The Community Partnership Program "Development of the Blind Massage Services in East Wara Subdistrict, Palopo City, South Sulawesi Province" is aimed at: (1) Developing and enhancing the participation of people with disabilities in the national and regional development, (2) Improving the standard of living of the Blind , as an effort aimed at absorbing workforce among disabiltas in Palopo City. Massage comes from the Arabic word "mash" which means "to press gently" or the Greek word "massien" which means "to massage or to scrub". Furthermore, massage is also referred to as the science of massage or lulut science. The focus of massage developed in the Community Blind Massage Program "Blind Massage Services in Palopo City, South Sulawesi Province, namely Massage Health, Therapy and Sports (recovery and sports injuries). Disabilities tendency of the Blind have disabilities and expertise to perform massage services because the Blind in the disabilities in every activity he does on a daily basis rely on the sense of "touch" especially the palm of the hand so that it has more sensitivity than humans in general. This is what makes the blind people with disabilities have talents and expertise in the field of massage or sciences. Partners in the Community Partnership Program are the Harapan Sehat Massage Clinic. Mitra has run a business and Massage Service with a turnover of Rp. 3,000,000 to Rp. 4,000,000 per month, while the number of workers joined in this business unit is five (4) people. Partner problems include service quality (production results), business management, marketing systems. Partner Issues Include: (1) The quality of services that are still traditional so that they lack attractiveness and trust in the wider community, so it is necessary to develop a massage / massage capability that leads to a standard and scientific health approach; (2) Participating in training or providing training for the Blind Massage Services; (3) Touch of massage technology; (4) Business management, there is no business management pattern that meets the standards and the division of work has not been directed and business motivation is lacking due to disability factors; (5) The marketing system, information patterns and publications are still very traditional, that is, from the mouth-mouth so that it becomes a separate obstacle in seizing potential markets; (6) Does not have a clear business plan; (7) Lack of capital to establish a Blind Massage Services clinic and attend massage training in order to have an increase in the ability of more scientific and scientific massage services. Based on the complexity of these problems, this dedication activity will focus on the development of Business Management and Development of massage (massage) service capabilities. The program is carried out in 3 (three) stages, namely: the flow of the PKM program starts from, 1) the preparation phase, 2) the implementation phase, and 3) the monitoring and evaluation phase. This Community Partnership Program (PKM) partner is the Socialization of Child Friendly Schools in MAN Malakaji, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. The problems are:  (1)  The stakeholders' lack of awareness to work together to create child-friendly schools. (2) Teachers still do not understand in detail the concepts  and programs of Child-Friendly Schools, so their implementation is still not effective. The methods used are: lectures, demonstrations, discussions, questions and answers with colleagues through the Zoom Meeting application. The results achieved were (1) partners were very enthusiastic about the socialization, marked by the number of participants and questions asked, (3) partners really needed socialization and understanding of Child Friendly Schools which was shown by the spirit of participation and curiosity, (4) Quality improvement understanding and mastery is ensured. contrary to the concept of the Child-Friendly School Program (SRA).

The purpose of this community service activity is to support the Agro Tourism of Nggorang Village, Komodo District, West Manggarai to maximize the productivity of cattle farms by utilizing the availability of natural resources while empowering rice straw agricultural waste as the main source of feed by utilizing feed processing technology, creating a healthy environment in the village by supporting Agroeduwisata village and clean grazing center through the utilization of livestock feces waste into organic fertilizer using natural probiotics, which have an impact on environmental cleanliness. In achieving this goal, there are a number of methods for achieving the objectives, namely the active participation approach of the community in collaboration with the village component starting from the planning stage, including data collection and mapping of available resources; implementation phase; the monitoring and evaluation phase of the activities to ensure the achievement of all aspect of the objectives. Based on the results obtained in this activity, there is an understanding of the benefits and advantages of integrated grazing land that can be applied by farmers in Desa Nggorang village, Komodo District, West Manggarai in NTT  Keywords: Livestock centers; Agro-tourism; Komodo district

The implementation of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to provide guidance and assistance to partners of micro handicraft entrepreneurs in implementing and implementing internet marketing as a means of business promotion to improve competitiveness and be able to manage business management that has an impact on expanding market aspects. This PKM program is held in 12 (twelve) months. The stages in implementing this PKM begin with Preparation, Direct Practice, Self-training, Implementation, Evaluation, and Development. The approach method used is the Learning Needs Based Method, Learning Goals and Objective, and Participant Center. The results achieved at this PKM are that Partners already have an Online Shop Website, scientific publications in community service journals, Publications on mass media / online, increased understanding, and business management skills and internet marketing, increased competitiveness, increased science, and technology in society and improved governance community value in the form of peace.

Implementation of research-based dedication program with the title of development of Islamic Entrepreneurship Model (IEM) based on local competitiveness aims; (1) Making IEM is a reference for the government or policy determinant to create and direct the business people uphold Islamic values; (2) to make the community have an Islamic entrepreneurial soul, local wisdom-based, and competitive; (3) Increased business management skills and good financial management; and (4) implementing IEM in the form of training and mentoring for the community. The IEM development process includes three phases; (1) The development of IEM, (2) implementation and the assessment, and (3) Monitoring and evaluation. Some factors that are individual according to Islam that entrepreneurs need to have are fathonah, amanah, shiddiq, tabligh, and istiqomah. In addition to things that are inherently in entrepreneur, there are also external factors that can support the success of entrepreneurs including the existence of a conducive legal basis in the form of legislation that supports the growing and development of entrepreneurship. The existence of culture and mindset that supports entrepreneurship as a source of living. The IEM program held in South Sulawesi in 2019 has taken up by 76%. The IEM Program that is implemented for the people of business has reached the goal 80% namely: Increased business management skills and financial management for business people. Creating an entrepreneurial training method that is appropriate for the community of businessmen who are pioneering entrepreneurs. Conducting mentoring in business people who have started to open a new business.

The program aims to improve the knowledge and welfare of the Family Welfare Empowerment or abbreviated as PKK group through cultivation of Black Soldier Fly (BSF) and reduce organic waste by utilizing it as BSF growing media. Reusing organic waste is an effective way to reduce waste such as vegetables and fruits. Increasing organic waste in Sungguminasa Central Market causes the society needs in knowledge and information on managing the organic waste to become economically valuable products. Based on the observations, the black soldier fly program as fish feed in term (Lady Kaka) was used as main solution because BSF in maggot phase consumes the organic waste. The program involves seven people from PKK group with majority of housewives who do not have fixed income. The implementation of this program consists of 3 phases, namely initial preparation phase which includes observation, administration, and provision of tools and materials, implementation phase which includes training and activation of PKK group, and the last is monitoring and evaluation phase. The results achieved were the transfer of knowledge through training activities to PKK group about BSF cultivation and its management to become fish feed and product marketing to increase the productivity and prosperity of PKK group as well as reducing the trash in Sungguminasa Central Market due to being utilized as growing media of BSF

COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM IN THE BUSINESS GROUP FOR MAKING DRINK KAHUMAMA LEAVES FOR HERBAL IN ONDO-ONDOLU VILLAGE, BATUI DISTRICT, BANGGAI, CENTRAL SULAWESI. The wood of Kahumama includes a lot of local wood in the village of Ondo-Ondolu Batui subdistrict. Partners have the potential to utilize the parts of the kahumama trees such as leaves, to be a product that is worth selling. The potential of leaf raw material is abundant. Suitable business opportunity to utilize the leaves of the Kahumama is a drink efficacious medicine. There are three main problems of the partner, namely: not yet know the process of processing production of kahumama leaves into a tea efficacious medicine; Not yet know the ongoing business and marketing management as well; Not able to overcome the existence of people who still do wood theft in the working area of forest farmer groups. To solve the problem of partners given solutions in the form of training processing production process of Kahumama tea leaves that include: raw material selection techniques, trade, ministry, winding, drying and packaging; Business management and marketing training; and educating people about forests that include forest outcomes, forest cultivation and forest benefits from ecological, social and economic aspects. Community Partnership Program of the business group of the tea making leaves Kahumama efficacious drug implemented for one year in the village Ondo-Ondolu Batui District Banggai. The stages of this program are: observation, production process training of tea processing leaves, business management and marketing training as well as the importance of preserving forests, forest products, forest cultivation and the benefits of forests (ecology, social and Economic development). The result of this community service is farmer group Skills increased in the processing and production of herbal drink Kahumama leaves, thus the welfare of the community increases.

Aquaculture is one of the essential community livelihoods in Garassikang Village, West Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency. However, abrasion that occurs in the coastal area of this village becomes a threat to the sustainability of community aquaculture ponds. The objectives of this Community Partnership Program (Program Kemitraan Masyarakat/PKM) is to rehabilitate of mangrove area for preventing abrasion on the coast of Garassikang Village, Jeneponto Regency. A total of 1,500 mangrove seeds from Rhizophora sp. have been planted in this program and involve the government village and community as partners. We implemented the planting distance of mangrove seed is 1m x 1m and giving a space for fishermen boat access. More attention of partners to maintain and conserve the mangrove planted become a worthy contribution to halt coastal abrasion and the sustainability of mangrove area and aquaculture activity in the coastal area of this village.

Development of cocurricular and extracurricular activities is important to do, because intracuricular activities are felt to be lacking in developing students' potential. Thus, the need for companion activities that can help maximize the potential of students. The purpose of this study was to investigate the development of cocuricular and extracurricular activities. This research uses library research method (library research). The results of the research on the development of cocurricular activities, namely in their activities, must lead to activities that support intracuricular activities and student learning interests, do not contain excessive burdensome burdens, and require administration, guidance or assistance, monitoring, and assessment. While the development of extracurricular activities through several stages including: 1) needs analysis which also aims to identify the needs, potential, and interests of students. 2) determine the type of extracurricular activities through tests, questionnaires, and interviews. 3) compile an extracurricular activity program. 4) implementation phase. 5) monitoring and evaluation phase. In the development of extracurricular activities, it is also supported by education unit policies, the availability of coaches, and the availability of educational unit facilities and infrastructure

AbstrakMitra dalam PKM ini adalah Kelompok Tani Kelapa Kecamatan Bone-bone, Kabupaten Luwu Utara, Sulawesi Selatan yang membudidayakan tanaman kelapa dan mengolahnya menjadi Kopra. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu rendahnya nilai jual kelapa dan olahan kelapa (Kopra) belum mampu mengangkat perekonomian petani serta keberadaan limbah kelapa berupa air kelapa, pelepah dan daun yang menyebabkan terjadinya pencemaran lingkungan dan menjadi sarang hama. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, tim pelaksana menawarkan alternatifik solusi berupa Prospek Wirausaha Mandiri melalui Diversifikasi Olahan Kelapa. Bentuk kegiatan dari PKM Petani Kopra ini adalah Pendampinagn Pembuatan dan Pemanenan Nata de Coco dan Pelatihan Kewirausahaan dan Pengemasan Produk. Target Luaran dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan mitra dalam membuat nata de coco Pengemasan produk, manajemen pemasaran dan dasar-dasar akuntasi keuangan.
