The article examines 2013 curriculum (K-13) implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subject towards paradigm of scientific and characteristic. There were two issues to be discussed: First, how do the teachers plan the K-13 implementation? Second, how do the teachers implement the learning patterns of PAI subject according to K13? Qualitative approach was employed by understanding related-person performance in certain situation naturally, or without influenced by surrounding. In qualitative study analysis, inductive method was applied by overlooking initial hypothesis, while exploring the patterns, forms, and themes in examining data systematically. The present study found that the implementation of K-13 in PAI subject at State Vocational High School (SMKN) 2 Bengkulu run systematically and programmatically. The K-13 program was began with conducting training, designing program for annually, every semester, monthly, and daily, as well as for remedial program. The learning process of K-13 was implemented through introductory, core, and closing activities. The K-13 implementation indicated scientific-based learning, such as inquiry, discovery, problem solving, and video analysis. This implementation revealed that benefit to build religious character.

Kurikulum merupakan bagian integral dari pendidikan. Kurikulum juga merupakan media untuk menumbuhkan nilai-nilai agama pada anak-anak, terutama di bidang pendidikan anak usia dini (usia 0-6 tahun). Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah beberapa Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) di Kota Salatiga dan Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh suatu tujuan, faktual, akurat dan sistematis proses pelaksanaan kurikulum pendidikan Islam dan strategi yang diterapkan pada objek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan dengan beberapa metode yaitu observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Kemudian data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam di PAUD di Salatiga dan kabupaten Semarang sudah mengacu pada standar di Permendiknas Nomor 58 tahun 2009. Beberapa dari mereka belum mengacu patokan dasar pemerintah. Mereka juga melakukan pengembangan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik masing-masing lembaga. Bahan pendidikan agama Islam yang diberikan cocok dengan tahap perkembangan peserta didik. Materi tersebut disampaikan melalui bercerita, bercakap-cakap, tugas, Iqro ', simulasi dan praktek. Curriculum is an integral part of education. The curriculum is also a medium to cultivate of religious values in children,especially in early childhood education (ages 0-6 years). The main focus of this study is some early childhood education in Salatiga and Semarang district. This study is aimed to gain an objective, factual, accurate and systematic of curriculum implementation process of Islamic education and its strategies that applied in the research object. The data is collected by several methods namely, observation, documentation and interviews. Then the gathered data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative approach. The results indicate the implementation of Islamic religious education curriculum in early childhood education in Salatiga and Semarang districts already refers to the standards in Permendiknas No. 58 of 2009. Some of them have not referring to the government's basic benchmark. They also undertake the development which is appropriate with the characteristics of each institution. The materials of Islamic religious education is given suited with stage of learners’ development. <p>The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Suitability of 2013<br />Curriculum Annual Program Preparation, (2) Suitability of Compilation of<br />the 2013 Curriculum Semester Program. (3) Appropriate components of<br />the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) based on Permendikbud No.22<br />2016. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach The data<br />analysis technique used is data collection, data reduction and data <br />presentation conclusions. The technique of guaranteeing the validity of the <br />data is done by checking trust, checking examination and checking<br />dependency. The results of the study can be concluded that the results of<br />the Analysis of Suitability of Annual Programming, Semester Program,<br />and Learning Implementation Plan can be categorized as "In Accordance"<br />because the results are obtained based on the scores of the Annual<br />Program, Semester Program and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP)<br />compiled by the teacher Islamic religious education in SMP Negeri 1<br />Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang.</p>

This research aims to identify and analyse students’ response on the application of the Hypnoteaching in learning Hindu religious education in class X of SMAN 7 Denpasar. This research follows a qualitative approach with observation as the main data collection technique. The sample of the study is X Mipa 6 class with 34 students from a total of 389. The application of hypnoteaching methods is fun for students compared to  conventional methods which tend to be uninteresting. When using Hypnoteaching method, students were very excited during learning activities. By using hypnoteaching methods in learning Hindu religious education students becomes very enthusiastic in listening to the teacher's explanation of Hindu religious learning materials. To improve learning activities students prepare themselves for the topic discussion. Students’ response to the application of Hypnoteaching method is positive. They think that the method is effective as it can increase students’ enthusiasm to learn.

Muslim-oriented tourism has raised international interest, leading to the need to deepen and expand current research into the long-defeated relationship between Islam and geographic tourism. Indonesia was among Muslim-dominated countries encouraging tourism and improving its capacity to host mainly Western visitors. This study explores the feasibility of developing ecological tourism in rural areas – one of Indonesia's leading destinations – about the possibility of building a tourism industry closer to the needs of Muslim customers and more compatible with Islamic beliefs. The study employed qualitative approach. Data analysis performed using an interactive approach which consist of three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion drawing. This study shows four potentialities for religious education visits: pilgrimage simulation route, Muslim swimming pools, prayer building, and archery venue. Meanwhile the inhibiting factors include accessibility, distance, alliances, and formal structures.  SWOT analysis resulted into four strategies that might be useful guideline for the local government in promoting the halal eco-tourism in the rural areas.

Islamic Religious Education is an important and inseparable part of the educational curriculum in Indonesia. Besides being an obligation for its adherents, Islamic learning can instill the values of faith and make students possess noble morals (akhlakul karimah). This study aims to examine and discuss how the implementation process of Islamic education in instilling noble morals in students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Islamic Junior High School). This study uses a qualitative approach with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing as the data analysis. The sample of this study was the principal of the madrasah, vice-principal, students, and teachers of Islamic education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Makassar. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that through the implementation of Islamic Religious Education, the students could possess noble characters. There are eight behaviors that are applied to instill the noble characters, namely habituating the smiles, salaam, and greetings, mutual respect (tolerance), sunnah fasting on Monday and Thursday, performing the Duha prayer, performing dhuhr prayers, reciting the Quran, congregational prayer, and getting used to alms giving (infaq). These eight commendable behaviors are recommended for teachers and principals to be applied in their respective schools.

The implementation of the 2013 Curriculum until now is increasingly reaping problems. Although this curriculum has been running for seven years, it seems that this curriculum still has obstacles in some schools, especially in the field of Islamic religious education studies. This research aims to find out and examine the difficulties experienced by PAI teachers in implementing the 2013 Curriculum in the city of Medan. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach that is studied through literature studies. Data collection was obtained through interview techniques with PAI teachers in Medan. The results of this study show that there are several difficulties experienced by PAI teachers in the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum, including lack of understanding of the teacher itself with the content of the 2013 curriculum as a whole, inadequate facilities as a means of support in supporting learning. Some learning materials require a time allocation that is more than the specified time. The solution offered in this case first; increased knowledge and application of the 2013 curriculum for teachers. It can be done by following open discussions, training and other intellectual activities. In addition, teachers are required to be creative in designing learning through innovative media and good learning strategies and methods.

This study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of educational values in the novel Madogiwa No Totto-chan by Tetsuko Kuroyanagi with a qualitative approach that includes educational values in terms of the structure of the novel. Research methods. This research is a library research or library research that uses a qualitative approach with content analysis techniques. Conclusion of research findings: The main theme of this novel is EDUCATION, education that frees students to be creative, while the sub-theme is education must be adjusted to the development of the child's personality. The credentials found are: A mother must be wise in educating and caring for her children with special needs. A school principal or a teacher should be a leader who is brave to act in accordance with their respective beliefs and life principles. The educational values in this novel can be used as examples of learning in schools to help children with problems (special needs). An educator should be fun and not scold his students because educating children is not with anger but with advice, praise, and trust. Make kids confident, responsible, love each other, and help each other, introduce them to nature because nature stores various sources of knowledge. Educational values found are educational values related to religious education values, moral education values, social education values, and beauty education values. Recommendation: Madogiwa No Totto-chan's autobiographical novel (Totto-chan Little Girl in the Window) can be used as a learning tool for character education in schools in Indonesia because this Japanese novel has raised educational values that contain a number of noble values. One of the noble values is the value of education in the novel that abstracts the reality of Japanese society's life. To be able to equip students to gain knowledge, teachers must continuously improve their relationship and communication skills with students. Especially as a Christian religion teacher, he does not only focus on fulfilling children's cognitive values ​​in meeting the minimum completeness criteria but rather on instilling Christian values ​​and Christ's character. Researchers see that there are separate challenges faced by a Christian Religious Education teacher in high school and vocational high school where in fact the students who are taught reach puberty or are in search of identity so that they tend to commit acts of vandalism or behavior that tends to be irresponsible, sometimes filled with emotional attitudes. For this reason, according to the researcher, teachers who are capable of teaching not only cognitively but also related to inculcating spiritual attitudes and social attitudes are needed.

Almost every year education in Indonesia is always shrouded in problems especially when national exam will be held. Problems that arise like cramming, compressing National Exam subjects by leaving other lessons, forming successful teams, and giving sanctions to Schools that fail the National Exam, and others. Supposedly, the National Exam is the answer in our efforts to realize an honest and achieving education process. This study aims to determine how the teacher's efforts in inculcating the value of honesty during the National Examination at Vocational High School Nurul Iman Palembang. This research is a field research with qualitative approach. To obtain data in this research, researcher use some methods in collecting data that are observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis technique used is descriptive technique. The result of the research is the cultivation of honesty value during the National Exam in Vocational High School Nurul Iman Palembang, among others: First, appealed and advised the students to study hard at home and school and take the best time to learn. Second, hold impromptu evaluation. Third, cultivating faith in God confesses that there is no god but Allah, always remember Allah wherever located so afraid to commit sins or errors intentionally even if not known by others. Fourth, explain the honest benefits of the National Examination.
