The construction of facilities originating from State Sharia Securities (SBSN) funds has made an important contribution to increasing access to services of public interest. Using a qualitative approach , this study shows that the SBSN Fund Management System at the Ministry of Religion has supported the implementation of infrastructure development programs for the provision of religious education services, hajj services, socio-religious services and other religious services. Although it has generally been declared successful in the construction of facilities originating from SBSN funds, the constraints faced remain so that continuous innovation is needed in the construction of SBSN facilities within the Ministry of Religion

This study focuses on the description of religious services in border communities in Sebatik Tengah District. what about religious services carried out by the ministry of religion in the Sebatik Tengah District and the problems in providing these religious services? Religious services referred to in this study are religious services facilitated by the ministry of religion as the service provider which includes; KUA service tasks and functions, religious counseling services, religious education services and religious harmony services. Religious services provided are still very limited due to the lack of facilities and service resources. KUA services are still in the KUA North Sebatik District working area and are still focused on marriage registration services and prospective bride courses. Religious education services are carried out by the private sector facilitated by the ministry of religion in the form of Raudhatul Atfaldan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and Diniyah. Religious healing services are served by four non-PNS Islamic religious instructors who are still very limited in their range of services. Religious harmony services through FKUB Subdistrict where the head of the KUA also doubles jon as the leader and involves figures from three religions (Islam, Catholicism and Christianity) in the District of Sebatik Tengah. The main problems in the provision of religious services are service infrastructure, service provider human resources and lack of budget

The problems faced as a necessity for implementing entrepreneurial development programs are: (1) business management towards a better direction, so as to reduce the risk of business loss due to efficiency; (2) the increasing public interest in shopping using digital platforms (online shopping) demands a more efficient product marketing concept; (3) empowerment of communities around the business location so that it can assist the production and marketing processes and can become an alternative for business activities that support the economy of the surrounding communities. The method used is a qualitative approach as initial data from research which is realized through training activities for students. Ten students who were targeted were the participants of the training activities. The results obtained are: (1) training on the use of digital platforms for business management; (2) training on the use of digital platforms for business promotion; and (3) training for establishment and empowerment of community business groups.

The construction of public participation has paid his dues. This is that in realizing development projects readily undergoing a failure that empowers people. Related in all process that deals with planning, implementation, the use of results and development monitoring. The rural infrastructure development program (PPIP) is development programs community empowerment. Where people have got to dive headlong in village development, especially physical development he purposes of this research is to find how the participation of the community in the Rural infrastructure development program (PPIP), Ngranget Village, Dagangan District, Madiun Regency. The kind of research is qualitative descriptive. In research, this is the population is the number of household heads involved in the delivery rabat concrete development in Ngranget village which consisted of 95 KK. The majority of informants interviewed in this research was 12 people. Was used in the study data collection method that is Technical Documentation interviews and data available for analysis namely described the results of research or data with a form of what is he got writer whether it is the results of the interviews, or result in appreciating documentation then investigated and the studies of the issue and. The result that the community participation in development in the village of rabat concrete Ngranget mind (planning), low participation in the form of energy high, participation in the form of expertise, quite low in the form of goods low, the form of money and participation is very low.

The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach The data<br />analysis technique used is data collection, data reduction and data <br />presentation conclusions. The technique of guaranteeing the validity of the <br />data is done by checking trust, checking examination and checking<br />dependency. The results of the study can be concluded that the results of<br />the Analysis of Suitability of Annual Programming, Semester Program,<br />and Learning Implementation Plan can be categorized as "In Accordance"<br />because the results are obtained based on the scores of the Annual<br />Program, Semester Program and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP)<br />compiled by the teacher Islamic religious education in SMP Negeri 1<br />Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang.</p>

The world has been surprised by the emergence of a COVID 19 pandemic, was born in China, and widespread to various countries in the world. In Indonesia, the government issued several policies to break the COVID 19 pandemic chain, which also triggered some pro-cons in the midst of society. One of the policies government takes is the closure of learning access directly at school and moving the learning process from physical class to a virtual classroom or known as online learning. In the economic sector also affects the parents’ financial ability to provide sufficient funds to support the implementation of distance learning applied by the government. The implications of the distance education policy are of course the quality of learning, including the subjects of Islamic religious education, which is essentially aimed at planting knowledge, skills, and religious consciousness to form the character of the students. Online education must certainly be precise, in order to provide equal education services to all students, prepare teachers to master the technology, and seek the core learning of Islamic religious education can still be done well.

Land acquisition for public purposes, including for the construction of railroad infrastructure, is a matter that is proposed by all countries in the world. The Indonesian government or the Malaysian royal government needs land for railroad infrastructure development. To realize this, a regulation was made that became the legal umbrella for the government or royal government. The people must agree to regulations that require it. Land acquisition for public use in Malaysia can be completed quickly in Indonesia. The influencing factor is the different perceptions of the understanding of what are in the public interest, history and legal systems of the two countries as well as the people's reaction from the two countries

As part of inclusion education, Education for All (EfA) or Pendidikan untuk Semua (PuS) has six main programs, including the inclusion program of Early Childhood Education (Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini or PAUD). This article is compiled based on a qualitative approach, which is a type of field research and presented descriptively. This article highlights the role of Shadow Teacher as one of the main keys to the success of inclusion education in PAUD Terpadu Inklusi Bina Insan Kreatif (BIK) in Tasikmalaya city. The findings of the article show that Shadow Teacher has a variety of relatively different roles and responsibilities than class teachers. But it plays a big role in helping the success of learning carried out by class teachers, especially related to Children with Special Needs (Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus or ABK). In undergoing its roles and responsibilities, Shadow Teacher applies various strategies to assist the development of ABK students, in the academic, non-academic and self-developed fields. Furthermore, the PAUD Terpadu Inklusi BIK institute has such a crucial policy related to improving the quality, qualifications and competency of Shadow Teacher that it can provide better inclusion education services for ABK students in particular, and for other stakeholders in general.

<p class="apa">In general, the objectives of this study were to explain the role played by universities in improving its human resources are office holders, lecturers, and students, explain the program what is being done related to the improvement of human resources, and explains the non-academic program to support the implementation of a program that has been prepared so as to ensure the creation of academic atmosphere and moral. This research is using a qualitative approach. Data collection method is observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. After determining the selected object, it is then determined subjects and informants who serve as a source of information, other than information derived from observation and documents. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative descriptive. From these results it can be concluded that in the current era of globalization sensitize the managers of private universities to constantly make changes both in management of students, lecturers, and academic. Of the top ten universities in East Java, which is the object of research has done on average conditionally adjustment and in accordance with their respective capabilities to actualize development programs as outlined in the master plan and development plan strategy as a guide.</p>

This research aims to identify and analyse students’ response on the application of the Hypnoteaching in learning Hindu religious education in class X of SMAN 7 Denpasar. This research follows a qualitative approach with observation as the main data collection technique. The sample of the study is X Mipa 6 class with 34 students from a total of 389. The application of hypnoteaching methods is fun for students compared to  conventional methods which tend to be uninteresting. When using Hypnoteaching method, students were very excited during learning activities. By using hypnoteaching methods in learning Hindu religious education students becomes very enthusiastic in listening to the teacher's explanation of Hindu religious learning materials. To improve learning activities students prepare themselves for the topic discussion. Students’ response to the application of Hypnoteaching method is positive. They think that the method is effective as it can increase students’ enthusiasm to learn.

The purpose of this research was to describe and analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of responsible character education based on school culture. A qualitative approach is taken in this investigation. An SMP Muhammadiyah Plus Salatiga sample was used in the analysis. In order to gather accurate information about the subject matter, the authors employ qualitative research methods, such as interviews and documentation. There are two ways to implement educational character education in the classroom: first, incorporate it into the school's curricula and rules, then spread the word to the students and staff. Character education for responsibility is carried out by incorporating the character of responsibility into self-development programs, subjects, and school culture. 2. This includes classroom and school-wide activities in which character values are taught and practiced. Students' attitudes are assessed as a means of evaluating responsibility character education.
