This study aims to determine the factors that affect the effectiveness of interpersonal communication head of Human Resources Agency of Bengkulu Province. Research is designed as a qualitative research and uses descriptive data exposure. This data analysis technique is the step taken by researchers to interpret or provide meaning to the data that has been collected. The results of research In implementing interpersonal communication conducted by the head of the agency, it is seen that the effectiveness of communication is characterized by the openness in the implementation of activities, the attitude of supporting employees to improve performance, always trying to have a positive attitude towards all employees and equality in the execution of duties. This research is a qualitative research with the intention of obtaining a description of the evaluation of the working effectiveness of the DPRD in the distribution of social assistance funds to the community in Denpasar City. The data analysis technique used is by collecting data, compiling data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and suggestions. Finding the best conclusions is subsequently realized as input.The research allocation is at the Denpasar City DPRD office which is located at Jalan Melati Denpasar - Bali. With the following considerations: the number of problems that arise because the DPRD is where the people's voice is accommodated. DPRD is the supervisor of the performance of the executive. Because executives have the duty to channel grants and social assistance funds to the community. Human resources are championed and there are many there. The results of the study indicate that good cooperation between the executive and the legislature is very necessary.Because after all the fate of the community is in the hands of these two institutions. All obstacles must be found out because the problem is that social assistance is a very sensitive issue. Many problems often arise from channeling social assistance funds.

Traunt behavior is a negative bahavior in students that does not reflect the meaning of life, where the meaning of life is characterized by positive attitude and behaviors aimed at the future. The meaning of life is an individual condition that lives positively and passion to achieve the goal set. This paper aims to describe the concepts of the meaning of life, aspects of the meaning of life, factors of the meaning of life, and it’s relation to traunt student behavior. The method used the study literature, and data analysis technique use is by observation and interviews. The result of the discussion aimed that traunt students had a low meaningful life. This show that the meaning of life is very important for students to have a good behavior aimed at their future. The provision of counseling services by guidance and counseling teachers in school can help students to have the meaning of life.

This research aimed to (a) describe the structure of folklore legend of Syekh Katik Sangko in Pasir Subdistrict, central Pariaman District, Pariaman City. (b) describe the social function of folklore legend of Sheikh Katik Sangko in Pasir Village, Central Pariaman District, Pariaman City. The type of this research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data analysis technique was carried out through four steps. The first step was to carried out data inventory. The second was the data classification or analysis phase. The third step was a discussion and conclusion of the results of classification or data analysis. The last was reporting the research as thesis. The results of this study were found that in the folklore legend of Syekh Katik Sangko in Pasir Subdistrict, central Pariaman District, Pariaman City has 10 figures. The theme in this story is the spreading of Islam in Pariaman. Social functions found are means of education, inheritance and identity. Keywords: structure, social function, folklore

<p><em>Radio is an auditive communication media with several characteristics, among them is a crosshairs and contain interference. Listening to radio programs can only be done once. One of the radio programs is news. Dissemination of information and news via radio can take place quickly and wider. Broadcast news on the radio must be true, once the news is wrong in broadcast it is not possible to repeat again. Because the listener may only hear the error, do not hear what is rectified. It may also be that the listener did not hear the error, so that the wrong message rectified is correct. In the context of Islamic communication spreading good, true, and honest news is a must. Islamic communication is a way of communicating that is Islamic, which is not contrary to the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith.</em></p><p><em>This study aims to describe the news coverage process "Lintas Pagi" RRI Semarang in the perspective of islamic communication. This research is a descriptive qualitative research by using data analysis technique Miles and Huberman.</em></p><p><em>Based on research conducted on the news coverage of "Lintas Pagi" RRI Semarang, then obtained the result that the news coverage process "Lintas Pagi" RRI Semarang in the perspective of Islamic communication without realizing has applied the principles of Islamic communication. These principles are qawlan sadidan, qawlan baligha, qawlan karima, qawlan ma'rufan, qawlan layyina, and qawlan maisura.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: news coverage , morning news, islamic communication perspective</em></p><p><em>-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------</em></p><p class="IsiAbstrak">Radio merupakan media komunikasi auditif dengan beberapa karakteristik, di antaranya adalah selintas dan mengandung gangguan. Mendengarkan program radio hanya dapat dilakukan sekali. Salah satu program radio adalah berita. Penyebaran informasi dan berita melalui radio dapat berlangsung cepat dan lebih luas. Menyiarkan berita di radio harus benar, sekali berita tersebut salah dalam menyiarkan tidak mungkin di ulang kembali. Karena pendengar mungkin hanya mendengar ralatnya saja, tidak mendengar apa yang diralat. Mungkin pula pendengar tidak mendengar ralatnya, sehingga berita salah yang diralat dianggapnya benar.  Dalam konteks komunikasi islami menyebarkan berita yang baik, benar, dan jujur adalah sebuah keharusan. Komunikasi islami merupakan cara berkomunikasi yang bersifat islami, yang tidak bertentangan dengan ajaran Al-Qur’an dan Hadits.</p><p class="IsiAbstrak">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses peliputan berita “Lintas Pagi” RRI Semarang dalam perspektif komunikasi islami. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data Miles dan Huberman,</p><p class="IsiAbstrak">Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap proses peliputan berita “Lintas Pagi” RRI Semarang, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa proses peliputan berita “Lintas Pagi” RRI Semarang dalam perspektif komunikasi islami tanpa di sadari telah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip komunikasi islami. The purpose of this research is to find out the ability of the Indonesian nation to respond to globalization: readiness to respond to the negative and positive aspects of the impact of globalization. This type of research is Library Research, namely research through literature or literature studies. Sources of data in this study are primary data, namely books that directly discuss the ability of the Indonesian nation to respond to globalization. The data analysis technique used to obtain conclusions is descriptive qualitative by emphasizing deductive conclusions, namely how to draw conclusions from general to specific things. The conclusion of this paper is that the final conclusion in this study is that the Indonesian nation in responding to the negative and positive aspects of the impact of globalization, should be addressed proportionally because this is a good attitude as a reflection of moderate Islam. Meanwhile, the hard efforts to face the era of globalization must be that the Indonesian nation must be able to produce quality human resources, and have the ability that includes behavior, hard work, discipline, trustworthy responsibility and the like guided by the teachings of AI-Qur'an and Hadith

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pelayanan prima di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kediri, serta mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis faktor yang mendukung atau menghambat pelaksanaan pelayanan prima di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kediri. Fokus dalam penelitian ini meliputi sikap (attitude), kemampuan (ability), perhatian (attention), tindakan (action), tanggung jawab (accountability), dan penampilan (appearance). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi wawancara dan observasi yang ditulis dalam catatan lapangan. Keabsahan data dikaji dengan 2 metode yakni trianggulasi dan ketekunan pengamatan. Sementara itu, teknik analisis data mengacu pada Miles dan Huberman (2018). Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik yaitu pelaksanaan pelayanan prima di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kediri belum sepenuhnya 100% baik , masih ada beberapa yang perlu diperbaiki dan dievaluasi. Hambatan yang ditemui adalah sumber daya manusia yang tidak sebanding dengan pemohon dan sarana dan prasarana. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan Prima, Disdukcapil, Hambatan, Sikap, Penampilan Abstract This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of excellent service at the Kediri Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, as well as describe and analyze the factors that support or hinder the implementation of excellent service at the Kediri Regency Population and Civil Registry Office. The focus in this study includes attitude, ability, attention, action, accountability, and appearance. The approach used in this study is qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study include interviews and observations written in field notes. The validity of the data was assessed by 2 methods, namely triangulation, and persistence of observation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique refers to Miles and Huberman (2018). The conclusion that can be drawn is that the implementation of excellent service at the Kediri Regency Population and Civil Registry Office is not yet 100% good, there are still some that need to be improved and evaluated. The role of a secretary is required in assiting to complete the whole works. As a secretary, the most important skill is managing time and choosing work priorities so that the main work can be completed on time. At the same time, there are a number of jobs beside of the main jobs should be completed. It affects the load of secretary’s jobs were fulled. This study aims to find out how the roles and responsibilities of the sales secretary who are concurrently as sales admins, as well as what are the obstacles faced in carrying out the tasks. Data was collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study showed descriptively that the sales secretary is very instrumental in supporting the management system of sales at Kuta Paradiso Hotel, Bali. The problems was encountered by a secretary was lack of communication skills, lack of human resources that affect the load of secretry’s responsibilities was over.

Human resources play an important role in every organization or institution. But there was a decrease in employee performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University recently, this case becomes concideration to conduct this research. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work dicipline and compensation on the employee’s performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University. The approach of this study is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study used all populations as a sample consisting of 73 employees. The technique of collecting data used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that contains of questions related to work discipline, compensation and employee performance. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression which was processed using the SPSS program to measure the effect of work dicipline and compensation on employee’s performance. The results of hypothesis testing showed that partially, there was a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance and there was also significant effect of compensation on employee performance at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. While the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing proved that work discipline and compensation give significant effect for employee performance. It can be seen that coefficient dtermination value (R Square) was 0.676. Thus, it  can be interpreted that work dicipline and compensation can effect on employee’s performance 67.6% while the remaining 32.4% was effected by other variables outside of this study.

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Stereotip yang melekat pada kehidupan waria dalam novel Rumah Ilalang karya Stebby Julionatan. Stereotip yang dimaksud adalah gambaran atau cerminan kehidupan waria yang terjadi pada lingkungan masyarakat dalam karya sastra. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan Sosiologi Sastra. Sumber penelitian ini berasal dari novel Rumah Ilalang karya Stebby Julionatan. Data penelitian ini berupa kutipan, kalimat, dan paragraf yang berupa gambaran atau cerminan kehidupan waria. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode membaca Novel dan mengidentifikasikan konteks permasalahan yang akan diteliti. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Humberman melalui langkah-langkah (1) penyeleksian data, (2) pemaparan data, dan (3) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil memperlihatkan waria direpresentasikan dalam tiga aspek, yaitu (1) tidak beragama, (2) tidak memiliki pekerjaan yang tetap, (3) tidak diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat.KATA KUNCI: novel rumah ilalang; stereotip; waria STEREOTYPES OF TRANSVESTITE LIFE IN RUMAH ILALANG BY STEBBY JULIONATAN ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine the stereotypes inherent in transvestite life in the Rumah Ilalang by Stebby Julionatan. This stereotype is a picture or reflection of transvestite life that occurs in the community environment in literary works in the form of novels. This type of research is descriptive-qualitative research with a sociological approach to literature. The source of this research is Rumah Ilalang by Stebby Julionatan. This research datas are the form of quotes, sentences, and paragraphs in the form of a picture or reflection of the life of transvestites. Data collection techniques are done by reading novels and identifying the context of the problem to be studied. The data analysis technique used in this study is the data analysis design presented by Miles and Humberman through the steps (1) selecting data, (2) disclosing data, and (3) drawing conclusions. The result show transgenders were represented in three aspects, namely (1) not having religion, (2) not having a permanent job, (3) not being well received by the community.KEYWORDS: rumah ilalang novels; stereotypes; transvestite

Abstract The responsibility of religious education is the most important responsibility for parents and educators, because it is the center of all resources. However, in practice there are still many educators who do not pay attention to the religious education of their students, they prioritize education that is only worldly. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is thematic analysis. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Islamic education in Kuttab students is going well. Opportunities for the application of Islamic education to Kuttab students starting from the education system, curriculum, and teachers are extraordinary in maximizing education for children. However, it also has challenges that greatly affect children's education, namely gadgets, games and shows that are not beneficial to children, so it greatly influences the education of their faith. The advantages of the implementation of Islamic education in Kuttab, namely that children have begun to form creeds according to their age. While the drawbacks are that the application and understanding of Islamic education in Kuttab are not comprehensive and agree on all teachers and the environment that does not support the concepts that have been implanted in Kuttab. Abstrak Tanggung jawab pendidikan akidah merupakan tanggung jawab terpenting bagi para orang tua dan pendidik, karena ia merupakan pusat segala sumber. Namun dalam prakteknya masih banyak pendidik yang kurang memperhatikan pendidikan akidah peserta didiknya, mereka lebih mengutamakan pendidikan yang hanya bersifat duniawi saja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah thematic analysis. Hasil penelitian dalam kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan akidah pada santri Kuttab berjalan dengan baik. Peluang penerapan pendidikan akidah pada santri Kuttab mulai dari sistem pendidikan, kurikulum, dan guru-gurunya sangatlah luar biasa dalam memaksimalkan pendidikan pada anak-anak. Namun, juga memiliki tantangannya yang sangat mempengaruhi pendidikan anak yaitu gadget, game dan tontonan-tontonan yang tidak bermanfaat bagi anak sehingga sangat mempengaruhi pendidikan imannya. Adapun kelebihan implementasi pendidikan akidah di Kuttab yaitu anak-anak sudah mulai terbentuk akidah sesuai dengan usianya. Sedangkan kekurangannya yaitu penerapan serta pemahaman pendidikan akidah di Kuttab belum menyeluruh dan sependapat pada semua guru serta lingkungan yang tidak mendukung dengan  konsep-konsep yang telah ditanamkan di Kuttab.
