Indonesia has nuclear technology which has 3 research reactors developed. The three reactors are Triga Mark II power of 250 kW, Kartini power reactor 100 kW and the largest reactor is Multipurpose Reactor G.A Siwabessy with 30 MW power. Based on the IAEA capacity of 30 MW is included in the second hazard category that has the potential of radiation distribution up to a radius of 5 KM. One of the efforts implemented is with the implementation of OHSAS 18001 on each work unit. In progress, evaluation should be carried out. The evaluation model used is Context evaluation model, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) according to Stufflebeam. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that is important to evaluate the application of OHSAS 18001 in support of BATAN preparedness. Data completion techniques use interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the context evaluation study indicate that OSH policy of PTKRN, PTLR, PRFN and PTRR work units get good value (100%). Evaluation of scores (inputs) from identification aspects of potential hazards, identification of rules, role resources and OSH programs are both good (91%). Evaluate the implementation (process) of aspects of training, monitoring and measurement, audit, and simulation of emergency response well (94%). Result evaluation (Product) for K3 culture aspect and zero accident result is good (81%). Thus the implementation of OHSAS 18001 in BATAN can support BATAN nuclear preparedness

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) relevansi pelaksanaan Program Talent Scouting Guru SMK tahun 2013 ditinjau dari aspek konteks; (2) kesesuaian pelaksanaan Program Talent Scouting Guru SMK tahun 2013 ditinjau dari aspek input; (3) efektifitas pelaksanaan Program Talent Scouting Guru SMK tahun 2013 ditinjau dari aspek proses; dan (4) pencapaian hasil pelaksanaan Program Talent Scouting Guru SMK tahun 2013 ditinjau dari aspek produk. Jenis penilitian ini adalah evaluasi program dengan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Hasil penelitian: (1) pencapaian relevansi program termasuk dalam kategori “sangat relevan” dengan persentase pencapaian 85%; (2) kesesuaian input SMK sasaran program, peserta program dan penyelenggara program termasuk dalam kategori “sesuai” dengan persentase pencapaian 76,38%; (3) keefektifan proses sosialisasi, seleksi dan pembekalan, proses pelaksanaan program serta proses monitoring dan pelaporan termasuk dalam kategori “efektif” dengan persentase pencapaian 74,52%; (4) pencapaian produk teaching dan non teaching termasuk dalam kategori “sangat tercapai” dengan persentase pencapaian 84,35%. AN EVALUATION OF THE TALENT SCOUTING PROGRAM FOR SMK TEACHERS IN 2013 DIREKTORAT P2TK DIKMEN KEMDIKBUDAbstractThis study aims to know: (1) the relevance of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teachers in 2013 in terms of the aspect of context, (2) the appropriateness of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teacher in 2013 in terms of the aspect of input, (3) the effectiveness of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teacher in 2013 in terms of the aspect of process, and (4) the attainment of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teacher in 2013 in terms of the aspect of product. This research is an evaluation of the program using CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The results of this study: (1) the relevance of the program achievement is included in the category of “very relevant” with the achievement percentage of 85%, (2) the input appropriateness of vocational program targets, program participants and program providers are included in the category of “appropriate” with the percentage achieved is 76.38%, (3) the effectiveness of the process of socialization, selection and provisioning, implementation process, monitoring and reporting process are included in the category of “effective” with the achievement percentage of 74.52%, (4) teaching and non-teaching product attainment are included in the category of ”very attainable” with the achievement percentage of 84.35%.

This study aimed to evaluate the readiness of the competency-tests in course and training institutes for automotive programs in Yogyakarta in terms of (1) the institutes’ support, (2) the readiness of the infrastructure and facilities, (3) readiness of the curriculum documents, (4) the learning of plann, (5) the implementation of learn, (6) the learning assessment, and (7) the achievement of the competency-tests. This study was an evaluation study using quantitative approach. The evaluation model was the CIPP (context, input, process, product) by Stufflebeam. The study population consisted of institutes managers, instructures and students at the two course and training institute for automotive programs in Yogyakarta registered and having Nomor Induk Lembaga Kursus (NILEK). The data were analyzed using the descriptive statistic analysis techniques with the SPSS 17 program. The results of the study show that (1) the institutes’ support is in a middle category, (2) the readiness of the infrastructure and facilities is in high category, (3) readiness of the curriculum documents is in a high category; (4) the learning of planis in a high category, (5) the implementation of learn is in a high category, (6) the learning assessment is in a high category, and (7) the achievement of the competency-test is in a middle category.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis: 1) konteks program BTQ, 2) masukan program BTQ, 3) proses program BTQ, dan 4) hasil program BTQ. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Informan penelitian terdiri dari guru BTQ, peserta program, dan perwakilan pihak TBM Sakila Kerti. Teknik pengambilan informasi menggunakan purposive sampling. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah CIPP (context, input, process, product). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) konteks menunjukkan program BTQ yang diselenggarakan oleh TBM Sakila Kerti sejalan dengan kebutuhan komunitas pedagang asongan, (2) masukan program, konsep kurikulum program BTQ disusun secara mandiri dengan melihat kebutuhan komunitas pedagang asongan dan tujuan program, (3) proses program, jadwal pelaksanaan program berjalan secara rutin, media pembelajaran cukup beragam, metode yang digunakan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan sasaran yang selama ini sudah berjalan baik, dan (4) hasil program, dilihat pada tataran kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik menunjukkan bahwa hasil program BTQ baik akan tetapi perlu ditingkatkan kembali agar tujuan-tujuan yang belum tercapai dapat tercapai. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Program, Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an, Komunitas Pedagang Asongan ABSTRACT The purpose of this program is to eradicate illiteracy in the Qur'an because there are still many target audiences of Muslims who are not able to read and write the Qur'an. Therefore, it is important and interesting to conduct an evaluation study of the Al-Qur'an reading and writing program at TBM. The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) the context of the BTQ program, 2) the input of the BTQ program, 3) the process of the BTQ program, and 4) the results of the BTQ program. The research approach used is qualitative with descriptive method. Research informants consisted of BTQ teachers, program participants, and representatives of TBM Sakila Kerti. Information retrieval technique using purposive sampling. The evaluation model used is CIPP (context, input, process, product). The results of this study indicate that: (1) the context shows that the BTQ program organized by TBM Sakila Kerti is in line with what is required by the community. the hawker community, (2) program input, the concept of the BTQ program curriculum is prepared independently by looking at the needs of the hawker community and program objectives, (3) the program process, the program implementation schedule runs regularly, the learning media is expected to be more diverse, the methods used are adjusted to the needs of the target which has been going well so far. Background: Filing service is one of the medical record work units that responsible for the storage and maintenance of medical record files. Filing is one of the work units in medical records that are responsible for the storage and maintenance of medical record files. The work implementation process has risks that can threaten the safety and health of officers. Therefore, it can result in low quality of work. An attempt that can be performed to decrease the risk of accident is the implementation of good Occupational Health and Safety. Through several studies related to Occupational Health and Safety in Filing Unit, some of the factors causing work accidents are physical, chemical, biological, biomechanical factors related to ergonomics, individuals, and psychosocial, which causes the officers to feel unsafe and uncomfortable at work. Therefore, this study aims to identify what are the risk factors for occupational health and safety to medical record officers in the filing section at the hospital.Methods: The research method was qualitative research. The data collection used a literature study. The subjects of the study were medical record officers in the filing section, while the object of the study was occupational health and safety.Results: The results of the study, according to 10 journals reviewed, show that factors that become the risk to occupational health and safety of medical record officers in the filling section are lighting, air temperature, smells caused by old medical record files, virus exposure, medical record storage rack, awareness of using PPE, and work relationship between officers.Conclusions: It is expected that the hospital can improve work facilities and infrastructures, and the self-awareness of medical record officers to maintain safety and comfort at work is required so that a good and optimal working atmosphere can be created.

Children with intellectual disability have limitations in some aspects of personal developments. Yayasan Miftahul Qulub Cipondoh helped the children improve their motoric and sensory skills through the use of integrative sensory therapy. This paper aims to answer how successful the program run by Yayasan Miftahul Qulub Cipondoh, Tangerang city, its inhibiting and supportive factors. This is qualitative research using an evaluation study with CIPP (Context Input Process Product) evaluation model. The study found that integrative sensory therapy in Yayasan Miftahul Qulub has helped the children develop their independence on personal aspects, social cognitive, language skills, motor and sensory. In addition to the efforts of the school, the success of its therapy is supported by the involvement of the parents.[Anak tunagrahita memiliki keterbatasan di beberapa aspek yaitu perkembangan personal, sosial kognitif, keterampilan berbahasa, serta motorik dan sensorik. Hal ini dapat diamati melalui ketidakmatangan dalam perilaku sosialnya. Salah satunya terapi sensori integrasi yang dilakukan oleh Yayasan Miftahul Qulub Cipondoh membantu anak meningkatkan keterampilan motorik dan sensoriknya terutama kepada anak tunagrahita dalam bentuk permainan dan kegiatan sehari-hari. Pertanyaan penelitian bagaimana hasil dari terapi sensori integrasi bagi anak tunagrahita di Yayasan Miftahul Qulub Cipondoh Kota Tangerang serta faktor penghambat dan pendukungnya? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian evaluasi dengan model evaluasi CIPP, dikhususkan pada evaluasi hasil. Hasil penelitian bahwa terapi sensori integrasi di Yayasan Miftahul Qulub yang terlihat memiliki perubahan perkembangan kemandirian anak tunagrahita pada aspek personal, sosial kognitif, keterampilan berbahasa, serta motorik dan sensorik. To facilitate evaluation of complex, organisational health interventions (OHIs), this paper aims at developing a context, process, and outcome (CPO) evaluation model. It builds on previous model developments in the field and advances them by clearly defining and relating generic evaluation categories for OHIs. Context is defined as the underlying frame that influences and is influenced by an OHI. It is further differentiated into the omnibus and discrete contexts. Process is differentiated into the implementation process, as the time-limited enactment of the original intervention plan, and the change process of individual and collective dynamics triggered by the implementation process. These processes lead to proximate, intermediate, and distal outcomes, as all results of the change process that are meaningful for various stakeholders. Research questions that might guide the evaluation of an OHI according to the CPO categories and a list of concrete themes/indicators and methods/sources applied within the evaluation of an OHI project at a hospital in Switzerland illustrate the model’s applicability in structuring evaluations of complex OHIs. In conclusion, the model supplies a common language and a shared mental model for improving communication between researchers and company members and will improve the comparability and aggregation of evaluation study results.

Nowadays, the implementers of Civilian Personnel (Pegawai Negeri Sipil/PNS) Career Development Programs within the Indonesian Navy are still one with military personnel where their existence is only complementary so that they become less optimal/less focused. In its implementation, it is only carried out by officials at the level of Head of Affair (Superintendent/PNS class III/c), the impacts are low of performance, competence and confidence that can be related with weakening work performance. This study aims to provide an evaluation of Civilian Personnel career development programs within the Indonesian Navy by using the CIPP evaluation approach (Content, Input, Process, Product) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. Based on the results of the program evaluation study, it can be seen that the results of the Context aspect evaluation amounted to 85.84% with the Excellent category; Input aspects amounted to 76.38% with good categories; Process aspects were 79.77% with good categories; Product aspect is 82.48 in the excellent category. So, the overall evaluation of the Civilian Personnel career development program is 81.12% with an Excellent category. The results of the recommendations state that career development programs need to be revised on several aspects of the criteria.

Abstract: The evaluation of CIPP model is a very complete and comprehensive evaluation model in evaluating a program. This study aims to evaluate online learning for writing subject in the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Department, IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro during the covid-19 pandemic using CIPP evaluation model. This qualitative study is descriptive evaluative research. There are primary and secondary data. Technique in collecting data are interview, questionnaire, and documentation. This study utilizes an online learning evaluation instrument for writing subject using 21 questions and implementing very inappropriate criteria (≤ 25 %), not suitable criteria (≥ 26%), appropriate criteria (≥ 51%), and very suitable criteria (≥ 76%). The data is analyzed using content analysis method. The results of study show that the evaluation of online learning on writing subject during the covid-19 pandemic using CIPP evaluation model on the context aspect obtains 90%. In the input aspect, the percentage is 82%. In the process aspect, the percentage is 88%. In the product aspect, the percentage is 92%. The percentage is obtained from the average number of all indicators in each aspect. It can be concluded that online learning of writing subject during the covid-19 pandemic from all aspects (context, input, process, product) is very appropriate. Keywords: CIPP evaluation model, online learning, writing subject, covid-19 pandemic Abstrak: Evaluasi model CIPP merupakan model evaluasi yang sangat lengkap dan komprehensif dalam mengevaluasi suatu program. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi pada perkuliahan daring mata kuliah keterampilan menulis di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia, IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro selama masa pandemi covid-19 dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif evaluatif. Data pada penelitian ini bersifat primer dan sekunder. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen evalusi perkuliahan daring keterampilan menulis dengan menggunakan 21 soal dan menerapkan kriteria sangat tidak sesuai (≤ 25%), tidak sesuai (≥ 26%), sesuai (≥ 51%), dan sangat sesuai (≥ 76%). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi perkuliahan daring keterampilan menulis selama masa pandemi covid-19 dengan model evaluasi CIPP pada aspek context didapatkan persentase sebesar 90%. Pada aspek input didapatkan persentase sebesar 82%. Pada aspek process didapatkan persentase sebesar 88%. Pada aspek product didapatkan persentase sebesar 92%. Persentase ini diambil dari rata-rata jumlah semua indikator pada masing-masing aspek. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perkulian daring keterampilan menulis selama masa pandemi covid-19 dari semua aspek (context, input, process, product) sudah sangat sesuai. Kata Kunci: evaluasi model CIPP, perkulihan daring, keterampilan menulis, pandemi covid-19

Many organizations have adopted or are adopting standards and / or specifications of management systems, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO / IEC 27001, ISO 22000, and ISO / IEC 20000, out of necessity or to align with trends. Unfortunately, it often results in a set of independent systems, with different goals and objectives. These fragmented systems are often documented in non-uniform styles, are under the control of different people and are audited separately. Integrated management systems (IMS) allow management to establish directions for the effective and efficient fulfillment of the organization's objectives. From managing employee needs to study the performance of competitors, encouraging good practice, and minimizing risk and maximizing resource utilization, the integrated management system approach can help the organization meet its strategic business objectives. Integration must be planned and implemented in a structured way. Many organizations have adopted the standards of the management system due to external pressures, following customer requests to implement a quality standard or external requirements to introduce an environmental system, and / or occupational health and safety [2]. On the other hand, the integration of management systems has beneficial effects on the whole business. Therefore, the first concern must be to understand the needs of the business, correlated with the mission and vision of the organization. In order to respond to the growing interest in an integrated approach to management systems and organizational risk management, the first step an organization must take is to define the common requirements of management systems. The authors aim in this article to present the advantages brought by IMS by their correct implementation within organizations. A review of the current integrated management systems is carried out and the problems that arise during use are exposed. The research includes a guide of good practices from the start to the end of an IMS implementation. Thus, the use of synergies and the integration of resources allows the creation of an efficient and simplified management system. Processes and procedures are viewed from several angles, in order to identify and optimize the IMS implementation process in order to obtain positive results.
