This Community Partnership Program (PKM) partner is the Socialization of Child Friendly Schools in MAN Malakaji, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. The problems are:  (1)  The stakeholders' lack of awareness to work together to create child-friendly schools. (2) Teachers still do not understand in detail the concepts  and programs of Child-Friendly Schools, so their implementation is still not effective. The methods used are: lectures, demonstrations, discussions, questions and answers with colleagues through the Zoom Meeting application. The results achieved were (1) partners were very enthusiastic about the socialization, marked by the number of participants and questions asked, (3) partners really needed socialization and understanding of Child Friendly Schools which was shown by the spirit of participation and curiosity, (4) Quality improvement understanding and mastery is ensured. contrary to the concept of the Child-Friendly School Program (SRA).

The Community Partnership Program "Development of the Blind Massage Services in East Wara Subdistrict, Palopo City, South Sulawesi Province" is aimed at: (1) Developing and enhancing the participation of people with disabilities in the national and regional development, (2) Improving the standard of living of the Blind , as an effort aimed at absorbing workforce among disabiltas in Palopo City. Massage comes from the Arabic word "mash" which means "to press gently" or the Greek word "massien" which means "to massage or to scrub". Furthermore, massage is also referred to as the science of massage or lulut science. The focus of massage developed in the Community Blind Massage Program "Blind Massage Services in Palopo City, South Sulawesi Province, namely Massage Health, Therapy and Sports (recovery and sports injuries). Disabilities tendency of the Blind have disabilities and expertise to perform massage services because the Blind in the disabilities in every activity he does on a daily basis rely on the sense of "touch" especially the palm of the hand so that it has more sensitivity than humans in general. This is what makes the blind people with disabilities have talents and expertise in the field of massage or sciences. Partners in the Community Partnership Program are the Harapan Sehat Massage Clinic. Mitra has run a business and Massage Service with a turnover of Rp. 3,000,000 to Rp. 4,000,000 per month, while the number of workers joined in this business unit is five (4) people. Partner problems include service quality (production results), business management, marketing systems. Partner Issues Include: (1) The quality of services that are still traditional so that they lack attractiveness and trust in the wider community, so it is necessary to develop a massage / massage capability that leads to a standard and scientific health approach; (2) Participating in training or providing training for the Blind Massage Services; (3) Touch of massage technology; (4) Business management, there is no business management pattern that meets the standards and the division of work has not been directed and business motivation is lacking due to disability factors; (5) The marketing system, information patterns and publications are still very traditional, that is, from the mouth-mouth so that it becomes a separate obstacle in seizing potential markets; (6) Does not have a clear business plan; (7) Lack of capital to establish a Blind Massage Services clinic and attend massage training in order to have an increase in the ability of more scientific and scientific massage services. Based on the complexity of these problems, this dedication activity will focus on the development of Business Management and Development of massage (massage) service capabilities. The program is carried out in 3 (three) stages, namely: the flow of the PKM program starts from, 1) the preparation phase, 2) the implementation phase, and 3) the monitoring and evaluation phase. The Community Partnership Program (PKM) partners are teachers of SD Pangkep. The problems are: (1) lack of knowledge about scientific writing (2) lack of skills in writing scientific papers and, (3) teachers at SD Pangkep in carrying out their functions are required to be professionally. The external target is the process of compiling Scientific Writing. The methods used are: lectures, demonstrations, discussions, questions and answers, and companion partners. The results achieved are (1) partners have knowledge in the field of Scientific Writing, (2) partners have the skills to compile Scientific Writing and, (3) partners have the ability to increase knowledge of the ability to write Scientific Papers.

Aquaculture is one of the essential community livelihoods in Garassikang Village, West Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency. However, abrasion that occurs in the coastal area of this village becomes a threat to the sustainability of community aquaculture ponds. The objectives of this Community Partnership Program (Program Kemitraan Masyarakat/PKM) is to rehabilitate of mangrove area for preventing abrasion on the coast of Garassikang Village, Jeneponto Regency. A total of 1,500 mangrove seeds from Rhizophora sp. have been planted in this program and involve the government village and community as partners. We implemented the planting distance of mangrove seed is 1m x 1m and giving a space for fishermen boat access. More attention of partners to maintain and conserve the mangrove planted become a worthy contribution to halt coastal abrasion and the sustainability of mangrove area and aquaculture activity in the coastal area of this village.

AbstrakMitra dalam PKM ini adalah Kelompok Tani Kelapa Kecamatan Bone-bone, Kabupaten Luwu Utara, Sulawesi Selatan yang membudidayakan tanaman kelapa dan mengolahnya menjadi Kopra. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu rendahnya nilai jual kelapa dan olahan kelapa (Kopra) belum mampu mengangkat perekonomian petani serta keberadaan limbah kelapa berupa air kelapa, pelepah dan daun yang menyebabkan terjadinya pencemaran lingkungan dan menjadi sarang hama. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, tim pelaksana menawarkan alternatifik solusi berupa Prospek Wirausaha Mandiri melalui Diversifikasi Olahan Kelapa. Bentuk kegiatan dari PKM Petani Kopra ini adalah Pendampinagn Pembuatan dan Pemanenan Nata de Coco dan Pelatihan Kewirausahaan dan Pengemasan Produk. Target Luaran dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan mitra dalam membuat nata de coco Pengemasan produk, manajemen pemasaran dan dasar-dasar akuntasi keuangan. The Community Partnership Program (PKM) partners are laying eggs duck farmers in Cambajawa, Baruga Village, Bantimurung, Maros. The problems are: (1) lack of knowledge in application of animal feed processing technology; (2) lack of skills in application of animal feed processing technology; and (3) animal feed production still relies on the weather. The external target is a grinding machine (Disk Mill) for the manufacture of animal feed and a drying system (Dry Home). The methods used are: speechs, demonstrations, discussions, questions and answers, and assistance. The results achieved were (1) partners have knowledge in application of animal feed processing technology, (2) partners have skills in application animal feed processing technology; and (3) partners can produce animal feed without relying on the weather.

Coconut oil processing or what is known by the Bugis people in South Sulawesi, namely Parede Oil, leaves a secondary product in the form of oil crust. This oil crust is not fully utilized, especially as a product that can increase its selling value. Therefore, this community service in the form of a community partnership program conducts training in processing oil crust into oil crust sauce. Until now, this product has survived with a shelf life of more than 4 months without the addition of any preservatives. This product is packaged in a chili pot with a net weight of 60 grams. This program has succeeded in improving the skills of partners, namely the PKK Latellang Village, Patimpeng District, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi Province, in utilizing oil crust to become oil-based chili sauce which has high economic value.

The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 changed the way of looking at education. The changes made are not just a way of teaching, but are far more essential that is in the perspective on the concept of education itself. The competence of Biology teachers in Enrekang Regency in designing learning tools and media based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is still low. This community partnership program activity aimed to improve the ability of high school biology teachers to use android-based e-book creation software. In the implementation of this training activity, the following results were obtained: (1) Increasing the ability of MGMP teachers for Biology subject in Enrekang Regency in designing Android-based e-book learning media, (2) As the assessment, an overall average score of this program was 4.93 (categorized as good criteria). Based on the results of this community partnership program, it is hoped that the results can be a good input for the Enrekang Regency Education office in particular, education practitioners and the government in general. To sum up,  the ability of teachers related to the application of technology and information in learning activities using various technology utilization through sorts of trainings still need hard efforts to increase.

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) are people who are members of the Pabbata Ummi TPA Antang Foundation, which consists of Youth and Fathers groups and groups of mothers in RT 02 and 03 Tamangapa Village, Manggala District, Makassar City. The problem is: (1) constraints of knowledge and skills in processing plastic waste, especially for making paving blocks, (2) preparation of paving block manufacturing businesses. The external target is the use of plastic waste and technology that can turn it into a long-lived product so that it does not return to waste in a short time and has a high selling value so that it can improve the standard of living of citizens. The method used is: lectures, demonstrations, discussions, questions and answers, and counterpart partners. The results achieved are (1) partners have knowledge and skills in processing plastic waste, especially paving blocks, (2) partners have preparation to start a business making paving blocks.

This community partnership program (PPM) aims to improve teacher professionalism through modification of the learning model. Improving learning practices is an alternative for the development of quality of learning that is oriented towards the benefit of students. The method used in community partnership activities with resembles a ToT (trainer of trainer) form by collaborative-participatory dialogic approach includes in-house training (lectures, questions and answers, discussions) for the delivery of material, direct practice for making modifications to learning models, testing, modeling modification practices. Supervision and visits to ensure the running of training results and to get support from resources in the continued implementation of improving the quality of learning. The training participants in the community partnership program activities included 15 participants from several elementary school teachers in Kahu Subdistrict and also involved students as teacher assistants in modifying the learning model. The results achieved are knowledge partners about learning models, partners are able to modify learning models according to teaching materials and class situations that are innovative, interesting and fun.

The purpose of the Community Partnership Program is to jointly develop a freshwater fishing business. Developing a fish breeding system with a cement pond system and a carpet pond system that will be adapted to the needs and conditions of the land. Provide training, direction, and marketing management regarding the cultivation of freshwater fish. Prevent damage to the surrounding environment due to excavation to be made into bricks. The methods of implementing Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities are lectures, simulations, discussions, and questions and answers through training in developing a freshwater fishery business, a fish maintenance system with a cement pond system and a carpet pond system, marketing management regarding the cultivation of freshwater fish, and counseling prevent environmental damage to the surrounding land due to excavation to be made of bricks to the community of South Galesong sub-district Takalar district. The trainees gained knowledge about the Utilization of Former Galian Bricks and their Impact on the environment, introduction of catfish farming techniques (Maintenance of seedlings to Sellability), introduction of catfish culture techniques (Marketing Management and Prospects), Manufacturing of Tarpaulin & Cement Ponds. Based on the results achieved, the implementation of training to residents (farmers) Parambambe Village, Galesong District, Takalar District can be successful because the percentage of training indicators can be achieved with a high score. So that at the end of the Camat training and the local government wishes to carry out the retraining of Takalar district.
