Use of computer technology allows to quickly analyze and use subject, technological, analytical and other information. Biometric statistics in plant breeding is aimed at optimizing (increasing efficiency, reliability, acceleration and cheapening) the process of breeding varieties of agricultural crops. Therefore, creation and study of new varieties of oil flax requires widespread introduction of modern computer information technologies that provide information support of the breeding process at all its stages. Methods of multi-criteria mathematical statistics - factor and cluster analyses - were used in the studies for a comprehensive assessment of hybrid populations of oil flax by productivity elements (plant height, technical length, inflorescence length, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant, number of seeds in a box, weight of 100 seeds, and oil content in seeds). Effectiveness of selection of hybrids of the third cycle of breeding has been evaluated, and also the distinctive features of hybrid combinations in a number of generations have been established. As a result of selection and technological cycle of the analysis, 31 highly productive hybrids (or 6.9%) were identified for further reproduction. Despite the high level of the breeding differential determined in hybrid combinations during the F2-F3 generation change, their response to traits based selection according to “number of seeds in a box” and “weight of 100 seeds” was weak, and selection by the number of boxes and seeds from the plant turned out to be ineffective. The selection method used makes it possible to cull low-yielding plants that have fallen into the worst groups of clusters. Culling by the method of multidimensional analysis should be used in later generations (fourth-fifth cycle of selection) as homozygosity of traits is established.

The article deals with the problem of selecting efficient ships by the feasibility study in which brake power, main dimensions, payload, speed and fuel consumption are determined. The necessity of using the proposed selection at the initial stage of the ship's design is justified; the problems that arise at the present time are denoted. The purpose of the article is to propose a criterion for the selection of efficient vessels, "tied" to the operating conditions, based on the marginal cost of the ship. A method for its determination is presented. At the same time, annual revenues and operating costs should be determined by modern methods of business planning for the operation of the fleet. When searching for the parameters of the ship, the optimal fuel consumption is determined. The rest of the costs can be found according to the coefficients "tied" to the fuel consumption and calculated on the basis of existing prototypes. The results of calculations by the proposed method are shown; its merits and opportunities for improvement are noted with the availability of relevant information. The conclusion is made about the convenience and applicability of the proposed option for selecting efficient ship for the feasibility study based on optimization methods for determining the parameters of vessels under conditions of a high level of use of information technologies.

The purpose. With the rapid development of the information society and information technologies executive authorities of the Russian Federation feel the need for high-quality, prompt, objective coverage of their activities, and for the information support of all areas of public policy, through traditional communication channels and modern media. In this sense, issues of information support of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the field of physical culture and sport occupy a special place. Research methods and organization. The paper focuses on comparative analysis of the most significant authorities in the field of information activities of the Ministries of Sport of Russia and the Republic of Tatarstan. Research results and discussion. The study demonstrated a high level of information coordination between federal and regional executive bodies carrying out state policy in the field of physical culture and sports. At the same time, the study revealed abundance of structural departments responsible for information activities, and the lack of the central body for processing and distribution of information. Conclusion. It is necessary to develop social understanding of a long-term program for modernization of the infrastructure for physical culture and sports in Russia. At the same time, the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation and other executive bodies representing state authority should demonstrate their willingness to continue this activity. Today, the Ministry should deliver a wide information anti-crisis campaign in mass media.

We consider the provisions of the need to strengthen the physical fitness of the special operations forces and the Main Intelligence Directorate, caused by the tendency to add to the special groups lineup people who possess high-level skills in modern computer technologies. In the special operations forces units and the Main Intelligence Directorate, there is a high selection of employees in terms of physical condition and perfect mastery of the electronic equipment skills, while at the same time, the equipment is constantly being improved. On a massive scale, objectively team cannot equally possess the skills of working with computer technology, only particularly unique specialists are able to perfectly work in this direction. The life of these military personnel in the process of warfare must be preserved first of all. This causes a tendency to increase the level of physical fitness of the personnel of these special forces, especially when exercising the load against the backdrop of complex fatigue.

To ensure a high level of modern production, the priority task is to improve the teaching methods of geometric and graphic disciplines. Along with the traditional execution of drawings, modern computer-aided design systems should be consistently applied to achieve an appropriate level of information literacy, which will ensure that students acquire the necessary professional competencies.

Abstract This article focuses on how register considerations informed and guided the design of the spoken component of the British National Corpus 2014 (Spoken BNC2014). It discusses why the compilers of the corpus sought to gather recordings from just one broad spoken register – ‘informal conversation’ – and how this and other design decisions afforded contributors to the corpus much freedom with regards to the selection of situational contexts for the recordings. This freedom resulted in a high level of diversity in the corpus for situational parameters such as recording location and activity type, each of which was captured in the corpus metadata. Focussing on these parameters, this article provides evidence for functional variation among the texts in the corpus and suggests that differences such as those observed presently could be analysable within the existing frameworks for analysis of register variation in spoken and written language, such as multidimensional analysis.

<p>Abstract : Seed is one of th</p><p>e main elements in rice cultivation. Use of seed labeled and<br />quality will have a positive impact on productivity. This strategic role of seed which is<br />the reason the government helps farmers by conducting seed subsidies. Subsidization<br />of seed carried out throughout Indonesia and one of them is the province of South<br />Sumatra. The objective is to see the implementation of subsidized seeds with the main<br />focus of the implementation challenges and solutions such activities. By 2016 subsidy<br />survay seed at the time of implementation was not up to 10 percent. The main cause of<br />this low uptake by PSO is a delay DUPBB that the main basis of PSO prepares and<br />provides rice seeds. Despite the low uptake but seed subsidies still need to be passed<br />on, this is due to the use of seed labeled and quality in South Sumatra Province is still<br />low, and to overcome implementation seed subsidies in the future need to be increased<br />dissemination activities, the introduction of new varieties of R &amp; D, the certainty of<br />the selection of varieties, increasing the number of seeds subsidized and incentives for<br />enumerators DUPBB.</p><p>Abstrak : Benih merupakan salah satu unsur utama dalam budidaya padi. Pemberian subsidi benih dilakukan<br />diseluruh Indonesia dan salah satunya adalah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Tujuan<br />penulisan ini adalah melihat pelaksanaan subsidi benih dengan fokus utama kendala<br />dan solusi implementasi dari kegiatan tersebut. Pada tahun 2016 subsidi benih pada<br />saat dilakukan survay pelaksanaannya tidak sampai 10 persen. Penyebab utama<br />serapan rendah ini menurut PSO adalah keterlambatan DUPBB yang menjadi dasar<br />utama PSO menyiapkan dan memberikan benih padi. Meskipun rendah serapan tetapi<br />subsidi benih masih perlu diteruskan, hal ini disebabkan pemakaian benih berlabel dan<br />bermutu di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan masih rendah, Dan untuk mengatasi kendala<br />implementasi subsidi benih kedepannya perlu ditingkatkan sosialisasi kegiatan,<br />pengenalan varietas baru litbang, kepastian pemilihan varietas, penambahan jumlah<br />benih yang disubsidi dan pemberian insentif bagi petugas pendata DUPBB.<br /><br /><br /></p>

In the century of the global information society and innovation economy, the introduction of modern computer and telecommunication technologies in almost all spheres of human life and activities, has led to the formation of a single space using information services. In the context of information development in an innovative economy, information is becoming an increasingly important and integral part of every competitive company. In innovation economics, this component is becoming the subject of the rapid development of communications, telecommunications, computer and information technologies. By increasing information and intellectual abilities in various market spheres of economic activity of companies, an innovative economy increases its competitive advantages and, consequently, its competitive potential, since its elementary composition receives multilateral economic, personnel, organizational and information support. Information services are considered one of the most promising areas of an innovative economy and their further development is based not only on the timely creation, but also on the implementation of innovations.

The study of the parameters of plasticity and stability of breeding indices, will identify the best forms of soybeans for their targeted use in hybridization in the creation of new varieties. The highest indicators of the selection index (number of seeds / number of beans per plant) were obtained from cultivars: UD0202457 - 1.58; UD0202566 - 1.57; UD0202529 - 1.57; UD0202557 - 1.55. These cultivars in response to the hydrothermal regime were highly plastic (bi> 1) in response to improved cultivation background. It should be noted that these varieties provided a fairly high level of homeostatic, namely UD0202457 - 0.71; UD0202566 - 0.61; UD0202529 - 0.63. the coefficient of variation was low - (V <10%), and the coefficient of agronomic stability was high - 97.8 and 97.4 and 97.5%. We established a correlation between the coefficient of plasticity and the selection index (number of seeds / number of beans per plant), where the correlation coefficient r = 0.491, which indicates the average strength of the correlation. That is, these varieties, despite the low absolute value of the selection index provided a stable implementation of quantitative variability, which is less dependent on the hydrothermal regime of years of research. According to the selection index (number of beans per plant / number of productive nodes) soybean cultivars were distinguished: UD0202557 - 2.06; UD0200773 and UD0202468 - 2.05, these varieties were highly plastic (bi> 1) in response to changes in hydrothermal growing conditions. The stability variance (Si2) in these soybean cultivars is as close as possible to zero. The coefficients of agronomic stability were also high, which varied from 92.8 to 94.9%. However, the highest indicators of homeostaticity were provided by soybean cultivars, which were characterized by a low response to changes in the growing cultivation background (bi <0): UD0200983 - 0.72; UD0202529 - 0.71; UD0202457 - 0.59 and UD0202563 - 0.74. These cultivars were characterized by the lowest coefficients of variation, which varied from 2.7 to 3.4% and the highest coefficients of agronomic stability from 96.6 to 97.3%.

The contemporary condition of soil cover in Ukraine is characterized. The attention is focused onto widespread degradation processes in soils. The causes that determine the development of these negative processes are considered. The contemporary informational support for the condition of soil cover in Ukraine is estimated. In general, the current available information is of narrow-departmental nature, obtained by different methods and non-correlated monitoring programs. As a rule, it is stored in under-structured databases, incompatible with other information systems; mainly recorded on paper media unusable with modern technologies, whereby such information resources are diffi cult to be compiled together. These disadvantages are strong constraints against consistent usage of materials for evaluation, forecast and management of changes in the soil cover. The Soil Observation program should thereby be combined with Agrochemical Passportization and ecology-ameliora- tive monitoring; in other words, the application of innovative soil-agrochemical methodology is considered. Each individual type of surveys shall complement the others, and taken altogether, they shall constitute a con- sistent Information System, capable of solving the problems of assessing the condition, forecasting, manage- ment, usage and protection of soil resources. The monitoring procedures should be conducted on the basis of a new soil concept in line with unifi ed programs and methods, so as to meet European approaches to the maxi- mum extent. Such a technical composition enables getting information on present-day processes in soils, and is the only combination that actually helps us to “ecologize” our knowledge of soils, which is the leading trend in the scope of global soil-science. Thus obtained results will serve as a State-owned tool which would subse- quently facilitate the use and protection of soil resources all over the country, to be involved in a united global soil-information scope. The attention is focused onto social signifi cance of the information on soils and their fertility in terms of land resources optimization, as well as the formation of sustainable land use in Ukraine.

The characteristics of new varieties of potatoes of the selection of the Kamchatsky RIA are created in accordance with the priority for the region selection areas included in the State Register of Selection Achievements of the Russian Federation and protected by patents.
