AbstrakPT. Agrowisata Porlak Parna mempunyai program kegiatan penyediaan bibit dan menyalurkan bibit untuk melestarikan kawasan di sekitar danau toba. Namun pengolahan dan penyaluran data bibit mengalami kesulitan Karena sistem yang terdapat pada perusahaan masih menggunakan sistem konvensional. Untuk itu perlu dirancang sistem pembibitan dalam bentuk website dengan PHP  digunakan sebagai bahasa pemrograman, DBMS MySQL sebagai database pada  model waterfall. Rancangan tersebut menghasilkan sistem pembibitan yang memudahkan admin dalam mengolah data bibit dan pengadopsi dapat mengetahui perkembangan bibit sehingga membantu meringankan pekerjaan pegawai dan meningkatkan kinerja yang baik terhadap perusahaan.Kata kunci: Sistem Pembibitan, Web, PHP, DBMS MySQL, WaterfallAbstractPT. Porlak Parna Agrotourism has a program of providing seeds and distributing seeds to preserve the area around Lake Toba. However, the processing and distribution of seed data experienced difficulties because the system contained in the company was still using a conventional system. For this reason, it is necessary to design a nursery system. In the form of a website with PHP used as a programming language, DBMS MySQL as a database in the waterfall model. The design produces a nursery system that makes it easier for admins to process seed data and adopters can find out the development of seedlings so as to help ease the work of employees and improve good performance for the company.Keywords: Nursery System, Web, PHP, MySQL DBMS, Waterfall

IPS is a lesson at the elementary school level. Based on the curriculum at SDN 22 Ampenan which uses the 2006 KTS curriculum, each student learns to use the media of LKS and books as the supporting media. The availability of the media has less influence on students. The purpose of this research is to develop an Android-based application which can support the school. This application aims to help the learning process of students with multimedia available in the application. This application displays materials, images, videos, and evaluations which are contained in the exercises and games of each chapter in grades 5 and 6.This application is built using android studio version 2.2.1 with the Java programming language. Besides this application is also developed using the waterfall model. The testing method used is a black box and MOS testing. Testing using the MOS method on application quality shows that 62.5% of the respondents stated strongly agree, teacher respondents stated strongly agree with the percentage of 62.75%.

The learning media must be able to guide the students in every stage of learning to improve the students' activity in learning. Based on this problem, this study aims to: (1) design and implement the application of Mobile-Based Learning Based Learning for Computer Assembly Learning in Class X TKJ SMK N 2 Seririt. (2) determine the students’ motivation to Mobile Learning Based Guided Inquiry Application for Computer Assembly Lesson in Class X TKJ SMK N 2 Seririt. The method used in this study was the Waterfall model. Subjects in this study were the students of class X TKJ SMK N 2 Seririt. The results of this study are applications that use the Java programming language with the editor of Android Studio. All the features contained in this educational media work well. Students’ motivation using Mobile Based Guided Inquiry for Computer Assembly Lesson in Class X TKJ SMK N 2 Seririt is in a very good category

This research is aimed at developing a Software Framework for poultry management with the objectives: To provide poultry farmers with expert knowledge from the comfort of their homes. The system is developed using generic iterative waterfall model as methodology, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap for graphical user interface. PHP is used as programming language and MySQL as DBMS and normalization technique. The system is hosted locally for validation and testing on Xampp local host. The researchers recommended Poultry farmers to adopt and use the software framework because it can give knowledge on how to manage poultry expert system of different categories in poultry farming.

Abstract The organization is a unit that is a means to achieve various goals or targets carried out through joint activities. In achieving organizational goals certainly will not be separated from various problems. One way to solve the problem is to discuss the problem in a meeting. Meetings are used to find solutions to problems that are expected to reach consensus, resolution, and decision. In this study will develop an application that is used for meeting management. The meetings that have been held will be grouped according to their main activities. So it can be seen how many times a meeting has been held and what the results will be. Office internal applications for documentation of web-based meeting results are built using the PHP programming language and using a MySQL database. The framework used is Laravel. System development method with a waterfall model. From the results of testing with the blackbox method it is known that the office's internal application for the documentation of the results of the web-based meeting is 100% as planned. Dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi tentunya tidak akan lepas dari berbagai permasalahan. Salah satu cara untuk memecahkan permasalan adalah dengan mendiskusikan permasalahan tersebut dalam suatu rapat. Rapat digunakan untuk menemukan solusi dalam suatu permasalahan yang diharapkan dapat mencapai suatu mufakat, penyeleseian, dan keputusan. Pada penelitian ini akan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan rapat. Rapat-rapat yang telah dilakukan nantinya akan dikelompokkan sesuai dengan kegiatan utamanya. Jadi dapat diketahui sudah berapa kali mengadakan rapat dan hasilnya seperti apa. Aplikasi internal kantor untuk dokumentasi hasil rapat berbasis web dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan database MySQL. Framework yang digunakan adalah Laravel. Metode pengembangan system dengan model waterfall. Dari hasil pengujian dengan metode blackbox telah diketahui bahwa aplikasi internal kantor untuk dokumentasi hasil rapat berbasis web 100% sudah sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan. Entrepreneurship is one of the subjects that must be taken by students of Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP), including students from Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality. Students sometimes have less interest and motivate in taking entrepreneurship courses in practice because they still only use conventional methods. The purpose of this research is to create a web commerce application that will be used by students as an entrepreneurship practices space. The method that used in making this application is the waterfall model with the SLDC method or a simple software life flow approach. Web commerce application that produced then tested using black box to find out the success of the flow that has been designed, and the black box test results show that the application can run well. The result of this research is a dynamic web-based e-commerce application using the PHP programming language, osCommerce Content Management System (CMS), and MySQL database. This application can be a solution to the problems of conventional entrepreneurial methods and can make students who take entrepreneurship courses more interested in entrepreneurship practices.

The Indonesian Worker Placement and Protection Service Agency (BP3TKI) has the authority to provide services for people who wish to run for Indonesian Workers (TKI). In this case, of course the BP3TKI Office has a lot of important data that will be well managed so that its integrity is maintained. All important data will be processed in the Placement section of the BP3TKI Office. In managing TKI data, the placement section uses Microsoft Excel which is managed by one person and only uses one Personal Computer (PC) unit in the placement section. Because the data is managed by one person with one PC and is not stored in the database, it is very possible that the data that has been managed will be lost if one day the PC in the placement section is damaged, this will make it difficult for the placement employee to find data when required return. For this reason, a "WEB-BASED DESIGN OF DATA PROCESSING APPLICATION FOR PLACEMENT OF TKI ORDER OF TIMOR ABROAD BASED ON WEB-BASED" was made. The method used in this system is the Waterfall Model. This system is designed based on Web, using PHP programming language and database storage media using MySql. It is hoped that this system can manage and store TKI data properly and safely and facilitate the data search process.

Abstract: The author reflects on one private company engaged in the field of communication that is still carrying out the process of inventory of conventional goods. In this study the authors conducted a web-based inventory information system design analysis, the authors used the Waterfall, the Java programming language the author chose in designing this inventory application. This web-based inventory application is to support the process of monitoring goods so that they can be better controlled so that they can become a reference as a decision maker quickly.            Keywords: Inventory, Waterfall Model, Web Based  Abstrak: Penulis melakukan pengamatan terhadap salah satu perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dalam bidang komunikasi yang masih melakukan proses inventaris barang secara konvensional. Pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan analisis perancangan sistem informasi inventarisasi berbasis web, penulis menggunakan model Waterfall, bahasa pemrograman Java dipilih penulis dalam merancang aplikasi inventarisasi ini. Aplikasi inventarisasi berbasis web ini untuk mendukung proses monitoring barang agar dapat terkontrol dengan lebih baik lagi sehingga dapat menjadi acuan sebagai pengambil keputusan dengan cepat.      Kata kunci: Berbasis Web, Inventaris, Model Waterfall

The purpose of this research is to build information system of customer data management at Samawa garbage bank. Institute of Cooperation founded by the community as a place of trash collection that has been sorted, the process of customer transactions still apply manual system recording all customer transactions using a cooperative ledger. It causes the bank officials intricate in managing the data and somehow the data continue to increase. The solution of the problems that are happening in Samawa Waste Bank is the application of information technology that is to put up an information system or relevance allowing officers to handle customer data. This research is built using PHP programming language by operating codeigniter framework and MySQL as its database. The method in the construction of this system is the waterfall model. The results of the research are able to be used in the process of controlling clients’ data on cooperative institutions thus to accelerate the process of customer statistics management.

SMK Negeri 1 Pedan Klaten is a school that has been around for a long time and has many graduates. Tracking graduates are still carried out in one direction, namely by filling out forms. The data obtained is then entered in the graduate ledger. This has resulted in not maximally handling graduates. Current graduate data cannot be used as a benchmark for knowing the activities and whereabouts of graduates. The current solution that is considered to improve graduate data is by developing a graduate tracking information system. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The method of developing the system uses the Waterfall Model. Programming language is a Web programming language using Sublimetext and CSS text editors to create and edit and design. The databases used are PhpMyadmin and MySQL. The conclusion of this research is that the author has succeeded in analyzing and developing a graduate tracking information system in SMK Negeri 1 Pedan Klaten, the system is made by two users, namely admin and graduates. Admin can perform system management, while graduates can enter their current condition through this developed system. The system can make reports on the results of tracking graduates, the system can make it easy to search for graduate data.

The web-based South Pemalang Regency tourism information system is used as a tool in delivering information on tourist and cultural areas in Pemalang Regency to people who want to know tourist areas in Pemalang Regency. The web-based Pemalang Regency tourism information system is one form of regional tourism promotion in Pemalang Regency, in order to attract tourists to visit Pemalang Regency. The research methods used include direct observation, interviews with related parties, and literature studies related to the issues raised. The application development methodology that the author uses is the waterfall model. The programming language used is Sublime Text using mysql as the database. This research is useful as a medium of information and promotion of tourism potential in Pemalang Regency, so that people will be more familiar with regional tourism places in Pemalang Regency. The more tourists who visit, the income of the area and the surrounding community will increase.
