Vocational Senior High School of Muhammadiyah 2 Sukoharjo, opens Student Scholarship of Bidik Misi to accept new students in every admission period of academic year. This school has difficulty to decide the candidates of scholarship grantee. In this research, there is solution by creating selection system to select the candidate of scholarship grantee using Simple Additive Weighting method. This research uses parents’ income, family living cost, students’ grades, and students’ achievement. This research also uses a Usecase Diagram to design the system. To test the system, this research uses Blackbox testing method. There are 25 valid questions in research result so that this application is suitable to select the new students. Based in its result, additive simple weighting method can be used as a method to support decision, especially in the selection of scholarship grantee candidates.Keywords: Simple Additive Weighting, Decision Support System, New student selection.

New Student Admission (PSB) is an annual program held by the school to get students, according to the criteria desired by the school. One of alternatif method to determine the ranking of prospective new students is to use the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. To reduce the subjectivity that arises in the use of the SAW method, a correlation analysis technique is used which is useful for knowing the level of correlation of each criterion on new student admissions. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the parents' income criteria had the highest weight (0.851), followed by math scores (0.845), English scores (0.831), physics scores (0.577), physical ability (0.539), and finally student interest (0.282). Meanwhile, the results based on ranking using the SAW method showed that students A3 (Alternatif 3) had the largest V1 value compared to other alternatifs, which was 3.54. So it can be concluded that A3 are students with the best final scores compared to other students.

This research was conducted by using a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The quantitative approach was chosen to be tested theories by examining and measuring variables in the form of relationships, differences, influences, contributions, and the others. The research was carried out by describing the students acquisition data on the new student admission (PPDB) using zoning system based on the academic year 2019-2020 and the student acquisition data on the academic year PPDB 2018-2019 as a comparison. Based on the results of the study, the new students of PPDB using zoning system was considered lower in terms of economic and educational background of parents. There were more parents with less education (elementary & junior high school) in the zoning system than in the rayon system, whereas parents with higher education in the zoning system were fewer than the rayon system.  Likewise, in terms of income, there were more people with the low income in the zoning system than in the rayon system, and those having high income were fewer than in the rayon system. The study showed that the intelligence and the result of National Examination Score (NUN) in the zoning system is lower than in the rayon system. The intelligent level of the students in the zoning system is mostly dominated by the scores under 90-109, while in the rayon system were dominated by the scores above 90-109.  The National Examination Scores (NUN) in the zoning system were evenly distributed from a range of scores 0 to 30, while in the rayon system the scores were dominated by a range of scores 28-30, with the lowest score 24.

This study aims to compare the selection of private homeschool teachers using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weight Product (WP) algorithms, the criteria that have been taken by the author to calculate their weight in selecting private teachers who excel and provide convenience with an assessment based on criteria. In this effort, the authors can build a private teacher selection system with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) algorithm to find the total weights of the teacher performance rating for each alternative on all attributes and compare it to the Weight Product (WP) algorithm using the multiplication technique to link the attribute rating. where the attribute type rating must be ranked first with the associated weight attribute. Clustering is an algorithm in a decision support system that functions to organize an object into groups of data. In the clustering process, of course, a cluster centre is needed by the desired data group. However, the clustering process has a problem. Related research states that the results of k-means clustering can influence the selection of cluster centre points. Random selection of cluster centre points can result in different clustering results in the same data group. Not only on k-means, but k-medoids also have the same problem. So that to produce a good cluster, you must start by choosing the right cluster centre. To solve this problem, the Simple Additive Weighting method is used to select the centre point of the cluster. Simple Additive Weighting selects the centre point of the cluster by adding and summarizing the dataset. The summation is done by giving weight to each criterion and each criterion has its alternative value. From this weighted addition, the final value will be obtained. From the sum of SAW, then one of the objects with the highest and lowest values ​​can be taken to serve as the centre of the cluster.

The principal is a teacher who is given an additional assignment to be a leader in a school, the task of the principal can regulate, control and empower the community in the surrounding area, selection of outstanding school principals, so far both the school and Kuantan Singingi District Education Office determine the outstanding headmaster does not have an application that can simplify the work in calculating the weight value to determine the principals who are pretending, the assessment carried out so far is only manual, the application of the SAW method is used to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives - each participant will be ranked from highest to lowest. The results obtained from this study are that the system built can facilitate selection, so the selection process becomes more effective, efficient and transparent.

The purpose of this research is to design decision support system of exemplary web-based employee using SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method in capital investment and integrated service one door regency kebumen.        Calculation method used is SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. Data collection techniques used is by observation, literature study and interviews that have a close relationship with the principal problems and methods of system development used is the method of waterfall system development. From the results of research conducted found the problems such as the lack of effective selection of exemplary employees who performed because it is still manual so that the selection of exemplary employees are still not efficient. The suggestions given to overcome the problem are: 1) Need to be socialized and training to the related sections, especially on the Subdivision of Personnel and general as admin, so that information systems can be utilized properly, 2) Need a better system development for data security can be more awake.

ABSTRAK Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung salah satu institusi perguruan tinggi yang memiliki kualitas yang bagus dan memiliki potensi yang dapat menyerap mahasiswa baru berdasarkan berlimpahnya data awal yang diperoleh dari tahun ajaran 2013/2014 sampai dengan 2016/2017, dengan tahapan seleksi penerimaan yang banyak bahkan mahasiswa baru yang terserap beberapa tahun terakhir mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan.Dalam penelitian dilakukan analisa perbandingan algoritma fuzzy logic metode Tsukamoto, Sugeno dan Mamdani untuk memprediksi jumlah pendaftar untuk tahun kedepan dilihat dari jumlah mahasiswa yang lulus dan registrasi dari tahun sebelumnya dan dalam membandingkan perhitungannya menggunakan nilai rata-rata dari hasil yang diperoleh pada ketiga metode fuzzy tersebut dengan aplikasi berbasis web.Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dihitung bahwa metode fuzzy Mamdani mempunyai tingkat error yang lebih kecil sebesar 19,76% dibandingkan dengan metode Tsukamoto sebesar 39,03% dan Sugeno sebesar 86,41% pada prediksi jumlah pendaftar mahasiswa baru.   ABSTRACT State Islamic University (UIN) Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung one of the university institutions that have good quality and has the potential to absorb new students based on the abundance of preliminary data obtained from the academic year 2013/2014 until 2016/2017, with the selection selection stage Which many new students even absorbed in the last few years have increased and decreased. In the research, comparative analysis of fuzzy logic algorithm of Tsukamoto, Sugeno and Mamdani method is used to predict the number of applicants for the next year seen from the number of students who graduated and registration from the previous year and in comparing the calculation uses the average value of the results obtained in the three fuzzy methods with web-based applications. Introduction of New Student Campus Life (INSCL) is an introduction to study programs and educational programs, scientific culture and fostering student activities in universities for new students. This research is motivated by the problem of selecting students who will become Official Leaders often do not meet the criteria needed by student affairs and hinder the performance of student affairs. To overcome this problem a Decision Support System (SPK) is needed which is expected to solve problems in selecting the best Official Leader with the TOPSIS method with assessment criteria, namely GPA, Semester, Organizational Experience, Discipline, Integrity (Seriousness). The results of the application of the TOPSIS method in this study were the selection of the eight highest ranking alternatives, namely A10, A9, A8, A2, A3, A6, A7, A1 to become Official Leaders on PKKMB in AMIK and STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar.

One of the important things in university management is the selection process for new students. Management of new student admissions needs to be planned, communicated, and implemented properly to obtain new students who meet the quantity and quality targets. The selection process for new students must follow the rules contained in Permendikbud No. 3 of 2020 concerning National Standards for Higher Education in Indonesia. This study aims to develop a model for evaluating the new student selection portal that has been developed at Tarumanagara University under the name Go Untar, where the implementation refers to Permendikbud No. 3 of 2020. Go Untar has been used as a communication portal and selection of prospective new students since 2020. The method used in this study refers to the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) model developed by Davis, 1985 and combined with the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology model (UTAUT) by Venkatesh et.al., 2003, to obtain a combination model to evaluate Go Untar. The results shows that the TAM API 2021 model, which was developed from the modification of the two TAM models above, can be used to analyze the effectiveness and convenience of Go Untar in the selection process for new students at Tarumanagara University. The results of the model application to evaluate Go Untar application show that Go Untar application is useful for registering new students quickly and effectively, as well as able to see accurate selection results. Go Untar is easily accessible and can be used properly as a medium of communication and selection of new students, starting from account creation, data entry process, selection, and real time selection results. Go Untar is effective in facilitating digital communication between prospective new students and administrators. The results of this study will be a reference in further development. Salah satu hal penting dalam pengelolaan perguruan tinggi adalah proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru. Pengelolaan penerimaan mahasiswa baru perlu direncanakan, dikomunikasikan dan dilaksanakan dengan baik, sehingga memperoleh mahasiswa baru yang memenuhi target kuantitas dan kualitas. Proses seleksi mahasiswa baru harus mengikuti aturan yang ada dalam Permendikbud No. 3 Tahun 2020 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model untuk mengevaluasi portal seleksi mahasiswa baru yang telah dikembangkan di Universitas Tarumanagara dengan nama Go Untar, dimana implementasinya merujuk pada Permendikbud No. 3 Tahun 2020. Go Untar telah digunakan sebagai portal komunikasi dan seleksi calon mahasiswa baru sejak tahun 2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merujuk pada Model TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) yang dikembangkan oleh Davis, 1985 dan dikombainasikan dengan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) oleh Venkatesh et.al., 2003, sehingga diperoleh model kombinasi untuk mengevaluasi Go Untar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Model TAM API 2021 yang dikembangkan dari modifikasi dua model TAM di atas, dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis keefektifan dan kemudahana Go Untar dalam proses seleksi mahasiswa baru di Universitas Tarumanagara. Hasil aplikasi model yang telah dikembangkan untuk mengevaluasi aplikasi Go Untar menunjukan bahwa aplikasi Go Untar yang telah dikembangkan bermanfaat untuk melakukan registrasi dengan cepat, efektif, dan dapat melihat hasil yang akurat. Go Untar mudah diakses dan dapat digunakan dengan baik sebagai media komunikasi dan seleksi mahasiswa baru, mulai dari pembuatan akun, proses pengisian data, seleksi dan hasil seleksi yang real time. Hal ini sangat bermanfaat bagi calon mahasiswa baru dan admin untuk berkomunikasi secara digital. Hasil penelitian ini akan menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan selanjutnya.

Abstract The scholarship is a form of giving the material, besides being able to encourage the students to be more active, to support the progress of the education world, to sharpen themselves to become a qualified student, and also to provide the relief in paying tuition fee for the students. STMIK Tunas Bangsa holds a scholarship program for outstanding and underprivileged students by fulfilling the requirements that must be met. This is where the campus conducts selection to determine who is eligible to receive the scholarship. In the process of selection of scholarship recipients is needed a method of decision-making scholarship. One of the methods that can be used for decision support systems is by applying the Fuzzy MADM (Multiple Attribute Decission Making) method. To perform the calculation on this method using SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. This method is chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the intended alternative is that eligible to receive scholarship based on the criteria specified.
