Higher vocational education is the main place for cultivating high skilled talents. Only teachers with rich skills can cultivate excellent skilled talents. In order to promote the reform of vocational education, the focus should be on building a team of high-quality professional teachers. In the Opinions on Comprehensively Improving the Teaching Quality of Higher Vocational Education that was issued by the Ministry of Education, it has been proposed that professional teachers should be encouraged to practice in enterprises, accumulate practical work experience, and improve practical teaching ability. The purpose of the vocational education community is to establish an enterprise practice base to meet the needs of the modern industry as well as effectively cultivate technical and skilled talents in line with enterprises. The industrial park industry is used as an example in this article to explore the operation mode of enterprise practice base in adapting to the development of the modern industry as well as to better serve the development of vocational teachers and the improvement of students’ professional ability.

As "the fifth generation of educational revolution", the State Council and Ministry of Education have deployed and built a general environment for education informatization in 10 years. Vocational education cultivates information-literate high-quality technical talents, which is bound to require a promotion on teachers' information-based teaching literacy. Taking Zhejiang province's as an example, push forward from 5 aspects of "building platform, focusing on techniques, encouraging seminar, implementing educational reform, more integration"; conduct spiral progression means of "match-seminar-study-practice"; in allusion to information-based teaching literacy's concept, technical operation, resource application, design implementation, literacy transmission, assessment promotion, have a research on practical informational technology's rational application and methods to promote teachers' information-based teaching literacy, accelerate vocational education concept's innovation and development, provide high-quality talents for industrial transformation and upgrading.

The enterprise practice of teachers in higher vocational colleges is adapt to the needs of the development of higher vocational education. It is an important approach to build “the double teacher” construction. Through researching the data obtained from some higher vocational college teachers' enterprise practice, the paper has done some analysis on the current overall status of the teachers in enterprise practice. We have carried on some explorations about the existing problems in three ways, such as the colleges, teachers and enterprise.

As a part of higher education, higher vocational education is developing rapidly in China. To build a perfect higher vocational education system and improve the quality of teaching is the most important part of higher vocational education. <p>To improve the level of teaching skill and professional knowledge reserve of tourism teachers in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to improve the teaching competence of tourism vocational education teachers from the perspective of industry-education integration. In addition, the significant improvement of teachers' teaching quality is related to the effective improvement of teaching ability, the development of teachers' professional quality, and the cultivation of students' professional quality and sustainable development ability. Based on the research perspective of industry-education integration, this paper analyzes the common problems existing in vocational education teaching of teachers in higher vocational colleges, and points out the specific ways to improve the competence of tourism vocational teachers, in order to provide scientific theoretical basis for the long-term development of tourism vocational education.</p>

Industrial research for the purpose of talent training is one of the important ways to change the current irrational structure of teachers in my country's higher vocational education system. Aiming at the current shortage of practical skills among teachers in higher vocational colleges, the necessity of industrial research to promote the development of higher vocational education in my country is analyzed. On this basis, a strategic framework for higher vocational teachers to conduct industrial research for the purpose of vocational talent training has been constructed from the five fundamentals which are industry needs, industry frontiers and development trends, work tasks and processes, professional standards, and professional qualifications.

The Times

Informatization has a profound impact on education. Comprehensively promoting teaching modernization with informatization is not only a new topic of the times, but also the only way for the modernization of vocational education. This paper studies the current situation of Higher Vocational Education in the information age. This paper analyzes the development process, path, typical practices and innovative experience of Vocational Teachers' modernization. At the same time, this paper focuses on the development and effectiveness of the e-learning space renrentong with Chinese characteristics and the vocational teaching informatization competition, and puts forward some strategies for optimal development on this basis. Realizing the modernization of teachers is the premise of teaching modernization. Therefore, the discussion on promoting the modernization of vocational teachers with informatization is also the core of this paper.
