Kajian Mitos dalam Novel 'Aroma Karsa' Karya Dewi Lestari Perspektif Ekologi Budaya (The Myth Study inside of ‘Aroma Karsa’ Novel By Dewi Lestari Perspective of Culture Ecology)

Lingkungan budaya dengan segala kompleksitasnya mampu memberikan sumbangan terhadap lahirnya mitos. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fakta-fakta mitos, fungsi mitos, dan keterkaitan mitos dengan lingkungan budaya. Ekologi budaya dipilih sebagai pendekatan, karena masyarakat dan lingkungan budaya tidak dapat dipisahkan dari aspek penciptaan karya sastra. Adapun teori yang digunakan adalah strukturalisme Claude Levi-Strauss berupa miteme yaitu unsur-unsur terkecil dalam mitos. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis untuk mendeskripsikan mitos-mitos dalam novel dengan melibatkan lingkungan budaya. Data penelitian berupa sekuen cerita, kutipan satuan cerita berwujud kutipan langsung, dialog, dan monolog tentang mitos. Sumber data penelitian berasal dari novel Aroma Karsa karya Dewi Lestari. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka berupa membaca novel Aroma Karsa karya Dewi Lestari, dan ditunjang dengan buku dan sumber lain yang relevan dengan rumusan masalah. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi data, mengklasifikasikan data, menganalisis data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu mengungkapkan fakta-fakta mitos melalui rangkaian peristiwa, miteme yang menghadirkan Puspa Karsa sebagai tokoh sakral, kehidupan Puspa Karsa, dan benda-benda yang terungkap dalamnya. Kehadiran Puspa Karsa dan tokoh-tokoh mitologi lainnya memberikan fungsi tersendiri, salah satunya untuk memberikan pemahaman bahwa ada kekuatan lain yang hidup berdampingan dengan manusia. Lokasi taman Puspa Karsa memanfaatkan Lingkungan budaya masyarakat Jawa Tengah yang melahirkan beragam mitos, namun masih diyakini kebenarannya.Kata kunci: mitos, kajian budaya, mitemeABSTRACTCultural environment with all of the complexity is able to contribute to the existence of myths. This research aims to describe mythical facts, mythical function, and relation between myths with cultural environment. Cultural ecology is chosen as an approach, because society and cultural environment cannot be separated from creation of literary aspect. The theory used is the structuralism of Claude Levi-Strauss in the form of mytheme that is the smallest elements in the myth. The research uses descriptive analysis method in order to describe the myths in the novels by involving cultural environment. The data in this study are sequence story, story unit quotes in form of direct quotation, dialogue and monologues about myths. The research sources are from Dewi Lestari’s ‘Aroma Karsa’ novels. Data collection is carried out through literature studies in the form of reading ‘Aroma Karsa’, novel by Dewi Lestari also supported by another books and relevant sources for adjust the problem statement. Data analysis has done by identifying data, classifying data, analyzing data, and concluding the data. The result of the study were to reveal mythical facts through some events, a mytheme that presented Puspa Karsa as a sacred figure, the life of Puspa Karsa, anda objects revealed in it. The presence of Puspa Karsa and other mythological figure provides its own function, one of which is to provide an understanding that there are other forces that coexist with humans. The location of Puspa Karsa park makes use of the cultural environment of the Central Java people which raisesariety of myths, but the truth is still believed.

The Heritage Palace is located in Surakarta City of Central Java which formerly was the sugar factory that is currently used as a tourist attraction. However, this place has the problem of lacking its informative and interactive signage, less by the branding of the tourist spots, and less proper in material selection. The data collection used were the literature study, observation, interviews and questionnaires, using comparison matrix as data analysis method. The concept of the design takes the modern and old heritage concept using a font that matches the clear language and adds pictogram. The purpose of this design is to provide informative and interactive information using signage ang interactive media that is useful to help visitors get information when they visit the tourist site

Abstract Planting of character education must be carried out continuously. The characters that have been planted in school must be strengthened in college. The planting of character education must be taught, familiarized, trained consistently, become character and become a culture, so that the planting of education is not only in school, but must be strengthened into a culture in college. Strengthening the character in college should be more endeavored to make students who are faithful, pious, noble, moral, ethical and civilized based on the nation's noble values of religion, Pancasila, the Constitution of 1945 and the culture of moderating Islamic values. The noble values of the nation from religion and the culture of Islamic values of moderation can be seen from the Aswaja teachings that can be embedded in the teachings that can strengthen character education in universities. This research is a qualitative research conducted at Wahid Hasyim University, Semarang, which is one of the universities that base Aswaja as a foundation for strengthening character education. The source of the data is obtained from primary and secondary data. Data collection method is done by interview, documentation and observation, while data analysis method uses descriptive analysis method. The results of the study show that the concept of aswaja teaching at Wahid Hasyim University is used as the foundation that underlies all activities carried out on campus, both matters relating to aqidah, worship/sharia, and morals. As for strengthening character education through Aswaja teachings, it was carried out by making Aswaja Center which regulates activities related to Aswaja. The implementation of the Aswaja teachings is carried out through habituation, guidance and consultation related to religious practices. Aswaja's teachings are also integrated in courses according to each faculty. Key Words : Aswaja, Education, Character.

The problem that often occurs is that someone tends to carry the characteristics of the language he uses in other languages when he learns and interacts with the language. This phenomenon has occurred in Indonesian students in learning Arabic at Ar Raayah University which influences the student's ta'bir syafahi. Based on this, the researcher wants to describe and analyze the forms and factors of the semantic intervention of Indonesian in Arabic from the aspects of ta'bir syafahi that occur in STIBA Ar Raayah students. This research uses descriptive analysis method based on a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interview and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique used is based on Miles and Huberman models. The results of this study indicate that semantic interventions have influenced the ta’bir Syafahi for STIBA Ar Raayah students, which can be seen from the use of inaccurate words in the use of Arabic or the use of Arabic words based on the meaning understood in Indonesian. This happens because of the influence of the Indonesian language, lack of knowledge about appropriate vocabulary in the use of Arabic, lack of mastery of Arabic grammar, the assumption of false and correct sentences and taklid.

This study uses Kidung Tunjung Biru as object. The problems raised in this study include structure and the meaning of Kidung Tunjung Biru. Theory which was employed in this study is a structural theory and semiotic theory. Methods and techniques used in this study were divided into three phases, (1) the stage of data collection method is used to read assisted with translation techniques, (2) the stage of data analysis used descriptive analysis method, and (3) the stage of presentation of the results of the analysis used informal and formal methods. The results obtained from this study is structure of Kidung Tunjung Biru consisting of: metrum and languages. The meaning contained in Kidung Tunjung Biru, consisting of: flowers in a symbolic;the expression of love; and the concept of kalepasan (unity of God and Human).

AbstrakEmployee engagement merupakan antusiasme karyawan dalam bekerja. Antusiasme ini terbentuk karena karyawan merasa engaged sehingga berpotensi untuk menampilkan perilaku yang engaged. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis employee engagement pada PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera di Kabupaten Luwu. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT Sumber Graha yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Luwu, Sulawesi Selatan dengan jumlah 95 Karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner dan observasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa penerapan employee engagement pada PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera sudah sangat baik. Rasa engaged atau rasa keterikatan karyawan pada perusahaan tersebut sangat tinggi. Dimensi vigor merupakan indikator dengan nilai tertinggi dan masuk dalam kategori sangat baik artinya keinginan karyawan untuk berusaha dengan sungguh-sungguh dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya sangat tinggi. Indikator dengan persepsi terendah yaitu absorption namun penerapannya masih dalam kategori baik.Kata Kunci: absorption, dedication, employee management, vigor. AbstractEmployee engagement is the enthusiasm of employees at work. This enthusiasm is formed because the employee feels engaged so that he has the potential to display engaged behavior. This study aims to analyze employee engagement at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera in Luwu Regency. The object of this research is employees at PT Sumber Graha, located in Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi with a total of 95 employees. Data collection was carried out through interviews, questionnaires and observation. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study found that the implementation of employee engagement at PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera is very good. The sense of engaged to the company is very high. The vigor dimension is an indicator with the highest value and is included in the very good category, meaning that the employee's desire to make serious efforts in carrying out their work is very high. The indicator with the lowest perception is absorption but its application is still in a good category.Keywords: absorption, dedication, employee management, vigor.

This study was aimed to figure out if there is significant correlation between service quality and customers' satisfaction at Rumah Cantik Amanie in Kebun Tebeng of Bengkulu municipality. This was a quantitative study. Method used in this study was survey. Data collection was done by giving away questionnaire in the form of written statement to be filled in by the respondents based on the real situation. The respondents were 212 people, taken by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used were descriptive analysis and correlation analysis. Based on the analysis result and hipothesis examination it could be concluded that: (1) Amanie salon's service quality had been quality in the customers' opinion proven by average score of 4.04. This average score was in the range of 3.41 - 4.20 which was categorized to be "quality"; (2) Amanie salon's customers' satisfaction had already been satisfied category, with average answer of 4.09. This score was in the range of 3.41-4.20 which meant "satisfied"; (3) There was correlation between service quality and Amanie salon's customers' satisfaction with correlation coefficent of 0.977. The capability of service quality variable in explaining the rise and fall of Amanie Salon's customers' satisfaction was still huge. It was 95.45%, while the rest 4.55% was affected by other factor which was not studied. Keywords : service quality, customers' satisfaction

This research is the study of the form of presentation of dance parties, Or oncommunity Gayo in Aceh Tengah. The purpose of this study was to describe theform of the presentation of dance parties, Or on community Gayo in AcehTengah.In this discussion the researchers use theories related to research topics such as thesense of dance parties, Or, the theory of form and presentation of the theory.The methods used to discuss the form of the presentation of dance parties, Or oncommunities of Central Aceh Gayo is a descriptive analysis method. This researchpopulation and at the same time be a sample that is custom figures, artists, anddancers. Data collection techniques include the study of librarianship, interview,observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using qualitativedeskriftif.Based on research is a dance which depicts a convoluted story of Atu grief of amother. This dance was created in 1956 by Ibrahim Kadir. Examine the formpresentation at dance parties, Atu would discuss all elements include motionconsists of three parts, namely persalamen (opener), stages comprising the contentof the motion of the lompong fly (flying locust), nuet lompong (taking thelocusts), nero manganese (ask for a meal), lompong fly (flying locust), ulakmungaro (home to hunt), the benges (angry), Ilapahe (cut), mupancur rayoh (theblood gushed out), gunah (sad), mongot sebuku (crying), nunung jematue (followthe mother) beloh, musangka (ran away), wet tedoh weh (stop taking water), belohnyerah lives (go submit lives), restless, mujadi atu (stones), and penutupen(cover). The accompaniment is poetry. Clothing worn in men's clothing namelyfiligree motif while the female dancers use the kebaya. Property that is used like amachete. Makeup used makeup. The theme of the dance is a dramatic danceparties, Or where the dance contains the story and the message conveyed. Thepattern of the floor which is used there are eighteen floor patterns. The background of the research comes from learners’ difficulties in developing their language competencies especially speaking skill. Therefore, Arabic learning for foreign learner needs a good quality of speaking skill. It is really necessary to develop their speaking skill through good expressions and grammar in speaking especially for advanced learner.In this case, the researcher found that learners of Arabic speaking skill are still poor and uncreative because learners still do not notice the art of Arabic speaking. Through this underlying reason, the researcher composes sample of Arabic learning material for speaking skill inspired from dialogue within Al Quran in Surah Al Kahfi. Hence, it leads to the question about the appropriate example in Surah Al Kahfi which is suitable for learning Arabic speaking skill.This research uses descriptive analysis method consisting of: 1) Data Resource, 2) Data Collection, 3) Data Analysis, 4) Composing Learning Material.The result of this research shows that: 1) the dialogue within Al Quran in Surah Al Kahfi consists of three kinds of dialogue with various forms and models; 2) the dialogue within Al Quran in Surah Al Kahfi has special features which are able to be inspiration as learning model to sharpen Arabic speaking skill; 3) the dialogue within Al Quran in Surah Al Kahfi can be a guidance in composing learning material especially for speaking with artistic Arabic expressions.

Values are the standards that direct our beliefs and behaviors regarding the forms of proper behavior or the purposes of life. The purpose of this research is to examine the views and opinions of university students studying in various departments on values. 411 students studying at various departments of Gümüşhane University in the academic year of 2020-2021 constitute the study group. In the research, the Personal Details Form prepared by the researcher and interview questions about values were used as data collection tools. The descriptive analysis method was used in the data analysis. Based on the results of the study, university students understand values as love-respect, customs, family, respect, love, traditions, culture, importance-worth, religious values, national values, moral-ethics, rule, integrity-honesty, unity-cooperation, patriotism, economy, tolerance, cleanliness, friendship, help, self-control, responsibility, law-justice, solidarity, and freedom. Students consider respect, love and integrity, as the most important values for them, respectively. In addition to the foregoing, all university students stated that they attach importance to values, and the vast majority of them stated that they live consistently with values.
