The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the transformational leadership head of school  on teacher performance, the effect of work motivation on teacher performance, and the influence of transformational leadership head of school and work motivation in multiple ways on teacher performance. This research was conducted at the State Elementary Schools in Tayu District, Pati Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research through correlation . The number of samples in this study was 144 respondents. The data collection technique was by giving a questionnaire to the teachers. The data analysis test used validity, reliability, classic assumption tests and multiple linear tests which were processed using IBM SPSS 24. The results showed the following: (1) Transformational leadership head of school  (X1) was proven to have a significant effect on teacher performance in State Elementary Schools in Tayu District, Pati Regency. (2) Work motivation (X2) is proven to have a significant effect on teacher performance in State Elementary Schools in Tayu District, Pati Regency. (3) Transformational leadership head of school and work motivation and compensation simultaneously proved to have a significant effect on teacher performance in State Elementary Schools in Tayu District, Pati Regency of 77,6%.

Study aims to determine managerial influence of principals and work motivation toward teacher performance. Type of research was quantitative study using t-test and F-test. Sample was hundred of teachers. Data collection technique used questionnaire. Data analysis technique used SPSS program. Results of study (1) Principal managerial had significant influence toward teacher performance. This was evidenced by the t-count 13.998 and t-table 1.660; (2) Work motivation had significant influence toward teacher performance according to t-count 2.206 and t-table 1.660; (3) Principal managerial and work motivation had a significant influence toward teacher performance, based on the test results obtained F-count value 4.653 and F-table 3.09. There was a significant influence between principal managerial and work motivation towards teacher performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher professional competence and work motivation on teacher performance. This study employed survey method with Likert scale questionnaire as the data collection technique. The data was analyzed by using multiple regressions. The results show that professional competence and work motivation have significant positive effects on teacher performance. Thus, professional competence and work motivation can be improved through teacher performance improvement.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi professional dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Dengan demikian kompetensi professional dan motivasi kerja dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kinerja guru.

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher performance. This research was conducted by means of a case study of public elementary school teachers who worked from home during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Blora City. This research uses descriptive methods and quantitative research types. The population of this study were public elementary school teachers who worked from home during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Blora City. The sample studied was 209 respondents. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires with a Likert scale as data collection instruments. The results showed that  Work environment (X1) has no significant negative effect on teacher performance, work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and work discipline (X3) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline have a significant influence on teacher performance with a contribution of R2 of 57.1% while the remaining 42.9% is explained by other causes outside the model.

Research aims to understand influence infrastructure to school and workplace on teacher performance. The study was conducted in Plakat Tinggi Musi Banyuasin district.Type this research is quantitative research with the design penetian use design this research expost facto capital.Included in this study was a total all teachers in public primary schools as TK in plakat tinggi district consisting of 50 the teachers. Technique use survey data collection, dokumetasi and observation. Data analysis technique using a technique descriptive analysis kuantittaif, berganda and regression.Results stated that 1) is to influence infrastructure as a teacher tk kecamatan placard; 2) is high environmental influences work on teacher performance kindergarten to high as kecamatan placard; 3) is influence together to infrastructure and workplace tk on teacher performance as Plakat Tinggi kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.

This study aimed to describe the character values in the symbolism of Ngawi Batik Srambang Park motif in art learning based on cultural diversity in elementary schools. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with a hermeneutic approach. The subjects of this study were three Ngawi Batik craftsmen. The data collection technique was done by observing, interviewing and documenting. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model data analysis technique with 4 stages including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of the research showed that there are values of religious character, hard work, peace-loving, friendly (communicative), environmental care, social care, responsibility, respect for achievement, love for the country, and independence in the symbolism of Ngawi Batik for Srambang Park motif. The use of Batik Srambang Park motif for learning in elementary schools had two relevance. First, character education values were reflected in Batik Srambang Park. Second, Srambang Park Batik was a two-dimensional regional art work. Thus, the learning is not only teaching about the concept of understanding the material but also teaching character values.

The Relationship

This research is motivated by the low level of stimulus given by parents to children around the Tabing Indah Housing Market, Pasar Baru, Bayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, this is presumably because parents' understanding of children's fine motor development is relatively low. This study aims to: 1) describe parents' understanding of fine motor development; 2) describe the provision of stimulus to children; and 3) looking at the relationship between parents' understanding of fine motor development and providing stimulus to children around the Tabing Indah Housing Market, Bayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational descriptive technique. The population in this study were parents of children around Tabing Indah Housing, Bayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency as many as 20 people and a sample of 14 people. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the Spearman rho proportion and correlation formula. The results showed that: (1) parents' understanding of fine motor development was low, (2) giving children a low stimulus, (3) there was a significant relationship between parents' understanding of fine motor development and providing stimulus to children around Tabing. Beautiful Housing Market. Bayangan Baru District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. It is recommended that parents increase knowledge about the effect of stimulation on children's fine motor development so that their development is maximized.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan karakter semangat kebangsaan siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode asosiatif kuantitatif jenis korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan angket atau kuesioner dan soal  yang dibagikan kepada siswa dengan sampel 35 orang yaitu siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi. Dengan populasi seluruh siswa SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan program SPSS untuk melakukan uji asumsi ( normalitas dan linearitas) dan membuat hipotesis melalui uji korelasional. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan dengan menggunakan uji korelasi didapatkan nilai Pearson correlation 0,027 < 0,05 maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa Ho ditolak atau  terdapat hubungan antara karakter semangat kebangsaan dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to find out how the character of the nationality of students correlates with the learning outcomes of SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi. This type of research is a quantitative research using a correlational quantitative type associative method. The data collection technique in this study was to use questionnaires or questionnaires and questions that were distributed to students with a sample of 35 people namely VII SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi. With a population of all students of Muaro Jambi Middle School 1. Data analysis in this study uses a type of quantitative research using the SPSS program to test assumptions (normality and linearity) and make hypotheses through correlational tests. The results of the study show that using the correlation test obtained Pearson correlation value 0.027 <0.05, it can be stated that Ho is rejected or there is a relationship between the character of national spirit and student learning outcomes at SMPN 1 Muaro Jambi.

. This study analyzes and examines the effect of work motivation and madrasah climate on the ability of teachers to implement the 2013 curriculum at MA Ar Risalah Sungai Lilin Musi Banyuasin. A quantitative research approach with this type of explanatory research research. As for the research technique using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire, the research respondents were 18 teachers at MA Ar Risalah. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and then analyzed using product moment correlation for partial testing and multiple linear regression for simultaneous testing. The research results reveal several important findings. First, the findings show that there is a positive influence between work motivation and the ability of teachers to implement the 2013 curriculum, with a percentage of 28.3%, it is concluded that the higher the work motivation, the higher the teacher's ability to implement the curriculum. Second, it shows a positive influence between the madrasah climate and the teacher's ability with a percentage of 30.5%. The better the madrasah climate, the higher the teacher's ability to implement the 2013 curriculum. Third, it shows a positive influence between work motivation and madrasah climate, on The teacher's ability to implement the 2013 curriculum, the amount of influence is 58.8%. The results of the analysis show that work motivation and madrasah climate jointly affect the achievement of teachers' abilities in implementing the 2013 curriculum. The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction, the effect of compensation on job satisfaction,  the influence of work motivation on job satisfaction,the influence of transformational leadership, compensation and work motivation together on job satisfaction This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study are Mathematic teachers. The sample of the study was 75  teachers.Data collection was done by using questionnaire method. Data analysis technique used is regression technique supported by T test, path analysis test and classical assumption test with SPSS 20.00 for windows application. The result of data analysis with significance 0,05 shows that there is no positive and significant influence between transformational leadership to job satisfaction. There is no positive and significant influence between compensation on job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on job satisfaction. And There is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership, compensation and work motivation on job satisfaction at mathematics Teachers

This research aims to develop media in arabic learning by using SparkolVideoscribe in order to make the learning process more effective and interesting.The research method used descriptive quantitative research. The type of research is research and development (R&D).Data collection technique was carried out using interviews and questionnaires while the data analysis technique was carried out using descriptive statistics.
