This study aims to determine and explain the simultaneous and partial influence of customer incentives, trust and complaint handling on customer retention at the BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. This research method uses quantitative descriptive research design. With a population of 1.500 respondents. Withdrawal of the number of samples is determined by the Slovin formula and the results are 100 respondents. Sampling technique uses Instidental Sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used statistical analysis are multiple linear regression test, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that customer incentives, trust and complaint handling simultaneously and significantly affected customer retention at the BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. Customer incentives have a positive and significant effect on customer retention in the BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. Trust has a positive and significant effect on customer retention in the BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. Complaint handling has a positive and significant effect on customer retention at the BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. The coefficient of determination or contribution of variable customer incentives, trust and complaint handling to customer retention in the BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura is 50.4%. Suggestions from this research, BMT Amanah Ummah should in this case continue to improve and pay attention to factors that influence customer retention, namely customer incentives, trust and complaint handling.

This study has purpose to determine and analyze the effect of Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complaints Handling, and Facilities on Costumer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah Kartasura. The research method applied in this study was a quantitative descriptive research design. This study used a population of 1,500 respondents. In determining the sample size, this study used the Slovin formula. Based on the results of calculation, the number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out using incidental sampling. The data collection was done using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study was statistical analysis consists of multiple linear regression test, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complaint Handling, and Facilities simultaneously had a significant effect on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah Kartasura. Partially, it was found that Company Image and Customer Incentives do not have a positive and significant effect on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. Meanwhile, Trust, Complain Handling, and Facilities have a positive and significant effect on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. The coefficient of determination or the contribution of the variables of Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complain Handling, and Facilities on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah Kartasura was 43.1%. This study suggested that BMT Amanah Ummah should continue to improve and pay attention to the factors that affect the Customer Retention, such as Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complain Handling, and Facilities. This research was motivated by the success of the Sarunai Sangkokalo Art Studio in carrying out randai activities, this was seen from the structuring of the organization carried out by the management staff in the Sarunai Sangkokalo Art Studio. The purpose of this study is to describe smart organization in terms of determining activities and personnel, delegating authority, and determining tools and infrastructure. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were clever participants at the Sarunai Sangkokalo Art Studio. The sampling technique in this study is stratified random sampling of the entire population. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, while the questionnaire data collection tools. Data analysis techniques using the percentage formula. The results of the study show that: organizing the smart activities in the Sarunai Sangkokalo Art Studio has good personnel determination and activity, as well as delegation of authority and the determination and use of tools and equipment that are good at supporting success.Keywords: Activities and Personnel, Delegates, Randai Organizing

The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination  and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement  including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement  has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya.

This research was conducted in PDAM Tomohon City which has the purpose of this study to: 1) knowing the effect of motivation on the performance of PDAM Tomohon City employees; 2) knowing the influence of work discipline on the performance of PDAM Tomohon City employees; 3) knowing the motivation and work discipline on the performance of PDAM Tomohon City employees. Where employees are required to have knowledge and skills must also have experience of motivation and discipline as well as performance, but basically PDAM Tomohon City employees ignore motivation and discipline as well as existing performance. This type of research is a type of associative and quantitative descriptive research. The sample used was 60 employees. Data collection techniques used in this study used questionnaire and library methods. To examine the influence of motivation and discipline on performance by using multiple linear regression test analysis techniques. The tools used in testing data instruments are validity and reliability tests; classic assumption test (normality test, multicellularity test, and heteroscedasticity test). The results of this study show that motivation variables and work discipline simultaneously influence the performance of PDAM Tomohon city employees, while partially motivation has a significant effect on performance, and discipline does not affect the employee performance of PDAM Tomohon City.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of personality on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. Sampling technique using non probability sampling method with saturated sampling technique that is taking the entire amount of the population to be sampled that is a number of 30 respondents. Methods of data collection by interview, questionnaire and observation. For data analysis used simple linear regression. Based on the analysis of data processing that has been tested in this study stated valid and reliable. The result of simple linear regression equation is Y = 26,309 + 2,061X. Results of the hypothesis test are known to be> ttable> 5,025> 2.048. Coefficient of determination of 0.474. While the percentage of the magnitude of the influence between the variable personality and employee performance variables of 49.2% and the rest of 50.8% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work commitment, supervision, and discipline on the quality of work of employees of PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya, either partially or simultaneously. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population of this study are all employees of PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya, which based on data obtained in October 2021, totaled 61 employees from all divisions except managers. The sampling technique used a saturated sample so that the sample used was representative of the entire population, namely 61 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis technique. Hypothesis testing by means of Simultaneous partial (t test), (F test), and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study indicate that there is effect of work commitment on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. There is effect of supervision on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. There is effect of discipline on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. Simultaneously there are effect of work commitment, supervision, and discipline on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. The results of the regression calculation can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained is 0.409, this result means that 40.9% of the quality of work of employees can be explained by the work commitment, supervision, and discipline, while the remaining 59.1% is explained by other variables which is not researched. he purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness utilization of biometrics presence of face and finger access control at PT. PLN Tello Sector Makassar City in improving employee discipline. This research method uses quantitative research types with quantitative descriptive research types. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of a checklist and using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the effectiveness utilization of of biometrics presence of face and finger access control at PT. PLN Tello Sector Makassar City in order to improve employee discipline based on indicators of target achievement, adaptability, and job satisfaction are in the good category. Meanwhile, based on indicators of responsibility are in the quite good category.

The development of the economy at this time will cause very tight competition in the business field. The company will continue to develop its products by creating unique products that are different from competitors that produce similar products. At this time consumers are fanatic in choosing a product, besides they want a quality product they will also choose a product that has a brand image that is quite good in the community. Deenay veil products are currently a product that is favored by every society. At Gea Fashion Banjar deenay brand hood sales are higher each month compared to other brand hoods. Based on that, the writer is interested in researching the Effect of Brand Image on the Decision to Purchase Deenay Veil in Banjar Gea Fashion. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Brand Image on the Purchase Decision Deenay Veil on Banjar Gea Fashion? The research method used is quantitative descriptive research method, with a sample of 50 people. The results showed that brand image had a significant influence on the decision making for purchasing veil deenay. This significance value was obtained from Fcount 29,689 with a significance of 0,000 with F table (4.04) at the significance level of 0.05 and the coefficient of determination (r²) or R square obtained by 0.328, so that the magnitude of influence was 38.2%, whereas the remaining 61.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this research variable. In conclusion, consumers make purchasing decisions due to the influence of brand image and social, cultural, personal and psychological factors.

This research aims to study and explain the simultaneous and partial Product Quality, Various Products and Atsmosphere Stores on the Purchase Decision of Batik Clothing at the Batik Danar Hadi Store in Surakarta. This research method uses descriptive quantitative research design. The population is all batik consumers at the Surakarta Danar Hadi Batik Shop, which gets 100 consumers. The number of samples is all consumers of 100 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used statistical analysis are the coefficient of determination test, multiple linear regression test, F test, and t test. The results showed the product test, product quality, and store atmosphere simultaneously and significantly towards purchasing decisions at the Batik Danar Hadi Store in Surakarta. The results showed a positive and significant product quality on the buyer's decision at the Batik Danar Hadi Store in Surakarta. Product atsmosphere have a positive and significant influence on buyer’s decision at the Batik Danar Hadi Store in Surakarta. Store atmosphere has a positive and significant influence on buyer’s decision at the Batik Danar Hadi Store in Surakarta. The This study aims to determine the Effect of Working Facilities on Employee satisfaction at Imelda Hotel-Waterpark-Convention Padang. This type of research is classified into quantitative descriptive research with causative associative methods.1The population in this study were all employees who worked at Imelda Hotel-Waterpark-Convention Padang as many as 72 people using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection techniques usingma questionnaire with a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed through description analysis and simple linear regression test and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS Computer Program version 16.00. The results of the study show that: Work Facilities in the category of Good have a percentage of 51.39% and Satisfaction of employees with the category of Good has a percentage of 86.11%. Furthermore, the R Square value is 0.094 with the level of sig. 0.009 <0.05, the Work Facility variabledcan explain the variable Employee Satisfaction of 9.4% and 90.6% influenced by other factors.
