013. That as many as 37 people. Data used in this reseach is the primary data and secondary data. While data collecting techinque done with the method of questionnaire, observation and documentation. The data analysis techique is done by using descriptive statistical calculations. Such data can be tested by determining the answers in the questionnaire scores, where scores were divided into 4 categories, using a likert scale, to determine whether whether the placement of human resources in the Revenue DPPKAD Banyuasin District classified as very affective, effective, ineffective or very ineffective. The results showed that the placement of human resources in the Revenue Office For Management of Regional Revenue. Finance and assets Banyuasin district, including in the category overall quite effective. It is seen from the weights for the overall indicator is based on the gradation of 102.7 which made the score showed that the level of effective of the placement of human resources in the Revenue Office For Management of Regional Revenue, Finance and Assets Banyuasin Regency effective in a category, indicators used in research on the effectiveness of placments in the Revenue Office For Management of Regional Revenue,  Finance and Assets Banyuasin consists of four indicators namely Morality, aggression, leadership, and human relations.

Implement evaluation system and cash expenditure procedure of the most important components the resources for good government. Cash expenditure included transactions that resulted in a diminishing cash and or local bank accounts. The goal of research is to find out how effective the implementation systems and cash expenditure procedures at the Marine and Fisheries Office of Northern Sulawesi. The analysis method used is a descriptive analysis. Studies show that the implementation of cash expenditure systems and procedures for the Marine and Fisheries Office of the Northern Sulawesi  has been effective and according to SE 900/316/ BAKD includes related functions, documents used, generated reports and technical descriptions of the cash expenditure procedure. The should, head of Marine and Fisheries Office the Northern Sulawesi increase and maintain the effectiveness of system operations, cash expenditure and socializing as well as technical guidance to improve the quality of human resources and thus have a positive effect on implementation of the system and cash expenditure procedure.

This study aims to criticize village fund reporting by using qualitative approach. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of literature related to village fund as well as related research journals. Descriptive analysis method as an analyst tool. The results of the analysis showed that the reporting of village funds in accordance with the regulation of the minister of home affairs number 113 of 2014 concerning the reporting of village funds but not in accordance with the prevailing government accounting standards, other findings indicate a late reporting process, the existence of interfensions in the use and reporting of village funds, obstacles to infrastructure and human resources are lacking. The existence of village funds is very beneficial for the village government in development. Reporting must be consistent with higher regulations, the need for specific reporting for village funds, as well as increased community supervision and participation roles.

<p>Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana profil industri kecil carica di Kabupaten Wonosobo serta untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan apa yang bisa digunakan. Variabel yang diteliti adalah profil industri yang meliputi sumber daya manusia, permodalan, teknologi, dan pemasaran. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profil industri kecil carica di Kabupaten Wonosobo pada tahun 2014 ada 15 unit usaha. Ada beberapa prioritas strategi pengembangan yaang dilakukaan yaitu strategi SO dengan meningkatkan kualitas SDM, memanfaatkan tenaga kerja dari daerah sekitar, dan mengoptimalkan lokasi industri yang strategis. Strategi WO menyiapkan stok produk carica, mengoptimalkan produk carica, dan mengoptimalkan pelatihan dari dinas terkait. Strategi ST dengan meningkatkan kualitas ciri khas produk carica,peranan pemerintah dalam hal mengantisipasi bencana longsor di Dieng, dan melakukan inovasi produk carica. Strategi WT dengan meningkatkan kemampuan manajerial pengusaha, menaikkan harga jual produk carica, dan pada musim kemarau diganti dengan produk makanan komoditas Kabupaten Wonosobo. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, strategi yang diterapkan dalam kondisi ini adalah mendukung kebijakan yang agresif, yaitu industri kecil carica di Kabupaten Wonosobo dapat bersaing dengan produk olahan makanan jenis lainnya dari berbagai daerah dengan cara menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas produk carica yang dihasilkan.</p><p>The purpose of this study to find out the profiles of carica industries in Wonosobo regency and to determine what is the development strategy can be used. The variables in this research belongs to human resources, capital, technology, and marketing. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of this study showed that small industrial profiles carica in Wonosobo regency in 2014 there were 15 business units. There are several priority development strategies did, those are SO strategy to improve the quality of human resources to improve product quality of carica, utilizing the labor of the surrounding area to increase carica industry, and optimize strategic industrial location. WO strategy to prepare the inventory in the form of stock products carica, carica optimize product to meet consumer demand, and optimize the training of relevant agencies. ST strategies to improve the quality and characteristics of products carica, requires the role of government in terms of anticipating landslides in Dieng, and carica product innovation to improve consumer tastes. WT strategy to improve the managerial capacity of employers, raise the price of products carica, and in the dry season production carica replaced with other processed food products act. Based on the research results can be concluded, the strategy adopted in this condition is to support an aggressive policy.</p>

This study aims to describe the prevailing sijon system in clove farming in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Subdistrict. This research was conducted for 3 (three) months starting from the preparation phase until the preparation of the report that is since December 2017 s / d February 2018. The data used in this study is primary data which is research data obtained directly from the farmers as respondents and data secondary data which is a research data obtained indirectly through agency information or documents relating to this research and village data. Sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method, meaning that researchers determine their own samples taken because there are certain considerations. Data Analysis Method in this research is processed by using descriptive analysis and then Analysis This data is processed / presented in written form and table. The process of bond transfers in Raanan Baru Village has been going on for generations and has even taken root in the village community itself. From the results of case studies encountered in the field stated that the transaction system of ijon that occurred in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Subdistrict of South Minahasa Regency is done on the basis of both parties have agreed and have good intention to do the transaction of debt by only having mutual trust with each other.

This study aims to determine how much influence the ability of village officials on the quality of village financial management in villages in Suwawa sub-district, Bone Bolango. In this study the authors chose the type of quantitative research, using survey methods. The survey research is research that takes samples from one population and uses questionnaires as a primary data collection tool and uses Path Analysis as a data analysis method. The results showed that the ability of village officials simultaneously affected the Quality of Village Financial Management (Y), in the villages in Suwawa District Bone Bolango Regency was 0.944 (94.4%), and there was 0.056 (5.6%) influenced by external variables not examined. Education (X1) of 0.223 (23.3%), Training (X2) of 0.478 (47.8%), Experience (X3) of 0.325 (32.5%) partially influenced the Quality of Village Financial Management (Y).   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Kemampuan Aparat Desa terhadap Kualitas Pengelolaan keuangan Desa pada Desa-desa di Kecamatan Suwawa Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Dalam penelitian ini penulis memilih jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode survei. Adapun penelitian survei adalah penelitian yang mengambil sampel dari satu populasi dan menggunakan koesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang pokok dan menggunakan Path Analysis sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kemampuan Aparat Desa secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa (Y), pada Desa-desa di Kecamatan Suwawa Kabupaten Bone Bolango sebesar 0,944 (94,4%), dan terdapat sebesar 0,056 (5,6%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel luar yang tidak diteliti. Pendidikan (X1) sebesar 0,223 (23,3%), Pelatihan (X2) sebesar 0,478 (47,8%), Pengalaman (X3) sebesar 0,325 (32,5%) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kualitas Pengelolaan keuangan Desa (Y).

The background of this research is the phenomenon of village development planning in Sukamaju village which has not been implemented well due to the low human resources in knowledge about RKPDes. The planning of the development in Sukamaju Village using the theory of Syaodih consists of achieving better goals in the future, utilizing resources optimally, paying attention to limitations and striving for efficiency and effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to know the Village Government Working Plan in Sukamaju Village Cilawu District Garut Regency in 2018. This research uses descriptive analysis method. The author took the research location in Sukamaju Village Cilawu District Garut Regency, involving Sukamaju Village government and community Sukamaju Village District Cilawu Garut regency with the number of informants 5 people. From the interviews and observations, it is found that RKPDes in Sukamaju village is still lacking in human resources aspect because the team in RKPDes is still new and not yet understand its duty and its function to run RKPDes. But the effort from Sukamaju Village is to conduct guidance and counseling for Sukamaju Village employees.

In 2030-2040 Indonesia will face a demographic bonus so efforts to prepare for this mental revolution must be made to improve the quality of human resources. One way to do that is by increasing literacy culture among early childhood. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the 15-minute miss reading innovation program in Ciamis Regency and to find out the factors that hamper the implementation of the 15-minute miss reading innovation program. The method used is a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. Where data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the 15-minute miss reading innovation program has the support of the local government with the issuance of the Regent's Decree as the basis for the running of this program, lack of coordination and human resources that have become a hindering factor for this program so that it has not run optimally, therefore the strategy undertaken is to carry out socialization about the importance of implementing an innovative 15-minute miss reading program for school children to create an independent, productive and quality young generation in facing the challenges of demographic bonus in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the application of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in an effort to increase development in the Limau Manis Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. Data collection methods used in this research are literature study and field study. Furthermore, the results of the study were analyzed through a qualitative descriptive analysis method in which to obtain a picture in understanding and explaining the application of village fund allocations in an effort to increase development in Desa Limau Manis. The data used in this study are primary data with the subject of research is the Limau Manis Village Office of Tanjung Morawa District. The results showed that the application of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in an effort to increase development in Limau Manis Village, Tanjung Morawa Sub-District, Deli Serdang District had been running but the allocation was not right on target, this can be seen from the realization of the allocation of village funds that were used for social purposes had less value the remainder is for village government income and other benefits.
