Sampling in this study was conducted with non-probability sampling techniques with consecutive sampling. Data collection is done through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed with Chi-Square. The results of the Chi-Square analysis showed that there was a relationship between nurses' caring behavior and patient satisfaction (p = 0.001). The results of the analysis of the strength of the relationship indicate the direction of a positive correlation with the strength of a strong correlation.

Nursing service satisfaction is obtained from consumer assessments regarding the quality and performance of the benefits received from products or services. Quality nursing services can be realized through the provision of nursing care based on the caring behavior of nurses. Caring behavior must always be carried out by nurses in all conditions, even during the current COVID-19 pandemic situation. In the preliminary study conducted, Elisabeth 4's inpatient room was the room that experienced the lowest decrease in customer satisfaction. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurse caring behavior and patient satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic in Elisabeth 4 Hospital's inpatient room. Panti Rapih, Yogyakarta. Methods: This type of research is a descriptive correlation. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design. Using non probability sample techniques, purposive sample. The sample used was 37 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that is given directly to the respondent in Januari 2021 sampai Februari 2021. Results: The highest nurse caring behavior was in the good category, 83.8% of the total respondents. The highest level of satisfaction is "Satisfied" 54.1% of the total respondents and "Very Satisfied" as much as 43.2% of the total respondents. Based on the results of the Spearman rho test, P value 0.007 is, this means that there is a significant relationship between nurse caring behavior and the level of patient satisfaction. The Correlation Coefficient value is positive, which indicates that there is a strong relationship between nurse caring behavior and the level of patient satisfaction. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between nurse caring behavior and patient satisfaction. The direction of the positive correlation shows that the higher the nurse's caring behavior, the higher the patient's satisfaction in nursing services. The design of this research is quantitative descriptive with cross sectional approach with a sample of 88 respondents selected by purposive sampling. Data collection by questionnaire and processed by Spearman rank test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between mother's knowledge and KPSP interpretation of children aged 0-24 months whose p value = 0,000 is smaller than a 0.05 (p va). Researchers recommend that health workers, especially at BPM Sagita Darma Sari Palembang to further enhance the early detection of child growth and development, so that if there is a delay in the development of children can take precautionary steps earlier.

Nosocomial infection is an infection obtained by patients who are undergoing treatment in a hospital. Nosocomial infections stem from non-invasive measures. Prantara that cause nosocomial infections are microorganisms, medications and the environment. Where, is a factor causing nosocomial infection that is the focus of this study is midwives who are less aware of personal’ hygiene. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge of midwives about nosocomial infections with prevention measures in cesarean section surgical patients at Imelda General Hospital Medan. This research is a quantitative study with a correlational research design with Cross Sectional approach, where sampling is done with a total sampling technique with a total of 31 midwives, and data collection is done using a questionnaire. The results of the study of midwife knowledge about nosocomial infections are mostly knowledgeable, 21 people (67.8%), while the majority of prevention measures are good, 19 people (61.3%). The results of the study were tested using the Spearman Rank test to see the relationship between knowledge of midwives about nosocomial infections and their preventive measures in post-cesarean section patients, the results obtained with a probability value (p) = 0.011 (p <0.05), which means there is a relationship where (r) = 0.452, it means that the strength of the relationship is sufficient and this relationship is positive which means that if the midwife's knowledge of nosocomial infection is sufficient, the more sufficient value of infection prevention measures is obtained.

Abstract Study question What are the basic elements of the infertility specialist - patient relationship? Summary answer For study participants, elements such as empathy, communication, collaboration and trust are important factors in increasing compliance and satisfaction with treatment. What is known already In the literature, the doctor-patient relationship is seen as fundamental in the treatment of infertility, due to the emotional implications of fertilization procedures. However, not much data is available specifically for this relationship. Communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, trust, collaboration, compliance and satisfaction are essential elements in this medical context. Study design, size, duration A cross-sectional study was conducted between May and June 2020 and follows the methods of a quantitative analysis, the data being collected using questionnaires. The research plan is one specific to the path analysis with mediation effect, in which the hypotheses were tested. Participants/materials, setting, methods The research group consists of 151 women diagnosed with infertility, voluntarily recruited through online support communities. Self-reported questionnaires provided socio-demographic information, information related to infertility, as well as information on the relationship of patients with specialists. In order to test the proposed hypotheses, an analysis of structural equations was performed, using the AMOS 20 program. Main results and the role of chance According to statistical indicators, CMIN / DF = 2.124, RMSEA = .087 and the p value of the Chi-square is less than 5% significance level, the model proposed is accepted. Based on the reported NFI and CFI values (.777 and .867), as well as the values of RFI = .763, IFI = .868 and TLI = .859, it can be concluded that the model is appropriate for the sample data. The p value of all constructors is less than .05, except for trust in doctor - cognitive empathy and patient satisfaction. All the others paths are significant: the effect of communication on treatment compliance, mediated by trust in specialist and collaboration; the effect on communication on treatment compliance, mediated by affective empathy, trust in specialist and collaboration; the effect on communication on patient satisfaction, mediated by affective empathy and trust in doctor; the direct effect of communication on trust in doctor, as well as the mediated effect by affective empathy. Regarding the relationship with doctor during the COVID–19 pandemic, 33% of the study participants stated that the pandemic affected the relationship with doctor, and 44% discontinued contact with specialist and medical procedures between March and June 2020. Limitations, reasons for caution Only infertile, voluntary women participated in this study, which limits the generalizability to other populations. Because the data are cross-sectional and correlational, the direction of causation is not proven. Additional experimental research on larger populations is needed to examine the effects of communication on patient satisfaction and compliance. Wider implications of the findings: The study draws attention to the importance of basic concepts in the relationship of specialists with infertile patients. Thus, it is necessary for health care providers in assisted human reproduction to participate in programs for the continuous training of empathic communication skills, given the sensitivity of this diagnosis. Nursing as a science that continues to develop, both due to external pressure and because of internal pressure nursing. One of the problems faced by Indonesian nurses in the health service system is the low standard of reward which can have an impact on nurse performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of rewarding with work motivation of nurses in the Inpatient Room of H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Hospital in Bulukumba Regency, with total sampling taking 48 respondents. This research is a quantitative study using an analytic observational design using a cross-sectional study approach. The results of bivariate fisher analysis showed that the value of the p-value was 0.028 p (<0.05). The value of 0.028 is below the alpha value (0.05), thus there is a relationship between giving rewards with work motivation of nurses. Then it was concluded that there was a relationship between rewarding and work motivation for honorary nurses in the inpatient room of H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Hospital in Bulukumba Regency. Based on the results of the study it is expected to the Hospital to provide more appropriate rewards or awards to improve better nursing services.
