FEATURES OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT OF PRIMARY SCHOOL PUPILS WITH DISABILITIES IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

This paper examines the aspect of working with the family in the framework of psychological and pedagogical support of primary school pupils with disabilities (category of disorders of the musculoskeletal system). The optimal child guidance in relation to a primary school pupil with disabilities is shown. A desirable style of child guidance, the formation of which psychological and pedagogical support should contribute, is to accept the situation and help the pupil in this acceptance and in the formation of those qualities that will help compensate for his/her violations. Methods of observation, conversation and psychodiagnosis were applied. We also used "Analysis of family education" method (E. Eidemiller and V. Yustitskis). As a result of empirical research of families with children with cerebral palsy (only with preserved mental capacity), it was revealed that there are disharmonious styles of child guidance in families — coziness and hyperprotection prevailed. A feature of the psychological and pedagogical support of primary school pupils with disabilities should be actions aimed at educating parents about the variety of child guidance styles and selection of an optimal one according to their individual situation. The prospect of the research is to consider the characteristics of child guidance in families with various types of health limitations.

The article discusses the concept of parental competence. This concept is new for Russian psychology, therefore, the emphasis in the theoretical analysis is done on the English concept. The results of a study of parenting in families with children of different ages: early, preschool and primary school are analyzed. The author's questionnaire was developed for this study, which differ for different ages children parents. A comparison of the results of the research of parents is made. Difficulties related to the procedure for the research of early and preschool ages children parents are marked. The specificity of the parents` of children who are not attending school responses is indicated. The conclusion about the features of parental competence and need for training of parents` of different ages children knowledge and skills on parenting are done. These results demonstrate the need for the creation of parental universities based on public and private educational institutions to increase the level of parental competence.

The article reveals the problem of the optimal personality oriented pedagogical technology of family and school cooperation in the process of primary school pupils educating. The conditions of its effective functioning have been indicated and the efficiency has been checked experimentally. The interrelation of the system-forming components has been analyzed: the motivational component, which foresees the motivation of the family pedagogical capabilities on the basis of the diagnosis of its educational activity; meaningful component, that is a certain set of such active forms as a "pedagogical school" for parents, a parents’ meeting, family educational activities, consultations; procedural component that reflects the novelty of the relationship between a schoolchild’s up-to-date school and his or her family which is considered to be in the implementation of personality-oriented communication in the subsystem "teacher-pupil-parents". The necessity of the integrity and continuity, on the basis of synthesis of various types of cooperation between the teacher and the parents in the course of the whole period of school children’s studying has been substantiated.

The article presents the results of a computer analysis of biographical materials on the educational way of a person. In this sociological study, a collection of autobiographical essays of students of higher educational institutions was carried out. The received texts were processed using the Russian computer program Discant. Structuring, classification and digital codification of the content of biographical texts were used. As a result of the computer analysis, family factors that influence the development and implementation of the educational route of children were identified and described in detail. The sociological study resulted in a rating of effective ways of family support for children’s education. It has been established that the most effective family factors for ensuring the educational way of children are the education of parents, the values of education and culture in the family, the parents’ search for strong educational institutions and their willingness to invest in children’s education. The findings indicate the need for individualization of modern educational routes and social support for families with children of school and preschool age. The methodological perspective of the project is to develop new methods for computer analysis of large amounts of biographical data.

Education is an effort in shaping the character of students. With the existence of education, a person will have knowledge; have values that are adhered to in accordance with the norms that apply to a culture. Minangkabau is a tribe which contains elements of education, namely the planting of values based on Minangkabau indigenous culture, religious elements, and manners, one of which is in the tourist area of a Seribu Rumah Gadang. Seribu Rumah Gadang area is a traditional tourist area located in Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency, West Sumatra Province. There are still many areas where we find these traditional rumah gadang and are well maintained, so this area is dubbed as the most popular traditional settlement. With this nickname, ideally the local people still maintain their traditions well, especially in the pattern of family education. But in reality, juvenile delinquency, courtesy and family manners are a serious problem for the community. The purpose of this study was to analyze how changes in the pattern of education in the Minangkabau family in the tourist area of Seribu Rumah Gadang, Sungai Pagu Subdistrict, South Solok Regency, West Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach. The selection of informants using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques are done by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The changes in the pattern of education in the family that occur in the thousand houses of the Gadang are, (1) the reduced interaction between parents and children, (2) the pattern of relationships between uncle and nieces, (3) the community's role in child development.

Актуальность статьи обусловлена необходимостью укрепления семьи в рамках развития социально-педагогической инфраструктуры воспитания. Цель статьи заключается в характеристике совокупности авторских контекстов социально-педагогической инфраструктуры воспитания, позволяющих специалистам социальной сферы обеспечить качественное предоставление социально-педагогических услуг, а также готовности студентов к выполнению семейных ролей. Выявлены приоритетные направления государственной поддержки семьи на федеральном и региональном уровнях. Показана обоснованность основных жизненных ценностей семьи и инфраструктуры их обеспечения. Дана характеристика взаимодействия базовых компонентов социально-педагогической инфраструктуры (семья, школа), базирующихся на нормативно-правовом обеспечении, разумном использовании возможностей социальной инфраструктуры на примере малого города России. Раскрыта сущность социально-педагогической инфраструктуры воспитания, понимаемой нами как совокупность учреждений и организаций, организационных структур, соответствующих отношений в образовательно-воспитательной системе учреждений, обеспечивающих нормальное жизнеобеспечение семей с детьми, существенно облегчающих воспитание детей и освобождающих семью от ряда проблем с учетом использования их собственного потенциала. Доказано, что в социально-педагогической инфраструктуре базовыми секторами являются семья и школа.Статья предназначена для специалистов социальной сферы, социально-ориентированных некоммерческих организаций, студентов естественно-гуманитарных вузов. The relevance of the article is due to the need to strengthen the family in the development of social and pedagogical infrastructure of education. The purpose of the article is to characterize the set of author's contexts of social and pedagogical infrastructure of education, which allow social specialists to provide high-quality provision of social and pedagogical services, as well as students ' readiness to perform family roles. Priority areas of state support for families at the Federal and regional levels are identified. The validity of the basic life values of the family and the infrastructure for their provision is shown. The article describes the interaction of basic components of social and pedagogical infrastructure (family, school) based on legal support, reasonable use of social infrastructure opportunities on the example of a small city in Russia. The essence of social-pedagogical infrastructure of education, understood as a set of institutions and organizations, organizational structures and corresponding relations in the educational system institutions to ensure the normal livelihood of families with children, greatly facilitating the education of children and liberating them from a number of problems with regard to their pedagogical potential. It is proved that in the socio-pedagogical infrastructure, the basic sectors are the family and the school. The article is intended for specialists in the social sphere, socially oriented non-profit organizations, students of natural Sciences and Humanities universities.

Pupils with combined disorders study in educational institutions; as a secondary disorder, the majority of pupils with mental disorders have insufficient development of the language system to varying degrees. Pupils with mental disorders have a narrow vocabulary and difficulty to express their thoughts clearly, as well as memory and the ability to memorize new information tend to be reduced. The curriculum in language lessons in primary school envisages that pupils with mental disorders learn to read, write, listen, understand information, learn to express one's thoughts correctly and in clear language, as well as to enrich vocabulary. The paper focusses on the methods of creating and developing vocabulary for pupils with mental disorders and insufficient development of the language system. The material developed and approbated by V. Shkryaba for the work of special education teachers in primary school is described.
