The great potential of Indonesian tourism with its diversity of objects and attractions, supported by facilities and infrastructures as well as the potential of qualified human resources, made tourism as one of a major core businesses in Indonesia, especially in West Java . The developing tourism industry in Indonesia has spur a competition among the enterpreneur which involved in tourism business. It also has a great impact to Taman Bunga Nusantara, which is one of tourism objects in Cianjur and located strategically between the area of Jakarta-Bandung. The development of Taman Bunga Nusantara is quite good, but it deals with decreased numbers of tourists visit in the year 2006-2010. This is due to several factors, one of these factor is the competition among tourism businesses subject in Puncak and the opened access of Cipularang toll, therefore it impacts to several number of tourism objects in Puncak-Cianjur especially Taman Bunga Nusantara. Therefore, Taman Bunga Nusantara tries to attract visitors by offering a unique tour to emphasize the concept of nature. The independent variable (X) is distinctive capabilities which consists of two dimensions which are Reputation and Innovation. The dependent variable (Y), namely the decision to visit. The type of the study is descriptive verifikatif, and the method used was survey which use sistematic sampling technique, so it obtains 100 respondents of samples. Techniques of data analysis and hypothesis test used was analyisis path (path analysis). The results showed that the distinctive capabilities provide a significant influence on the decision to visit. The biggest influence of distinctive capabilities of the Keputusan Berkunjung obtained through reputation and the smallest influence obtained through innovation. As for suggestions for the company in improving the decision to visit the Taman Bunga Nusantara is through the development of distinctive capabilities and a greater planning and innovative.

Human resources are the driving force of an organization in achieving its objectives. So that employees who have good performance are needed to achieve the goals set by the company. To achieve good performance, support from the company's leadership is needed for employees. Support given by the leader can be in the form of appropriate compensation as rewards for employee performance. In addition, good performance can also be formed by creating good work discipline. This study aims to determine how the direct or indirect effect of compensation on employee performance through work discipline as an interverning variable. The object of this research is the employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Kediri. The sample used in this study amounted to 45 people. The sampling technique used is the saturation sampling technique. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance (Y), the independent variable is compensation (X), and the interverning variable used is work discipline (Z). The data analysis test tool in this study uses Path Analysis. The results showed that direct compensation had a significant effect on employee performance at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Kediri. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.013 <0.05. The results of the study also showed that compensation indirectly had a significant effect on employee performance through work discipline. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.001 <0.05

This research aimed to know the influence of compensation, work stress, and communication towards employees performance and which variable among compensation, work stress, and communication have biggest influence towards employees performance. The hypothesis proposed is : 1) Compensation, work stress, and communication have significant influence towards employees performance of BRI Purwokerto Branch. 2) Compensation has biggest influence towards employees performance of BRI Purwokerto Branch compared by work stress and communication. This research was conducted at BRI Purwokerto Branch with the target is employees at its bank. Research method used survey. Data collecting method used questionnare, observation and documentation. Sampling technique used total sampling. Data analyzed method used path analysis. The first hypothesis test used F-test and t-test, while second hypothesis test used proportionate influence. Results of research showed that compensation, work stress, and communication both of partially and simultantly, have significant influence towards employees performance. It was proved by value of F-test and t-test bigger than F-table and t-table in level of significance 95%. Based from the result, so the first hypothesis was accepted. Compensation have biggest influence towards employees performance compared by work stress and communication. It was proved by value of proportionate influence is on variable of compensation. This study is to study the effect of internal control and individual morality on fraudulent transportation orders based online at PT. Go-Jek, City of Padang. This research is quantitative research with primary data from questionnaires and using a Likert scale. The population of this research is a car and motorcycle driver, PT. Go-Jek in Padang City. The purposive sampling technique of sampling and a sample of 150 respondents. Data analysis technique is data quality test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test consisting of multiple linear regression tests using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that internal control and individual morality have a negative and significant influence on order fraud

The development and dynamics of marketing of banking services products help to grow the variables that facilitate the influence of word of mouth against the decision to save. One of it is the brand equity that is a set of assets that is associated with a brand that adds or reduces the value of the company in the views of customers. The purposes of the research are to determine the influence of word of mouth against the decision to save through Brand Equity on the customer of Syariah BRI Bank of Malang. The research used a quantitative approach with survey method. The population of the research was all customers of Savings at Syariah BRI Bank of Malang. Sampling technique used accidental sampling with the number of respondents as much as 100 respondents.  The dependent variable in the research was Savings Decision (Y), and the independent variable was Word of Mouth (X), with Brand Equity (M) as the mediation variable. Data analysis technique used Path Analysis. The research results indicated that the dimensions of word of mouth are Talkers, Topics, Taking Part and Tracking that directly influence against brand equity, and one dimension of word of mouth of tools have no effect against brand equity. Brand Equity directly influences the decision to save, all dimensions of word of mouth directly influence the decision to save, and Brand Equity can mediate the indirect influence of word of mouth against the savings decision

The method used is a questionnaire method of four variable items, namely Competency, Motivation, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance. The number of samples was 63 respondents. Data analysis used is descriptive quantitative by using SPSS application. The first hypothesis test results,is the Competency variable (X1) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Lubuklinggau City Department of Trade and Industry. The second hypothesis test results is, the Motivation variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office. The third hypothesis test results is, the variable Organizational Culture (X3) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office. The fourth hypothesis test results is show that, the independent variable Competence and Motivation has a significant simultaneous effect on the dependent variable Employee Performance in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office. The fifth hypothesis test results is show that, the independent variable Competency and Organizational Culture has a significant influence simultaneously on the dependent variable Employee Performance in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office. The sixth hypothesis test results show that, the independent variable of Motivation and Organizational Culture has a significant influence simultaneously on the dependent variable Employee Performance in the Trade and Industry Office of Lubuklinggau City. The results of the seventh hypothesis test variables show that, the independent variables Competency, Motivation, and Organizational Culture have a significant influence simultaneously on the dependent variable Employee Performance in the Lubuklinggau City Trade and Industry Office.

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of innovation orientation and entrepreneurship on the competitive advantage of culinary MSMEs in the Cilandak Barat area, South Jakarta. The population used for this study was 36 actors in the culinary field of SMEC. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method. The data analysis tool used is PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the innovation variable has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. And, entrepreneurial orientation has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of the promotion mix, service quality, and company image toward satisfaction of Al-Shahba Malang pilgrims through the pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable. Population of this research is based on consumer who choosing and using Al-Shahba Malang’s umrah package in 2016-2018 as many 276 people. Sample used in this research covers 163 consumer using purposive sampling technique. In this research, the data collection techniques is by questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentations. The data gained from questionnaires was analyzed by using instrument test, path analysis, hypoteshis testing and the coefficient of determination with SPSS 21.0 version. The research proves that the three independent variables : promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image, has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ trust. The promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. The pilgrims’ trust has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. And the promotion mix, service quality, corporate image has a positive and significant indirect influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction through pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

<em><span lang="EN-US">The purpose of this study areanalize the influence of store atmosphere and location on purchase decision at Pusri Mart area Semarang. The data collection technique are questionnaires, interview, observation, and literature study method. The number of samples in this study were 75 respondents and it was selected by incidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique is carried out by using classic assumption test (Normality test, Multicolinearity test, and Heteroscedasticity test),  multiple linear regression analysis, model feasibility test, hypothesis test, Coefficient Correlation R, and Multiple Determination Coefficient (R2). The result of the research shows that: (1) store atmosphere (X<sub>1</sub>) has significant influence to the purchase decision on Pusri Mart area Semarang; (2) Location (X<sub>2</sub>) has significant influence to the purchasie decision on Pusri Mart area Semarang; (3) Store atmosphere is the variable which has the most dominant influence to the purchase decision on Pusri Mart area Semarang</span></em>
