Employees are the driving force of the organization to realize its functions and achieve predetermined goals. At this time when the perceived challenges are getting more and more complex, the desire of public organizations to increase competitiveness demands to improve the quality of employees who are proactive to any turmoil and change. Thus, it can be said that the success of an organizational goal is very much dependent on the man behind the gun.This study used quantitative research approach with the level of descriptive explanation. The method used in sampling is a method of sampling of cencus or total anumeration complete the data collection method that takes each element of the population or characteristics present in the population. So the sample in this study are all permanent employees or the Civil Service Revenue Office For Management of Regional Revenue, Finance and Assets Banyuasin District until 2013. That as many as 37 people. Data used in this reseach is the primary data and secondary data. While data collecting techinque done with the method of questionnaire, observation and documentation. The data analysis techique is done by using descriptive statistical calculations. Such data can be tested by determining the answers in the questionnaire scores, where scores were divided into 4 categories, using a likert scale, to determine whether whether the placement of human resources in the Revenue DPPKAD Banyuasin District classified as very affective, effective, ineffective or very ineffective. The results showed that the placement of human resources in the Revenue Office For Management of Regional Revenue. Finance and assets Banyuasin district, including in the category overall quite effective. It is seen from the weights for the overall indicator is based on the gradation of 102.7 which made the score showed that the level of effective of the placement of human resources in the Revenue Office For Management of Regional Revenue, Finance and Assets Banyuasin Regency effective in a category, indicators used in research on the effectiveness of placments in the Revenue Office For Management of Regional Revenue,  Finance and Assets Banyuasin consists of four indicators namely Morality, aggression, leadership, and human relations.

Issues examined in this study were (1) Implementation of law enforcement against liquor by the Police Demak. (2) Obstacles encountered. (3) How the solutions do about it. The purpose of this study was to understand, describe, analyze and assess the implementation of enforcement by the Police in combating liquor Demak. The method used is Juridical Sociological with specification of descriptive analysis, the data used are primary data and secondary data so that the data collection method used is qualitative analysis. (1). Implementation of Law Enforcement by Police in combating liquor Demak carried out by (a) Preventive measures, namely the dissemination and raids (b) repressive actions, namely investigation, investigation, prosecution and trial. (2). Barriers Police Demak in law enforcement in combating the circulation of liquor (a) factor is the law that is not yet the enactment of a special law regulating the circulation of liquor (b) Factors law enforcement, namely the limited human resources (c) Factors of facilities (d) community factors, namely the lack of legal awareness (e) Cultural factors of society violates the cultural values of society. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of SPI, HR Quality, Transparency and Supervision on Village Financial Accountability in the Village in Pahae Jae District, North Tapanuli Regency, either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research and uses primary data. The data collection method used was a questionnaire given to village officials in Pahae Jae District, totaling 40 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially, SPI, Quality of Human Resources, and Supervision have a positive and significant effect while Transparency has a negative effect. Simultaneously SPI, Financial Accountability can be influenced by the quality of Human Resources, Transparency and Supervision in a positive and significant way in the Village in Pahae Jae District, North Tapanuli Regency.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction simultaneously. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. This research uses primary data and secondary data. While the sample technique used is a non-probability sample that uses a total sample of 100 respondents. Based on the results of this study, the quality of service consisting of reliability (reliability) X1, tangible X2, X3 responses, assurance and certainty (assurance) X4, and empathy (empathy) X5 affect customer satisfaction (Y) simultaneously or simultaneously.

<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong><strong><em>:</em></strong><em></em></p><h5><em>This research was conducted to find out what factors influenced the loyalty of Gen Y labor who worked as permanent employees and worked in Jabodetabek area. Many of the Gen Y workforce seen haven’t loyal like the previous generation that can work very long in a company. Researcher are interested to explore what factors can trigger the emergence of loyalty to appears in Gen Y. At a glance researcher consider the quality of work and job performance factors are affect the loyalty of the Gen Y labor. In this study the model used is a quantitative research model that serves to see whether there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables that affect the loyalty of Gen Y labor, such as the quality of work life and job performance. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly through distributed questionnaires, as well as library search through journals as secondary data, to compare and examine what variables are positively affected and can affect the quality of work life and job performance so that can create loyalty.During the research, the researcher found that some variables were allegedly able to increase the loyalty of the Gen Y labor in addition to quality of work life and performance, including compensation, career development and social support that simultaneously affected this research.</em><em></em></h5><h5><em> </em></h5><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><strong><em>: </em></strong><em>Loyalty, Employee, Gen Y</em></p>

This writing discusses the effectiveness of the Pre-Work program in building human resources and the role of the Pre-employment program in building the quality of human resources. The objectives of this study were to: (1). Determine the effectiveness of the Pre-employment program in building resources amid the human pandemic. (2). Determine the role of the Pre-employment program in building the quality of human resources in the midst of a pandemic. By using a descriptive qualitative research approach, the type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from in-depth interviews with community recipients of the pre-work card program assistance. The research results obtained are: (1). Pre-employment programs are less effective in building human resources. (2). The Pre-employment Program plays a very important role in building the quality of human resources.

This study aims to determine and explain the effects of both the simultaneous and partial quality of tertiary institutions, locations and costs on college decisions at IAIN Surakarta. Type of quantitative research, the source of the data comes from respondents (Primary Data) and from Surakarta IAIN documents (Secondary Data). This study took the population of 2018 semester 2 students of IAIN Surakarta and a sample of 100 people taken randomly from all faculties (Random Sampling). Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the quality of tertiary institutions, location and cost have a simultaneous and significant effect on college decisions at IAIN Surakarta as evidenced by the Sig 0,000 and Fcount of 28,984. In the t test of quality, location and cost have a positive and significant effect on college decisions at IAIN Surakarta with a quality value of Sig 0,000 and tcount of 4,627, location values of Sig 0,001 and tcount of 3,541 and cost of Sig of 0.009 and tcount of 2,667. Based on the coefficient of determination test contributed 45.9% to the decision of college at IAIN Surakarta while the rest are other factors outside this study. ABSTRACTIn advance of the society demand due to implementation of Good Governance, it has encouraged local government to deliver an accountabiliy of reasonable and qualified finance statement reports. This research aimed to analyze the finance official persepsion’s towards the variable of the human resources competency in finance managerial, internal government control application system and local financial information system, to analyze the elements which become strenghts and weaknesses and to formularize the priority strategic in order to enhance the quality of financial statement reports in local government of Anambas Islands Regency. The type of data used in this research consist of primary data dan secondary data. The primary data were obtained by direct observation, interview and debriefing, and the questionnaire to the purposively respondents (purposive sampling) whereas the secondary data were obtained by literature review and documents research. The methods of analysis that were Rating Scale Analysis, SWOT Analysis and QSPM method. The research of study result indicates of the poor human resource competency in finance official that has become the weakness of enhancement of quality financial statement reports. The chosen of primary priority strategy that adequate and capable to be implemented is to enhance the quality of human resources in finance managerial of local government in order to establish financial statement reports.Key words :  Strategy on the improvement of quality of financial report, regional finance, Kepulauan Anambas Regency ABSTRAKMeningkatnya tuntutan masyarakat terhadap penyelenggaraan  pemerintahan yang baik telah mendorong pemerintah daerah menyampaikan laporan pertanggungjawaban berupa laporan keuangan yang wajar dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : menganalisis persepsi pengelola keuangan terhadap variabel kompetensi sumber daya manusia pengelola keuangan, penerapan sistem pengendalian intern pemerintah dan sistem informasi keuangan daerah terhadap peningkatan kualitas laporan keuangan, menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menjadi kekuatan dan kelemahan dalam peningkatan kualitas laporan keuangan dan merumuskan strategi yang perlu diprioritaskan dalam peningkatan kualitas laporan keuangan pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas. Jenis data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan cara observasi langsung, wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang dipilih secara sengaja (purposive sampling). Sedangkan untuk mendapatkan data sekunder berasal dari studi pustaka dan kajian terhadap dokumen terkait. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis rating scale, analisis SWOT dan metode QSPM.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lemahnya kompetensi aparatur pengelola keuangan menjadi kelemahan dalam peningkatan kualitas laporan keuangan. Strategi prioritas utama yang terpilih dan dapat diimplementasikan adalah meningkatkan kualitas SDM pengelola keuangan daerah dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Kata kunci : Strategi Peningkatan Kualitas Laporan Keuangan, Keuangan Daerah, Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas

This study aims to analyze the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) in the coal mining company PT XYZ, Analyze and identify the factors that influence the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) in the mining company PT XYZ. This research is a descriptive qualitative and quantitative research approach. Primary data obtained from respondents are used as a means to obtain information or data carried out by field surveys through direct observation and interviews with respondents in the company and secondary data obtained from PT XYZ collected and compiled according to the problem of this study which was conducted in literature studies. Data were analyzed through text analysis, data interpretation. Data were analyzed using the SPSS (factor analysis) program to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of occupational safety and health in the coal mining company PT XYZ.

This study aims to analyze the influence of science and technology and the quality of human resources in the processing of high economic value water hyacinth in Lake Tempe, Wajo Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research with primary data collection. The sample used is the community around Lake Tempe with the age of 20-39 years, as many as 100 respondents. Data analysis is carried out through stages: collecting data through a questionnaire, and visiting the field directly in order to provide a clear picture of the problem under study. Testing the hypothesis of this study using multiple linear regression data analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23 software. This study states that: (1) science and technology on water hyacinth are of high economic value, with increasing science and technology, economic value is increasing. (2) The quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on water hyacinth with high economic value, with the increase in the quality of human resources, the economic value is increasing. (3) Simultaneously science and technology and human resources quality have a positive influence on high economic value, partially science and technology, and human resources quality have a positive effect on high economic value. (4) science and technology variable is a more dominant influence on water hyacinth with high economic value.

ABSTRACTReformation agenda is in various fields. One of the reformation agenda is in implementing the good governance. Regulation of the home affairs minister No. 19 Year 2016 is the regulation to rule local government wealth becoming adequated, informative, transparent and accountable. The purpose of this study are evaluating, knowing and describing the regional management assets. This study also formulating priority strategies to improve regional assets management of the Anambas government. The data consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct observation, interview and questioners with purposive sampling method. While the secondary data was obtained from literature and related documents. This study use rating scale analysis, SWOT and QSPM analysis. This study has shown the weaknesses of the human resources competeny in assets management was caused by lackig in guidance, supervision and controlling which influenced the assets managements performance. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi, mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan proses pengelolaan BMD dan merumuskan strategi yang perlu diprioritaskan dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan BMD pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas. Data penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder, data primer diperoleh dengan cara observasi langsung, wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang dipilih secara sengaja (purposive sampling). Sedangkan untuk mendapatkan data sekunder berasal dari studi pustaka dan kajian terhadap dokumen terkait. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian adalah : analisis rating scale, analisis SWOT dan metode QSPM.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lemahnya komptensi SDM pengelola BMD tidak terlepas dari kurang optimalnya pembinaan, pengawasan dan pengedalian pada pengurus BMD dan ini juga berdampak pada kinerja aparatur pengelola BMD. Strategi prioritas yang tepat untuk diimplementasikan yaitu peningkatan kualitas SDM pengurus BMD dalam mengelola dan menyusun laporan BMD.Kata kunci: Strategi, Peningkatan Pengelolaan BMD.
