This study aims to analyze the influence of community participation, the role of the village government, the original income from the tourism sector on the welfare of the community in Cibuntu and Citundun Tourism Villages. Data was taken from 100 respondents in each village and using simple random sampling technique. The results show that the village government and the number of tourist visits have a significant effect on the Cibuntu community, while community participation and village original income from the tourism sector have no significant effect. The results of the analysis in Citundun Village showed that the variables of community participation and the role of the village government had a significant effect on community welfare, while number of tourist visits and income from tourism sector did not influence Community welfare. The results of the analysis also showed that the influence of variables under study on community welfare was 21.6%, while the remaining 78.4% was influenced by other variables, not discussed in this study. while in Citundun it was 16.6%, and the remaining 83.4% was influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

The objective of this study is to know the shape and the role of level of community participation in conservation programs Maleo (Macrocephalon maleo) in Mataindo Vilage, the research was conducted in Mataindo Vilage, sub distric Pinolosian Tengah, districs Bolaang Mongondow Selatan. The data collections have done by interviews. To specify of the sample to be interview are using the method simple random sampling. That the sampling of community randomly. With the total sample of 20 of respondents is obtained. Respondents interviewed were respondents lived 20 - 40 years old, age 41 - 50 years old, and 51 years and older. Mataindo village directly adjacent to the village Torosik in the east, west to the village Lungkap, south Maluku Sea, and north to the village of North Mataindo. The total area of the village of Mataindo is ± 3500 m² of the area of the District Middle Pinolosian. At this stage of planning with a form of activity following the meeting, to provide suggestion/ ideas, and get involved in decision making and implementation phase in the form of activity of making hathceries (nesting place) and plantation product (post-harvest) as well as monitoring activities. Based on the role of the level of community participation in the in conservation program maleo in Mataindo for village the planning, implementation and monitoring of are categorized be in between the active enough and activie.

Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning villages is the starting point for villages to manage their government independently. However, in the management of government, many villages are still weak in implementing good governance, so that it has an impact on their performance. This study specifically wants to examine the role of good governance in improving the performance of village governments. This study examines the principles of good governance, transparency, accountability, community participation and fairness towards village government performance. The population of this research is the village government in the Meranti Islands Regency. The sampling technique used was area sampling, so that a total sample size of 31 villages was obtained in Tebing Tinggi, Tebing Tinggi Barat and Rangsang Barat, Meranti Islands Regency. Data was collected through a survey by distributing questionnaires to respondents consisting of the village head, village secretary, head of financial affairs and head of general affairs. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 23.0. The results showed that transparency, accountability, community participation and justice had a positive effect on the performance of the village government.  This indicates that increased transparency, accountability, community participation and justice will improve the performance of village government in Meranti Regency. The research supports the stewardship theory that the village government will act to fulfill the interests of the village community.

Backgroumnd The BKB important to enhance resistance family esp in the role of optimize growth and development for children under five. A lack of understanding of the toddler mother BKB can cause the toddler did not attend BKB. The purpose of research is analyzing the information about BKB effects on knowledge about and liveliness mother in activities in the village in BKB Keras Diwek Jombang district. Methods Design used the model one group post pra-test test design. Population is all mother bulan-36 have children age 3 months. Sampling technique using a technique simple random sampling with large samples from 60 respondents. Independen variable is knowledge and liveliness mother in BKB activities before it was given information about BKB and variable dependen knowledge and liveliness mother in BKB activities after given information about BKB. An instrument use questionnaire sheets. Statistical tests use the wilcoxon on the mistake level (α) 0,05. The results of the study before given information obtained almost all respondents prescience enough 49 as many as percent of respondents (81,7) and the majority of respondents active BKB 33 activities as many as percent of respondents (55), after counseling and have found the majority of respondents prescience enough 44 as many as percent of respondents (73,3) and the majority of respondents in the active BKB 33 as many as percent of respondents (55). The analysis result of knowledge or value p-value 0,005 and liveliness value p-value 0,000 Conclusion  the value of p-value 0,005 and 0,000 < 0.05 , so h0 were rejected and h1 received which would mean there are the information about BKB effects on knowledge about and liveliness mother in activities in the village in BKB Keras Diwek Jombang district. Suggestion Enough mother and knowledge about BKB made mother and capable of change behavior to actively in the BKB. Keywords: information, BKB, knowledge, liveliness ABSTRAK Latar Belakang Program BKB penting untuk meningkatkan ketahanan keluarga khususnya dalam peran mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak balita. Kurangnya pemahaman ibu balita tentang BKB dapat menyebabkan ibu balita tidak mengikuti BKB.Tujuan penelitiannya adalah menganalisis pengaruh penyuluhan tentang BKB terhadap pengetahuan dan keaktifan ibu dalam kegiatan BKB di Desa Keras Kecamatan Diwek Kabupaten Jombang.Metode Desain penelitian menggunakan model one group pra-test post test desain. Populasinya adalah semua ibu yang memiliki anak usia 3 bulan-36 bulan. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan besar sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Variabel independennya adalah pengetahuan dan keaktifan ibu dalam kegiatan BKB sebelum diberikan penyuluhan tentang BKB dan variabel dependennya pengetahuan dan keaktifan ibu dalam kegiatan BKB sesudah diberikan penyuluhan tentang BKB. Instrumen menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Uji statistik menggunakan uji wilcoxon dengan tingkat kesalahan (α) 0,05.Hasil penelitian sebelum diberi penyuluhan didapatkan hampir seluruh responden pengetahuannya cukup sebanyak 49 responden (81,7%) dan sebagian besar responden aktif kegiatan BKB sebanyak 33 responden (55%), sedangkan sesudah diberi penyuluhan didapatkan sebagian besar responden pengetahuannya cukup sebanyak 44 responden (73,3%) dan sebagian besar responden aktif dalam kegiatan BKB sebanyak 33 responden (55%). Hasil analisa pengetahuan didapatkan nilai p-value 0,005 dan keaktifan  nilai p-value 0,000, karena nilai p-value 0,005 dan 0,000 < 0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima.Kesimpulan ada pengaruh penyuluhan tentang BKB terhadap pengetahuan dan keaktifan ibu dalam kegiatan BKB di Desa Keras Kecamatan Diwek Kabupaten Jombang.Saran Pengetahuan cukup ibu balita tentang BKB menjadikan ibu balita mampu merubah perilaku untuk  aktif dalam kegiatan BKB. Kata kunci: penyuluhan, BKB, pengetahuan, keaktifan

The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of legal role of the Village consultative Agency (BPD) in the development of the village according to UU.No. 6 year 2014 about village (Kahianga Village study) and to find out the factors that inhibit the role of the Village consultative Agency (BPD) in development in the village Kahianga East Tomia District. The data collection techniques used more on observation, a dandokumentation interview. The conclusion of this research is the effectiveness of legal role of the village consultative body (bpd) Kahianga in the case that legislation does not go as it should, proved in the absence of the rules that are issued, in the meantime in the case of the function budgeting bpd goes well, proved by always involved in the budget discussion meetings that are done with the principle of transparency and supervision function bpd also goes well seen with the active bpd in surveillance of the village's income and expenditure budget and factors that become constraints BPD Kahianga in the development of the village namely the community participation Kahianga Village to the development program is still relatively low, the level of education is relatively low is a BPD inhibitors communicate well and able to analyze the aspirations or what the next community is in coordinate with the village government and the pattern of parallel relations between the BPD and the village head in the village government , it turns out that in the implementation is colored by the practices of working relationships that are less harmonious and leads to the occurrence of conflicts and shows the tendency to dominate the village chief of the BPD.

Background:Exclusive breastfeeding is a breastfeeding exclusively without any food or other additional beverages starting from newborns to 6 months old baby. Data from Indonesia Health Profile of 2014 states that infants receiving Exclusive Breast Milk in Indonesia only reach 41.67%. Objectives: To analyze the relationship between maternal knowledge, education, and exclusive breastfeeding among mothers in the village of Kedung Rejo, Waru Sub-district, Sidoarjo District.Methods: This research was descriptive analytic study using cross sectional design. The population of this study was mothers who has infants aged 6-12 months in Kedungrejo Village Waru Sub-district Sidoarjo District. Sample was selected using simple random sampling technique involving 31 people. Data analysis was tested using Fisher's exact test.Results:The results showed that the prevalence of exclusive breastfeeding in Kedungrejo Village, Waru Sub-district was 29%. The results of tests using Fisher's Exact showed that mother's knowledge and education were not related to exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged 6-12 months.Conclusion: There was no significant association between maternal knowledge, education and exclusive breastfeeding practices among mothers.ABSTRAKLatar Belakang:ASI Eksklusif adalah memberi Air Susu Ibu secara Ekslusif tanpa ada makanan atau minuman tambahan lainnya yang mulai dilakukan saat bayi baru lahir sampai bayi berumur 6 bulan. Data dari Profil Kesehatan Indonesia tahun 2014 menyatakan bahwa bayi yang menerima ASI Eksklusif di Indonesia hanya sebesar 41,67%.Tujuan: Mengetahui pengetahuan ibu dan pendidikan ibu hubungannya dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif di desa Kedung rejo, Kecamatan Waru, Kabupaten Sidoarjo.Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini merupakan ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 6-12 bulan di Desa Kedungrejo Kecamatan Waru Kabupaten Sidoarjo  yang dipilih secara simple random sampling  sebanyak  31 orang. Data kemudian dikumpulkan dan diuji dengan menggunakan uji Fisher’s Excact.Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi pemberian ASI Ekslusif di Desa Kedungrejo Kecamatan Waru Kabupaten  yaitu hanya 29%. Hasil uji dengan menggunakan Fisher’s Exact menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan pendidikan ibu tidak berhubungan terhadap pemberian ASI Ekslusif pada bayi usia 6-12 bulan.Kesimpulan:Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu, pendidikan dan praktik pemberian ASI eksklusif di kalangan ibu.

A fundamental change in the government system in Indonesia after the reforms is the implementation of decentralization and real regional autonomy. Giving village funds is a form of fulfilling the village's rights for the implementation of its own autonomy to grow and develop following diversity, participation, autonomy, empowerment, democratization of the community and increasing the role of the village government in order to provide services and improve the welfare of the community in areas that are adrift . Therefore, this study aims to reveal the impact of village fund policies on improving people's welfare and reducing unemployment in Ponggok Village, Tegalrejo Village, and Kalangan Klaten Village. Ponggok village was chosen because it is a pilot village that has managed to manage village funds provided for the welfare of its people. Ponggok Village uses its village funds to provide infrastructure to support the sustainability of Ponggok Tourism Village, conduct training programs, toilets for each house, as well as other assistance that can improve the welfare of its citizens, and the entire community participates in the programs. As a result, the program can significantly reduce unemployment. Tegalrejo Village uses its village funds to improve village infrastructure and train its community. Desa Kalangan uses its village funds to improve village infrastructure, reforestation, training and community development. However, the results of the management of the village fund of the two villages have not been able to improve the economy and reducing unemployment, due to the lack of community participation in the programs being implemented. Keywords: regional autonomy, village funds, community welfare, unemployment

Involving the community in the process and business development of tourism will be able to foster a sense of ownership and responsibility so that people take care of and preserve the beauty of these attractions. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of community participation in the management of Tretes Taman Tani tourism in Samiran Selo Boyolali Village. This type of research is a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical methods. Data was collected using interview techniques and field observations and documentation, while also utilizing data from books, journals, theses, theses, dissertations, newspapers, the internet, and other relevant materials. The results of his research are the management of the Tretes Taman Tani tourist attraction involving the participation of the village government, landowners and the community in this case involving youth organizations. Community participation is shown by their active participation in managing the parking lot, entrance window, managing the hall and canteen. The role of the government is expected to be a facilitator by giving a greater role and benefit to the community as well as providing an opportunity to channel aspirations or suggestions as well as criticism of the development activities of these attractions. Tourism education needs to be given to the community. Increasing cooperation between tourism institutions, which aims to increase the promotion of Tretes Taman Tani tourism. And people should be more creative in organizing and innovating their products and stall layout arrangements to beautify and provide comfort to the region

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play a large role in the economic development of each country. This can be seen from their contribution to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). In addition, the existence of impact on the development of several countries, especially small and developing countries. This study was conducted with the aim of exploring the influence of skills, knowledge and abilities on the performance of SMEs with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was SMEs domiciled in Dili, Timor-Leste and the sampling Method was simple random sampling technique. The data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 250 units of SMEs business owners and managers. The measurement scale Used was a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 23 with multiple regression analysis. The results of the F test (Simultaneous) analysis show that the skills (X1), knowledge (X2) and ability (X3) have positive and significant effects on SMEs’ performance (Y). While t test (Partial) results show skills is positive, but Do not significantly influence SMEs performance while knowledge and abilities show positive and significant effects on SMEs performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Factors (Original Village Income, Transfer Funds, Other Income, Village Expenditures and Extra Time Budget Calculation / SiLPA) and Non-Financial Factors (Area of Village Area, Number of Population, Size of Village Government, Educational Background of Village Head, and Term of Office village head) on the Financial Performance of the Village Government in the nagari in Tanah Datar District in 2016-2018. The data use secondary data. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling method with a total sample of 47 villages with a period of time of 3 years. Analysis of the data using multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that Original Village Income, Transfer Funds, and Size of Village Government had a negative and significant effect on the Financial Performance of the Village Government. Village Expenditures Government had a positive and significant effect on the Financial Performance of the Village Government. Other Income, Extra Time Budget Calculation/SiLPA, Area of Village Area, Number of Population, Educational Background of Village Head, and Term of Office village head had no effect onthe Financial Performance of the Village Government.

The objective of this study is analyzed the impact of organizational culture, training, and leadership on the work performance of civil workers in financial and development supervisory agency. This research uses an associative approach with simple random sampling technique which is measured by SEM using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The population of this study was 330 civil workers in Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). The results of the study shown that the Organizational Culture Variables did not significantly influence work Performance of the civil worker in Financial and Development Supervisory Agency, but do not pass the reliability test. Training Variables have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the civil workers. Leadership variables have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the civil workers in Financial and Development Supervisory Agency.
