Banking sector in Ethiopia is dominant and  it is a dense competent area. Due to this the bank managements tend to continually found the strategies that enables them to be competent in this dense competition. These strategies often focus on handling of customers satisfaction to be strongly compete and pooling more customers. Because, service quality is relevant to keep up their competitive advantage and improve customer satisfaction. So, this study examine the handling of customers satisfaction and assessment of service qualities on Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) in Addis Ababa at East District by applying SERVQUAL model. This study used convenient and random sampling technique to select the sample respondents and 400 respondents were selected branches of CBE in Addis Ababa at east district. The data sources for this study are primary and secondary data sources. The questionnaires are used as primary data source, which are contained SERVQUAL model and the agreements were measured by applying the five Likert point scales. The correlation result revealed that all dimensions of service quality have a strong and significant statistical relationship with customer satisfaction. The quality of service offered by CBE no meets with the expectation of customer (customers satisfied in somewhat quality service). So, the bank needs to reform service quality for satisfy and attract unsatisfied customers.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a significant influence between the variable quality of service, company reputation, and customer claims perception and customer satisfaction. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous effect and which variable is the most dominant in influencing customer satisfaction at KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta. The method used is a method based on quantitative descriptive, where the sampling technique uses Random Sampling, which is a random sampling technique, regardless of the level contained in the population. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: questionnaires, observations, interviews, and literature study. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear, determination test (R2), F test, and t test. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is an effect of service quality, company reputation, and simultaneous perception of customer claims on customer satisfaction at KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta, 2) There is an influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta Batik in the City of Solo, 3) There is an influence of company reputation on customer satisfaction in KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta, 4) There is an influence of customer perception perceptions of customer satisfaction on KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine service quality, customer satisfaction, and to determine its influence on service quality on customer satisfaction, and to determine the importance of service quality to customer satisfaction at Taam Aisyah. The research method used is descriptive analysis method and associative analysis. The data used are primary data and secondary data, by making observations and giving questionnaires to respondents. The sampling technique in this study was a census technique questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 33 respondents. This study proves that the service quality received at Taam Aisyah is in very good condition with an achievement level of 141.84 expected service quality is in very good condition with an achievement rate of 145.78 with an increase in the Spearman Rating ranking which can amount to ρ = (+) 0.728 positive results if the quality of service is good then satisfaction will increase, based on Champion criteria is strong enough, service quality is only able to increase by 52.99% on customer satisfaction.

<p>Customer is an important factor for the survival of a company. At a time, company sometimes didn’t know the level of customer satisfaction. If the company continues with this situation, the company would not know the next strategies to develop the company. There are many factors that connected with customer such as trust, facility and service quality. This research objective is to analyze if there is a positive influence, both individually and simultaneously between independent variables which are trust, facility and service quality to the dependent variable which is customers. In this research the object are the customers of PT Panah Persada Logisindo Semarang. The data sources are primary and secondary data using sampling technique of 80 respondents. The results of multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive influence and partial significant between (t= 3,543 &gt; ttebal = 1, 99167) Trust, (t=4,976 &gt;ttebal=1,99167 ) Facility and (t =3,908 &gt; ttebal= 1, 99167) Service Quality effected by customer satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Keywords: Trust, Facility, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction</strong></p><p>Kepuasaan Pelanggan merupakan faktor penting terhadap kelangsungan hidup sebuah perusahaan. Masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan saat ini berkaitan dengan tidak diketahuinya kepuasaan Pelanggan setiap tahun, Jika ini dibiarkan terus menerus, perusahaan tidak dapat menentukan strategi untuk meningkakan kepuasaan pelanggan. Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi Kepuasaan Pelanggandipengaruhi oleh kepercayaan, fasilitas dan Kualitas Pelayanaan. Perumusan masalah, tujuan penelitian dan hipotesis pada latar belakang masalah dan tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis adakah pengaruh yang positif baik secara individual dan simultan antara variabel independen yaitu kepercayaan, fasilitas, kualitas pelayanaan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Kepuasaan Pelanggan. Pada penelitian ini obyek yang diambil pengguna jasa Freight forwarder PT Panah Persana Logisindo Semarang Sumber data meliputi data primer dan sekunder. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 80 responden teknik sampling yang digunakan seluruh populasi dijadikan sample. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis berganda dihasilkan persamaan : Hasil persamaan regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara ( t hitung = 3,543&gt; t tabel = 1,99167) kepercayaan, (t hitung4,976 &gt; t tabel =1,99167) Fasilitas ( t hitung = 3,908&gt; t tabel = 1,99167) Kualitas pelayanaan terhadap Kepuasaan Pelanggan.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci : Kepercayaan, Fasilitas, Kualitas Pelanggan. The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

This study aims to analyze: (1) The level of customer satisfaction with the quality provided by the Padang City Center Post Office (2) Service attributes that need to be improved in service quality at the Padang City Center Post Office so as to improve customer satisfaction (3) Quality dimensions services that have the greatest influence on customer satisfaction at the Padang City Center Post Office. The population of this research is the Post Office customers with unknown number of respondents. The sampling technique of this study was accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 100 people. The data used is primary data. The data analysis technique uses the fuzzy-servqual method using Microsoft Excel software. The results showed that: (1) The level of consumer satisfaction is low because the overall servqual (gap) value is negative, namely -0.75 (2) There are 17 attributes that need to be improved from the 22 attributes that are tested to improve the quality of service at the Post Office Padang City Center (3) Dimensions of service quality with the biggest gap is the dimension of responsiveness with a value of -1.32.Keywords: Service Quality, fuzzy-servqual, customer satisfaction

Abstract: The learning carried out by the teacher in the classroom must develop the quality of learning, one of which is learning motivation, students who are not passionate about learning are not optimal and of high quality, from this goal the reality is still far from expectations, many students are not aware of the importance of studying seriously, there is no passion study, there is no fun in the study room. The sampling technique used is Census Sample (Sample Saturated), while criterion-based selection is used when conducting qualitative research, 30 students as primary data sources, two teachers as secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires, while data analysis by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and verification by means of research stages I and II students and teachers with a Da'wah educational background, stage III and IV student informants and teachers with PAI educational background.

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction of PT. Langit Membiru Wisata Bogor, to find out how big the influence and relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. The sample used was 100 respondents taken through t-test or interviews, observations, and questionnaires at PT. Langit Membiru Wisata Bogor and the primary data source processed with SPSS 25. The t-test results show the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the variable (X) service quality and variable (Y) customer satisfaction has a value less than 0.05, namely (0.00 <0.05), this is proven with the value in the t test obtained t count 91.624> t table 5.293, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis can be accepted. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT. Langit Membiru Wisata Bogor, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dan hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 responden yang diambil melalui uji-t atau wawancara, observasi, dan angket pada PT. Langit Membiru Wisata Bogor dan sumber data primer diolah dengan SPSS 25. Hasil uji t menunjukkan adanya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan variabel (X) kualitas pelayanan dan variabel (Y) kepuasan pelanggan memiliki nilai lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu (0,00 < 0,05) hal ini terbukti dengan nilai pada uji t diperoleh t hitung 91,624 > ttabel 5,293, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis dapat diterima.

This study aims to analyze the antecedents of repurchase intention on Apples smartphones. The population used in this study is the Indonesian people. While the sample taken from this study was 250 respondents. The data used in this research is primary data via google form which is distributed online through social media. The sampling technique used in this study was Convienence Sampling. The data were processed by SEM analysis using the AMOS program. Data variables used in this study consisted of variables of service quality, perceived usefulness, customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. The results of the data analysis conducted indicate that there is a positive and significant influence on service quality variables on perceived usefulness, service quality on customer satisfaction, service quality on repurchase intentions, perceived usefulness on customer satisfaction, perceived usefulness on repurchase intentions and satisfaction. customers against repurchase intentions.

 The aim of study is to  analyze about effect  product  quality  and  service  quality  on customer’s satisfaction to build customer’s loyalty at Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” in the branch of Veteran Yogyakarta. Population in this study are all consumers who make  purchases at Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” the branch in the  branch of Veteran Yogyakarta. While the sample  in  this  study  is a portion of consumers who have  made  purchases at least twice in the past year. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data  used in this study is primary data. The number  of studies  in  this  study were  sixty  samples  in  the  city of Yogyakarta which  were processed  using  multiple linear regression  analysis  and mediation analysis  using SPSS 20 for windows. The results of the analysis in this study are: product quality dosen’t have a significant effect on customer satisfaction,  service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction doesn’t have a significant effect on customer loyalty, product quality  dosen’t  have a significant  effect on  customer loyalty and service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty of the two independentvariables dosen’t indicate a mediating  relationship  with  customer  satisfaction as a mediator variable.

This research was conducted to find out the motivation of female tourist to visit Gay club, the perception of the tourist and local community towards the Gay Club. The methods used in this research id descriptive qualitative. The technique of determination of informants used is purposive sampling technique. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Primary data in this research is sourced from direct observation to the research location by means of observation and interviews. While secondary data in this research are the data obtained from the documentation or studies library to complement the primary data. The result of the research shows that most tourist say curious to see Gay club as a motivation for a visit; most tourist plead happy after seeing the atrractions there; most neutral against Gay tourist; most local community already know about Gay club; most local community are not disturbed; most local people are not benefitting from the presence of the Gay club.
