The Semarang Police, as a form of bureaucratic reform in services, uses a Tour Driver's Licenseservice. However, in its implementation, there are still many obstacles, namely inadequate infrastructure for Tour Driver’s License services and lack of human resources. The purpose of this study was to analyze the service quality of a Tour Driver’s License in Semarang Regency and the factors inhibiting and supporting it. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis (data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing). Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that the service quality of Tour Driver’s Licenses in Semarang Regency is good. Service implementers have the ability and are able to act professionally. It's just that in its implementation it is constrained by a lack of infrastructure, namely there is only one Tour Driver’s License unit, waiting chairs and tents are still not available, and a lack of human resources. There is a need for additional facilities, infrastructure and human resources to support the implementation of Tour Driver’s License services so that they are able to reach all areas in Semarang Regency.

Inovasi layanan drive-thru perpustakaan merupakan sebuah layanan yang diciptakan Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Inovasi layanan drive-thru ini berbentuk tempat / loket untuk melayani kebutuhan pemustaka tanpa harus turun dari kendaraan. Inovasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pelayanan kepada pemustaka dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan budaya literasi.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi layanan drive-thru di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Kriteria Inovasi menurut PermenPANRB nomor 3 Tahun  2018 meliputi 5 variabel yang terdiri atas Kebaruan, Efektif , Bermanfaat , Dapat direplikasi, dan Berkelanjutan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, pemaparan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi layanan drive-thru memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Pada kriteria kebaruan menunjukkan inovasi drive-thru merupakan suatu penemuan baru serta menawarkan cara baru dalam melayani pemustaka melalui loket. Untuk kriteria efektif tujuan dari diciptakannya drive-thru adalah untuk memudahkan pemustaka sudah memenuhi, tetapi untuk meningkatkan budaya literasi belum tercapai. Untuk kriteria bermanfaat sudah dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dan bagi dinas yang menerapkannya. Pada dapat direplikasi inovasi ini dapat menjadi contoh/rujukan karena sudah ada beberapa instansi yang menduplikasinya, lalu kriteria terakhir keberlanjutan untuk kedepan inovasi ini akan tetap dipertahankan karena mendapat dukungan dari berbagai stakeholder. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah lebih menggalakan sosialisasi agar drive-thru ini bisa lebih berkembang dan dimanfaatkan oleh lebih banyak orang.    Kata kunci : Inovasi Layanan, Drive Thru Perpustakaan, Budaya Literasi   The library's drive-thru service innovation is a service created by the Library and Archives Office of East Java Province. This drive-thru service innovation is in the form of a counter to serve the needs of visitors without having to get off the vehicle. This innovation aims to facilitate service to users in the hope that it can improve literacy culture. The purpose of this study is to describe the drive-thru service innovation in the Department of Library and Archives of East Java Province. The focus of this research is the Innovation Criteria according to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PermenPANRB) number 3 of 2018 covering 5 variables consisting of novelty, effectiveness, benefit, transferbility, and sustainability. This type of research is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. For data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation, presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results show that drive-thru service innovation has advantages and disadvantages. The novelty criterion indicates that drive-thru innovation is a new invention and offers a new way of serving visitors through the counter. . For the effective criteria, the purpose of creating a drive-thru is to make it easier for users to fulfill it, but to improve literacy culture has not been achieved. For useful criteria, it can provide benefits for the community and for the agencies that implement them. If this innovation can be replicated, it can be used as an example / reference because there are already several agencies that duplicate it. Then the last criteria for sustainability for the future of this innovation will be maintained because it has the support of various stakeholders. Suggestions that can be given are to promote more socialization so that this drive-thru can be more developed and utilized by more people. This study aims to find out the strategies implemented by the principal in order to improve the quality of tahfizh education in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga. This study is a field study with a qualitative approach. The location of this study is in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga, Central Java. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. There are 3 aspects that are targeted from improving the quality of tahfizh education. First, the improvement of the quality of human resources in this case is reserved for teachers who support the tahfizh program. This improvement in the quality of human resources is implemented through teacher self-training, learning supervision, lesson study and peer assessment, as well as the construction of recitations. Second, the implementation of standard operating procedures (POS) implemented by tahfizh teachers in teaching. Third, improve communication and good cooperation with parents.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of a modern tax administration system, service quality, and taxpayer awareness on individual taxpayer compliance (WPOP). This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Denpasar Timur. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis obtained a modern tax administration system, service quality, and awareness of taxpayers have a positive and significant effect on WPOP compliance. This shows that if the tax administration system is implemented well, it will tend to increase compliance with WPOP reporting. Service quality also has a positive effect on WPOP compliance, this proves that the better the quality of services provided will make the taxpayer more compliant in fulfilling his obligations. The University of Padang (UNP) is one of the educational institutions in implementing e-learning. This research used quantitative method. The researcher evaluated e-learning by using the information success system DeLone & McClean model. This research was expected to be able to find out the overview of UNP e-learning. Based on data analysis, it showed that respondents’ level of achievement (TCR) reached 88.07% was categorized into good. The quality of information showed that the TCR reached 87.36% was categorized into good. Service quality of TCR reached 87.76% was categorized into good. The use that TCR reached 88.24% was categorized into good. Respondents’ satisfaction showed that TCR reached 88.73% was categorized into good. The benefit of TCR reached 84.10% was categorized into good. So, e-learning of Padang University had "Good" measurement on all variables, of course it would affect the use of e-learning itself, especially managed by educators and students' use.

One form of bureaucratic reform in public services is to bring innovation. Since 2015 the city of Banda Aceh has implemented innovations in birth certificate services, by presenting PELANGI (direct servants). Pelangi is a mechanism for making birth certificates based on a mobile car with a proactive system. Department of Population and Civil Registration of the city of Banda Aceh visited villages in Banda Aceh City and provided birth certificate registration services on-site. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the "Pelangi" program and the extent to which the program was able to increase ownership of birth certificates in the city of Banda Aceh. The research method chosen is descriptive qualitative. With the hope of being able to answer in more detail related to Department of Population and Civil Registration's efforts in increasing the ownership of birth certificates for residents of the city of Banda Aceh through the innovation of the Pelangi. The key informants in this study came from officers and leadership elements of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Banda Aceh and village officials who were partners. While data collection techniques are obtained through observations, interviews and documentations. Data analysis technique is done by reducing data, presentation and verification. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Pelangi innovation in the city of Banda Aceh based on a mobile car has become one of the innovations that is able to increase the number of birth certificate ownership in the city of Banda Aceh.

This study discusses the effect of service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction at PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance Jakarta Branch. This research was conducted by using purposive sampling. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis conclude that service quality does not affect customer loyalty. So it can be said, good service quality may not necessarily make the customer loyal to PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance because there are still several factors that can make customers loyal. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. So it can be said, good service quality will increase customer satisfaction with PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty. So it can be said, increasing customer satisfaction will make customers more loyal to PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance. Customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. So it can be said, if the quality of service provided is getting better, it will form high customer satisfaction in the minds of customers, then this will further increase customer loyalty at PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance.

This study aims to analyze the pattern of implementing the 'ngabdi' system applied to the Bahrul Mahfiroh Islamic Boarding School in the context of HRM. This research is actually focused on the development of human resources in the Islamic boarding school Bahrul Maghfiroh Malang. This is very interesting because there is an integration between pesantren culture and HRM theory which is carried out in the economic and business spheres. In addition, acculturation of human resource development theory and Islamic boarding school culture is also discussed in this study. One of the ways to serve the pesantren is to increase the quality of the output of the students. The method used is a qualitative approach and is included in the descriptive scope because it describes the phenomena that occur in this study. The Miles and Huberman approach model is adopted for the data analysis technique performed. The results prove that 'ngabdi' also applies the HRM theory even though several factors are acculturated with the wisdom of the pesantren itself. In general, the implementation pattern of service in Bahrul Maghfiroh applies the HRM theory starting from recruitment, training, compensation, and termination of employment, although there are modifications according to the needs of the pesantren

This study aims to analyze the influence of science and technology and the quality of human resources in the processing of high economic value water hyacinth in Lake Tempe, Wajo Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research with primary data collection. The sample used is the community around Lake Tempe with the age of 20-39 years, as many as 100 respondents. Data analysis is carried out through stages: collecting data through a questionnaire, and visiting the field directly in order to provide a clear picture of the problem under study. Testing the hypothesis of this study using multiple linear regression data analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23 software. This study states that: (1) science and technology on water hyacinth are of high economic value, with increasing science and technology, economic value is increasing. (2) The quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on water hyacinth with high economic value, with the increase in the quality of human resources, the economic value is increasing. (3) Simultaneously science and technology and human resources quality have a positive influence on high economic value, partially science and technology, and human resources quality have a positive effect on high economic value. (4) science and technology variable is a more dominant influence on water hyacinth with high economic value.

This pandemic period makes educational institutions work even harder in marketing educational services, and each institution will make marketing management using a variety of methods, as we know that in this case, early childhood education institutions are one of the institutions that have tough competition between one institution and one institution. another. Therefore, school institutions must show clear and ideal quality of their institutions. The main problem in this research is to find out the marketing of educational services in Kindergarten Pelangi Ceria. This research aims to explore and convey new information related to the marketing of educational services. The research method used is to use qualitative research methods in which data collected by observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data analysis technique used data analysis, data presentation, and drawing conclusions by triangulating the data. The results of this study indicate that the PG-TK Pelangi Ceria school institution indirectly implements PAUD service marketing management by determining market segmentation, positioning, and targeting. Even before the pandemic, the PG-TK Pelangi Ceria institutions had marketed their educational services through digital or via social media, so that the PG-TK Pelangi Ceria remained highly competitive among PAUD institutions around the Delta Sari area.
