This study aims to examine the role of the majelis ta ‟lim in developing human qualities in society. Taklim Assembly is regulated in Article 26 paragraph 4 of RI Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. This study uses a qualitative approach with triangulation analysis. The results of this study found that the existence of the Ta'lim Assembly in the era of globalization is very important and one of the most important strongholds in counteracting the negative effects of globalization itself. besides that it also functions as a fostering and developing Islamic religion, a park of spiritual recreation, an arena of silaturrahmi, a means of continuous dialogue between ulama, umaroh and the people and as a medium to convey the idea of modernization that is beneficial for the development of the people.

Education which is a system in the perspective of anthology is an attempt to humanize humans by an appropriate manner to achieve very high humane values as an attempt to change as well as to move the cultural values to any individual in society. But this view is difficult to achieve when the belief that a person's success will occur due to the efforts started early in order to organize their future without having an education. This paper will provide a breakthrough through leadership of education that is not only based on good intellectual ability, but also good emotional and spiritual. With the result that it will contribute qualified modern human resources. Modern human Resources is a human being who has the potential of ad equated intellectual quality. However, sometimes the potential is empty because it is not matched by the quality of the good faith or emotional. In the fact, they (modern humans) have good reasoning capability. However, the success which is useful in the future whether for themselves, the community, the nation and the state are not only enough by having logical thought only. But, it also requires EQ Emotional Quotient (level of emotional or personality) , CQ Creativity Quotient (level of creativity) and SQ Spiritual Quotient (level religiosities or faith and devotion to God. Thus , the national education system must be able to provide a solution- which is able to break of the empty circle of values and morals happening in education system around us . the empty circle we must combine as well as put the intellectual intelligence , emotional intelligence , and spiritual intelligence known as ESQ in order to get balance between the fulfillment of rights and vertical or horizontal obligations. ESQ is a role of the leadership of its resources which include Human Resources and Natural Resources with the organization as a model of leadership in education. ESQ if applied in educational leadership level, it would be beneficial along with the growth and development of the educational organization with the growth of moral values.

This paper will present the real condition of traditional house in Nagari Kinari and try to analyze the change of the traditional house function as well as its factors. The study uses a qualitative approach to identifying and collecting field data through the fieldwork in Nagari Kinari, Solok. The result shows traditional houses in Kinari have changed its functions dramatically. These changes occur due to social changes, including changes in family structure, economic income, the national education system and personal awareness, and also differences in understanding of traditional culture.

<p>Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara mendalam tentang bagaimana model  pengembangan  karakter siswa pada Pendidikan Terpadu Insantama Bogor. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif  yaitu mengkaji perilaku  manusia dalam setting alamiah dengan fokus interpretasi budaya terhadap perilaku siswa. Nilai kegunaan atau urgensi dari penelitian ini diharapkan mempunyai implikasi  untuk membantu menyumbangkan pemikiran yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan, dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan Pendidikan Nasional dalam Sistem Pendidikan Nasional sehingga dapat menambah khasanah ilmu pendidikan khususnya dalam rangka membentuk manusia Indonesia seutuhnya.   Membantu  memberikan sebuah  konsep  sistem pendidikan yang dapat digunakan untuk menciptakan manusia cerdas sekaligus berakhlaq mulia yang mampu mengatasi berbagai macam problem yang sedang melanda manusia Indonesia yang sedang membangun.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci: model, karakter, pendidikan ,terpadu.</strong></p><div class="Section1"><p align="center"><em>A</em><em>b</em><em>s</em><em>tr</em><em>a</em><em>ct</em></p><p> </p><p><em>CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT MODEL THROUGH INTE- GRATED EDUCATION SYSTEM OF INSANTAMA BOGOR. Education is part of the life of the community and nation to realize the ideals of the nation. So that national education activities need to be managed and organized into a means to realize national goals. This study aims to determine the concept of education according to Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas and its relevance to the national education system. In this research, the approach used is a qualitative approach with the type of library research. Sources of data were obtained from books and journals related to research material. The results showed that Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas was a very intelligent and religious scientist. Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas divides knowledge into 2 types, namely the science of fardu 'ain and the science of fardu kifayah. This is also similar to the sharing of knowledge in education in Indonesia, namely religious science, social science and science.

This study aims to describe (1) the role of PPKn teachers in realizing the mission of Pancasila and citizenship education as democratic education at SMPN 2 Sawan (2) the function as a manifestation of the development of democracy at SMPN 2 Sawan, in the research reveals the extracurricular role at SMPN 2 Sawan in realizing and implement the PPKn vision and mission as subjects that are focused on democratic values that will be implemented at SMPN 2 Sawan, what is the role of PPKn teachers in the mission of democratic education at SMPN 2 Sawan and also identify what things are done by teachers in building values the value of democracy at SMPN 2 Sawan. In this study, found several results that can be said to be good with several forms of research in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. In accordance with the reference to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2003 concerning the national education system which has been internalized and implemented is sufficient as mandated by Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2003 concerning 18 character values.

The important role of the Administration of Facilities and Infrastructure for an organization is very important to note, because the availability of good facilities and infrastructure can support the success of an organization, in this context the Facilities and Infrastructure have the potential to support the smooth process of activities as planned.In reality an organization needs and requires the availability of adequate and good facilities and infrastructure. While the administration of educational facilities and infrastructure are all components that directly or indirectly support the course of the process of activities in education to achieve the plan of the objectives of the implementation of education itself.Therefore, to meet all the availability, knowledge is needed to get it. Because this is very supportive and plays a very important role in the education process.In accordance with government policy regarding the management of educational facilities and infrastructure set out in Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning National Education System article 45 paragraph (1) namely "each formal and non-formal education unit provides facilities and infrastructure that meet educational needs in accordance with the growth and development of the physical potential, intellectual, social, emotional and psychological well-being of students." (Mohammad Syaifuddin, 2007w: 2.36).

Abstrak Penyelenggaraan pemerintahan diperlukan sebuah jalannya manajemen pemerintahan yang maksimal guna dicapainya penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang baik (good governance) untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan merupakan tuntutan konstitusi pada Pembukaan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 Alenia keempat. Pasal 31 Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 mengamatkan bahwa Pendidikan merupakan hak setiap warganegara dan pemerintah dan pemerintah daerah menjamin terselenggaranya sistem pendidikan nasional sesuai Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalis pengaruh implementasi kebijakan pengawasan, kompetensi aparatur, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pengawasan bidang pendidikan dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan kuesioner terbuka dan tertutup. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara implementasi kebijakan pengawasan, kompetensi aparatur dan budaya birokrasi terhadap kinerja pengawasan bidang pendidikan dasar baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Kata Kunci: Pengawasan, Kompetensi Aparatur, Budaya Organiasi, Kinerja Pengawasan. Abstract The administration of government requires a way of maximizing government management in order to achieve good governance in order to realize the welfare of the people and constitute demands of the constitution at the Preamble of the fourth Alenia 1945 Constitution. Article 31 of the 1945 Constitution states that Education is the right of every citizen and the government and regional government guarantees the implementation of the national education system in accordance with Law Number 20 of 2003. This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of the implementation of supervisory policies, apparatus competencies, and culture organization of supervision performance in the field of basic education. The method used in this research is quantitative with open and closed questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the causality relationship partially or simultaneously between the Implementation of Supervision Policy, Apparatus Competency and Bureaucratic Culture to the Supervision Performance of the Basic Education Sector is entirely positive and significant. This paper explores the role of Salafi formal schools in the increasing influence and proliferation of Salafism in Lombok, East Indonesia, alongside the impacts of this process on educational culture and broader social contexts. Despite intense resistance from, and even violence by, traditionalist mainstream groups, the Salafi movement has developed steadily. This paper argues that the growth of Salafism in Lombok is influenced by contextualizing of proliferation strategies by integrating into Indonesian national education system and selecting of the greater Islamic traditions, rather than ideological and financial support from the Middle East, as it has been highlighted in previous studies and literature. By establishing officially certified schools and formal recognitions from the Indonesian government, the Salafi schools have found a way to successfully recruit a new young generation of Muslims in Lombok and beyond.
