AbstrakPada saat ini, kesiapsiagaan masyarakat khususnya yang tinggal di kawasan rawan bencana masih tergolong rendah. Dari beberapa hasil studi menyatakan bahwa keadaan tersebut dikarenakan minimnya pendidikan bencana. Kampus dianggap sebagai tempat yang paling potensial untuk memulai pendidikan bencana. Salah satu media untuk mempermudah pendidikan bencana di lingkungan kampus adalah Tabletop Disaster Exercise (TDE). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa peningkataan kesiapsiagaan dalam menghadapi bencana melalui penerapan media Tabletop Disaster Exercise (TDE). Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pra-experiment dengan menggunakan desain penelitian one grup pre-post test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa tingkat IV STIKes Hafshawaty Pesantren Zainul Hasan Kabupaten Probolinggo sejumlah 60 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang akan digunakan disesuaikan dengan kriteria inklusi dan randomisasi adalah sejumlah 52 responden. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan skor kesiapsiagaan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi TDE dengan nilai signifikansi (ρ = 0,000). Kata kunci: Kesiapsiagaan, Metode Tabletop Disaster Exercise (TDE), Kampus Siaga Bencana ABSTRACTToday, community preparedness, especially those living in disaster-prone areas is still relatively low. From the results of several studies stated that the situation was due to the lack of disaster education. Campus is considered as the most potential place to start disaster education. One of the media to facilitate disaster education in the campus environment is Tabletop Disaster Exercise (TDE). The purpose of this study was to analyze the improvement of preparedness in the face of disasters through the application of Tabletop Disaster Exercise (TDE) media. The research method used in this study was pre-experiment using the one group pre-post test design research design. The population in this study were all level IV students of STIKes, Hafshawaty, Pesantren Zainul Hasan, Probolinggo, with 60 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. The number of samples that will be used adjusted to the inclusion and randomization criteria were a number of 52 respondents. This research was conducted to find out whether there was a significant effect of the Mnemonic method in teaching vocabulary mastery at the Seventh-grade students’ of SMPN 22 Buton Tengah. The design of the research was a pre-experimental design ( one group pre-test post-test design). The population of this research was the seventh-grade (VII) of SMPN 22 Buton Tengah which consists of three classes, while the sample in this research was class VII3 that consisted of 25 students and used a simple random sampling technique. The instrument in this study was multiple choices, matching tests and public buildings, food, people around us to the topic. This study was conducted three sections namely pre-test, treatment, and post-test. The researcher used a paired sample T-test through SPSS 16.0 version to analyze the result of this research. The result showed that the mean score of students’ vocabulary mastery in the post-test was higher than students’ vocabulary in the pre-test ( 53.6 > 45.28 ). The hypothesis testing found that the value of sig ( 2 Tailed ) was 0.00 while the significant alpha value was 0.05. It can be concluded that the value of Sig ( 2 Tailed) was lower than the significance of α value (0.000< 0.05). in other words, (H1) was accepted. It showed that there was a significant effect of using the Mnemonic Method on teaching vocabulary mastery at the seventh-grade students of SMPN 22 Buton Tengah.

The objective of the study was to find out whether or not the silent way method can significantly affect students’ speaking competence. The design of this study was a pre-experimental research design (one group pre-test post-test design). The researcher applied a simple random sampling technique. The class 10 IPA1 was taken as the sample of the study with 18 students. The instrument of this study was an oral test in pre-test and post-test. This research was conducted through the following procedures: giving a pre-test, applying treatments and giving a post-test. The data were analyzed by using paired sample t-test. Through the SPSS16.0 version. The result showed that the mean score on students’ speaking competence in a pre-test was 32.22 and in the post-test was 49.44. Hypothesis testing found that the value of sig (2 tailed) was 0.00 while the significant alpha value was 0.0. It could be concluded that the value of sig (2 tailed) was lower than the significant alpha value was (0.00<0.05). Therefore, H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected. So, the use of the silent way method had a significant on the students’ speaking competence at the tenth grade of SMAN 1 Kontu kowuna.

Women who have age 35 these group will get increased morbidity and mortality experience if they pregnant. Implant is one method of effective an safety long-term contraception. Bendo Health Center have the lowest acceptor implants in Kediri that is 0%. The purpose of this research to know the difference motivation of childbearing age couples women in age  35-49 years to use implant before and after giving information. The design used a pre-experiment design with one group pre-test post-test design, the population was all childbearing age couples women in age  35-49 years at Mojolegi Hamlet Bendo Village Pare District who have children, not use contraception or still use non-Long Term contraception Method which total 72 people. The samplehave a lot 61 people according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The sample removal technique used simple random sampling. The result of this research, from 61 respondents get average of respondent motivation before give information is 65 and after give information is 69, show that respondent’s motivation get increase after got information. And after going through the data analysis it was found z calculate ; z table, so in this case have difference motivation of childbearing age couples women in age  35-49 years to use implants before and after giving information.; Keywords: Counseling, Motivation, Implants

This article is written based on a research done to solve students’ difficulties in improving their vocabulary skill in MKU classes at Universitas Negeri padang. According to some English teachers and students, teaching vocabulary through memorizing the list was very boring and should be avoided. Besides, it was difficult for the students to write correct spelling for certain vocabularies. To overcome these issues, gamification strategy namely Jumbled-Letter game was applied in an experimental study. The design used in this study was one group pre-test post-test design and the sample was chosen through simple random sampling technique. The data was collected through pre-test and post-test. The data then was analyzed using T Paired test (SPSS 23). Based on the data calculation, the mean score of pre-test was 50.87 and the mean score of post-test was 76.23, and sig. 2 tailed test was < 0.05. Based on T Paired test analysis and interpretation, it was found that the mean score on post-test was increased and the significance score shows that the strategy was significantly effective. Thus, Jumbled-Letter Game was effective to boost learners’ interest and improve their vocabulary mastery.

Abstract : Indonesia is a disaster-prone region, not only natural disasters but also non-natural disasters. Students are one of the nation's assets that are vulnerable to disasters and there is no readiness in facing disasters. However, based on the experience of students of PMR and SATGAS KESDA member organizations, there has been no disaster simulation training. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of disaster management training with simulation methods on flood disaster preparedness behavior in students of SMAN 2 Tuban. The research method used was pre-experimental, with one group pre-post test design. The research sample of 28 students who are members of PMR and SATGAS KESDA member organizations were selected by simple random sampling. Disaster Simulation SOP research instrument and preparedness behavior questionnaire. The results obtained most of the students' preparedness behavior before being given training categorized as less prepared behavior, and after given disaster management training, most of the prepared behavior categorized. Statistical test results show that there is an effect of disaster management training with simulation methods on flood disaster preparedness behavior for students of SMAN 2 Tuban with p value = 0.001 at α = 0.05 (p <0.05). It is expected that disaster management training using simulation methods can be applied by health workers, education offices, and used as a reference for students in improving their preparedness behavior in the face of flood disasters.Keywords : Disaster Management Training With The Simulation Method, Student Preparedness Behavior, and Flood DisasterAbstrak : Indonesia merupakan wilayah rawan bencana tidak hanya bencana alam tapi juga bencana non alam. Siswa merupakan salah satu aset bangsa yang rentan bencana dan tidak ada kesiapan dalam menghadapi bencana. Namun demikian, berdasarkan pengalaman siswa  organisasi anggota PMR dan SATGAS KESDA, menunjukkan belum ada pembelajaran pelatihan simulasi bencana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan penanggulangan bencana dengan metode simulasi terhadap perilaku kesiapsiagaan bencana banjir pada siswa SMAN 2 Tuban. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pra eksperimental, dengan rancangan one group pre post test design. Sampel penelitian 28 siswa yang tergabung dalam organisasi anggota PMR dan SATGAS KESDA  yang dipilih secara simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian SOP Simulasi Bencana dan kuisioner perilaku kesiapsagaan. Didapatkan hasil sebagian besar perilaku kesiapsiagaan siswa sebelum diberikan pelatihan dikatagorikan perilaku kurang siap, dan setelah diberikan pelatihan penanggulangan bencana sebagian besar dikatagorikn perilaku siap. Hasill uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pelatihan penanggulangan bencana dengan metode simulasi terhadap perilaku kesiapsiagaan bencana banjir pada siswa SMAN 2 Tuban  dengan  nilai p value = 0,001 pada α=0,05 (p<0,05). Diharapkan pelatihan penanggulangan bencana dengan metode simulasi dapat diterapkan oleh tenaga kesehetan, dinas pendidikan, dan dijadikan acuan kepada siswa dalam meningkatkan perilaku kesiapsiagaan menghadapi bencana banjirKata Kunci : Pelatihan Penanggulangan Bencana Dengan Metode Simulasi, Perilaku Kesiapsiagaan dan Bencana Banjir

Anemia is still a reproductive health problem, especially in women whose hemoglobin levels are less than 12 g%. Education is one of the factors that influence the incidence of anemia and also greatly affects the ability to think in adolescents. The purpose of this study was to analyze health education through knowledge booklets about anemia in adolescents in Gorontalo City. This type of research uses the Pre-Experimental method with One-Group Pre-Test-Post Test Design, with a sample of 132 young women using a simple random sampling technique. The study started from February 1 to March 1, 2020. The analysis in this study used the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that there was a significant effect of health education through booklets on knowledge of anemia in adolescents with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion is that there is an effect of health education through booklets on knowledge about anemia in adolescent girls.

Abstract: Tandem Stance Therapy is a therapy that is usually given to the elderly who are at risk of falling. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of tandem stance therapy on the risk of falling in the elderly in Giri Emas Village, Sawan District, Buleleng Regency. The research design was pre-experimental with one group pretest post-test design approach with a sample of 64 respondents selected using simple random sampling technique. Data collection was performed using the Morse Fall Scale (MFS) questionnaire. This study uses the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the pre-test means value was 2.41 and the post-test score was 2.27. Wilcoxon test results obtained pretest and posttest (0.003) <α (0.05). It was concluded that there was an influence of Tandem Stance Therapy on Falling Risk in the Elderly in Giri Emas Village, Sawan District, Buleleng Regency.

Secara psikologis 80% wanita hamil yang mengalami emesis mempengaruhi kualitas hidup mereka. Selama trimester pertama wanita menjadi ambivalen. Sekitar 80% wanita mengalami kekecewaan, penolakan, kecemasan, depresi, dan kesedihan akibat ketidaknyamanan karena mengalami mual dan muntah pada trimester pertama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana pengaruh hipnoterapi dalam mengurangi emesis pada wanita hamil trimester pertama di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gang Kelor Bogor. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain "Quasi eksperimental pre-post test dengan kelompok kontrol" dan intervensi "hipnoterapi". Penentuan sampel dengan teknik simple random sampling, sebanyak 60 orang terdiri dari 30 orang untuk kelompok intervensi dan 30 orang untuk kelompok kontrol selama 5 bulan. Emesis diukur dengan menggunakan skala Pregnancy-Unique Quantification of Emesis (PUQE-24) sebelum dan sesudah hipnoterapi. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat, yaitu T Dependent dan Independent T test.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipnoterapi memiliki efek yang signifikan pada penurunan tingkat emisisibu hamil pada trimester pertama (p = <0,05). This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of hypnotherapy in reducing emesis in first trimester pregnant women in the work area of the Gang KelorHealth Center in Bogor. This research is a quantitative study with the design of "Quasi experimentalpre-post test with control group" and "hypnotherapy" intervention. Determination of the sample with simple random sampling technique, as many as 60 people consisting of 30 people for the intervention group and 30 people for the control group for 5 months. Emesis is measured using the Pregnancy-Unique Quantification of Emesis (PUQE-24) scale before and after hypnotherapy. Data wereanalyzedusingunivariate and bivariateanalysis, namely the T Dependent and Independent T tests. The results showed that hypnotherapy had a significant effect on reducing the level of emission of pregnant women in the first trimester (p = <0.05). Latar Belakang: Prevalensi apendesitis akut yang menjalani appendiktomysebanyak 75,2% dan keluhan yang sering dirasakan adalah nyeri yang sangat hebat, sedang sampai ringan. Nyeri akan berdampak pada aktivitas sehari-hari, dan apabila tidak ditangani dapat mengakibatkan syok neurogenik.  Sehingga diperlukan tindakan keperawatan mandiri dengan melakukan manajemen nyeri yang sederhana dan mudah untuk dilakukan yaitu relaksasi genggam jari.Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis efektifitas relaksasi genggam jari terhadap penurunan nyeri pada pasien post op appendiktomy di Ruang Bedah (Al-Muizz) RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura.Metode: Jenis desain penelitian adalah metode eksperimental dengan rancangan one-group pre-post test design. Populasi adalah seluruh klien yang terdiagnosa Post Op Appendictomy dan sampel sebanyak 15 orang responden dengan simple random sampling. Instrument menggunakan lembar observasi dan dianalisis bivariat dengan Wilcoxon.Hasil: Ada efek relaksasi genggam jari terhadap penurunan nyeri pada pasien post op appendiktomy di Ruang Bedah  (Al-Muizz) RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura p=0,000 (p 0,05).Kesimpulan: Tingkat nyeri sebelum diberikan relaksasi genggam jari didapatkan dikategori nyeri sedang, dan sesudah diberikan dikategorikan nyeri ringan. Hasil analisis sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan relaksasi genggam jari didapatkan p=0,000 (p 0,05) maka H0 ditolak yang artinya ada pengaruh (signifikan) Ada efek relaksasi genggam jari terhadap penurunan nyeri pada pasien post op appendiktomy di Ruang Bedah  (Al-Muizz) RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura. Kata kunci : Relaksasi Genggam Jari, Nyeri, Post Op Appendiktomy The Effectiveness of Finger Grip Relaxation Against the Pain Reduction of  Post Op Appendictomy Patients in the Surgical Room (Al-Muizz) RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura 2019Background: The prevalence of acute appendicitis undergoing appendictomy is 75.2% and complaints that are often felt are very severe, moderate to mild pain. Pain will have an impact on daily activities, and if left untreated can lead to neurogenic shock. So that independent nursing action is needed by doing pain management that is simple and easy to do, namely hand-held relaxation. Objective : To analyze the effectiveness of finger grip relaxation against the pain reduction on post op appendictomy patients in the Surgical Room (Al-Muizz) RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura.Method : The type of research design is an experimental method with a one-group pre-post test design. The population is all clients who are diagnosed with Post Op Appendictomy and sample is taken from 15 respondents with simple random sampling. The Instrumentuses observation sheets and will be analyzed by using bivariate with Wilcoxon. Results : There is an effect of the effectiveness of finger grip relaxation on the pain reduction of post op appendictomy patients in the Surgical Room (Al-Muizz) RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura p=0,000 (p 0,05).Conclusion : The pain level before the finger grip relaxationgiven was categorized medium pain, and after  it was given, the pain level turned into mild category. The results before and after the finger grip is p=0,000 (p 0,05) then H0 was rejected which means there is an influence (significant) of the finger grip relaxation on the pain reduction of the Post Op Appendictomypatients in the Surgical Room (Al-Muizz) RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura.Key words : Finger Grip Relaxation, Pain, Post Op Appendictomy.

Bencana gempa bumi dapat memberikan dampak bahaya dan ancaman atau kerugian bagi masyarakat. Diperlukan upaya untuk mencegah dan meminimalisir dampak dari gempa bumi. Edukasi  kesiapsiagaan bencana dengan media video dinilai efektif dalam peningkatan kesiapsiagaan bencana gempa bumi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi video kesiapsiagaan bencana gempa bumi pada siswa SMPK St. Aloysius Weetabula Sumba Barat Daya. Desain penelitian menggunakan One-Group Pra-Post Test Design. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMPK St Aloysius Weetabula Sumba Barat Daya pada 25 februari – 6 Maret 2020. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 338 siswa – siswi di SMPK St Aloysius Weetabula Sumba Barat Daya dan sampel sejumlah 327 responden dengan teknik simple random sampling. Variabel dependent dalam penelitian ini adalah kesiapsiagaan bencana gempa bumi.  Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Analisa data bivariat yang digunakan yaitu uji marginal homogeneity (p value < 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum diberikan edukasi video kesiapiagaan bencana sebagian besar peserta (59,9%) memiliki kesiapsiagaan kurang sedangkan sesudah edukasi video, sebagian besar peserta (54,1%)  memiliki kesiapsiagaan baik. Hasil uji marginal homogeneity menunjukkan p value= (0,000).
