Narcotics abuse is a serious problem experienced by various countries including Indonesia. The proliferation of narcotics trafficking among students has become increasingly alarming by making students the target of narcotics syndicates networks. The concern about the circulation of Narcotics among students must be anticipated immediately considering that students are the next generation of the Nation. Juridical empirical approach method. The implementation of the prevention of narcotics crime among students in its development has not been able to run effectively this is because the circulation of narcotics among students with target consumers of fellow students uses social media networking facilities via the internet which is the result of advances in information and communication technology as well as overcoming the circulation of narcotics crime is divided into : primary, before abuse occurs, or known as a preventive function. Usually in the form of education, dissemination of information about the dangers of drugs, approaches through the family, etc. In carrying out this function, the efforts that must be made by the government include regular outreach, establishment of supervisory institutions, forming laws and regulations in various forms, and even establishing international cooperation both bilaterally, regionally and multilaterally.

This chapter conducts a preliminary assessment on the early digital transition in Alaska by systematically examining the usage of the Internet in Alaska from five aspects: local information and communication technology providers, top 100 private firms, small private firms crossing different programs, the Government, and varied Alaskan communities. Over 1,000 websites were analyzed. It finds that Alaska is very committed to turning digital opportunities into a development force. The digital transition in Alaska is at various stages throughout the State. This digital transition benefits consumers instead of suppliers. It is driven by government instead of private sectors. It is strong at basic components or lower levels instead of demonstrating a balanced structure.

AbstrakKemajuan teknologi informasi berkembang secara pesat di berbagai bidang kehidupan. Internet adalah salah satu bagian dari teknologi informasi dan komunikasi  mempunyai efek dan pengaruh yang sangat besar. Website salah satu teknologi internet tidak hanya sebagai media informasi tetapi menjadi proses pendukung bisnis perusahaan, akan tetapi penjualan melalui website belum cukup efektif jika tidak didukung dengan strategi promosi yang baik. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) adalah salah satu teknik promosi dengan cara memanfaatkan pengoptimalan mesin pencari agar website yang sudah kita buat berada diperingkat teratas atau halaman pertama (first page) sebuah halaman mesin pencari. Peneltian ini dilakukan pada sebuah website yang awalnya belum dilakukan teknik-teknik dari SEO, kemudian dengan menerapkan metode SEO on Page seperti optimasi keyword pada title tag, content, meta keyword,meta description, dan  share ke sosial media, pada tahap ini juga dilakukan beberapa pengujian sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan penerapan teknik-teknik SEO. Hasil dari penerapan teknik-teknik SEO mampu meningkatkan SERP (Search Engine Results Page) website di mesin pencari dan berhasil terindek oleh google berada di page kedua pada bulan kedua dan berhasil terindex di page  pertama dalam pencarian google denga waktu kurang dari 3 bulan. Kata kunci : Website, SEO, Seo on Page, SERP AbstractThe advancement of information technology is growing rapidly in various fields of life. The development of information and communication technology that is increasing has made a major contribution to meeting human needs. The presence of the internet provides convenience in making buying and selling transactions, through e-commerce. The presence of Law no. 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions is one of the legal instruments in protecting e-commerce consumers. The law regulates one form of protection that can be carried out through the inclusion of a certificate of reliability (trustmark). Based on the analysis using the normative juridical research method, it was found that in the case of the inclusion of a reliability certificate (trustmark) issued by a Foreign Reliability Certification Agency, the government has not taken legal action regarding this matter, so that the inclusion of a reliability certificate (trustmark) can still be applied as long as there are no regulations issued. Arrange. In relation to legal actions that can be taken by the parties for losses in e-commerce transactions due to the absence of a trustmark logo, namely by imposing sanctions on business actors and consumers can demand rights that should be fulfilled in buying and selling transactions through existing mechanisms.

Along with the development of information and communication technology today, the internet has become a powerful tool to rethink the government system with a new model. However, the application of information technology has not been fully implemented in all fields in the government. One of them is in the General Section of the Regional Secretary of the Tangerang Regency Goverment which still manage the administration of the mail manually and archives the letter data that is still stored in Microsoft Excel. So for that it is necessary to make an information system that can help the work of the General Section Regional Secretary of the Tangerang Regency in managing and filing data letters. The infromation ssytem that will be built later will store data letters that have been inputted into the database so that the stored data will be safer and easier when searching for data. E-Office is a system related to office administration that is done electronically and uses the help of communication device and information system. With the creation of this system, it will be able to assist in the administration of correspondence to make it easier, faster and more accurate

The BUMDes of Katon Margo Sembada is one of the BUMDes affected during the covid-19 pandemic. This impact can be seen from the decrease in income by 30%. This happens because so far BUMDES Katon Margo Sembada, still uses conventional methods in marketing. There is no website or social media related to the BUMDES business unit of Katon Margo Sembada, making this BUMDES undeveloped and unknown to many people. In addition, BUMDES Katon Margo Sembada also lacks human resources who can manage BUMDES well through the marketplace and digital marketing. Furthermore, this community service aims to aid BUMDES Katon Margo Sembada based on technology, information, and communication so that the managed business units can be known by the wider community. Through the community empowerment approach, this service is expected to change the existence of the community to be more independent, productive, and prosperous. Based on the results of the initial assessment of the problem, the team has aided in website creation, social media, mentoring and training in media, digital marketing, and marketplace. In addition, the team also initiated by establishing strategic collaboration between BUMDES Katon Margo Sembada and the Government Science Laboratory, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta in the implementation of Information and Communication Technology-Based Management and Assistance.

This paper describes the use of a Linux embedded system for use in digital information and communication technology in order to generate image warnings using Internet of Things (IoT) prin- ciples. The proposed project generated a product, developed using concepts of project-based learning (ABP), called SECI (electronic internal communication system) that is accessed by students to view online warnings by distributed monitors and also by mobile devices connected to the Internet.

The availability of information and communication technology (ICT) has made it a lot of convenience in everything. An example is the existence of online trading transactions, for we can market these products online both through marketplaces and social media, we must-have products that are slightly different from the others. One way is to design your own product packaging that we will sell, and for example it can be started by making a product logo. This is the basis of community service activities, and this activity utilizes the creative side of partners so that they can create a design that will be packaged in the next stage in the form of merchandise. In this design training phase, partner participants were given the understanding to use vector-based graphic design applications, from creating product logos to digital advertising posters

The rapid development of information and communication technology is currently having an impact on changes in various fields, one of which is changes in people's lifestyles, including consumption in society. The development of information and communication technology has resulted in easier access for people in the world to access the internet and use it to buying and selling transactions online via the internet. The report Global Web Index notes that Indonesia has a high level of users e-commerce highest in the world and as many as 96% of internet users looking for a product or service to make purchases online. This has resulted in the development of e-commerce in Indonesia and throughout the world which is increasing as a consequence of which the competition is getting harder service providers are e-commerce required to provide the best service in order to increase customer satisfaction and trust so that customers will be loyal to using these services. This can be achieved by paying attention to customer value and corrective actions in an effort to restore service to customers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of customer perceived value and e-service recovery on e-loyalty with e-satisfaction and e-trust as intervening variables. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to ecommerce Shopee Indonesia customers in Medan City with a total sample of 328 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling. Data analysis was carried out through SEM-PLS using the SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that customer perceived value has a significant effect on e-satisfaction and also e-loyalty. However, customer perceived value has no significant effect on e-trust. The variable e-service recovery directly has a significant effect on e-satisfaction, e-trust, and e-loyalty. E-satisfaction and e-trust cannot mediate the relationship between customer perceived value and e-loyalty, but they are able to mediate the relationship between e-service recovery and e-loyalty.
