The objectives of this study were to determine the influence of the principal's leadership style and organizational culture on teacher performance. This research used quantitative method with post-facto research type. The population of the study was 180 elementary school teachers with the status of State Civil Servants or Aparatur Sipil Negara in Sembawa Sub-district, Banyuasin Regency. The sample of research was 108 people. The sampling technique in this study used a table to determine the number of samples developed by Isaac and Michael. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple regression techniques. The results of this study showed that: (1) the principal's leadership style influences teacher performance by 50.7%; (2) organizational culture influences teacher performance by 48.2%; and (3) the principal's leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive effect on teacher performance at 59.5% and others were influenced by other variables outside the study. It is recommended that elementary school teachers improve their performance through awareness in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.

Teacher performance plays an important role in the success of the National education program. This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's participatory leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of elementary school teachers. The entire population in this study was used as a sample, amounting to 80 elementary school teachers in Cluster 1 Baskara Sumirat Semarang. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that the principal's participatory leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The principal's participatory leadership style makes a significant contribution to teacher performance. Therefore, to improve teacher performance, the principal should try to implement participatory leadership behavior, besides that the principal also needs to improve his knowledge and skills about this leadership, either on his own initiative or on the initiative of the education institution office or other related parties.

The purpose of this study is to find out and explain: 1) The contribution of school principal compensation to teacher performance. 2) The contribution of teacher commitment to teacher performance. 3) Contribution of school principal compensation and teacher commitment together to teacher performance in the SDN Batang Cenaku District. This type of research is a correlational quantitative study. The population in this study were all elementary school teachers who had become Civil Servants in Cenaku Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency, which numbered 110 people. The sample of this research was taken using stratified proportional random sampling technique, The sample of this study was 93 people. Data collection techniques in this study used for data collection were questionnaires. Data analysis using correlation and regression techniques. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded as follows: 1) Compensation contributes to the performance of elementary school teachers with a contribution rate of 10.5%, this means that compensation contributes to teacher performance. 2) Commitment contributes to the performance of elementary school teachers with a magnitude of 9.4%. Thus, a significant commitment to teacher performance. This means that the better the commitment, the better the teacher's performance in carrying out their duties, and vice versa. 3) Compensation and commitment together contribute to teacher performance by 18.5%. This explains that to improve good and ideal teacher performance should be done through increased compensation and commitment.

This study aims to determine the relationship between the principal's leadership style and teacher performance in public elementary schools in Simpang Empat District. The research method is correlation. The sample of this research is using purposive sampling technique, so the sample of this research is the teachers of SD Negeri Se-District Simpang Empat who have civil servant status, totaling 33 people. The results showed that the leadership style of the principal of the SD Negeri in Simpang Empat was categorized as moderate with an average score of 74.42. Meanwhile, the performance of elementary school teachers in Simpang Empat sub-district is in the sufficient category with an average score of 102.45. Furthermore, there is a relationship between the principal leadership style variable (X) and the teacher performance variable (Y) with rcount > rtable with a value comparison of (0.437 > 0.344). This shows that there is a positive relationship between the principal's leadership style and the performance of public elementary school teachers in the Simpang Empat District which has a moderate level of correlation. Then the t-test obtained tcount of 2,689 while ttable obtained from the critical list in the table against = 0.05 of 2,039 means tcount > ttable with a comparison value of (2,689 > 2.039) so Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Teacher performance is teacher perception on teacher work performance related to work quality, responsibility, honesty, cooperation and initiative. This study was conducted to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of good work on the performance of elementary school teachers in central Jakarta. This research uses quantitative approach. A sample of 79 certified teachers teaching elementary school in central Jakarta using multiphase sampling technique. How to use data by using questionnaire media for data retrieval. Respondents of this study are teachers of primary school certified in central Jakarta. The variable used is workplace well-being as independent variable, teacher performance as dependent variable. To determine the effect of workplace well-being, based on multiple regression analysis at 33.1% significant level it can be concluded whether the workplace well-being is significant enough to the performance of elementary school teachers.

The purpose of this study is to study and explain the role of competence and transformational leadership styles on the performance of 01 and 02 North Petukangan elementary school teachers, mediated by motivational variables. The research method uses quantitative and part of this research is 01 and 02 North Petukangan elementary school teachers who gathered 52 people. The sample selection is done by saturated sampling techniques or census sampling so as to make all members of the study as research samples. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaire instruments. Survey instruments were sent to 01 and 02 North Petukangan elementary school teachers. Data were analyzed using a structural consolidation model (SEM) with the Smart PLS software program version 3.2.8. This study revealed significant competence that were significant to teacher performance and transformational leadership style had a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Competence and leadership styles change. In addition, motivation variables do not mediate competence and transformational leadership styles on teacher performance.

This study determined the effect of principal’s leadership style and motivation on the performance of Public Elementary School teachers in Babat Toman District. This research used a quantitative method with the type of correlational research. The study population was 160 people. The sample was 80 people. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method. Data collection technique was using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple regression techniques. The results showed that (1) the principal's leadership style had a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance at the State Elementary School in Babat Toman; (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance; and (3) the principal's leadership style and motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance of Public Elementary Schools in Babat Toman.

Elementary school teachers are one of the sources of student’s misconceptions, so their understanding needs to be identified. However, the process of identifying the understanding of the concept of science is still small and only on certain materia. This study was aimed to investigate elementary school teacher's understanding of sound concepts. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive type. The research data are sourced from elementary school teachers' answers to questions about the concept of high and low sounds, in the form of a teacher's justification for the statement of questions presented along with the discussion. The population was all grade 4 elementary school teachers in Surakarta (120 teacher), the sample of 30 teachers from public and private elementary schools, the status accreditation A and B, with a purposive random sampling technique. The sample taken consisted of teachers in the age range of 30 to 60 years, 11 male teachers and 19 female teachers, and 50% were certified educators. Data collection techniques are carried out by providing diagnostic tests of misconceptions on the subject of the concept of high and low sounds. Data analysis technique refers to the category of concept understanding formulated by Tuysuz (2009), which is understanding, misconception, not understanding, and guessing. The results showed that in understanding the concept of high and low sounds 1.11% of teachers understood the concept well, 71.11% of teachers did not understand the concept, 26.67% of teachers experienced misconceptions, and 1.11% of teachers guessed.

Teachers have an important contribution in the process of providing quality education. In carrying out their duties, teacher performance is influenced by various factors. This study aims to analyze the contribution of the principal's leadership role and integrity to the performance of elementary school teachers. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method. The population in this study was elementary school teachers. Sampling using random sampling technique, to obtain a sample of 67 teachers. The data collected in this study used instruments in the form of a principal leadership role questionnaire, a teacher integrity questionnaire, and a teacher performance questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the principal's leadership role had a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers; teacher integrity has a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers; principal's leadership role and teacher integrity simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers. This study shows that the good and bad performance of teachers is influenced by the integrity of the teacher and the leadership role of the principal.

<p align="center">Abstract</p><p align="center"> </p><p>This Research has a background from several teacher education qualifications that are not yet in accordance with the teacher's education qualifications that should be a teacher. The focus of the problem in this research is the influence of intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence on teacher performance partially and simultaneously. So the purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the influence of two intelligence variables partially and simultaneously on the performance of Islamic based elementary school teachers in Tembalang District, Semarang City.</p><p>This research method uses quantitative analysis. The number of samples is 87 people, so the data collection uses total sampling technique. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, and data were tested using multiple regression analysis.</p><p>The results of the study were intellectual intelligence that had a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance. Spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. As well as intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Islamic based elementary school teachers in Tembalang District, Semarang City. The limitations in this study are that there is little time and minimal funding.</p><p> </p><p>Keywords: intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and teacher performance</p>

The study was conducted to determine the impact of academic supervision on improving teacher performance in the learning design process. The action research method was used to apply academic supervision and was designed in three cycles. Data were collected through 17 elementary school teachers from 10 supervisory schools in North Batukliang sub-district, Central Lombok Regency and analyzed quantitatively-descriptively. This study found that the implementation of continuous academic supervision was able to improve the learning design skills of elementary school teachers. In cycle-I as many as 41.17% of teachers have a good performance in learning design, in cycle-II there are 35.29% of teachers needing guidance, then in cycle-III all teachers meet standard skills in designing learning well (100%). The results concluded that academic supervision has a positive effect on improving teacher performance in elementary schools.
