We consider the problem of reading support as one of the most relevant areas of sociocultural activity. The need for special measures to support reading is justified in connection with the growing trends in visualization and gamification of the cultural environment, and a decrease in interest in reading. Reading support is defined as a system of state, public and private initiatives to increase the value status of reading, stimulate reading activity, and develop the reading compe-tence of all population groups. We analyze the Russian and foreign experience of state support for reading, including the publication of legislative acts, the adoption of special programs, and the creation of interdepartmental coordination structures. It is shown that at the state level, reading is considered in the context of functional literacy of the population as a resource for economic growth that allows citizens to actively participate in the life of the state. The history of develop-ment of public initiatives in Russia is traced – from the creation of private typographies to the ac-tivities of modern associations and foundations. Regional Reading Centers are highlighted as a special form. Conclusions are drawn about the prospects of attracting volunteers to implement projects to increase the availability of books and reading for people with disabilities. It is shown that currently reading support is becoming systematic and is implemented on the basis of social partnership of library, cultural and leisure, educational institutions and public associations.

This paper examines the aspect of working with the family in the framework of psychological and pedagogical support of primary school pupils with disabilities (category of disorders of the musculoskeletal system). The optimal child guidance in relation to a primary school pupil with disabilities is shown. A desirable style of child guidance, the formation of which psychological and pedagogical support should contribute, is to accept the situation and help the pupil in this acceptance and in the formation of those qualities that will help compensate for his/her violations. Methods of observation, conversation and psychodiagnosis were applied. We also used "Analysis of family education" method (E. Eidemiller and V. Yustitskis). As a result of empirical research of families with children with cerebral palsy (only with preserved mental capacity), it was revealed that there are disharmonious styles of child guidance in families — coziness and hyperprotection prevailed. A feature of the psychological and pedagogical support of primary school pupils with disabilities should be actions aimed at educating parents about the variety of child guidance styles and selection of an optimal one according to their individual situation. The prospect of the research is to consider the characteristics of child guidance in families with various types of health limitations.

Improving the efficiency of agricultural production and the competitiveness of agricultural products is impossible without the creation of professional teams with a high level of productivity. The formation and development of the personnel potential of the agro-industrial complex comes to the fore in the light of ensuring the country’s food security and solving the problems of import substitution. The development of the industry relies more on the creation of a vertical education system, the development of rural territories, etc. Compilation of forecasts for the staffing of the agroindustrial complex will coordinate the efforts of educational institutions, business structures, and authorities in organizing the training and retraining of personnel for the agricultural sector.
