Introduction: chemical dependence on several narcotic or other psychoactive substances at the same time is called poly-drug addiction or complicated drug addiction, the terms "combined addiction" and "combined use" are also often used. It is believed that the simultaneous or alternating regular intake of various psychoactive substances has a more destructive effect on the body than depending on only one drug. In the narcological literature the various forms of combined use of alcohol and heroin were described. There are some data on the psychological characteristics of patients with such forms of addiction, the specifics of these patients in terms of personal readiness for rehabilitation. The aim of the study was to identify the features of interpersonal relations and individual-personal specificity in the field of such relations in patients with heroin-alcohol polydrug addiction. Materials and methods: the Study has been conducted on a sample of 25 patients aged 28 to 50 years using four psychodiagnostic techniques. Tests were used: "Individual typological questionnaire of L.N. Sobchik " (ITO), "Questionnaire of interpersonal relations of A. Rukavishnikov" (OMO), "Diagnosis of interpersonal relations of T. Leary" (DMO), "Diagnosis of interference in the establishment of emotional contacts of V. Boyko". Results: it has been found that heroin and alcohol addicts in the communicative sphere are aggressive, deceitful, tend to dominate, although they retain the need to be accepted by others. Discussion and Conclusions: the obtained data confirm the literature data about more aggressiveness of polynarcomania in the comparison with mononarcomania. The tendency to aggression in interpersonal relations can be attributed to destructive, pathological and socially dangerous features of heroin and alcohol poly-drug addiction. Drug addicts of the studied form are dangerous for others and create communication problems for people forced to communicate with them. A generalizing conclusion is made that heroin-alcohol poly-drug addiction is a source of social destructiveness, and patients with this type of chemical addiction are carriers of this destructiveness.

Year on year, one can observe an increase in the use of addictive substances. This leads to occurring the problem of addiction as well as the use of psychoactive substances as a serious hazard to road users. The Regulation of the Minister of Health on agents acting similarly to alcohol and the conditions and manner of conducting research on their presence in the human body, requires adequate benchmarks for performing these tests. An importantfactor, from consultative point of view, is the knowledge of the chemical structure of substances belonging to different groups of drugs of abuse, their metabolic transformations that occur in the body as well as their influence on the body. This is to aid in the proper interpretation of the results of the analytical tests.

Natural vitamin D (D3, cholecalciferol) reaches the body from animal sources in the diet and from endogenous skin synthesis by the action of solar ultraviolet irradiation. Vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) is used for fortifying proprietary foods such as margarine (and milk in the USA and Canada). These compounds have equal potency in man. A regular intake of 2.5 micrograms (100 i.u.) daily for adults and about 10 micrograms (400 i.u.) daily for children under 5 years old is usually recommended to prevent nutritional osteomalacia and rickets.

The article presents the results of laboratory studies of the effect of sorption-detoxifying means on the accumulation of 90Sr in the body of white rats. The efficiency of a number of selective and polyfunctional sorbents, detoxicants and other biologically active substances and the developed on their basis sorption-detoxifying complexes as means of efferent therapy and detoxification of the animal body at the combined intake of xenobiotics of radiation and chemical nature was evaluated. It was found that 90Sr cumulation in bones (at the level of 53,3–60,8%) was reduced to the greatest extent with the combined use of substances of different mechanisms of action and origin. The effectiveness of separate use of detoxifying drugs did not exceed 29,1%.

Coccidiosis (isosporiasis, eimeriosis) and balantidiasis are most common among endamebas, which affect pigs of different age but they have the greatest negative effect on young animals. The work was carried out in a sow house at a pig complex in the Moscow Region. The sow house was divided into four sectors with 40 sows each. Complex preparation Kenocox 4% and Emeriocide 5% at a recommended dose and exposure were used for disinfestation during the preparation of the sow house in sectors 1 and 2. The recommended dose of 4% hot sodium hydroxide solution (basic version) was used for disinvasion of sectors 3 and 4. Piglets were taken from the mother at the age of 23 days at this farm. Piglets from sectors 1 and 2 were prescribed Toltrazuril 5% at a dose of the active substance of 30 mg / kg of the body weight after farrowing on the 3rd to 5th days of age as a preventive course. Piglets from sectors 3 and 4 served as a control and were prescribed physiological solution at a single dose of 1 ml orally. The combined use of drugs against the exogenous and endogenous stages of Coccidia significantly improved the level of biological protection of the sow house, which had a definite effect on production and economic results.

We consider the current issue of teenagers’ attitude to psychoactive substances. A comprehensive study of the value relationship of teenagers to psychoactive substances and the motivation for their use is necessary. The teenagers development crisis leads to a drop in academic performance, a decrease in working capacity, negativism, alienation, ambivalence of feelings and much more, it is noted that the demonstrative “adulthood” of teenagers, their acute experience of the discrepancy between the external and internal worlds often lead them to behavioral transformations aimed at remaking reality for themselves. Based on the types of deviations characterized in psychology, we analyze the causes of chemical addiction. In the course of the study, we identify the main reasons that encourage teenagers to try drugs and consider the age differentiation of the reasons. The main motives of alcohol consumption by teenagers are determined. The results of the study were analyzed by gender of the respondents, and the peculiarities of the attitude to psychoactive substances and persons who use the above substances were noted. We present an expert assessment of the risk of teenagers’ dependence on psychoactive substances, given by schoolteachers, and identify the main causes that affect the risk of developing addiction. We note the necessity of conducting psychological preventive work with this group of respondents and the environment.

The use of plants to prevent and treat illnesses has been known since time immemorial. Blackseed has been used in different civilizations around the world for centuries. The curative properties of blackseed were mentioned in the Bible and further elaborated on by Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) as “Hold on to the use of blackseed, as it has a remedy for every illness except death”. Extensive research conducted over the past century into the phytochemistry of blackseed has identified many active ingredients and confirmed its pharmacological action in the treatment of a vast range of illness conditions across the different systems of the body, including the prevention and treatment of cancer, and optimum functioning of the immune system. Furthermore, the Tibb philosophical principles highlight the ability of the body’s inherent self-healing capacity, known as Physis, and the intricate functioning of the human body, based on the temperamental and humoral theory. This paper emphasizes the importance of Physis, and its role in the maintenance and restoration of health with the regular intake of blackseed, highlighting why blackseed can be a cure for all illnesses except death. Keywords: Blackseed, phytochemistry, pharmacological action, Tibb philosophical principles.

A study of the distribution of 14C-labelled cyanide was carried out in rats exposed to a regular intake of cyanide in the diet for 3 weeks. All tissues contained radioactivity 9 h after injection of 14CN− but very high amounts were found in the stomach, which accounted for 18% of the total injected radioactivity. Most of this was in the contents of the stomach, of which over 80% was in the form of thiocyanate. When a small amount of S14CN− was given by mouth to rats with elevated plasma thiocyanate levels, most of the activity was excreted in the urine and only small amounts were found in the faeces. This indicated the existence of a gastrointestinal circulation of thiocyanate, in which a substantial amount of this substance secreted into the stomach contents of the rat was reabsorbed by the intestine into the body fluid to be partly excreted in the urine and partly resecreted into the gastric contents. The likely implications of this are discussed.

The body image is not a body organ, a psychological picture, or a little-person-in-the-head. It is best described in terms of the functions it serves and the levels at which it is experienced. The body functions as a sensory register, an instrument for action, a source of drives, a stimulus to the self and others, a private world, and an expressive instrument. The four levels of body experience are schemata, self, fantasy, and concept. A complete description of a body image disorder identifies the source of the disorder and its effects on the functions and levels of experience. Behavioral treatment for body image disorder may develop basic sensory-motor capacities, teach specific skills, promote interpersonal relations with others having similar problems, or use traditional psychotherapeutic techniques, depending upon the needs of the individual patient.

Because the preadolescent's inner world is still undeveloped and insufficiently enriched by the experience of experiencing critical situations that stand in the way of meeting important needs, his activism, aimed at overcoming them, is not stimulated. Therefore, in difficult situations the preadolescent includes the defense mechanisms. When the mechanisms prove to be inefficient, the body instinctively looks for a way out and often finds it in the external environment. Psychoactive substances can be used as external procedures to defend against the psychotraumatic situation and the vulnerability of preadolescents to drug use is directly related to the fact that drugs have become accessible, the consumption being often associated with the pressure exerted by the group of friends.
