One of the strategic efforts in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty can be done by maintaining service quality. Service quality can be defined as the level of guest or consumer satisfaction. The level of guest satisfaction is obtained from the comparison of real services received by visitors, with the previously expected quality values. This research will explore the extent of tourists' perceptions of the quality of Bali destinations. The respondents who will provide information in this study are tourists who meet the requirements as respondents to be able to fill in and provide the information needed when filling out the questionnaire. There were 200 respondents with a composition of 200 domestic tourists and 100 foreign tourists. The analysis technique used in this study was measured using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The results showed that domestic tourists and foreign tourists have different levels of satisfaction and performance appraisals. As a recommendation, the result of this study could be considered as an evaluation of the quality of tourism destinations in Bali.

Service quality is a way of working companies that try to hold continuous quality improvements to the processes, products and services produced by the company. This study aims to see the effect of the dimensions of service quality on customer satisfaction using lodging services at Kharisma Hotel Bukittinggi. The population of 1656 consumers and the sample in this study were 100 consumers. Data was collected through questionnaire deployment with Likert scale models then tested to the currency and reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the linear regression method. The results of this study are a). service quality Tangible (X1) dimension has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Kharisma Hotel Bukittinggi. b). the service quality of the Empathy (X2) dimension has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Kharisma Hotel Bukittinggi. c). the quality of service dimensions of Responsiveness (X3) there is a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Kharisma Hotel Bukittinggi. d). service quality dimensions (Reliability) (X4) there is a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Kharisma Hotel Bukittinggi. e) the service quality of the Assurance (X5) dimension has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Kharisma Hotel Bukittinggi. The aims of the study are to (i) find out the impact of marketing stimulus on consumer satisfaction, (ii) find out the impact of marketing stimulus on consumer loyalty, (iii) find out the impact of marketing stimulus on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction, and (iv) find out the level of consumer satisfaction at Semasa Cafe in Semarang. This research was conducted in March 2020. Semasa Cafe was chosen as a research location based on the consideration that Semasa Cafe has an outdoor café concept, the use of a small building in the corner of the shop, and does not have wifi facilities but still has a large number of customers. The number of samples was determined using 110 quota sampling with customers of Cafe Semasa as respondents, while the determination of samples was done using accidental sampling. Criteria for respondents are consumers who buy coffee products at Semasa Cafe with a minimum of three visits a month. Data collection is done by conducting interviews based on a questionnaire that has been prepared. Data were analyzed using path analysis, IPA (importance performance analysis) and (CSI) customer satisfaction index. This research find out that price variable, service quality variable, and also promotion variable have an influence on customer satisfaction. Quality of service variable, promotion variable, and customer satisfaction variable have impact customer loyalty. Service quality variable and promotion variabel has an influence on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction of Semasa Cafe coffee products . Semasa Cafe consumer satisfaction level is 85.2% which means consumers are in the criteria of very satisfied.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediator. Respondents in this study were customers with a minimum level of education at least high school / equivalent who had conducted transactions at Pull & Bear Kuta - Bali more than once in the past year. The research sample was determined by 105 respondents using a sampling technique that is purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis with classical assumption and Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty, customer satisfaction has a positive influence on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction is positively and significantly mediates the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. These results confirm that the company is expected to pay attention to the quality of service to improve customer satisfaction so as to create a sense of customer loyalty. Indonesia is a large country that is widespread with it’s islands and isa country traversed by the Equator, so sea transportation has animportant role to play in connecting one area to another, consideringthat Indonesia has a very wide ocean. One of the means of seatransportation that is widely used by the community is the ferry. Ferryis a type of sea transportation that can be used as passenger andgoods transportation using certain routes or routes. With theexistence of the Ferry port, it can increase the acceleration ofdevelopment in the area, especially Amolengo Village, KonaweSelatan Regency.The Amolengo ferry port is a port that serves the crossing ofpassengers and goods that connects the South Konawe mainland andits surroundings with Buton Island, where the destination port is Pureport. The quality of good service provided is one of the determiningfactors for the success of the company. The research method isarranged by interviewing respondents by answering the questions onthe questionnaire. The analysis was performed using ImportancePerformance Analysis (IPA) and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).The results of this study indicate that the consumer satisfaction indexon the performance of the Amolengo - Pure Ferry Port, SoutheastSulawesi Province is 84.6% and is in the range 0.81 - 1.00 indicatingthat consumers are very satisfied with the service quality of theAmolengo - Pure Ferry Port, Southeast Sulawesi Province.

The aim of the research title was to know whether the training influence and service quality effect to consumer satisfaction in Giant Ekstra Sempu Serang city. The hypothesis test used description quantitative method. The population of this research was consumers who shop at Extra Giants Sempu Serang city by the amount 800 people, in taking the samples using Slovin formula found 89 people. To get the data, this study used observation, distributed questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used for processing the data was likert scaale and was assisted by SPSS 24 tool, therefore from research results could be seen the correlation coefficient value between training grades and service quality on consumer satisfaction was 0,827 (very strong), the coefficient of determination was 0,823 or 82,7%, that described the value of training (X1)  and service quality(X2) contributed for 82,7% to costumer satisfaction (Y), while the remaining of 17,3% was influenced by other variables out of this study. The results of this study showed (1) there was a positive and significant effect the value of training on costumer satisfaction at 3,015, (2) there was a positive and significant influences quality of service to customer satisfaction at 4,485, (3) there was a positive and significant influence of the value of training and simultaneous service quality on customer satisfaction at 205,647

This study aims to determine the quality of service to customer satisfaction through the perceived value in Sing Ken Ken Lifestyle Boutique Hotel. This study used 130 respondents through purposive sampling method. Data collection methods used through questionnaires. Data analysis technique which is technique of path analysis and test of sobel. The results showed that the service quality is positive and significant on the perceived value of the customer, the service quality is positive and significant on customer satisfaction, the perceived value of the customer, and the perceived value of consumers as mediation of service quality to customer satisfaction. The results showed that the service quality and customers perceived value can affect consumer satisfaction and the perceived value consumers can mediate the effect of service quality to customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of whether or not the quality of service, store atmosphere and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Pondok Jowi Restaurant Solo. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok Jowi Solo Restaurant in January 2020 at May 2020 with a total of 14,030 people. The sampling techniquemismpurposive samplingm which is a sampling technique with certain considerations by taking 100 respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondents' answers to identify the relationship between service quality, store atmosphere and promotion of customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality, store atmosphere and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servicei quality has assignificant effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and promotion has significant effect on customer satisfaction. Business competition is currently increasingly stringent requires that marketers develop marketing strategy that is telling. Companies that win business competition can solidify the company's position to survive in the future. This research study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction of Multipurpose Shop Matahari in Pondok Gede Plaza simultaneously and partially. The study population is all customers of multipurpose store Matahari. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique, with survey data and questionnaire to 130 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and customer value positively and significantly affect the customer satisfaction, service quality and customer value positively and partially significant to customer satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze: (1) The level of customer satisfaction with the quality provided by the Padang City Center Post Office (2) Service attributes that need to be improved in service quality at the Padang City Center Post Office so as to improve customer satisfaction (3) Quality dimensions services that have the greatest influence on customer satisfaction at the Padang City Center Post Office. The population of this research is the Post Office customers with unknown number of respondents. The sampling technique of this study was accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 100 people. The data used is primary data. The data analysis technique uses the fuzzy-servqual method using Microsoft Excel software. The results showed that: (1) The level of consumer satisfaction is low because the overall servqual (gap) value is negative, namely -0.75 (2) There are 17 attributes that need to be improved from the 22 attributes that are tested to improve the quality of service at the Post Office Padang City Center (3) Dimensions of service quality with the biggest gap is the dimension of responsiveness with a value of -1.32.Keywords: Service Quality, fuzzy-servqual, customer satisfaction

Objective - The number of hotels in both urban or in tourism areas has increased quite rapidly. The success and sustainability of hotel businesses is largely determined by their marketing strategy and the quality of services they provide to their customers. In choosing a hotel, customers consider both the physical appearance of the hotel as well as the quality of service provided. The rapid increase in hotels in Indonesia necessarily increases competition in the hotel industry and the rules surrounding market competition become quite strict. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the dimensions of service quality (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on customer satisfaction and to identify the most dominant dimension in terms of customer satisfaction. Methodology/Technique - The research studied 110 respondents who have stayed in several hotels located in Batu, Indonesia. The data was collected using purposive sampling techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. Findings – Based on the results of this research, it is concluded that the dimensions of service quality (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. In addition, the service quality dimension that has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction is assurance. Novelty - The research supported by original data and contribute to the literature in the context of Indonesia.
