This study aims to obtain empirical evidence related to the influence of Indonesian Muamalat bank profitability. Characteristics of the influence of wadi'ah demand deposits, wadi’ah savings and mudharabah savings. This study uses secondary data with quarterly financial data population of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia from 2011 to 2018. The sampling technique uses quarterly financial data of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia has 32 data. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the wadi'ah giro variable partially had a significant effect on profit / ROA. Show that t count is 2,356 ≥ t table is 1,699 while the value of Sig. t 0.026 ≤ Sig.α 0.05. Wadi'ah savings variable partially has a significant effect on profit / ROA. Shows that t count is - 3,135 ≤ t table is 1,699 while Sig. 0.004 ≤ α 0.05. Mudharabah savings variable partially has a significant effect on profit / ROA. Shows that t arithmetic of - 0.334 ≤ t table of 1.699 while the value of Sig. α 0.741 ≥ 0.05, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results showed that multiple regression analysis obtained the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.412 or equal to 41.2%. This means that Wadi'ah Giro, Wadi'ah Savings and Mudharabah Savings jointly affect bank profitability.

Abstract Regency of Sangihe Islands is a region that has potential in the field of horticulture, especially when producing nutmeg crop that originally from Indonesia as a trading commodity. The purpose of this study is to find out how much is the chosen variable affect the farmer income in Sensong village by using multiple regression analysis. This study used primary and secondary data, with a “simple random sampling” as a sampling technique. Based on this research, the variables that have the influence on the farmer's income is the amount of nutmeg production and labor costs. The resulting coefficient of determination is 0.930, or 93 percent. Keywords : Multiple regression analysis, the nutmeg  farmers  income Abstrak Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe adalah daerah yang cukup berpotensi dalam bidang perkebunan terutama dalam menghasilkan tanaman pala yang merupakan salah satu tanaman asli Indonesia sebagai komoditas perdagangan di dalam dan luar negeri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel yang telah dipilih terhadap pendapatan petani pala di Desa Sensong dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan data primer dan sekunder, dengan simple random sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani pala adalah jumlah produksi biji pala dan biaya tenaga kerja. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang dihasilkan adalah 0,930 atau 93 persen. Kata kunci : Analisis regresi berganda, pendapatan petani pala

This study aimed to examine the causal relationship between budget emphasis, self-esteem and budget participation by using primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondent. The population was the OPD Regency of Kebumen with a purposive sampling as a sampling technique. From 75 questionnaires that have been distributed, 70 questionnaires have been received and only 43 questionnaires that could be processed. This studied used multiple regression analysis methods. The study showed that based on the t-test:  budget emphasis and self-esteem have a positive and significant effect on budgetary slack, while budget participation does not affect budgetary slack. The coefficient of determination (R²) showed 29,5%, that was mean 29,5% variable of budgetary slack influenced by variables budget emphasis, self-esteem, and budget participation but 70,5% explained by other variables which not exist in this research

Psychological well-being is a construct associated with the optimum or positive functioning of a person. All of the people exactly want to live well both physically and psychologically including adolescents. One of the factors who has a significant correlation with psychological well-being is gratitude. Psychological well-being of adolescents can also enhanced through the development of positive behaviors. One of positive behavior that support the personal growth of adolescents is prosocial behavior. This study aimed to determine the correlation between gratitude and prosocial behavior toward psychological well-being in late adolescents who join the Islamic medical activists at Faculty of Medicine Udayana University.The sampling technique used in this study was cluster sampling. Subjects of the research were 60 late adolescents who join the Islamic medical activists at Faculty of Medicine Udayana University. Instruments in this study were psychological well-being scale, gratitude scale and prosocial behavior scale. Data obtained in this study were analyzed by multiple regression analysis to see the correlation between gratitude and prosocial behavior toward psychological well-being. Multiple regression analysis results F test values 29,976 with significance value 0,000 (P < 0,05) it means gratitude variable and prosocial behavior were able to predict psychological well-being. Coefficient of determination equal to 0,513 showed that 51,3% psychological well-being can be explained by gratitude and prosocial behavior.Keywords: gratitude, prosocial behavior, psychological well-being, late adolescents

This study aims to determine the Return on Asset (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Inventory Turn Over (ITO) on stock price in companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2015-2017. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The data in this study are secondary data. The data obtained from the site www.idx.go.id and the website of each company. The sample determination technique uses purposive sampling technique and data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The findings show that Return on Asset (ROA) affect stock price while Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Inventory Turn Over (ITO) have no effect on the stock price.

Research objectives to analyze: (1) the influence of trust on customer retention insurance Askrida. And the effect of satisfaction on Askrida's customer retention insurance. The population in this study are customers who already use the services of PT. Asuransi Bangun Askrida (ASKRIDA) Padang for more than 1 year or more. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The type of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique used descriptive and inductive analysis through multiple regression analysis using SPSS program version 22.00. The results of this study indicate that: (1) confidence positively and significantly affect customer customer retention PT. Asuransi Bangun ASKRIDA in Padang city, (2) satisfaction have positive and significant effect to customer retention of PT. Asuransi Bangun ASKRIDA in Padang city.

This study aims to analyze the effect of recruitment, work discipline, and education level on the performance of the head of affairs in villages in the District of Puring. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale and a total sample of 92 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sampling. The hypothesis was tested using multiple regression analysis techniques, t-test, f test, and coefficient of determination using SPSS for windows version 22.00. The results of this study indicate that recruitment partially does not significantly influence performance, work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on performance, education level partially has a positive and significant effect on performance. Recruitment, work discipline, and education level simultaneously influence performance.

This research is conducted upon the emergence of many companies producing the same product of the same kind and function. It leads to the urgency of proper and well planned marketing strategy. This research aims to investigate how far the influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. This research utilizes 5 likert scale questionnaire which is tested by using multiple regression analysis to reveal whether or not there is partial and simultaneous influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. Sampling method is accidental sampling technique, in which sample of particular population is taken based on the accessibility and availability of the sample during the sampling process. Sample used is 100 samples among consumers or customers of Mang Endy Milkshake. The result shows that branding, product quality, and price influence consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business.

The purpose of this study is to examine purchasing decisions through online applications (e-commerce) on an online motorcycle taxi-based delivery service. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely by collecting data from respondents using a questionnaire. The number of samples is 100 people, calculated using the Slovin formula for buyers for three months. A da'i must have a good personality when entering the field of da'wah so as to move or spur the mad'u to arise awareness in performing charity and that the goal of da'wah can be achieved. This study aims to explain effect of da’i personality and da'wah bil-hal towards spiritual motivation of mad’u. Its population is all mad'u and da'i in Boarding School of Bahrul Ulum of Pemalang Regency. The sample in this study is 77 mad'u which is divided into 35 people (45,5%) women and 42 people (54,5%) men. As for the entire population of da'i is used as a sample, which is 4 da'i. Sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling. The measuring tools used are personality scale, bil-hal da'wah scale, and spiritual motivation scale in the form of Likert. The data analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis at 0.05 significance level. The results showed that there was a significant effect of da’i personality and da’wah bil-hal towards spiritual motivation of mad’u. The variables that show the most dominant positive tendencies and significantly influence the spiritual motivation of mad'u are the personality of extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, religious, education, organization and social.
