This study aims to determine the effect of leadership on job satisfaction,Entreuprunersip and motivation of employees at PT. Panarub Industry Tangeranang. This study used a descriptive questionnaire (questionnaire), which were distributed to 77 (seventy-seven) a sample of respondents of this study, the data come from populations that are normally distributed and have the same variance.The method used is descriptive method that aims to elaborate or provide an overview of the properties or characteristics of a particular phenomenon, and methods of verification or causal to analyze the relationships between the other variables or the way the other vaiabel using statistics.Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. Determination of the sample based on the sample is saturated. Test Instrument with the data analysis and hypothesis testing.Based on the research and statistical calculations, it is known that resgresi linear equation Y = 14.885 + 0.614X1+0.053X2, the correlation coefficient R = 0.723, while the coefficient of determination is seen from R Square = 0.522 means that leadership and motivation of independent variables in explaining the dependent variable 52.2% of the remaining 47.8% is influenced by other factors such as work culture, discipline, work environment, etc. are not included in this study. And There is a significant relationship between leadership and motivation on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Panarub Industry Tangerang in the t test, the results obtained t test > t table (4,281> 1,992) it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between leadership entreupreunership (X1) and motivation (X2) on employee job satisfaction (Y) on PT. A leader who has an entrepreneurial spirit or entrepreneurial leadership and motivation is absolutely necessary as an intangible culture, a non-physical structural capability that is able to move a physical figure, dare to take risks and prioritize work performance. so this study aims to determine the Effect of Entrepreneurship Leadership and Motivation on Employee Job Satisfaction at Serang Raya University. This study uses a descriptive method and in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 77 respondents who were the samples of this study, the data came from populations that were normally distributed and had the same variance. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. correlation coefficient R = 0.723, while the coefficient of determination seen from R Square = 0.522 which means that entrepreneurial leadership and motivation of independent variables in explaining the dependent variable by 52.2% the remaining 47.8% is influenced by other factors such as work culture, employee discipline, environment work, etc. which were not included in this study. And there is a significant influence between entrepreneurial leadership and motivation on employee job satisfaction at Serang Raya University in the t test, the results obtained t count&gt; t table (4,281&gt; 1,992), it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between entrepreneurial leadership (X<sub>1</sub>) and motivation (X<sub>2</sub>) on employee job satisfaction (Y) at Serang Raya University.

<p><em>This study describes the influence of SBI interest rate on the rupiah at Bank Indonesia studies. The method in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. Determination of the sample is based on time series data 2009-2015 period by using saturation sampling methods as many as 84 samples. This research was conducted at Bank Indonesia has the sole purpose of achieving and maintaining stability in the rupiah. This study uses simple linear regression analysis which includes the classical assumption and hypothesis testing in the form of the coefficient of determination (r</em><em>2</em><em>) and the partial test (t test). The results showed that the interest rate significantly influence the exchange rate. This is shown by the results of the t test T_hitung amounted to 9.745, while T_ (table) amounted to</em></p><p><em>1,989. This means T_ (count) <span style="text-decoration: underline;">&gt;</span> T_tabel (9.745 <span style="text-decoration: underline;">&gt;</span> 1.989) it can be concluded that the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted.</em></p>

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of job stress and workload to job satisfaction of employees of PT. Thamrin Brother's Lahat. The research sample included 30 employees of PT. Thamrin Brother's Lahat. Test instrument test in this study are validity and reliability test for questionaure. Test requirements analysis include: data normality test, the linearity of the data, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and determination coefficient. The result of this research give the regression model . Based on the results of SPSS, value of correlation  (r) is 0.839, it can be concluded that the variable work stress and workload variables have a very strong relationship to employee job satisfaction variable PT. Thamrin Brother's Lahat. The value of coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,704. This means that the influence of employee job satisfaction variable PT. Thamrin Brother's Lahat can be explained by work stress and workload variable with contribution of 70,4%, while the rest of 29,6% can be explained by other variable not included in this research model. Partial t-test show result that job stress and woakload both has the positive significant influence to job satisfaction. Simultant test with F-test show that job stress and workload as a whole have a significant effect on employee work satisfaction PT. Thamrin Brother's Lahat.

Penelitian ini ingin menguji dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepuasan kerja (X) dan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dimana populasinya adalah sebagian karyawan Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Bangkalan dan  dalam  penelitian  ini sejumlah 32 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu teknik sampling yang tidak memberikan peluang bagi seluruh anggota populasi dimana penetuan sampel pada sebagian anggota populasi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket atau kuesioner. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji statistik melalui uji T, koefisien determinasi (R2) dan regresi linier sederhana.     Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan Uji T menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari pada t-tabel (2.063 ? 1,694) dan nilai  signifikan lebih  kecil dari 0.05  (0.0478  ?  0.05). Sedangkan   hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.124 ini berati kontribusi variabel independen (kepuasan kerja) mempengaruhi variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan) sebesar 1,24%  sedangkan sisanya sebesar 98.76% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian. This study examines how the influence of job satisfaction (X) and on the performance of employees (Y) Pawnshop Syariah, Bangkalan Branch. The total population in this study were 32 employees. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that does not provide opportunities for all members of the population. So, the determination of the sample on some members of the research population. The method of data collection is done with a questionnaire or questionnaire. The analysis technique used is statistical test through T test, coefficient of determination (R2) and simple linear regression. Based on the results of the research with the T test, it shows that the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value greater than t-table (2.063 ? 1.694) and a significant value less than 0.05 (0.0478 ? 0.05). While the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.124 means that the contribution of the independent variable (job satisfaction) affects the dependent variable (employee performance) by 1.24% while the remaining 98.76% is influenced by other variables outside the research model.

<em>The purpose of this research was find out the influence physical need motivation, security, social, self-esteem, and self-actualization on employees jobs saticfaction, and how much was that influenced. The method of analysis in this research used validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination. The result obtained from testing of 5 variable hypothesis t-test &gt; t-table 1.(3,477&gt;1,661), 2.(2,496&gt;1,661), 3.(3,370&gt;1,661), 4.(6,266&gt;1,661), 5.(5,103&gt;1,661) so we could conclude that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. The results obtained from testing of f test, show that f test &gt; f table (240,820&gt;2,31) so we could conclude that h1 was accepted. From the results show the value of the coefficient of determination was 0,924, indicating that the motivation to work had the effect of 92,4% on job satisfaction and the rest was influenced by other factors which were not examined in this study</em>

This article contains a description of tolerance in students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Cimahi. The method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection using tolerance instruments. The research sample consisted of 120 students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Cimahi and 64 students identified who were affiliated with Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah religious organizations. The results of this study are first that the tolerance of students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Cimahi is in the high category. Second, profiles of the aspect of tolerance consist of aspects of equality, respect for differences, and peace. Third, the results of the t-test indicate that there is no significant difference in the tolerance of students who are affiliated with the religious organizations of Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah. The results of this study can be used as consideration for developing peace counseling and developing multicultural guidance and counseling program in Madrasah.

Abstract  –  Compensation is one of the important parts in an effort to meet job satisfaction for employees in an organization. With high job satisfaction employees are expected to feel happy at work, more motivated in work, increased productivity, and make employees become more loyal to the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operational Area 1 Jakarta. The study was conducted by dividing the questionnaire to a number of 35 people, all employees of the general section and HR who were used as research samples. Data analysis using simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate a positive and direct effect between compensation for employee job satisfaction. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient obtained a result of 0.723 where the number of scores shows the strong relationship of compensation to employee job satisfaction. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that compensation affects employee job satisfaction by 52.3% while the remaining 47.7% is influenced by other factors beyond research. Key Word: Financial compensation, non financial compensation,  Job Satisfaction

The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of Leadership and Job Satisfaction on Work Discipline at Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. Its population is employees of Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar amounted to 57 people. The data used are data by qualitative and qualitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method. Results of analysis of multiple linier regression is Ŷ = 26,243 + 1,232X1 + 0,681X2, means there is a positive influence between leadership and job satisfaction on work discipline. The strength of the relationship between the three variables is strong, is r = 0,752. From the coefficient of determination can be explained high low work discipline 56,5%, and the remaining 43,5% explained by other factors that are not discussed in this study. From the results of processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors get the conclusion that the leadership and job satisfaction applied Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. This is proven by hypothesis testing simultaneously, where the test result fhitung (35,062)> fhitung (3,17) with significance level 0,000 < alpha 0,05. This study aims to find out the comparison between the performance of Islamic Banks including financial performances such as the ratio of ROA, ROE, FDR and CAR as wells economic and social performance such as MMR ratio before and after the determination of fatwa regarding the prohibition against bank interest. Quantitative approach and independent sample t-test has been used in this study. The data is a secondary data which was obtained by collecting the annual financial reports. The result of the independent sample t-test shows that there are significant differences between the performance of the Islamic banks before and after the fatwa on the ratio of ROE, FDR and MMR. Whereas on the ratio of ROA and CAR have no significant difference before and after the fatwa.

The objective of this study was to assess the magnitudes of the leaf allelopathy of Ulex europaeus in two different habitats, and discuss the driver of the differences, including rhizobia. The magnitudes of leaf allelopathy of the samples collected in two different habitats were assessed by comparing the hypocotyl and radicle lengths of the lettuce seeds tested on the samples. One habitat was in and adjacent to an Acasia koa forest, while the other was more than 50 m away. A. koa is indigenous to Hawaii and known to have a close symbiotic relationship with Bradyrhizobium for nitrogen-fixing. Within the past three years, U. europaeus has newly invaded both sampling sites, whereas the A. koa forest has been there for several decades. The combined result of both hypocotyl and radicle lengths of the lettuce seeds tested on both sites by linear model and multicomparison analyses showed no significant difference. But the radicle lengths of the lettuce seeds tested on U. europaeus sampled in and adjacent to the A. koa forest were significantly longer than those of the samples more than 50 m away, as measured by t-test (p = 0.05). This result suggested that the magnitude of the leaf allelopathy of U. europaeus depended on the distance of the habitat from the A. koa forest.
