This legal writing motivated by the efforts made by the Bogor City State Prosecutor”s Office in order to make changes by implementing information technology innovations in handling general criminal cases, especially the handling of narcotics and psychotropic cases in order to realize good and professional governance. System, reduce abuse of power, and curb case administration from the SPDP stage to the implementation stage. The outline of this paper is to discuss the issue of implementing the Case Management System (CMS) in the data input process for handling narcotics and psychotropic crime cases at the Bogor City District Attorney”s Office in realizing an integrated criminal justice system. This research uses statutory, case, comparative, and conceptual approaches. The results showed that the data input process for handling cases of narcotics and psychotropic crimes was in accordance with the SOP, the application of an integrated case handling system in the Information Technology Integrated Case Management System (SPPT-TI) so that it could increase efficiency and effectiveness in case handling. However, there are still obstacles that were face, namely the lack of operator personnel and a lack of understanding of the application of the use of the Case Management System (CMS), but with these obstacles, training on CMS data entry conducted.

With the development of network technology, communication technology and computer technology, the library circle has raised the climax of building the digital library. In this paper, it is necessary to establish human-machine interactive library management information system based on information technology, computer technology, networking technology to combine information, management with system, and to make library function maximal, service optimal and management canonical. Speed up data entry is one of the core aspects, and rapid data input is the main function of the library management system. After discussing the principles and methods of data input, OPAC systems and bar code technology can satisfy the requirements. Data input and output: the library can easily achieve all business input and output data; data storage and transfer: The database structure is reasonable, rational distribution, and store a variety of data makes the library all business data secure storage and mobile, highly centralized data management and sharing.

Information technology is increasingly developing and has a positive impact on the world of education. The implementation of student counseling with a Knowledge Management System is one of the contributions of information technology in the world of education. Many benefits provided by the Student Counseling Knowledge Management System, in managing the knowledge needed by the counselor section to document student consultations. The development and implementation of a KMS counseling system costs more to employ professional staff to maintain and improve; KMS student counseling application; For this reason, it is necessary to design a Cloud Computing-based Student Counseling Knowledge Management System. The research method carried out in the first stage is to collect data and information about Knowledge Management and Student Counseling, and how to use it to create a Knowledge Management System Application, Student Counseling Based on cloud computing. Furthermore, conducting a literature study and literature review, system design is in the form of data architecture compounding, process design, network design, and user interface design. The design results of this system can facilitate educational institutions in conducting online cloud computing-based student counseling

ObjectivesA customised data management system was required for a rapidly implemented COVID-19-adapted colorectal cancer pathway in order to mitigate the risks of delayed and missed diagnoses during the pandemic. We assessed its performance and robustness.MethodsA system was developed using Microsoft Excel (2007) to retain the spreadsheets’ intuitiveness of direct data entry. Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) was used to construct a user-friendly interface to enhance efficiency of data entry and segregate the data for operational tasks.ResultsLarge data segregation was possible using VBA macros. Data validation and conditional formatting minimised data entry errors. Computation by the COUNT function facilitated live data monitoring.ConclusionIt is possible to rapidly implement a makeshift database system with clinicians’ regular input. Large-volume data management using a spreadsheet system is possible with appropriate data definition and VBA-programmed data segregation. The described concept is applicable to any data management system construction requiring speed and flexibility in a resource-limited situation.
