Quality of service in the business world is very important so that all consumer needs are met. Likewise with the world of land transportation which is always developing both in its type, size, and methods used in providing services. The Neat Transit Bus which operates in DKI Jakarta is one of the modes of mass transportation provided by the DKI Jakarta government to support the service needs of DKI Jakarta residents. Good transportation services will bring up a high level of customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the dominant factors that influence the parameters of BRT passenger satisfaction in DKI Jakarta, to know the level of female consumer satisfaction with the quality of BRT services in DKI Jakarta. The research method used in this study is the CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) by distributing questionnaires to respondents. From the research, the level of satisfaction of female customers in using the BRT public transportation facilities in the DKI Jakarta provincial government was 66%. Customer satisfaction criteria are in the Satisfied category.

Abstract Enterprises which want to ensure a secure and stable market position must constantly look for ways to convince customers (current and potential) that their goods and services are competitive and represent a sufficiently high level of quality, consistent with the their needs. Service enterprises use specific methods and tools to analyze the quality of their services and to be sure that these services are competitive on the market. One of the important elements of such an analysis is the assessment of customer satisfaction. This research should be treated as a key stage in the customer satisfaction management system. Without knowing the customers' expectations, the enterprise is unable to determine what to improve and correct. In this case, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), which not only indicates what to improve, but also shows the level of customer satisfaction, should be used. The purpose of the paper is to assess customer satisfaction in a service point of a known producer of men's clothes. The CSI index and a specially developed survey were used for the research. The questionnaire was filled in by the customers of the research service point after the service delivery. According to the obtained results, individual determinants should be maintained and monitored by the enterprise. The research also identified areas for improvement, i.e. product quality, design and ways of payment. However, the overall CSI score is good, which means that despite few problems with customers' satisfaction, they are satisfied with the research service point.

Customer satisfaction is the level of customer satisfaction after comparing the services or products received under what is expected. consumer satisfaction is the feeling of disappointment or pleasure for each individual after comparing the performance of the product that is thought of according to the expected product performance. Customer satisfaction is the goal of every company for the survival of every company. Paying attention to and increasing the level of customer satisfaction is very useful in the world of business competition. Companies with a high level of customer satisfaction tend to be superior to other competitors. Not only improving, but the company must also be able to maintain the stability of customer satisfaction levels to remain high. The function of customer satisfaction is very important in running a service and product business. By paying attention to customer satisfaction, entrepreneurs and business owners can find out about complaints and feedback from customers who receive services or products. From complaints and suggestions, the company can improve and improve the quality of customer service and products offered to compete and outperform competitors. A good company provides a means by which consumers can submit input and complaints so that consumers feel their voice heard. The research survey was conducted on 150 functional units at regional banks in Indonesia. The results showed that product quality affected customer quality and customer quality affected customer loyalty.

The aims of the study are to (i) find out the impact of marketing stimulus on consumer satisfaction, (ii) find out the impact of marketing stimulus on consumer loyalty, (iii) find out the impact of marketing stimulus on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction, and (iv) find out the level of consumer satisfaction at Semasa Cafe in Semarang. This research was conducted in March 2020. Semasa Cafe was chosen as a research location based on the consideration that Semasa Cafe has an outdoor café concept, the use of a small building in the corner of the shop, and does not have wifi facilities but still has a large number of customers. The number of samples was determined using 110 quota sampling with customers of Cafe Semasa as respondents, while the determination of samples was done using accidental sampling. Criteria for respondents are consumers who buy coffee products at Semasa Cafe with a minimum of three visits a month. Data collection is done by conducting interviews based on a questionnaire that has been prepared. Data were analyzed using path analysis, IPA (importance performance analysis) and (CSI) customer satisfaction index. This research find out that price variable, service quality variable, and also promotion variable have an influence on customer satisfaction. Quality of service variable, promotion variable, and customer satisfaction variable have impact customer loyalty. Service quality variable and promotion variabel has an influence on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction of Semasa Cafe coffee products . Semasa Cafe consumer satisfaction level is 85.2% which means consumers are in the criteria of very satisfied.

This research  was conducted to examine the effect of Level of Service Quality Public Transport Bus Trans Jogja to customer satisfaction. Trans Jogja bus this is an attempt Yogyakarta Provincial Government since 2008 with the aim to improve public services, especially in the land transport sector in urban areas based DIY to replace the deposit system into a system service purchase. A very important factor in consumer satisfaction is service quality, which is measured in the quality aspects of the service will be a service is satisfied  or not satisfied user when using these services so that these aspects can be seen whether the quality of services provided is good or not good. The quality of transport good services and should attention wants and needs of consumers. Every customer have a perspective different to all forms of transportation layananpada. Whether or not consumers are satisfied with the product will affect the service behavior shown next. The sample used in this study is 100 respondents. The sampling method using purposive sampling. The result show that by using regression (R square)  methods, it can be concluded that tangible of variable positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction with a significance value (P Value) of 0.308 <0.05. While the reliability of a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value (P Value) of 0.305> 0.05. Assurance significant positive effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value (P Value) of 0.194 <0.05. Responsiveness positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction with a significance value (P Value) of 0.301> 0.05. For empathy and a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction with a significance value (P Value) of 0.259> 0.05.

Indonesia is a large country that is widespread with it’s islands and isa country traversed by the Equator, so sea transportation has animportant role to play in connecting one area to another, consideringthat Indonesia has a very wide ocean. One of the means of seatransportation that is widely used by the community is the ferry. Ferryis a type of sea transportation that can be used as passenger andgoods transportation using certain routes or routes. With theexistence of the Ferry port, it can increase the acceleration ofdevelopment in the area, especially Amolengo Village, KonaweSelatan Regency.The Amolengo ferry port is a port that serves the crossing ofpassengers and goods that connects the South Konawe mainland andits surroundings with Buton Island, where the destination port is Pureport. The quality of good service provided is one of the determiningfactors for the success of the company. The research method isarranged by interviewing respondents by answering the questions onthe questionnaire. The analysis was performed using ImportancePerformance Analysis (IPA) and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).The results of this study indicate that the consumer satisfaction indexon the performance of the Amolengo - Pure Ferry Port, SoutheastSulawesi Province is 84.6% and is in the range 0.81 - 1.00 indicatingthat consumers are very satisfied with the service quality of theAmolengo - Pure Ferry Port, Southeast Sulawesi Province.

One of the strategic efforts in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty can be done by maintaining service quality. Service quality can be defined as the level of guest or consumer satisfaction. The level of guest satisfaction is obtained from the comparison of real services received by visitors, with the previously expected quality values. This research will explore the extent of tourists' perceptions of the quality of Bali destinations. The respondents who will provide information in this study are tourists who meet the requirements as respondents to be able to fill in and provide the information needed when filling out the questionnaire. There were 200 respondents with a composition of 200 domestic tourists and 100 foreign tourists. The analysis technique used in this study was measured using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The results showed that domestic tourists and foreign tourists have different levels of satisfaction and performance appraisals. As a recommendation, the result of this study could be considered as an evaluation of the quality of tourism destinations in Bali.

Consumers have a high level of satisfaction with the quality of taste, flavour variants, packaging quality, price, and service quality of Sambel Gendang, while consumers have a low level of satisfaction with the level of spiciness of the product. This study aims to investigate the level of consumer satisfaction and formulate product strategy improvements to be proposed by considering customer satisfaction. Therefore, consumers can repurchase the products and become Sambel Gendang customers. This research uses descriptive analysis research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was Sambel Gendang consumers. A total of 60 people were taken as samples by using probability sampling technique, and simple random sampling method. The results of this study revealed that 43.3% of respondents were satisfied with the taste quality, 41.7% were dissatisfied with the level of spiciness, 35% were satisfied with the flavour variant, 53.3% were satisfied with the packaging, 41.7% were satisfied with the price, 46.7% were satisfied with the service quality. The proposed marketing strategy by considering customer satisfaction is focused on product and promotion strategies to increase the sales market. Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is an economic indicator that measures the satisfaction of consumers across nation. This paper discusses the measurement model from an economic point of psychology is positioned as a variable customer loyalty . This article discuss 7 methodologies on Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) developed by used in respective countries, e.g. Sweden Customer Satisfaction Barometer (SCSB), American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), European Customer Satisfaction Index (ECSI), National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI), Japanese Customer Satisfaction Index (JCSI), Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapura (CSISG) and Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Index (ICSC). The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of whether or not the quality of service, store atmosphere and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Pondok Jowi Restaurant Solo. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok Jowi Solo Restaurant in January 2020 at May 2020 with a total of 14,030 people. The sampling techniquemismpurposive samplingm which is a sampling technique with certain considerations by taking 100 respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondents' answers to identify the relationship between service quality, store atmosphere and promotion of customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality, store atmosphere and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servicei quality has assignificant effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and promotion has significant effect on customer satisfaction. In the current era of globalization the level of competition in the business world becomes increasingly tight. Many are doing small businesses that require capital, or small businesses that are developing to increase the ability of an increasing economy. This relates to one of the most important objectives and should be undertaken by all types of business: maintaining the viability of the company over a long period of time (going concern), business activities sometimes, visiting some things with competition to gain additional capital. This also makes it a challenge for bank companies to showcase their brand and quality of service that is superior and satisfactory to the purpose and number of customers. This study aims to describe the quality of service and corporate image to customer satisfaction PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Gracia Mandiri Bekasi Timur. Samples and this research lied 100 respondents with sampling technique purposive sampling. The method of analysis used are description and regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of service and corporate image include customer satisfaction.
