Effect of Work Environment on Employee performance at PT. Abadi Motor Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the work environment has on employee performance. The variable used is the variable X as an independent variable that is the work environment and the variable Y as the dependent variable that is, employee performance. Work environment that is something that is around workers and can influence them in carrying out the tasks that are charged, Performance is the result or level of overall success of a person during a certain period while the place that is the object of this research is PT. Abadi motor Indonesia The research method used in this study is qualitative. The sampling technique used in this study was a random sampling technique with a total sampling of 30 respondents. The results of the study are: Linear regression + y = 15.21 + 0.65 X, product moment correlation test of r = 0.70, this means that this study has a strong influence. Determination coefficient of 49.5%, this means that the work environment contributes to employee performance by 49.5% and the remaining 50.5% is determined by other variables not included in this study, hypothesis test t count = 5.245, and t table 2.048, then t count> t table means that there is an influence of the work environment on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance. The method used is a quantitative research method with the number of samples used is 54 respondents. The sampling technique was done by random sampling. The results of the study: The correlation coefficient (rxy) was 0.46. This shows that there is a moderate relationship between the variables of Compensation and Employee Performance at Kreasindo Jaya Abadi; Compensation variable contributes to Employee Performance variable by 21.16% and the remaining 78.84% is contributed by other variables; We get a simple linear regression equation Y = 18.30 + 0.5082X. The results of the hypothesis analysis show the value of t count > t table (3.7353 > 1.6747), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the Compensation variable and the Employee Performance variable.

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine and test the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on the performance of the employees of PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. The populations in this study were employees of PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The Samples were 100 people. The data used are primary data and the  data analysis using linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. Untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang dan  untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja  pegawai PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. Teknik  pengambilan  sampel  menggunakan  metode  <em>accidentals  sampling</em>,  yaitu   pengambilan  sampel  secara acak semua jumlah populasi mendapat kesempatan yang sama. Sampel diambil sebanyak 100 orang. Data yang digunakan data primer dengan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat simpulkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. Disiplin kerja  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. Lingkungan kerja  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. This research aimed to examine the influence of the work environment and integrity on the performance of employees at the Padang Public Prosecutor's Office. This research was a quantitative study with 72 respondents obtained using the Slovin formula with Proportional Random Sampling technique. The instruments used for the study were questionnaires with a Likert scale measurement. The analysis of this research used multiple linear regression test. The results of hypothesis testing indicated the effect of work environment and integrity on employee performance at the Padang State Prosecutor's Office at the level of 0.016 <0.05; so that the work environment and integrity have a significant effect on performance. While the results of the Adjusted R Square indicated the value of 0.087. This means that the contribution of work environment and integrity variables was 8.7% with a difference of 91.3% which was influenced by other variables

<em>One of the main determinants that influence the success rate of a company is employee performance. Efforts to improve employee performance, including by pay attention to work satisfaction and competence. This research was aimed to determine the effect of work satisfaction and competence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company. The population in this research were employess of AirNav Indonesia company at financial department were amounted to 387 people. The sample in this study were amounted to 80 employees using Slovin formula with random sampling technique. The method of data technique which used in the research was using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. Before being analyzed the instrument test was carried out. The results of this research can be known that work satisfaction and competence have a positive and significant influence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company.</em>

<em>This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the competence and physical work environment of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. Based on the calculation, it can be seen that simultaneously the competence and physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Formulation of the problem in the research is how much influence leadership and motivation jointly have on employee performance at the Directorate of Local Economic Development Ministry of Village, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration. The research method uses surveys with a correlational quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is based on a table developed by Isaac and Michael. In this study, the number of samples was 32 respondents. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the hypothesis test of the multiple correlations of leadership variables and motivation together on the performance of employees in the Directorate of Local Economic Development Ministry of Village Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration, turns out to have a strong and significant positive effect with coefficient values correlation of 0.738 with a calculated F test of 17.376> of F-table of 3.33. While the determination coefficient r2 = 0.545, this means that together the employee performance of 54.5% is determined by leadership and motivation, the remaining 45.5% is determined by other factors.  Abstrak Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian yaitu seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan tabel yang dikembangkan oleh Isaac dan Michael. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa uji hipotesis korelasi ganda variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Kementerian Desa Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi, ternyata memiliki pengaruh yang positif kuat dan signifikan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,738 dengan uji Fhitung sebesar 17,376 > dari Ftabel sebesar 3,33. Sedang koefisien determinasinya r2 = 0,545, hal ini berarti secara bersama-sama kinerja pegawai sebesar 54,5% ditentukan oleh kepemimpinan dan motivasi, sisanya 45,5% ditentukan oleh faktor lain.  Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kinerja Pegawai

This study is to examine the influence of leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance. Population in this research was the entire employees of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Besuki, Situbondo, Indonesia which was about 295 peoples. Then, the researcher applied probability random sampling technique to select 170 respondents as the sampling. The researcher analyzed the data by applying multiple linear regression method. The result shows that leadership and job satisfaction contribute positive and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of personality on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. Sampling technique using non probability sampling method with saturated sampling technique that is taking the entire amount of the population to be sampled that is a number of 30 respondents. Methods of data collection by interview, questionnaire and observation. For data analysis used simple linear regression. Based on the analysis of data processing that has been tested in this study stated valid and reliable. The result of simple linear regression equation is Y = 26,309 + 2,061X. Results of the hypothesis test are known to be> ttable> 5,025> 2.048. Coefficient of determination of 0.474. While the percentage of the magnitude of the influence between the variable personality and employee performance variables of 49.2% and the rest of 50.8% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana pengaruh motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 33 pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Kendari Sulaweis Tenggara. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 24. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah metode sensus dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan secara parsial yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah motivasi. This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of motivation, competence and work environment on the performance of employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Kendari Management and Retribution Agency. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and was carried out on 33 employees of the Southeast Sulawesi Sulaweis City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 24. The sampling technique used was the census method and data testing techniques used in this study include the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The analysis shows that simultaneous motivation, competence, and work environment influence employee performance and partially the dominant influence on employee performance is motivation.

This study discusses how the influence of training and work environment on employee performance at PT Marindo Makmur Usahajaya Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the effect of training, work environment on employee performance. The sampling technique in this study used the Non Probability Sampling method. Respondents in this study were 83 employees. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression test, with SPSS v.18 software as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that training variables and work environment variables partially and simultaneously have an effect on employee performance.
