This study aims to analyze; 1) the effect of information literacy on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi; 2) the effect of strengthening character education on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi; 3) the effect of information literacy and strengthening character education on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of ex post facto research. This study examines three variables to be studied to determine how much influence the independent and dependent variables have. The population in this study were 116 teachers and the sample in this study was 90 teachers SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study found that; 1) there is a significant and positive influence between information literacy variables on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi; 2) there is a significant and positive effect between strengthening character education on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi; and 3) obtained a significant effect between the variables of information literacy and strengthening character education on teacher performance at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi.

This study aims to understand accountability and improve financial management as well as partial and simultaneous motivation for teacher performance in SMAN 1 dan SMAN 68 Jakarta. The research approach is a quantitative and associative quantitative approach. Data obtained using a questionnaire. The population is 82 teachers of SMAN 1 and SMAN 68, Central Jakarta, using saturated sample techniques. Data analysis technique is statistical analysis of multiple linear regression. The results of the study, partially the accountability variable has a positive effect on teacher performance. Transparency variable does not significantly influence teacher performance. The motivation variable partially has a significant effect on performance. Simultaneously the accountability, transparency and motivation variables significantly influence teacher performance. The ability of accountability, transparency, and motivation to explain changes in teacher performance is 58.4%. Among the three variables that most dominant influence teacher performance is motivation, thus motivation is very helpful for teachers in improving their performance.

This research intent to know influence: (1) Independence with math learned achievement; (2) Study habits with math learned achievement, and (3) are jointly between independence and study habits with math taught achievement student class X Senior High School 1 Rongkop. This observational type is ex post facto . This study population in observational is exhaustive student class X Senior High School 1 Rongkop year 2013 / 2014. Elected sample 3 classes which is 65 students. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling.  Technique of data collecting used the technique questionnaire to get independence data and study habits and UAS point documentation to get achievement data studies math. The data analysis technique is the descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis. The result showed that: (1) There is a positive influence of independence to math learned achievements student class X Senior High School 1 Rongkop year 2013/2014 by correlations 0,443; (2) There is a positif influence of study habits to math learned achievements student class X Senior High School 1 Rongkop year 2013/2014 by correlations 0,447; (3) There is a positif influence of independence and study habits to math learned achievements student class X Senoir High School 1 rongkop year 2013/2014 by correlations 0,874.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis baik secara parsial dan simulltan pengaruh berdikari dalam belajar, kondisi teman sejawat, dan kinerja mengajar terhadap motivasi belajar ilmu akuntansi pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Medan. Jenis penelitian adalah ex post facto dengan sampel sebanyak 96 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial berdikari dalam belajar, kondisi teman sejawat, dan kinerja mengajar berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar ilmu akuntansi. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif berdikari dalam belajar, kondisi teman sejawat, dan kinerja mengajar terhadap motivasi belajar ilmu akuntansi. Abstract: This study has the aim to analyze both partially and simulltan the influence of self-reliance in learning, the condition of peers, and teaching performance on the motivation to learn accounting at State Vocational High School 1 Medan. This type of research is ex post facto with a sample of 96 students. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially independent in learning, the condition of peers, and teaching performance has a positive effect on motivation to learn accounting. Simultaneously there is a positive influence of self-reliance in learning, the condition of peers, and teaching performance on motivation to learn accounting.

Quotient on the work readiness of students both partially and simultaneously. This research was an ex-post facto with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 874 strata-1 students of the Faculty of Economics, Yogyakarta State University. The sample size was 275 students taken by using the proportional cluster random sampling technique. Data was collected by a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression.  The results  showed  that:  (1)  soft skills  and adversity quotient together had a positive and significant effect (p = 0,000), the simultaneous contribution of the two variables to job readiness by 33% and 67% was influenced by other variables not examined. (2) soft skills have a positive effect on work readiness (p = 0,000) with a contribution of 22%; (3) Adversity quotient has a positive effect on work readiness (p = 0,000) with a contribution of 11%. The results of this study can be followed up by  providing learning that emphasizes improving soft skills.

Role Of The Principal

The performance of teachers is one of the success factors of the school. Advance and retreat of school are determined by the performance of individual teachers in the school. In improving the teacher’s performance, it takes the role of the principal is using his leadership style. Principal’s who use the democratic leadership style is open so that it can improve the performance of teachers and the achievement of objectives together. The principal’s democratic leadership style is thought to influence the teacher’s performance. This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of the principal’s democratic leadership style on the teacher’s performance of PAUD in Anyar, Serang-Banten. This research uses the Ex Post Facto method. Data collection techniques for variables the principal's democratic leadership style and teacher performance of PAUD using a questionnaire (questionnaire), which is given to 17 teacher respondents in Anyar, Serang-Banten Data analysis technique using product moment Pearson correlation analysis, Based on the results of research shows the correlation coefficient between variables the principal democratic leadership style on teacher performance of 0.627 means there is an influence between the influence principal's democratic leadership on the teachers performance of PAUD Anyar, Serang-Banten.

The aimed of this study was to determine the effect of school organizational culture on the performance of teachers of public high schools in the city of Mataram. This research is a quantitative research with ex-post facto method. The population of this study were all teachers of SMA 1 and SMA 5 Mataram, totaling 137. The study sample consisted of 58 teachers taken by probability sampling techniques. The instrument of this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used statistical analysis namely simple regression test and multiple regression. The results of this study are that organizational culture has a positive effect on teacher performance of Public High Schools in Mataram City by 55.2%. Thus, it can be concluded that the better the school's organizational culture, the performance of teachers in public high schools in the city of Mataram will increase.

Motivasi adalah hal yang menyebabkan, menyalurkan, dan mendukung perilaku manusia, supaya mau bekerja giat dan antusias mencapai hasil yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja  secara bersama-sama dan parsial terhadap kinerja guru SD di Kabupaten Cilacap. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, penarikan sampel menggunakan Proportional Cluster Random Sampling dan Analisis data  dengan Analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif motivasi  secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru, disiplin kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, dan  terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD di Kabupaten Cilacap. Upaya meningkatkan motivasi dan displin kerja perlu dilakukan secara bersama-sama dalam meningkatkan kinerja guruKata kunci:  motivasi, disisplin kerja, kinerja guru EFFECT OF MOTIVATION AND DISCIPLINE WORK ON THE PERFORMANCE OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN CILACAP DISTRICTAbstractMotivation is the thing that causes, distributes, and supports human behavior, in order to work hard and enthusiastically achieve optimal results. This research includes ex post facto research with quantitative approach, sampling using Proportional Cluster Random Sampling and Data Analysis with multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion can be concluded that there is a positive influence of partial motivation on teacher performance, work discipline partially does not affect the performance of teachers, and there is a significant influence simultaneously motivation and work discipline on the performance of elementary school teachers in Cilacap regency. This research aims to identify: 1) the influence of working time on teacherperformance, 2) the influence of motivation on teacher performance, and 3) theinfluence of working time and motivation on performance of elementary school teachersin the villages of Samudra and Samudra Kulon. This research is ex-post facto lookingfor causal relationships, to reveal facts based on measurements of symptoms that haveoccurred in each respondent. Determination of the sample in this study is a saturatedsample, where all members of the population become the object of research. Totalpopulation is 50 people. The analysis carried out was a simple and multiple correlationanalysis and regression analysis. Respondents in this research have a working time of 2to 32 years. The results of this research are (1) there is a negative influence on theworking time variable on teacher performance; (2) there is a positive influence on themotivation variable on teacher performance; and (3) there is a positive influence onworking time and motivation on performance. The effective contribution of working timeand motivation to performance are 8.9% and 18%, respectively. The relativecontribution of working time and motivation to performance are 33% and 67%,respectively.

Teacher performance plays an important role in improving the quality of the learning process in an effort to improve the quality of education, especially at the Yabis Bontang educational institution. To achieve optimal learning, teacher work motivation should be high to be able to bring up better teacher performance, so that it can produce quality students and can continue school to a higher level. The research was conducted to examine and find out how much influence teacher work motivation on teacher performance in schools in the Yabis Education Institute, from kindergarten, elementary, junior high and high school units. The method used in this research is ex post facto. To obtain the desired data in the field, this study used a questionnaire compiled using several indicators. The data needed in this study are data on teacher work motivation (X), and teacher performance (Y). Based on the results of data processing and analysis, the following conclusions were obtained; 1)There is a positive influence between work motivation on teacher performance at the Yabis Al-ikhlas Bontang Education Foundation during the Covid 19 pandemic. and 2) Work motivation contributes 44% to teacher performance at the Yabis Bontang Foundation.

The hypothesis of this study were (1) there is a positive influence on learning achievement automotive interest in entrepreneurship, (2) there is a positive influence on the industry work practices accomplishment interest in entrepreneurship, (3) there is a positive effect of learning achievement and achievement automotive industry work practices together to class XII student interest in entrepreneurship minor engineering vehicles SMK Piri 1 Yogyakarta Academic Year 2013/2014. This research is a kind of ex - post facto research . The population in this study is a class XII student of SMK Piri 1Yogyakarta TKR which is 129 students, with a sample of 98 students. Data capture techniques using methods of documentation, test and questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire instrument carried by grain analysis using Product Moment Correlation formula and reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha. Anlisis Analysis using partial correlation and multiple regression, which previously conducted test requirements analysis includes tests of normality, linearity and intercorrelations. The results showed that (1) learning achievement and achievement automotive industry work practices together positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship. (2) The learning achievement of automotive positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship. (3) Achievement industry work practices and a significant positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship. This shows that learning achievement automotive (X1) and the achievement of industrial work practices (X2) has the effect of interest in entrepreneurship (Y).
