This research aims to identify: 1) the influence of working time on teacherperformance, 2) the influence of motivation on teacher performance, and 3) theinfluence of working time and motivation on performance of elementary school teachersin the villages of Samudra and Samudra Kulon. This research is ex-post facto lookingfor causal relationships, to reveal facts based on measurements of symptoms that haveoccurred in each respondent. Determination of the sample in this study is a saturatedsample, where all members of the population become the object of research. Totalpopulation is 50 people. The analysis carried out was a simple and multiple correlationanalysis and regression analysis. Respondents in this research have a working time of 2to 32 years. The results of this research are (1) there is a negative influence on theworking time variable on teacher performance; (2) there is a positive influence on themotivation variable on teacher performance; and (3) there is a positive influence onworking time and motivation on performance. The effective contribution of working timeand motivation to performance are 8.9% and 18%, respectively. The relativecontribution of working time and motivation to performance are 33% and 67%,respectively.

This study aims to analyze; 1) the effect of information literacy on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi; 2) the effect of strengthening character education on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi; 3) the effect of information literacy and strengthening character education on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of ex post facto research. This study examines three variables to be studied to determine how much influence the independent and dependent variables have. The population in this study were 116 teachers and the sample in this study was 90 teachers SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study found that; 1) there is a significant and positive influence between information literacy variables on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi; 2) there is a significant and positive effect between strengthening character education on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi; and 3) obtained a significant effect between the variables of information literacy and strengthening character education on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis baik secara parsial dan simulltan pengaruh berdikari dalam belajar, kondisi teman sejawat, dan kinerja mengajar terhadap motivasi belajar ilmu akuntansi pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Medan. Jenis penelitian adalah ex post facto dengan sampel sebanyak 96 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial berdikari dalam belajar, kondisi teman sejawat, dan kinerja mengajar berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar ilmu akuntansi. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif berdikari dalam belajar, kondisi teman sejawat, dan kinerja mengajar terhadap motivasi belajar ilmu akuntansi. Abstract: This study has the aim to analyze both partially and simulltan the influence of self-reliance in learning, the condition of peers, and teaching performance on the motivation to learn accounting at State Vocational High School 1 Medan. This type of research is ex post facto with a sample of 96 students. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially independent in learning, the condition of peers, and teaching performance has a positive effect on motivation to learn accounting. Simultaneously there is a positive influence of self-reliance in learning, the condition of peers, and teaching performance on motivation to learn accounting.

The social capital of an organization strengthens mutually beneficial cooperation to achieve common goals. This research aims to analyze the influence of participatory assistance and organizational culture on strengthening the Buddhist Cooperative's social capital. This research employs a quantitative approach with an ex post facto method. The sample was 77 members of Cooperative Maju Makmur Sampetan, and data were collected by using a questionnaire. Findings show that participatory assistance and organizational culture significantly influence strengthening the social capital of Buddhist Cooperative. Based on the regression analysis, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence of participatory assistance on social capital, which is equal to 44.5%. Organizational culture also has a positive and significant influence on social capital, with a determination of 32.1%. Furthermore, multiple regression analysis results show that both variables simultaneously influence strengthening social capital, with the coefficient of determination by 76.6%. Thus, participatory assistance and organizational culture have a positive effect on strengthening social capital of Buddhist Cooperative.

Motivasi adalah hal yang menyebabkan, menyalurkan, dan mendukung perilaku manusia, supaya mau bekerja giat dan antusias mencapai hasil yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja  secara bersama-sama dan parsial terhadap kinerja guru SD di Kabupaten Cilacap. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, penarikan sampel menggunakan Proportional Cluster Random Sampling dan Analisis data  dengan Analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif motivasi  secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru, disiplin kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, dan  terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD di Kabupaten Cilacap. This research includes ex post facto research with quantitative approach, sampling using Proportional Cluster Random Sampling and Data Analysis with multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion can be concluded that there is a positive influence of partial motivation on teacher performance, work discipline partially does not affect the performance of teachers, and there is a significant influence simultaneously motivation and work discipline on the performance of elementary school teachers in Cilacap regency. Efforts to improve motivation and work discipline need to be done jointly in improving teacher performance.Keywords: motivation, discipline work, teacher performance

This research is a type of quantitative research that is ex post facto. The variables of this study are the learning environment (X1), study habits (X2) and learning outcomes (Y). The population is class XI Multimedia students, amounting to 38, while the determination of the sample using Krejcie and Morgan tables as many as 36 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. Data analysis techniques were performed using descriptive analysis techniques, multiple regression analysis techniques, and partial correlation analysis with categorization using the SPSS program.

Teacher performance plays an important role in improving the quality of the learning process in an effort to improve the quality of education, especially at the Yabis Bontang educational institution. To achieve optimal learning, teacher work motivation should be high to be able to bring up better teacher performance, so that it can produce quality students and can continue school to a higher level. The research was conducted to examine and find out how much influence teacher work motivation on teacher performance in schools in the Yabis Education Institute, from kindergarten, elementary, junior high and high school units. The method used in this research is ex post facto. To obtain the desired data in the field, this study used a questionnaire compiled using several indicators. The data needed in this study are data on teacher work motivation (X), and teacher performance (Y). Based on the results of data processing and analysis, the following conclusions were obtained; 1)There is a positive influence between work motivation on teacher performance at the Yabis Al-ikhlas Bontang Education Foundation during the Covid 19 pandemic. and 2) Work motivation contributes 44% to teacher performance at the Yabis Bontang Foundation.

Research aims to understand gyrations cash pt .Had provided nusantara viii , liquidity to pt .Had provided nusantara viii , and to know the influence of gyrations cash on the level of liquidity to PT .Perkebunan nusantara VIII sukabumi .The methodology used is the method ex-post facto capital .This research using primary and secondary data obtained from financial reports and non financial from pt .Pekebunan nusantara viii sukabumi .To test hypotheses used linear regression and the correlation with on the spss 15.0 for windows. Based on the results of research shows that there is a positive influence between second match of cash and liquidity pt .Had provided nusantara viii sukabumi .A level of closeness ( correlation ) the second variables strong enough , are r = 0,800 with a value of a correlation coefficient r & gt; 0 it means if cash second match of getting up and liquidity will increase , and vice versa . While from the results of the equation above the results linear regression simple as follows: y = 185,137 + 0,045x means value ( a ) or constant of 185,137 who have the meaning that if cash two zero ( 0 ) or not increased so level of 185,137 liquidity .The score regression ( b ) of 0,045 the show the relation in line that every 1 increase point in cash and two rate rose to 185,137 liquidity

This research goal is looking for the effect of natural disaster, climate change, and environment quality to the amount of tourist visit to Indonesia. This research uses panel data from 2014 untill 2017, the data get from the related institutions, and uses multiple regression analysis. This research result: 1) Natural disaster has negative influence and it is not significant to tourist visit to Indonesia, 2) Climate change has positive and significant influence to tourist visit to Indonesia, and 3) Environment quality has positive influence and is not significant to the amount of torist visit to Indonesia.

This  research  examines the  connection between non debt tax shield and the change of leverage, between level of effective company tax and the change of leverage, and between operation income before depreciation and the change of leverage.This research takes 17 samples of  food and beverages companies listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange from 1st  January 1994 till 31st  December 1999. And this research uses data from 1994 – 1999 for the regression analysis. Multiple regression analysis is used to test hyphothesis 1 (H1), hyphothesis 2 (H2) and hyphothesis 3 (H3). Independent variables in the regression are level of effective company tax, non debt tax shield and operation income before depreciation, whilst independent variable in the regression is leverage.The result of this research proves that (1) non debt tax shield after the amendment of 1994 tax regulation (1995 – 1999) brings positive influence to the leverage change, (2) level of effective company tax after the amendment of 1994 tax regulation (1995 – 1999) brings negative influence to the leverage change, and (3) operation income before  depreciation  after the amendment of 1994 tax regulation (1995 – 1999) brings positive influence to the leverage change.

The study aims to analyze the descriprition of metacognitive awareness toward learning result of mathematics directly and indirectly through learning motivation of grade XI IPA student of public senior high school in Pareparecity. The study is an ex-post facto which casuality. The populations of the study were 520 grade XI IPA students of SMAN inParepare of academic years 2013/2014 with as many as 221 samples. Technique used in selecting the samples was proporsional random sampling. The instrument used for the study were (1) scale of metacognitive awareness, (2) scale of intrapersonal intelligence, (3) scale of learning motivation, (4) scale of attitude on mathematics and (5) test of mathematics learning outcomes. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics analysis and SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) analysis. The results of the study indicate that (1) most of grade XI IPA students at SMAN in Parepare has metacognitive awareness with high category, learning motivation is in extremely high category, the learning result is in low category, (2) metacognitive awarenees directly give positif influence toward learning result of Mathematics and indirectly gives negative influence toward cognitive learning result of Mathematics through motivation learning.
