This study aims to look at the effect of professional commitment and anticipatory socialization of bidikmisi and non-bidikmisi accounting students at Malikussaleh University on its relationship with whistleblowing. In addition, this study also aims to see differences in the level of professional commitment and anticipatory socialization between students of Bidikmisi and non-Bidikmisi Accounting at Malikussaleh University. Sampling in this study using the Slovin formula is a sampling technique that uses a critical value or accuracy limit of 0.1, so that the sample obtained in this study amounted to 90 respondents from a total population of 286 students. This study uses multiple regression analysis techniques with hypothesis testing using the SPSS 22 program. The results show that professional commitment and anticipatory socialization affect whistleblowing, as well as differences in the level of professional commitment and anticipatory socialization between bidikmisi and non-bidikmisi students at Malikussaleh University

This research aims to determine the effect of competence and work ethic on work performance with motivation as a moderating variable. In this study using a population of all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko with a total of 70 respondents, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the work ethic variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable can moderate competence on work performance, The motivation variable cannot moderate work ethic on work performance Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Work Ethic, Work Performance

Zolid Agung Perkasa company is a company that runs in food & beverageindustry and has been established since February 2, 2015. This company sellsproduct that named PaoPao, that is, the product with a various food menu thatare focus more on chinese food. This product is done because there in anopportunity in which nowadays many people want things all fast and affordable.The matter that is consumers who purchase PaoPao products do not purchasethat cause unstable sale. The purpose of this research in this study aims to knowwhere the effect of service quality on consumer purchasing decision of PaoPao.The total population that used in this research is 63 people. The samplingtechnique that in used in this research is non-probability sampling by using saturated sampling technique. The number of samples used 63 people. Theanalysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis techniqueusing SPSS version 20. The result of this research shows that tangible (X1),reliability (X2), assurance (X3), responsiveness (X4), empathy (X5) significantyaffect the purchasing decision (Y).

This study was motivated by the decline in targets at PT. Mod Indi Semarang. For this reason, the problem can be formulated is how the sewing part efforts improve Employee Performance so that production is achieved. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation on Employee Performance in the part of sewing production at PT. Indo Mod Semarang. The population of this study was 420 production employees at sewing PT. Indo Mod Semarang. The sample used in this study was 81 respondents using purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that provides an opportunity to become a member of the sample with certain criteria. Then the method of collecting data through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS 22 which includes tests of validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using a t-test, F test, R2 test. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the determination coefficient value of 0.884, it is known that in this study the Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation has a consequent on the variable employee performance of 88.4% while the rest, which is 11.6% is influenced by other variables that are not explained.

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Caturkarda Depo Serpong Tangerang Building. The method used in this study uses associative quantitative approach while the sample used in this study were 85 respondents. Data collection techniques by means of questionnaires, data analysis techniques with validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, Ftest, Ftest, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the regression value of 0.091X1 . Tcount value of 3.086> ttable 1.989 with a significance of 0.003 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination of 28.5%. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the regression value of 0.173X2 . Tvalue 4.612> ttable 1.989 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination 36.6%. Simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be proven by the value of Fcount 31.222> Ftable 3.11 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and the Rvalue of the coefficient of determination of 43.2% Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Serpong Tangerang. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif adapun sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner, tehnik analisis data dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis uji thitung uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai regresi 0,091X1. Nilai thitung 3,086 > ttabel 1,989 dengan signifikan 0,003 < 0,05. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 28,5%. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai regresi 0,173X2. Nilai thitung 4,612 > ttabel 1,989 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi 36,6%. Secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai Fhitung 31,222 > Ftabel 3,11 dengan siginifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai R nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 43,2%. This study aims to examine the influence of underwriter reputation, the percentage of shares offered to the public and the use of IPO funds for investment to the level of underpricing of Islamic shares in companies conducting IPOs in 2013-2016. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling in which the selection of samples based on certain criteria, so that the sample obtained in this study are 33 companies from a population of 342 companies. The dependent variable in this study is underpricing, while the independent variable is the underwriter's reputation, the percentage of shares offered to the public, and the use of IPO funds for investment. This study uses multiple regression analysis with hypothesis testing using SPSS 16 for Windows. The results show that the Underwriter reputation does not significantly influence the underpricing of sharia shares. The percentage of shares offered to the public does not significantly influence the underpricing of Islamic shares and the use of IPO funds for investment does not significantly influence the underpricing of Islamic shares.

This research is more towards a strategy in increasing motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in the Pesisir Selatan. Respondents in this study amounted to 75 people who are motor vehicle taxpayers in the Pesisir Selatan Regency and the sampling was done by accidental sampling technique. This research method uses multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing with a t-test and f test. Compliance with motor vehicle taxpayers in the Pesisir Selatan is influenced by taxpayer awareness and service quality. Partially found that awareness of taxpayers and service quality affects the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers. And it was found that service quality has the most influence in increasing taxpayer compliance. This means that by increasing the quality of service from the One Roof System office at Painan, it can increase the amount of regional revenue from motorized vehicle ownership.Keywords: compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers, taxpayer awareness, service quality

This study aims to examine the effect of regional apparatus commitment, the role of APIP and organizational culture on the effectiveness of the implementation of SAKIP. This research uses agency theory. The population of this research is the organization of regional apparatus (OPD) of Solok City and Solok Regency with total sampling sampling method. Respondents in this study were OPD secretaries and a number of auditors in the District and City Government of Solok. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the commitment of the regional apparatus influences the effectiveness of SAKIP. The purpose of this study is to prove whether ease of use, perceived usefulness, and computer self efficacy influence the interest in using e-SPT for micro-entrepreneurs in the city of Madiun. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. To test the hypothesis multiple regression analysis techniques are used. From the results of data processing through SPSS Version 22, namely through the t test obtained a significant value for ease of use: 0.755, perceptions of use 0.000, and computer self efficacy 0.038. Based on these results it can be said that the perception variables of use and computer self efficacy influence the interest in using e-SPT in the City of Madiun, while the ease of use has no effect on the interest in using e-SPT in the City of Madiun.

This study aims to analyze the effect of recruitment, work discipline, and education level on the performance of the head of affairs in villages in the District of Puring. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale and a total sample of 92 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sampling. The hypothesis was tested using multiple regression analysis techniques, t-test, f test, and coefficient of determination using SPSS for windows version 22.00. The results of this study indicate that recruitment partially does not significantly influence performance, work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on performance, education level partially has a positive and significant effect on performance. Recruitment, work discipline, and education level simultaneously influence performance.
