Pregnancy is a maturation crisis that can be stressful. The maturation crisis can be overcome if the mother is ready to enter a new phase where she is ready to take on the responsibilities of being a parent and a new role so that the mother must take care of her health to prevent complications of pregnancy. Pregnancy complications can be prevented by maintaining the distance of pregnancy between one child with another child through postpartum contraception. The study aimed to determine the characteristics of pregnant women who have sufficient and good knowledge of the use of postpartum contraception. Quantitative research with an exploratory descriptive approach has been carried out on 34 pregnant women who performed antenatal care at the Kedung 2 Jepara Public Health Center. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by univariate analysis using frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using test chi-square. The results showed that the average age of pregnant women was 29 years. The majority of pregnant women had the last high school education, work, and the average income was Rp. 1,500,000/month. The majority of pregnant women had one child and when data were collected for pregnant women who were 1st and 2nd pregnant status. The majority of pregnant women had a good level of knowledge about the use of postpartum injection contraception. The results of the chi-square test analysis showed that the characteristics of pregnant women that had a significant relationship with knowledge about the use of postpartum contraception were age (p = 0.027), education (p = 0.004), occupation (p = 0.002), number of children (p = 0.006). Meanwhile, income did not have a significant relation with maternal knowledge in using postpartum contraception (p = 0.923).

Family planning aims at reducing maternal mortality rates and reducing population growth rate with the main target of couples of childbearing age. One of the family planning options offered is long-term reversible contraceptive method (MKJP). The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with interest in using MKJP in the work area of Camplong health center, Fatuleu sub-district, Kupang regency in 2018. The research was quantitive study with cross-sectional approach. The sample of 77 people was selected using simple random sampling. The instrument uses was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques consisted of descriptive and bivariate analysis (chi-square test) with α= 0,05. The study indicated that knowledge (p-value= 0,09) and the role of health workers (p-value =0,001) were associated with the use of the MKJP while attitude (p-value = 0,765) and husband support (p-value = 0,131) had no relationship with MKJP. Health center needs to regularly provide information to the community about the advantages of MKJP especially for couples of childbearing age who have already had more than three children.

Family Planning is an acronym for Family Planning which was formed by the government to reduce the number of people using contraception, but some contraceptives have side effects namely bleeding, headache, nausea, menstrual disorders, weakness/fatigue, and vaginal discharge. This study was an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design. Samples were all users of 3 months Depo Provera Injecting KB injection at BPM Nuni Nuraeni, Padasuka Ciomas, Bogor Regency in 2018. Statistical tests used chi-square. The results of univariate analysis showed WUS using Depo Provera injections 3 months 49 (65.3%) and WUS who did not use Depo Provera injections 3 months 26 (34.7%), WUS who used 3 months Depo Provera injectable KB obtained that Hb levels were normal 43 (57.3%) and whereas WUS who used KB injections Depo Provera 3 months found that Hb levels were not normal 32 (42.7%). In the Bivariate analysis, based on the results of the Chi-Square Statistical Test with a significance limit α = 0.05 and 95% CI obtained ρ value = 0.26 α> 0.05 (Prevalence Rate = 3,300). This shows that there is no relationship between the use of 3 months Depo Provera injecting contraception to Hb levels in WUS at BPM Nuni Nuraeni. Thus the hypothesis which states that there is a relationship between the use of 3 months Depo Provera injecting contraception with Hb levels in WUS is rejected. From the results of the study it can be concluded that there is no relationship between the use of a 3-month injection of Depo Provera injections with Hb levels in WUS at BPM Nuni Nuraeni, Padasuka Ciomas, Bogor Regency.

Toddlers are vulnerable groups that must be considered especially the fulfillment of nutritional intake. Balanced nutrition in infancy plays an important role in increasing human resources in the future, but malnutrition in infancy affects the growth and development of children's brains that are irreversible or unable to recover. The problem of malnutrition is still a major problem in Indonesia despite the many efforts and prevention programs that have been made. This study aims to analyze the determinant of toddler nutrition status in farmer's families in Halilulik Health Center Belu District in 2019. This research used an analytic survey with a cross-sectional design. The sample in this research were 94 toddlers who were in the Halilulik Health Center Community. Data analysis used was univariate analysis, bivariate analysis and multivariate analysis with chi-square and multiple logistic regression tests. The results of this research showed that the variables of mother's knowledge (ρ=0.032), level adequacy of energy (ρ = 0,000), level adequacy of protein (ρ=0,000) and history of infectious disease (ρ=0,002) have correlation with Toddler Nutrition Status, while families food processing habits (ρ=0,739) and families eating restrictions (ρ=0,617) did not have any correlation with Toddler Nutrition Status. The dominant factor that most influences the nutritional status of toddlers is the level adequacy of energy followed by the level adequacy of protein. Nutrition toddlers have less levels of energy and protein intake compared to toddlers with good nutritional status. Consumption of foods that are diverse and varied needs to be considered, especially foods that are sourced with energy, protein, and fat to reduce the problem of malnutrition in infants.
