Aiming at multimedia teaching system is one of the important links in the current information construction and teaching quality evaluation of colleges and universities. Design multimedia teaching system, on the one hand, from the perspective of software design for other users to provide reference; on the other hand, according to the multilevel gray system evaluation theory, making multimedia teaching evaluation, to determine the index value; index weight; sample matrix; evaluation of gray classes, etc., for the evaluation of teachers’ multimedia teaching skills to make a comprehensive evaluation, make originally not quantitative evaluation, multimedia teaching more scientific and more reasonable and more accurate quantitative evaluation, through actual application, good results have been achieved.

as higher education goes deep continuously, teaching method has become an important research topic of teaching theory in recent years. Multimedia teaching is one of methods in teaching system. On this basis, this paper develops and designs a multimedia teaching system which can achieve shooting and production at any time, and applies it to teach Martial Art course. Besides, computer technology is applied to design an operable system and construct multimedia teaching system for Martial Art course. Then, by example verification of students in Martial Art class of a college and statistical analysis of data, preliminary trial of multimedia teaching is achieved in practical application. Thus, this paper verifies that multimedia teaching system which can achieve shooting and production at any time can improve teaching quality, and further expounds the function and significance of multimedia teaching method from learning attitude and learning effect.

Nowadays, due to the pandemic and other problems, the establishment of physical classes is a big headache for both students and teachers, due to which the education system all over the world is shifted to the online system from the physical system. Advance technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) are playing a significant part in various sectors of life such as health, business, and education. In order to effectively improve the effect of online English teaching, this study designed an interactive online English teaching system based on the IoT technology. This study proposes three topological structures for the establishment of the proposed IoT-based online English teaching system. Based on the analysis of the three topological structures of the IoT, this study chooses to design each submodule of the front and back of the system in the network IoT environment to realize the daily operation and various functions of the system and to realize the interactive design of both of the teacher and student side. Based on this approach, an online English teaching system is designed, and the teaching quality based on this system is evaluated with the help of an algorithm known as grey relational analysis algorithm. The experimental results show that, after the application of this system, students have access to the teaching materials and content in a short period of time; and the English test scores were improved and were significantly higher as compared to the traditional teaching system. In addition, at the same time, the internal consistency reliability of the proposed system is very high which fully demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed system.

3D animation production is an animation course widely set up in colleges currently aiming at cultivating 3D animation production talents. But in actual teaching, there exist problems of teaching practice not prominent, teaching not intuitive, and students’ learning interest not strong. Based on this condition, this paper plans to use SOA design and VR technology in teaching system design with the help of good information integration, service integration function of SOA design and advantages of VR technology of directly and dynamically reflecting object forms so as to improve teaching interestingness and intuition, help students to increase knowledge and improve teaching quality in relaxed atmosphere. At last, this paper has conducted teaching effect comparison experiments which show that the virtual teaching system designed and developed in this paper can improve students’ learning activity, teacher-student communication and obtain better teaching effect

With the development and popularization of computer, network video teaching is the new medium of school teaching. But because the scale of network video teaching system and broadband carrying capacity are limited, network video is hard to satisfy the massive need in school, thereby it could lead to sharp drop in network video teaching quality. Through establishing a simulation platform based on OPNET, the article analyse the video teaching system under network construction of school network; compare and discuss a optimization program of network current-limiting; and make a simulation test on optimization program of network cureent-limiting. The result show that through selecting right optimization program of network cureent-limiting, we can make s big promotion in system carrying capacity, and enhance the user’s video-teaching experience.

With the development of the times, teaching has not only stayed between people, but also gradually developed into the teaching interaction between man and machine. In the past, the teaching form was relatively single and old. Based on the intelligent visual sensor, this paper develops an auxiliary teaching system for the decomposition of aerobics action and reasonably uses the Internet and algorithms to catalog a series of aerobics action systems into the system. The DTW dynamic motion matching algorithm of the system will recognize human actions more accurately. The system will feed back human actions to the system in real time based on human feature recognition. Then, after comparison, the system will display the standard posture of this action and the aerobics posture in the next step. Therefore, this system develops teaching not only in class, but everywhere. The system not only improves the teaching quality of aerobics, but also strengthens the physical quality of teenagers. It has a new understanding of the standardization of aerobics teaching. After the function of the system is complete, the system will be distributed to aerobics learners. In many feedback information, the average use satisfaction has reached about 80%, which is a good performance index for the performance of the system itself.
