Being a professional teachers is required a number of requirements, such as having an adequate professional education qualification and actively developing themselves through classroom action research activities. Meanwhile, Classroom Action Research activities by most teachers are considered as something difficult and confusing, including for teachers at MTs Mizanul ‘Ulum Sanrobone Takalar District who are community service partners. For this reason, as a solution to these problems, Classroom Action Research Training is conducted. The method used in this activity is the training method. Participants who were targeted partners were 25 teachers. In its implementation, the training takes place in three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this training activity were carried out well and smoothly. The training carried out also produced a Classroom Action Research Guidelines that could be used teachers as a guide in preparing Classroom Action Research. In addition, the training received a positive response from the teachers. This is evidenced from the results of the training evaluation questionnaire analysis which showed that as many as 64% of participants gave a very useful category response. Thus, this Classroom Action Research Training can improve the motivation, knowledge and skills of MTs Mizanul ‘Ulum Sanrobone teachers in Takalar District in conducting Classroom Action Research. Keywords: Classroom Action Research, TeacherABSTRAK Menjadi guru yang profesional dituntut dengan sejumlah persyaratan, seperti memiliki kualifikasi pendidikan profesi yang memadai dan aktif melakukan pengembangan diri melalui kegiatan penelitian tindakan kelas. Sementara, kegiatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas oleh sebagian besar guru dianggap sebagai sesuatu yang sulit dan membingungkan, termasuk bagi guru-guru di MTs Mizanul ‘Ulum Sanrobone Kabupaten Takalar yang menjadi mitra pengabdian masyarakat ini. Untuk itu, sebagai solusi atas permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan Pelatihan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode pelatihan. Peserta yang menjadi mitra sasar sebanyak 25 guru. Dalam pelaksanaannya, pelatihan berlangsung dalam tiga tahapan, yakni persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar. Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan juga menghasilkan Pedoman Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dapat dijadikan para guru sebagai panduan dalam menyusun Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Selain itu, pelaksanaan pelatihan mendapat respons positif dari para guru. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil analisis kuesioner evaluasi pelatihan yang menunjukkan sebanyak 64% peserta memberikan respons kategori yang sangat bermanfaat. Dengan demikian, Pelatihan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, motivasi dan keterampilan guru MTs Mizanul ‘Ulum Sanrobone Kabupaten Takalar dalam menyusun Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Abstract: This community service aims to provide insight into the knowledge of writing scientific papers in an effort to improve teacher professionalism. Training The methods used in community service activities are the lecture, discussion and question, and answer method. Results of community service activities overall it can be considered quite good, seen from the presence of trainees reaching 90% of the number of MA Manbaul Bayan East Lombok teachers. The implementation procedure in the classroom action research training was rated as well based on positive responses from the participants and the level of mastery of the participants reached 75% of all stages of the implementation of the Classroom Action Research.Keywords: Classroom Action Research, Training and Assistance

Training on Research Activities and Scientific Writing for Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Lombok Tengah Teachers The purpose of this community service was to improve the ability of teachers to conduct research and publish a research article in a national scientific journal. This program was implemented through a series of activities using in-service training (IST) and on-service training (OST) methods. The andragogy approach was used in IST activities to improve the ability of teachers in analyzing the learning problems that can be raised as research problems; to convey the concept of research in general, especially classroom action research; and to write a scientific article. OST activities are intended to assist the teachers in conducting research activities, writing research reports and scientific articles and publishing scientific journals. The results of IST activities illustrated the situation of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Lombok Tengah teachers that most teachers had been able to analyze problems that can be raised as the main problems in research activities; the teacher had a good understanding of the concept of classroom action research, design, instruments, and analysis of research data; the teacher was able to understand the concepts and techniques of writing research reports and scientific articles; and the teacher had been able to understand the concepts and techniques of publishing articles in national scientific journals. OST results indicated that teachers had the potential to develop themselves in conducting research and producing scientific papers. During the implementation of community service activities, the teacher consistently followed the activities well. The resulting scientific work could be categorized as good, and generally, met the criteria of scientific writing.

 Through community service program we do the training, workshop and assistance for economics teachers as the member of MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran) in Bukittinggi City, West Sumatera. The aims of this program are (1) to improve the ability of teachers in the writing of scientific articles, (2) the teachers are able to publish their articles in online journals (3) to motivate the teachers who do not yet have the article to conduct the classroom action research. The participants of this training are 26 economics teachers from high school in Bukittinggi. This activity get positive response from the participants but only two participant can finish the article during the training. Therefore, continues improvement is still need to improve teacher abiliy ini writing scientific article. Keyword: teacher competency, article, publication.

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training for elementary school teachers about classroom action research design techniques for elementary school teachers to do classroom action research in school or in their respective duties. Community service activities implemented are expected to provide benefits in the effort of teachers improve the quality of their understanding of classroom action research, so as to improve their skills in conducting research activities. By understanding and skills in conducting research, a teacher can improve and improve the quality of learning that ultimately impact on the achievement of competence development of learners in learning.

<p>This paper evokes efforts to increase teacher competency in the madrasa through classroom action research. In delivering knowledge, not only can it be done in the classroom, but it can also be done outside the classroom. Scientific work is also a professional value of a teacher, because the activity of writing scientific work supports the teaching profession, both in the learning and teaching process or in discussing to solve certain problems proposed. The problems identified in this community service program are: the teachers' knowledge and understanding of Classroom Action Research is still lacking, the teacher's experience in classroom action research is still lacking, the experience of preparing proposals is still lacking, and culture in research activities in the school environment is still lacking. The results obtained through this activity are there is an increase in the understanding of subject teachers in the implementation of Classroom Action Research, an increase in the ability of subject teachers in preparing proposals for Classroom Action Research at SMPIT Assalamah Ungaran and an increase in the ability of subject teachers in conducting Classroom Action Research.</p><p> </p><p>Tulisan ini mengunkap upaya peningkatan kompetensi guru di madrasah melalui penelitian tindakan kelas. Karya tulis ilmiah tidak hanya dapat dinikmati oleh peserta didik, tetapi juga oleh masyarakat luas. Karya ilmiah juga merupakan nilai profesionalisme dari seorang guru, karena kegiatan menulis karya ilmiah mendukung profesi guru, baik dalam proses belajar dan mengajar ataupun dalam berdiskusi untuk memecahkan masalah tertentu yang diajukan. Permasalahan yang diidentifkasi pada program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah: pengetahuan dan pemahaman para guru tentang Penelitian Tindakan Kelas masih kurang, pengalaman guru dalam hal penelitian tindakan kelas masih kurang, pengalaman menyusun proposal masih kurang, dan budaya dalam hal kegiatan penelitian di lingkungan sekolah masih kurang. Hasil yang diperoleh melalui kegiatan ini yaitu terdapat peningkatan pemahaman para guru mapel disekolah dalam pelaksanaan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, peningkatan kemampuan para guru mapel dalam menyusun proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas di SMPIT Assalamah Ungaran dan terdapat peningkatan kemampuan para guru mapel dalam melaksanakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas.</p>

Abstract This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to improve the soft-skill ability of elementary school teachers and students in Tarumajaya, Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia. The activities carried out in the form of Classroom Action Research training and Creating Teaching Aids for teachers and training on the National Science Olympiad for their students. The method employed in the PkM was through material exposure (lectures), discussion, question and answer and direct practice of the material provided. The activity of the teacher begins with the exposure of the Classroom Action Research Material to the teacher delivered by the guest speaker. At the beginning, the teacher was asked to submit learning problems in the classroom. Based on the problem presented, then the resource person provided the material and adjusted it to solve the problem. The goal is that the teachers can solve the problems raised using appropriate and interesting learning methods and teaching aids. Furthermore, the teachers were directed to focus on one problem which is then revealed in the form of problem-solving steps. As for the material for making teaching aids, teachers were provided with materials to create the teaching aids and they were given a guide to make the aids as needed. Beginning with the presentation of material about the concept of teaching aids, participants were guided to make teaching aids based on the mathematical concepts to be appointed. While in the student section, the participants conducted the National Science Olympics training activities by taking the pre-test, followed by material exposure and discussion of questions and post-tests. Because students are not familiar in answering the questions about the type of National Science Olympiad, they were guided to complete each question and taught the resolution strategies. The results of this community service has been uploaded to https://youtu.be/cmoITKDbMOo   Abstrak Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan soft-skill guru-guru dan siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) di Tarumajaya, Kabupaten Bekasi Provinsi Jawa Barat. Kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dan Pembuatan Alat Peraga bagi guru-guru serta pelatihan tentang Olimpiade Sains Nasional bagi siswa-siswanya. Metode pada PkM ini melalui paparan materi (ceramah), diskusi, tanya jawab dan praktek langsung terhadap materi yang diberikan. Kegiatan pada guru di awali dengan paparan materi Materi Penelitian Tindakan Kelas terhadap guru yang disampaikan oleh narasumber. Pada bagian awal, guru diminta menyampaikan permasalahan pembelajaran yang ada di dalam kelas. Berdasarkan masalah yang disampaikan, kemudian narasumber memberikan materi dan disesuaikan dengan permasalahan. Tujuannya agar para guru dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang diajukan menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dan menarik serta alat peraga. Selanjutnya guru diarahkan untuk fokus pada satu masalah yang kemudian diturunkan dalam bentuk langkah-langkah penyelesaian masalah. Sedangkan pada materi Pembuatan Alat Peraga, guru-guru dibekali dengan bahan untuk membuat alat peraga dan dituntun untuk membuat alat peraga sesuai kebutuhan. Di awali dengan paparan materi tentang konsep alat peraga, peserta dituntun membuat alat peraga berdasarkan konsep matematika yang akan diangkat. Sedangkan pada bagian siswa, para peserta melakukan kegiatan pelatihan Olimpiade Sains Nasional dengan mengikuti pre test, dilanjutkan paparan materi dan pembahasan soal serta post test. Karena para siswa belum terbiasa dalam menjawab soal tipe Olimpiade Sains Nasional, mereka dituntun dengan bertahap dalam menyelesaikan setiap soal serta disampaikan bagaimana strategi penyelesaiannya. Training Objectives in Community Service is to (1) provide teachers understanding about TOD; (2) provide mentoring of Classroom Action Research proposal formulation; (3) provide teacher assistance on study of Classroom Action Research proposal made by teacher. Subject in this Community Service is SMP teacher who are incorporated in the Economic Teacher in Surabaya. The object of this Community Service is training preparation of Classroom Action Research proposal. Community Service implementation method is broadly divided into 2 activities, namely training of Classroom Action Research proposal preparation with varied lecture method and Practice preparation of Classroom Action Research proposal with simulation and presentation method. The results obtained in Community Service are quite effective (1) participants have enthusiasm in listening to material explanation as much as 92%; (2) Participants who attended Classroom Action Research Proposal Writing Training from start to end of training as much as 98%; (3) Participants who are able to Practice Classroom Action Research Proposal Writing in accordance with the available time of 85%; (4) Participants who have interest in doing Classroom Action Research when in school as much as 100%. Professional teachers can be seen from the ability of teachers to produce quality Classroom Action Research (CAR). If seen not all teachers are able to produce research in accordance with CAR standards. Through Community Service Program, Unipa Surabaya PGSD Study Program with the theme of Classroom Action Research Writing (CAR) for Elementary School Teachers in Gayungan II Elementary School in Surabaya is expected to help teachers in producing quality CAR. From the results of the training that has been carried out, it seems that the enthusiasm of the SDN Gayungan 2 Surabaya teacher in following the CAR was very good. The majority of participants felt they needed to get CAR training. Participants feel the benefits after receiving CAR training.

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 9 Medan, Jenis penelitian yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X DKV 1 yang berjumlah 36 orang siswa terdiri dari 20 laki-laki dan 16 perempuan, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar sketsa, melalui motode demonstrasi dan latihan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal yang di temukan oleh peneliti, masih rendahnya hasil belajar sketsa siswa. Peneliti melakukan pre test untuk mengetahui kondisi awal sebelum dilaksanakannya tindakan persiklus. Hasil pre test menunjukkan masih rendahnya ketuntasan belajar siswa, dari 36 orang siswa hanya 7 orang siswa (19,4%) yang tuntas dalam pembelajaran sketsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan motode pembelajaran demonstrasi dan latihan. Pada siklus I diperoleh 24 orang siswa (66,7%) yang tuntas dan 12 orang siswa (33,3%) yang tidak tuntas. Dengan begitu, peneliti melanjutkan ke siklus II dengan perolehan 35 orang siswa (97,2%) yang tuntas dan 1 orang siswa (2,8%) tidak tuntas dalam pembelajaran sketsa. Terdapat peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 30,5%, maka peneliti tidak melanjutkan ke siklus berikutnya. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan motode pembelajaran demonstrasi dan latihan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan belajar sketsa pada siswa kelas X DKV 1 di SMK Negeri 9 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2019/2020.Kata Kunci: hasil belajar, sketsa, demonstrasi, latihan.AbstractThis research was conducted at SMK Negeri 9 Medan. The research employs a classroom action research method. The research subject was the ten grade students of DKV 1 with a total of 36 students consist of 20 men and 16 women. This research aims to improve skectch learning outcomes through demonstration and training method. Based on the results of preliminary observations found by researcher, the researcher found the low student sketch learning outcomes. The researcher used a pre-test to determine the initial conditions before the pre-cycle action was carried out. The result of pre-test showed that students' learning completeness was still low. From 36 students only 7 students (19,4%) who complete in sketching learning. This research was taught by using demonstration and training learning method. In cycle I, there were 24 students (66,7%) was complete and 12 students (33,3%) was incomplete. Therefore, the researcher proceed to cycle II with the acquisition of 35 students (97,2%) was complete and 1 students (2,8%) was incomplete in sketch learning. There was increase from cycle I to cycle II of 30,5%, the researcher does not proceed to the next cycle. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of demonstration and training method can improve the ability in sketch learning of the ten grade students DKV I at SMK Negeri 9 Medan in the academic year 2019/2020. AbstrakPendidikan dasar merupakan sekolah yang memiliki peran yang strategis dan fundamental bagi pembangunan bangsa. Sehingga penyelenggaraan pendidikan di sekolah dasar harus diarahkan dan menunjang secara optimal demi mencapai tuuan pendidikan nasional. Peraturan baru yang mengharuskan syarat pernah melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas bagi guru sebagai syarat naik golongan menjadi sebuah kendala yang cukup berat. Hal tersebut dikarenakan guru SD tidak terbiasa menulis atau melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Guru harus membuat dalam memenuhi kewajibannya jika ingin naik golongan dan pangkat khususnya dari IV a ke IV b atau dari pangkat Pembina ke Pembina tingkat 1 ke atas. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini ialah menjadikan guru mampu membuat karya tulis ilmiah antara lain PTK agar mampu dimanfaatkan untuk pengembangan profesi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru ialah bagaimana mengoptimalkan pembuatan penelitian tindakan kelas guru-guru SD di desa Geneng. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan workshop. Kegiatan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan latihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mencapai target. Capaian tersebut ialah guru mampu menghasilkan penelitian tindakan kelas yang baik. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat diikuti oleh 25 guru. Ketercapaian target pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat diikuti oleh 25 guru dari target 30 guru. Sehingga, ketercapaian peserta 83% atau dapat dinilai baik. Simpulan dalam kegiatan ini ialah ketercapaian target materi yang telah direncanakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat dinilai baik. Kata kunci: PTK; guru SD; karya tulis ilmiah. AbstractBasic education is a school that has a strategic and fundamental role for nation building. The new regulation which requires the requirement to carry out Classroom Action Research for teachers as a condition for boarding a class is a considerable obstacle. This is because elementary school teachers are not used to writing or conducting Classroom Action Research. The teacher must make it in fulfilling his obligations if he wants to rise in class and rank especially from IV a to IV b or from the rank of coach to coach level 1 and above. The purpose of this activity is to make teachers able to make scientific papers including PTK so that they can be utilized for professional development. The problem faced by the teacher is how to optimize the making of classroom action research for elementary school teachers in Geneng Village. Service activities are carried out using a Workshop approach. The activity uses lecture, discussion and practice methods. The results of this activity reach the target. The achievement is that the teacher is able to produce good classroom action research. The implementation of community service was followed by 25 teachers. The achievement of the target of implementing community service was followed by 25 teachers from the target of 30 teachers. So, the participants' achievement is 83% or can be considered good. The conclusions in this activity are the achievement of material targets planned for this service activity can be considered good. Keywords: PTK; elementary school teacher; scientific writing
