This study aims to determine how the implementation process of adoptions that occurred in the Religious Court of Semarang, and what is the reason for the judge to give authority to the prospective adoptive parents. In answer to this problem the authors conducted a sociological juridical research, namely by conducting direct research and find data related to this study directly in the field, and also based on legislation regarding adoption. This is to obtain primary data and secondary data, using data collection techniques are observation, interview, and literature study. The data obtained in the analysis using qualitative analytical methods and presented descriptively.Based on the results of research that has been done in the Religious Court of Semarang, we can conclude that 1) the implementation of the adoption of the Religious Court of Semarang is done by people who are Moslem. Filing the petition has been set by the Religious Court of Semarang through 3 stages and was previously submitted to the Department of Social Welfare. 2) Determination of adoption set based on consideration of the judge with reference to the legislation and personal data information provided by the applicant.Keywords: Implementation; Adoption; Religious Court.

The activity of exploiting the potential of capture fisheries in the waters of West Aceh still depends a lot on the simple fishing technology. Common types of fishing gear used in West Aceh are beach seines, fishing rods, gill nets and traps. One of the success factors for fishing with traps is bait. Many previous researchers have examined traps regarding the different types of bait used. Therefore, the researcher has an idea about trap arresting devices, making renewable innovations by utilizing the light placed in the traps to lure fish to gather and enter the trap. Light is a tool to collect fish into catchable areas. The type of lamp used in this study is underwater lamps. This LED lamp is a type of lamp that is durable, energy efficient, environmentally friendly, efficient and inexpensive. The purpose of this study is to get a construction and determine the effectiveness of underwater lamps that are designed and get more catches. The research method used in this activity is a tool design method. This research was initiated by designing, making and testing tools in the laboratory and field. Data collection was carried out using descriptive methods and statistical analysis. The type of data needed in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is collected by making direct measurements with related parameters such as measurements of light illumination, bubu construction, operational costs, fishing time and the type and composition of fish catches. Whereas secondary data collection by means of literature study. Data analysis used is descriptive method using data tabulation and graphical methods based on the results obtained.

The purpose of this researchment is to ascertain how wide the farming of species Saccharun Edule Hasskarl (terubuk) in sub district Tosa, district of East Tidore of Tidore Island through the indicator of the value revenue, production and selling prices so that the farmers will achieve The Break Event Point (BEP). The research method was used a quantitative method with the number of samples of 30 people. The determination of the sample method is using the census method or involving all members of the population into a sample of researchment. The secondary data collection was done by using library literature in the form of document review and relevant references to research object while primary data collection was done by using questionnaire. The data is using equation R /C Ratio, BEP Revenue, BEP Price, and BEP Production. Therefore from the results of the researchment it can be explained that the two of the thirty farmers come through the break event point, while the other twenty-eight farmers declared having a business that worth to be develop or experiencing profit, because the R/C ratio is above 1.0 with average profit reach Rp. 989.000, - per production / farmer.

Perceptions of pedestrian convenience on the pedestrian path of Gajah Mada Street Denpasar. Gajah Mada Street as an economic and tourist area requires good and comfortable physical infrastructure to support easy accessibility and circulation of visitors to the area. One of the physical infrastructures is a pedestrian lanewhich functions as an access to support pedestrian activities. The purpose of this study was to identify the physical conditions of the pedestrian paths and to determine the perception of pedestrian comfort on the pedestrian path at Gajah Mada Street. The research method used in this research is a survey method byperforming primary data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and secondary data through literature study. Based on the research conducted, it is known that there are physical conditions and supporting facilities for the damaged pedestrian paths, in the form of materials and street furniture such as: seats, trash cans and roadside plants. Based on the assessment of perceptional respondents about the condition of pedestrian path has been considered comfortable and safe. The suggestion of this research is that it is necessary to improve the physical condition of the damaged pedestrians. The purpose of improving pedestrian facilities and infrastructure is to facilitate the pedestrians in order to be comfortable and safe in carrying outactivities on the pedestrian path.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pola rantai distribusi perikanan, margin keuntungan setiap pelaku tata niaga perikanan, dan mencarikan model distribusi alternatif untuk perikanan tangkap laut di Kabupaten Kendal. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif guna untuk mengetahui pola rantai distribusi perikanan, margin pemasaran, dan penentuan model distribusi alternatif. Jenis data yaitu data sekunder, dan data primer yang di ambil langsung dari 93 nelayan, 50 pedagang pengecer, 35 pedagang sedang, dan 10 pedagang besar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu interview, kuesioner, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu sekurang-kurangnya terdapat tiga pola distribusi namun hanya ada dua pola yang paling dominan yaitu pola pertama: nelayan ke pedagang sedang ke pedagang besar ke pabrik atau pasar tradisional. Pola yang kedua yaitu nelayan ke pedagang sedang ke pedagang pengecer ke konsumen akhir. Margin pemasaran untuk Cumi-cumi tertinggi terjadi pada pedagang besar (21%), Pedagang sedang (8,6%), dan pedagang pengecer (5,7%). Udang tertinggi pada pedagang besar (13,7%), pedagang sedang (5%), pedagang pengecer (3,9%). Ikan Kembung tertinggi pada pedagang besar (31%), pedagang pengecer (11%), pedagang sedang (9%).     The purpose of this research is to know the pattern of fishery distribution chain, profit margin of every fishery trading actors, and to find alternative distribution model for marine catch fishery in Kendal Regency. The method used is quantitative descriptive approach in order to know the pattern of fishery distribution chain, marketing margin, and the determination of alternative distribution model. The types of data are secondary data, and primary data taken directly from 93 fishermen, 50 retailers, 35 medium traders, and 10 wholesalers. Data collection techniques used were interview, questionnaire, observation, and literature study. The result of this research is that there are at least three distribution patterns but there are only two most dominant patterns, namely the first pattern: fishermen to medium traders to wholesalers to factories or traditional markets. The second pattern is the fisherman to the merchant is to the retailer to the end consumer. The highest marketing margin for Squid occurred in wholesalers (21%), Traders (8.6%), and retailers (5.7%). The highest shrimp on wholesalers (13.7%), medium traders (5%), retailers (3.9%). The highest stocks were in big traders (31%), retailers (11%), traders (9%).

The problem that occurs is how the indigenous people of swamps interpret the lack of management territory, the loss of livelihood resources and organize themselves to seize opportunities for management rights. The problem of customary land and indigenous peoples above, the researchers felt the need to study more deeply on the Determination of Indigenous Areas and Customary Law Communities in Penyengat Village, Sungai Apit Subdistrict, Siak Regency, Based on the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 52 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for the Recognition and Protection of Indigenous Peoples. This type of research is sociological, so the data source used is primary data from interviews, secondary data from libraries and tertiary data from dictionaries, media, and encyclopedias. Data collection techniques are done by observation, interviews, and literature review.

Pejukutan Village has very good natural and maritime potential, one of which is Atuh Beach's tourism potential which has a white sand beach with very good reefs, Melonteng Hill, Tree House, Diamond Clip besides that at Atuh Beach, there are 4 (four) islands large coral, namely Batu Melawang or Pepadasan Island, Batu Paon Island, Batu Abah Island and Batu Jineng Island, this is one of the attractions of Atuh Beach. In this study, the data obtained by way, observation, in-depth interviews, documentation studies, literature study. Using data types in the form of qualitative and quantitative, while the data source in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis and analysis SWOT matrix (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). The results research is Atuh Beach as a marine tourism and natural tourism with the potential possessed such as the scenery possessed by Atuh Beach which is flanked by two hills from the left and right, underwater scenery, has coral islands such as Batu Melawang Island or Pepadasan ( Batu Bolong), Batu Paon Island, Batu Abah Island and Batu Jineng Island, Melonteng Hill, Throwing Tree House and Diamond Clip. the people of Pcantutan Village are mostly farmers. Aside from being a farmer in the Potanutan Village community, they are also craftsmen in weaving and raising livestock. <p>Abstract<br />This article aims to find out why a marriage agreement should be registered to the Department of Population and Civil Registration, and find out what if the marriage agreement is not registered. This research is a descriptive empirical legal research. The types of data used consist of primary data, secondary data including primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, tertiary legal materials. The location of this research is in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Surakarta. Data collection techniques used are interviews and literature study. Analysis of data used is with the data collection stage in the study sites and analyzed more thoroughly, then after presented the verification and drawn a conclusion. Based on the results of the study the conclusions are derived, First, the marriage agreement needs to be registered because the marriage agreement is an orderly administration of population, to fulfill the principle of publicity and binding on third parties, as a means of verification and judge consideration in court, as a measure of public legal awareness. Second, a marriage agreements which is not registered to the Department of Population and Civil Registration will apply only to the party that created it, and will not bind on any third party.</p><p>Keywords: Legal Power; Marriage Agreement; Registration of Marriage Agreement.</p><p>Abstrak<br />Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  perjanjian perkawinan harus dicatatkan ke Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil, dan mengetahui apabila perjanjian perkawinan tersebut tidak didaftarkan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer, data sekunder yang mencakup bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder, bahan hukum tersier. Lokasi penelitian ini berada di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan tahap pengumpulan data di lokasi penelitian dan dianalisis secara lebih teliti, kemudian setelah tersaji dilakukan verifikasi dan ditarik sebuah kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dihasilkan simpulan, Kesatu, perjanjian perkawinan perlu dicatatkan karena perjanjian perkawinan sebagai tertib administrasi kependudukan, untuk memenuhi asas publisitas dan mengikat pihak ketiga, sebagai alat pembuktian dan pertimbangan hakim didalam persidangan, sebagai alat ukur kesadaran hukum masyarakat. Kedua, perjanjian perkawinan yang tidak dicatatkan ke Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil hanya akan berlaku bagi pihak yang membuatnya, dan<br />tidak mengikat pihak ketiga.</p><p>Kata Kunci: Kekuatan Hukum; Perjanjian Perkawinan; Pencatatan Perjanjian Perkawinan</p>

This paper aims to examine non-physical loss in land procurement based on justice value. This study was conducted considering many problems arising from the current phenomenon in which people of Indonesia have not got their rights fairly. Whereas in the mandate of Constitution Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution states that the earth and water and natural resources contained therein are controlled by the state and used for the greatest prosperity of the people. The primary data was obtained from direct interviews with related parties, while secondary data were obtained from literature study. The result shows that people's behavior is strongly influenced by the culture exists in society. The culture of society includes religious values and social values. Government recognition by paying attention to the values in society in the determination of non-physical compensation will prevent prolonged conflicts that occur in the process of land acquisition for the public interest, and there are still many articles that need to be reviewed that immediately review the Article 33 letter f, Article 42 Paragraph 1 jo Article 43 UUPT Year 2012 to better reflect justice for eligible citizens and communities affected by development for the public interest.

Kecamatan Sanden Kabupaten Bantul Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta memiliki potensi perikanan yang cukup besar yang masih dapat dikembangkan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi perikanan meliputi SDA, SDM, dan kondisi perikanan di Kecamatan Sanden. Metode analisis deskriptif ini digunakan untuk data kualitatif yang disajikan dalam bentuk uraian dan tabulasi sederhana seperti tabel, diagram, grafik. Data yang dikumpulkan yaitu berupa data primer dan data sekunder, data primer dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, kuisioner dengan observasi langsung ke lapangan sedangkan data sekunder dengan cara studi literatur. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Sanden pada tanggal 1 sampai dengan 30 Oktober 2019. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa potensi dalam bidang perikanan yang ada di Kecamatan Sanden yaitu budidaya, pengolahan dan penangkapan ikan. Kecamatan Sanden memiliki jumlah RTP sebanyak 219 dan didominasi oleh pembudidaya ikan. Teknologi yang digunakan dalam semua bidang RTP yaitu tradisional, baik budidaya, pengolahan maupun penangkapan. Permasalahan yang ditemukan yaitu kurangnya relasi pemasaran yang hanya mengandalkan tengkulak, maka dari itu perlunya peningkatan relasi pemasaranan melalui dukungan pemerintah setempat.Sanden District, Bantul Regency which located in Yogyakarta Special Region has quite a large of potential for fishery development. The aim of this research was to identify fishery potential by including (i) natural resouces (SDA), (ii) human resources (SDM), and (iii) fishery condition in Sanden Sub-district itself. This mixed-method (qualitative descriptive + survey) research represented descriptions and tabulations (e.g. table, diagram, and chart) for data analysis. Moreover, data collection methods of this research could be divided into two categories; primary methods of data collection and secondary methods of data collection. The primary data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and observations. While the secondary data was collected through a literature study. This research was conducted in Sanden District from 1st to 30th October 2019. Based on data analysis that had been done, the result showed that the potential of fishery sector in Sanden District are aquaculture, fishing, and fish processing. This sub-districts have 219 of fishing households (RTP) which dominated by fish cultures. Furthermore, all households (RTP) had been applying traditional technology for their aquaculture, fishing, and fish processing. However, there are some issues in marketing relations in which role of fish cultures were not stand out and could only rely on their wholesalers. Therefore, role of local goverment must be involved in order to overcome the issues in marketing relations.

This study aims to analyze the competitiveness of soybean farming in Landawe District, North Konawe Regency. The study was conducted in December 2019. The population in the study were all soybean farmers, amounting to 49 people. Determination of the sample using the census method. Types and sources of data in the study include primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in research are direct interviews with respondents and literature studies. Variables in the study include revenue, tradable inputs, non-tradable inputs, production, private prices, and social prices. Analysis of the data used is the Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM). The results showed that soybean farming in Landawe Subdistrict, North Konawe District has competitive competitiveness, which is the value of the ratio of private costs (Private Cost Ratio) of 0.30 smaller than one, which means that to produce a product requires a smaller additional cost. However, it does not have comparative competitiveness because the value of the ratio of domestic resource cost ratio is greater than one, namely 5.07 which means inefficient farming
