This study aims to find out and describe the effects of school culture and professional competence on teacher performance in SD in Gugus 1 Dewi Sartika, East Baturaja District. This study was participated by 105 elementary school teachers in Gugus 1 Dewi Sartika, East Baturaja District who were taken through a saturated sampling technique where the entire population became the research sample as a whole. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with research survey methods and using questionnaires as data instruments. The results of this study found that (1) the sig.value of the school culture variable is 0.000 (<0.05) and the tobtained> ttable value (4.195> 1.659), then hypothesis 1 is accepted; (2) sig. The professional competency variable is 0.000 (<0.05) tobtained> ttable value (6.378> 1.659), then hypothesis 2 is accepted; (3). the sig value is 0.000 (<0.05) and the F value is 25.344 where the Ftable value is 2.67 (Fobtained> Ftable), so hypothesis 3  is accepted. Based on these results, it can be concluded that school culture and professional competence have an effect either partially or collectively on teacher performance.

Teachers have an important contribution in the process of providing quality education. In carrying out their duties, teacher performance is influenced by various factors. This study aims to analyze the contribution of the principal's leadership role and integrity to the performance of elementary school teachers. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method. The population in this study was elementary school teachers. Sampling using random sampling technique, to obtain a sample of 67 teachers. The data collected in this study used instruments in the form of a principal leadership role questionnaire, a teacher integrity questionnaire, and a teacher performance questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the principal's leadership role had a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers; teacher integrity has a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers; principal's leadership role and teacher integrity simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers. This study shows that the good and bad performance of teachers is influenced by the integrity of the teacher and the leadership role of the principal.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan: budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru; komunikasi dengan kinerja guru; budaya sekolah dengan komitmen; komunikasi dengan komitmen, komitmen dengan kinerja guru; budaya sekolah dengan kinerja melalui komitmen; komunikasi dengan kinerja guru melalui komitmen. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 250 orang guru di 100 Sekolah yang dipilih secara stratified proporsional random sampling dari populasi sebesar 2.276 orang guru yang tersebar di 274 SD Negeri di Kota Banjarmasin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriftip dan analisi jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja, komunikasi memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja, budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen, komunikasi memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen, komitmen memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja guru, komitmen merupakan perantara hubugan budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru dan hubungan komunikasi dengan kinerja guru. The sample consisting of 250 teachers from 100 schools was selected using the stratified proportional random sampling technique from a population of 2,276 teachers teaching in 274 state elementary schools in Banjarmasin Municipality. The data were collected using an instrument which had been validated and which was reliable. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis and the path analysis. The findings showed that there was relationship between: school culture and teachers’ performance, communication and performance, school culture and commitment, communication and commitment, commitment and teachers’ performance. Commitment became an intervening variable between school culture and teachers’ performance and between communication and teachers’ performance. Teacher performance is teacher perception on teacher work performance related to work quality, responsibility, honesty, cooperation and initiative. This study was conducted to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of good work on the performance of elementary school teachers in central Jakarta. This research uses quantitative approach. A sample of 79 certified teachers teaching elementary school in central Jakarta using multiphase sampling technique. How to use data by using questionnaire media for data retrieval. Respondents of this study are teachers of primary school certified in central Jakarta. The variable used is workplace well-being as independent variable, teacher performance as dependent variable. To determine the effect of workplace well-being, based on multiple regression analysis at 33.1% significant level it can be concluded whether the workplace well-being is significant enough to the performance of elementary school teachers.

AbstractThis research is to describe the relationship between principal's motivation and school culture on the performance of elementary school teachers in jawai selatan, Sambas. This study consisted of two independent variables and one dependent variable. They are the principal's motivation (X1) and school culture (X2) as independent variables, and teacher performance (Y)as dependent variable. The subjects of this study are all elementary school teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational design. Data collection techniques used are documentary and questionnaire techniques. The main data collection tool used is a questionnaire (questionnaire) with alternative answers in the form of a Likert scale. Technical analysis or data processing of this study using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results obtained: (1) There is a relationship between the principal's motivation and teacher performance of 25.70%. (2) There is a significant relationship between school culture and an increase in teacher performance of 70.13%. (3) The principal's motivation and school culture have a significant relationship to the performance of teachers in the southern Jawai sub-district with a contribution of 55.70%. Keywords: Motivation, School Culture, Performance of teachers

This study aims to find out the influence of supervision of principals and teacher professional allowances on the professional competence of teachers in Simpang District Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is 38 elementary school teachers in the Simpang sub-district who have received teacher professional benefits. This research uses quantitative research, with a type of Non-Probability sampling research, the technique used is the saturated Sampling technique. Data collection techniques using closed questionnaires. Data analysis with t-test and F test showed that: Supervision of the principal has an influence on the professional competence of teachers in Simpang sub-district by 20.90%; Teacher professional allowance has an influence on the professional competence of teachers in Simpang subdistrict by 20.50%, and supervision of principals and teacher professional allowances have a simultaneous influence of 45.90% on the professional competence of elementary school teachers in Simpang District Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan.

The purpose of this study is to find out and explain: 1) The contribution of school principal compensation to teacher performance. 2) The contribution of teacher commitment to teacher performance. 3) Contribution of school principal compensation and teacher commitment together to teacher performance in the SDN Batang Cenaku District. This type of research is a correlational quantitative study. The population in this study were all elementary school teachers who had become Civil Servants in Cenaku Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency, which numbered 110 people. The sample of this research was taken using stratified proportional random sampling technique, The sample of this study was 93 people. Data collection techniques in this study used for data collection were questionnaires. Data analysis using correlation and regression techniques. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded as follows: 1) Compensation contributes to the performance of elementary school teachers with a contribution rate of 10.5%, this means that compensation contributes to teacher performance. 2) Commitment contributes to the performance of elementary school teachers with a magnitude of 9.4%. Thus, a significant commitment to teacher performance. This means that the better the commitment, the better the teacher's performance in carrying out their duties, and vice versa. 3) Compensation and commitment together contribute to teacher performance by 18.5%. This explains that to improve good and ideal teacher performance should be done through increased compensation and commitment.

The research aims at describing the teachers’ need to supervise content in their professional development. The research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive design whose respondents were elementary school teachers in four districts/cities in West Sumatra, namely: Padang Panjang, Payakumbuh, Padang, and Pesisir Selatan. The sample, 108 teachers consisting of 75 female and 33 male teachers, were selected by using a proportional random sampling technique. The data were collected by using an online questionnaire which was arranged based on two indicators of content supervision of teacher professional improvement, namely commitment and the ability to think abstractly. The result shows that there are 16 contents of supervision related to commitment and abstraction needed by teachers for competency improvement and professional development. Supervision of content that is relevant to the needs of teachers' fundamental competencies allows for an increase in the ability of teachers to respond well to various changes and challenges in carrying out their tasks. This research implies that this content supervision needs to be developed into more comprehensive theoretically and practically.

<p align="center">Abstract</p><p align="center"> </p><p>This Research has a background from several teacher education qualifications that are not yet in accordance with the teacher's education qualifications that should be a teacher. The focus of the problem in this research is the influence of intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence on teacher performance partially and simultaneously. So the purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the influence of two intelligence variables partially and simultaneously on the performance of Islamic based elementary school teachers in Tembalang District, Semarang City.</p><p>This research method uses quantitative analysis. The number of samples is 87 people, so the data collection uses total sampling technique. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, and data were tested using multiple regression analysis.</p><p>The results of the study were intellectual intelligence that had a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance. Spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. As well as intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Islamic based elementary school teachers in Tembalang District, Semarang City. The limitations in this study are that there is little time and minimal funding.</p><p> </p><p>Keywords: intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and teacher performance</p>

The objectives of this study were to determine the influence of the principal's leadership style and organizational culture on teacher performance. This research used quantitative method with post-facto research type. The population of the study was 180 elementary school teachers with the status of State Civil Servants or Aparatur Sipil Negara in Sembawa Sub-district, Banyuasin Regency. The sample of research was 108 people. The sampling technique in this study used a table to determine the number of samples developed by Isaac and Michael. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple regression techniques. The results of this study showed that: (1) the principal's leadership style influences teacher performance by 50.7%; (2) organizational culture influences teacher performance by 48.2%; and (3) the principal's leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive effect on teacher performance at 59.5% and others were influenced by other variables outside the study. It is recommended that elementary school teachers improve their performance through awareness in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.

This study aims to determine the relationship between the principal's leadership style and teacher performance in public elementary schools in Simpang Empat District. The research method is correlation. The sample of this research is using purposive sampling technique, so the sample of this research is the teachers of SD Negeri Se-District Simpang Empat who have civil servant status, totaling 33 people. The results showed that the leadership style of the principal of the SD Negeri in Simpang Empat was categorized as moderate with an average score of 74.42. Meanwhile, the performance of elementary school teachers in Simpang Empat sub-district is in the sufficient category with an average score of 102.45. Furthermore, there is a relationship between the principal leadership style variable (X) and the teacher performance variable (Y) with rcount > rtable with a value comparison of (0.437 > 0.344). This shows that there is a positive relationship between the principal's leadership style and the performance of public elementary school teachers in the Simpang Empat District which has a moderate level of correlation. Then the t-test obtained tcount of 2,689 while ttable obtained from the critical list in the table against = 0.05 of 2,039 means tcount > ttable with a comparison value of (2,689 > 2.039) so Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.
