Scientific articles are scientific papers from research results communicated in scientific publications, such as journals, magazines, or other publications. Librarians as functional personnel are required to make a positive contribution to the nation's change, one of which is to produce scientific papers published in scientific publications. The community service activities aim to provide understanding, improve and provide the ability to compile research results and the ability to write scientific articles to librarians in Pekanbaru. The method used in this activity is in the form of workshops delivered with lecture techniques, question and answer, and practice. To find out the extent of participants' acceptance and understanding, as well as the ability of participants, at the beginning and end of the training an evaluation or evaluation is carried out by filling in the pretest and post-test sheets. Based on the results of the tests that have been conducted, it is known that the participants experienced an increase after training in writing scientific articles. On the understanding of the concept of scientific articles increased by 30.75%, while the ability of strategies and scientific article writing techniques increased by 29.64%. in the training participants were very enthusiastic and active in participating in training activities writing scientific articles from beginning to end.

Scientific articles are scientific papers of research results communicated in scientific publications, such as journals, magazines, or other publications. In schools, especially teachers who teach Bahasa Indonesia, are required to be able to motivate students to increase their reading interest in literature, because by studying literature students can get various benefits for their lives. Therefore, a teacher is required to be able to guide students to give appreciation for literary works, especially poetry. However, the reality in the field, teachers have difficulty teaching poetry musicalization. Because in addition to a calm understanding of literature itself, an understanding of music is also very important. This Community Service Activity aims to provide students with understanding and provide provisions for the ability to create poetry musicalization as an alternative in appreciating literature, especially poetry. The method used in this activity is in the form of workshops delivered with lectures, question-and-answer, and practical techniques. To find out the extent of student acceptance and understanding, as well as student abilities, at the beginning and end of the training an assessment or evaluation is carried out by filling out the pretest and posttest sheets. Based on the results of the tests that have been conducted, it is known that the participants experienced an increase in their understanding of the concepts of literary appreciation, poetry appreciation, and poetry musicalization from 64% to 100%. The Creation

Desktop mendeley application is actually an application intended to facilitate the creation of citations and a list of libraries commonly used by the authors, so the authors will be pressed error in making the bibliography and facilitate in obtaining the writings to be cited. In addition to creating scientific papers, this application can also be used to manage the files of online journal articles that are the output of a scientific work. Furthermore, participants can utilize this application for the purpose of making a bibliography or collection of abstracts of certain fields of journal articles subscribed. Training activities undertaken in Community Service activities show that participants have a material understanding and the potential to make refernsi managers better and maximum by utilizing mendeley desktop applications.

Abstract: This community service aims to provide insight into the knowledge of writing scientific papers in an effort to improve teacher professionalism. Training The methods used in community service activities are the lecture, discussion and question, and answer method. Results of community service activities overall it can be considered quite good, seen from the presence of trainees reaching 90% of the number of MA Manbaul Bayan East Lombok teachers. The implementation procedure in the classroom action research training was rated as well based on positive responses from the participants and the level of mastery of the participants reached 75% of all stages of the implementation of the Classroom Action Research.Keywords: Classroom Action Research, Training and Assistance

Abstract: The purpose of this Community Service activities are aimed at disseminating the increase in the number of professional teachers for credit through the writing of scientific papers, providing the knowledge and understanding of how to write a scientific paper in the journal scientific, and produces scientific papers in the form of the paper/article about education-elementary's.In addition, this Community Service is a vehicle for the study Program PGSD to devote keilmuannya.Target audience Devotion On this society is The primary teachers se-Banyusari sub district of Falkirk which is the teacher of Civil Servants and Non-Civil Servants totalling 20 people from the planned 32 people.This activity is a method of training for 2 days of writing scientific papers.The implementation is done by the training, using the method of lecture with presentation techniques, followed by a question and answer discussions and exercises as a form of scientific paper-writing workshop activities as betuk professional development of teachers.The results of the implementation of the community service Society showed still lack of success because the participants are present just as many as 20 men primary school teachers from the plan of 32 people.Nevertheless, the Community Service activities whose primary purpose is to provide an understanding of writing scientific papers.It can be seen from his enthusiasm the primary teachers in following the whole training activities, both in the granting of material.The teachers also show enthusiasm when conducting discussions.Keyword: Writing Of Scientific Works, Primary School TeachersAbstrak: Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini adalah bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan kenaikan angka kredit bagi guru profesional melalui penulisan karya ilmiah, memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang tata cara menulis karya ilmiah pada jurnal ilmiah, dan menghasilkan karya ilmiah berupa naskah/artikel tentang pendidikan ke-SD-an. Selain itu, Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini merupakan wahana bagi Program Studi PGSD untuk mengabdikan keilmuannya. Khalayak sasaran Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini adalah Para guru SD se-kecamatan Banyusari kabupaten Karawang yang merupakan guru PNS dan Non PNS berjumlah 20 orang dari yang direncanakan 32 orang. Metode kegiatan ini adalah Pelatihan selama 2 hari tentang penulisan karya ilmiah. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan pelatihan, menggunakan metode ceramah yaitu dengan teknik presentasi, dilanjutkan dengan diskusi tanya jawab dan latihan sebagai bentuk kegiatan workshop penulisan karya ilmiah sebagai betuk pengembangan profesi guru. Hasil pelaksanaan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat dapat diidentifikasi mengenai tingkat pemahaman peserta pengabdian adalah bahwa 70% peserta pengabdian memahami konsep penulisan karya ilmiah sebagai pengembangan profesi guru yang profesional. Kegiatan pelatihan berjalan dengan lancar dihadiri oleh 20 peserta undangan. Peserta pelatihan terlihat antusias dengan materi pelatihan yang diberikan. Hal ini terlihat dari awal hingga akhir acara, semua peserta mengikuti dengan baik. Para guru juga memperlihatkan antusiasnya ketika melakukan diskusi.Kata Kunci: Penulisan Karya Ilmiah, Guru SD

AbstrakSalah satu wujud pengembangan keprofesianalan guru adalah menulis artikel ilmiah dan publikasi artikel ilmiah. Oleh karena itu, hendaknya guru terus belajar menulis artikel ilmiah untuk diseminarkan maupun dipublikasikan di jurnal. Kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru belum mampu menghasilkan dan melakukan publikasi ilmiah. Tujuan kegiatan pengaabdian ini adalah meningkatkan motivasi dan kemampuan guru dalam menulis artikel ilmiah dari hasil penelitian yang dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu persyaratan pengajuan kenaikan pangkat sehingga berdampak juga terhadap profesionalitas guru. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan simulasi. Kegiatan pelatihan penulissan artikel ilimah yang telah dilaksanakan dapat meningkatkan motivasi guru untuk menulis artikel ilmiah; guru memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan memilih tempat publikasi yang sesuai; guru memiliki pengetahuan tentang cara mencari sumber refrensi mutakhir melalui google scholar; guru memiliki pengetahuan tentang trik untuk publikasi artikel ilmiah hasil penelitian; guru dapat mengetahui bagaimana membuat draft artikel ilmiah hasil penelitian sesuai dengan tamplate jurnal yang dituju; seluruh peserta pelatihan memiliki pandangan positif terhadap pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah dan memandang tingkat kebermanfaatan pelatihan pada tingkat bermanfaat dan sangat bermanfaat.AbstractOne form of teacher professional development is writing scientific articles and publishing scientific articles. Therefore, teachers should continue to learn to write scientific articles to be disseminated or published in journals. The reality on the ground shows that most teachers have not been able to produce and do scientific publications. The purpose of this service activity is toincrease the motivation and ability of teachers to write scientific articles from the results of research that can be used as one of the requirements for submission of promotions so that it also impacts on teacher professionalism. Purpose: This community service activity aimed to improve the skills or knowledge of lecturers in writing scientific papers as an urgent need in the academic world. Method: The coaching and training were conducted to lecturers/partners of the Kadesi Yogyakarta Theological College. The method used was coaching and training in scientific article writing. Results: The results of this activity showed that there was an increase of about 70% after coaching and training were carried out using the lecture, question, and answer, discussion, and simulation methods. It can be seen from the enthusiasm of the partners when making the article outline. Conclusion: Coaching and training activities for writing scientific articles have a very positive impact on partners in fostering interest in writing scientific papers in online journals. Abstract: Activities devotion to the community is in the form of training table for the processing of student value for employees and teachers SMP Negeri 5 Kisaran. It aims to provide knowledge, skills, which are expected to result in changes in knowledge, skills and from employees and teachers so that the process of processing student values can run smoothly and easily. Target audiences in community service activities are employees and teachers of SMP Negeri 5 Kisaran. The training activities are presented with lecture, demonstration and question and answer methods. The availability of adequate lecturers, enthusiasm of the participants, and the support of the principal is a support for the implementation of this PKM activity. The obstacles faced is the ability of participants to use this application is still low. Benefits derived from this activity include participants can know about the significance of the use of Micrososft Excel primarily using the table on processing the value of suswa always used by teachers in schools in entering student value and application of basic formula in accelerate the processing of other data. AbstrakKenaikan pangkat dan golongan bagi Guru PNS menjadi hal yang penting, namun yang harus dilakukan diantaranya adanya publikasi kegiatan ilmiah sebagaimana Permen PAN dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 16 Tahun 2009. Bentuk publikasi ilmiah dapat berasal dari penelitian action research dan eksperimen. Pengetahuan Guru SD tentang metodologi penelitian action research dan penelitian eksperimen serta penulisan artikel ilmiah pada jurnal yang masih minim menjadi masalah tersendiri bagi guru tersebut. Pengabdian Masyarakat tersebut bekerja sama dengan kelompok guru di kecamatan Genuk kota Semarang Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masayarakat, dalam bentuk kegiatan pelatihan, workshop, pendampingan penelitian dan menyusun artikel jurnal. Artikel jurnal dari peserta pengabdian yang sudah memenuhi syarat maka akan berkesempatan untuk di-publish pada jurnal pendidikan dasar PGSD UNISSULA. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dengan mitra kelompok guru di kecamatan Genuk, namun pada pelaksanaannya tim pengabdian disarankan langsung terjun ke SD di lingkungan UPTD Genuk, sehingga tim pengabdian memilih 2 SD di lingkungan UPTD Genuk yaitu SDN Gebangsari 03 dan SDN Genuksari 02. Peserta terdiri dari guru-guru di SD tersebut sejumlah 50 peserta. Tingkat antusiasme dalam mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian sangatlah tinggi. Adapun materi yang diberikan saat pelatihan meliputi Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), penelitian eksperimen, teknik submit artikel jurnal melalui OJS. Kegiatan pengabdian berlangsung selama 2 bulan di tiap SD yakni pelaksanaan di SDN Gebangsari 03 pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2018 sedangkan di SDN Genuksari 02 dilaksanakan dalam Bulan September sampai Oktober 2018 dimulai dari observasi ke lokasi pengabdian, identifikasi masalah sampai dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan penelitian dan artikel jurnal. Dari kegiatan pengabdian yang sudah dilaksanakan ada harapan dari pihak mitra untuk menindaklanjuti kegiatan ini dengan kegiatan pelatihan PTS atau penelitian tindakan sekolah bagi kalangan kepala sekolah.Kata kunci: Action research; artikel jurnal; kelompok guru SD; pendampingan metodologi penelitian.AbstractThe promotion and class for PNS teachers is important, but what must be done is the publication of scientific activities such as the Permen PAN and Bureaucratic Reform Number 16 of 2009. Community Service is working with teacher groups in the sub-district of Genuk, Semarang, Central Java Province. Implementation of community service, in the form of training activities, workshops, research assistance and compiling journal articles. Journal articles from service participants who have fulfilled the requirements will have the opportunity to be published in the PGSD UNISSULA basic education journal. The implementation of service is done with teacher group partners in Genuk sub-district, but in the implementation the service team is advised to directly go to elementary school in Genuk UPTD, so the team the service chose 2 elementary schools in the Genuk UPTD namely SD Gebangsari 03 and SD Genuksari 02. Participants consisted of 50 elementary school teachers. The level of enthusiasm in participating in service activities is very high. The material provided during the training included classroom action research (CAR), experimental research, techniques for submitting journal articles through OJS. The service activities lasted for 2 months in each elementary school, namely the implementation of SD Gebangsari 03 in July to August 2018 while at SD Genuksari 02 held in September to October 2018 starting from observation to the service location, identifying problems up to training and mentoring making research and journal article. Khalayak  sasaran  dari  pengabdian  ini  adalah  siswa/siswi  di  desa Karangjaya. Kegiatan pengabdian  telah  dilaksanakan  pada  tanggal  4-6 Agustus yang  bertempat  di desa Karangjaya Kecamatan Pedes Kabupaten Karawang, dengan diikuti oleh 30 orang peserta siswa/siswi  SD. Dari  hasil  evaluasi  diperoleh  hasil  dan  manfaat  dari  kegiatan  pengabdian  ini diantaranya adalah meningkatkan motivasi belajar bahasa daerah yaitu basa sunda, dan keterampilan siswa dalam menulis dan membaca aksara sunda serta menembangkan pupuh-pupuh yang ada pada pelajaran bahasa sunda. Kegiatan pengabdian  ini  berjalan  dengan  lancar,  karena  berbagai  pendukung  terutama  partisipasi peserta yang cukup antusias dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan penataan kelompok belajar ini. Kegiatan penataan  ini  hendaknya  dilakukan  pada  sasaran  yang  lebih  luas  dan  materinya dapat dikembangkan lagi sehingga siswa/siswi lebih banyak mendapatkan materi tentang bahasa daerah yaitu bahasa sunda. Tujuan  kegiatan  pengabdian  kepada  masyarakat  ini,  yang  dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan penataan kelompok belajar adalah memotivasi siswa/siswi agar bersemangat belajar dan belajar melestarikan bahasa sunda, membekali siswa/sisi pengetahuan bahasa sunda dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran yang mengasikan, membekali siswa/siswi cara menembangkan pupuh dengan nada yang sesuai, membekali siswa/siswi menulis dan membaca aksara sunda dengan baik dan benar. Selain itu, Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini merupakan wahana bagi Program Studi PGSD untuk mengabdikan keilmuannya. Kata Kunci: Implementasi Bahasa Sunda, Siswa SD

One of the requirements in applying for teacher promotion is the publication of a scientific article. However, based on the results of interviews, many teachers have difficulty compiling scientific papers. Therefore, through the Community Stimulus Partnership Program (CSPP), it can help teachers prepare scientific papers through In House Training (IHT). This community service program aims to: 1) increase the knowledge of teachers in the preparation of proposals, reports, and writing scientific articles, especially Classroom Action Research (CAR), 2) determine the responses of training participants. The method used in this activity is workshops, training, seminars, mentoring, proposals seminars, and research results seminars. Meanwhile, determining the achievement of the activity results is through tests about the publication of a scientific article and a questionnaire on training participants' responses. The activity results showed: 1) increased knowledge of teachers in preparing proposals, reports, and scientific writing articles, 2) the level of participant satisfaction was 88%, which means that participants were delighted with this activity.
