Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pola rantai distribusi perikanan, margin keuntungan setiap pelaku tata niaga perikanan, dan mencarikan model distribusi alternatif untuk perikanan tangkap laut di Kabupaten Kendal. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif guna untuk mengetahui pola rantai distribusi perikanan, margin pemasaran, dan penentuan model distribusi alternatif. Jenis data yaitu data sekunder, dan data primer yang di ambil langsung dari 93 nelayan, 50 pedagang pengecer, 35 pedagang sedang, dan 10 pedagang besar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu interview, kuesioner, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu sekurang-kurangnya terdapat tiga pola distribusi namun hanya ada dua pola yang paling dominan yaitu pola pertama: nelayan ke pedagang sedang ke pedagang besar ke pabrik atau pasar tradisional. Pola yang kedua yaitu nelayan ke pedagang sedang ke pedagang pengecer ke konsumen akhir. Margin pemasaran untuk Cumi-cumi tertinggi terjadi pada pedagang besar (21%), Pedagang sedang (8,6%), dan pedagang pengecer (5,7%). Udang tertinggi pada pedagang besar (13,7%), pedagang sedang (5%), pedagang pengecer (3,9%). Ikan Kembung tertinggi pada pedagang besar (31%), pedagang pengecer (11%), pedagang sedang (9%).     The purpose of this research is to know the pattern of fishery distribution chain, profit margin of every fishery trading actors, and to find alternative distribution model for marine catch fishery in Kendal Regency. The method used is quantitative descriptive approach in order to know the pattern of fishery distribution chain, marketing margin, and the determination of alternative distribution model. The types of data are secondary data, and primary data taken directly from 93 fishermen, 50 retailers, 35 medium traders, and 10 wholesalers. Data collection techniques used were interview, questionnaire, observation, and literature study. The result of this research is that there are at least three distribution patterns but there are only two most dominant patterns, namely the first pattern: fishermen to medium traders to wholesalers to factories or traditional markets. The second pattern is the fisherman to the merchant is to the retailer to the end consumer. The highest marketing margin for Squid occurred in wholesalers (21%), Traders (8.6%), and retailers (5.7%). The highest shrimp on wholesalers (13.7%), medium traders (5%), retailers (3.9%). The highest stocks were in big traders (31%), retailers (11%), traders (9%).

Meat needs (Broilers) have increased and meat consumption is influenced by consumer preferences caused by shifting consumption patterns, and is supported by low prices compared to beef.  The shift is influenced by prices, substitute goods, tastes, season, age, education, number of dependents, income, and increasing population so that preferences, and attributes that consumers consider in buying broiler meat in traditional markets need to be studied.  The study used a purposive sampling method, with the criteria of the Adji Dilayas Sanggam Market,  Senja Market, and the Milono Market in Berau Regency, having broiler meat traders.  Determination of respondents using proportional sampling techniques, each market 12 respondents (36 respondents), meet the smallest number of traders considered to meet the minimum sample criteria.  Sources of data obtained from primary data and secondary data.  The results showed that broiler meat that has a golden color, clean skin, medium carcass size, physically not bruised, fresh meat, and especially the chest.  Chi Square analysis showed that all attributes were significantly different (p <0.05), meaning that there were differences in preferences for the attributes of broiler meat in traditional markets.  Fishbein Multiatribute Analysis proves that meat freshness, flesh color, carcass physicality, skin cleanliness, carcass size, and carcass portion are the most considered, and or not considered attributes.

This research aims to know the attitude of consumers, the level of satisfaction, and what product attributes that are considered consumers before buying the broiler carcass in traditional market of Samarinda City. The data retrieval research conducted during November 2016. The basic method of research is using descriptive method, and it’s implementation with the technique level. The location of the study was chosen intentionally in Samarinda City by taking 3 traditional markets as a sample. The determination of the number of samples is done proportionally and the technique of determining the sampling method by chance (Accidental sampling) with the number of samples of 50 respondents. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques by observation, interview, and recording. The analysis used is Fishbein Multi Attribute attitude analysis and to analyze satisfaction using Customers Satisfaction Index. The result of the research based on analysis of Fishbein Multiatribut known to consumer attribute value toward color attribute 16.80, weight (16.48), aroma (15.76), skin hygiene (14.57) and price (13.11). Based on Costumer Satification Index the level of customer satisfaction on broiler carcass is 77.11%. Result of research based on analysis of Fishbein Multi Attribute known consumer attitude toward carcass is “positive” which means consumers are well-receptive to broiler carcass in traditional markets with most attributes considered in the purchase decision of chicken carcasses in traditional markets of Samarinda City is the color of broiler carcasses. The order of attributes from the most considered to the least considered is color, carcass weight, aroma, skin hygiene and broiler carcass price. Based on Customer Satisfaction Index of consumer satisfaction level against broiler carcass is 77.11% who are satisfied category.

The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of discounting policies on sales and to determine the increase in sales of building materials at PT. BSD Building World. In this method the method used is a quantitative descriptive method that is data expressed in the form of numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of the data, and interpretation of the results that are data. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained and collected directly by people doing research in the field or those who need it. Primary data in this study are data about PT. BSD Building World and the results of interviews with related parties, while secondary data is data that is further processed into forms such as tables, graphs, diagrams and so on so that it is more informative by other parties. Secondary data, in this case, are books and online media. The results of the study show that for five years the company experienced an increase in sales. Sales in 2010 were the basis for the year and 2011 to 2014 were made into the current period, in 2011 the percentage increase was 19,70%, in 2012 amounted to 16.59%, in 2013 amounted to 17.06% and in 2014 obtained a percentage increase of 36.35%. Based on the correlation analysis it can be concluded that r = 0.910. This shows that there is a positive or very strong relationship between price cuts (X) and sales volume (Y). of r = 0.910, the coefficient of determination of (0.910) 2 x 100% = 82.81%, this shows that there is a discounted contribution in increasing sales volume at PT. World's Buildings BSD of 82.81%, while the remaining 17.91% is influenced by other factors not observed. Abstrak Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan potongan harga terhadap penjualan dan untuk mengetahui peningkatan penjualan bahan bangunan pada PT. Dunia Bangunan BSD.Pada metode ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu data yang dinyatakan dalam bentuk angka, dimulai dari pengumpulan data, penafsiran data tersebut, serta penafsiran dari hasil yang bersifat data. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer adalah data yang diperoleh dan dikumpulkan langsung oleh orang yang melakukan penelitian di lapangan atau yang bersangkutan yang memerlukannya. Data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah data tentang PT. Dunia Bangunan BSD serta hasil wawancara dengan pihak terkait, sedangkan data sekunder adalah data yang diolah lebih lanjut menjadi bentuk – bentuk seperti table, grafik, diagram dan sebagainya sehingga lebih informative oleh pihak lain. Data sekunder dalam hal ini adalah buku – buku dan media online.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan selama lima tahun perusahaan mengalami peningkatan penjualan.Penjualan pada tahun 2010 adalah menjadi dasar tahun dan tahun 2011 sampai dengan tahun 2014 dijadikan current period, pada tahun 2011 diperoleh prosentase kenaikan sebesar19,70%, pada tahun 2012 sebesar 16,59%, pada tahun 2013 sebesar 17,06% dan pada tahun 2014 diperoleh prosentase kenaikan sebesar 36,35%.Berdasarkan analisis korelasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa r = 0,910. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa adanya hubungan positif atau sangat kuat antara potongan harga (X) dan volume penjualan (Y). dari r = 0,910 maka koefisien determinasi sebesar (0,910)2 x 100% = 82,81%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya kointribusi potongan harga dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan pada PT. Dunia Bangunan BSD sebesar 82,81%, sedangkan selebihnya 17,91% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diamati. Kata Kunci : Potongan Harga, Penualan, dan Kebijakan

This paper aims to examine non-physical loss in land procurement based on justice value. This study was conducted considering many problems arising from the current phenomenon in which people of Indonesia have not got their rights fairly. Whereas in the mandate of Constitution Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution states that the earth and water and natural resources contained therein are controlled by the state and used for the greatest prosperity of the people. The primary data was obtained from direct interviews with related parties, while secondary data were obtained from literature study. The result shows that people's behavior is strongly influenced by the culture exists in society. The culture of society includes religious values and social values. Government recognition by paying attention to the values in society in the determination of non-physical compensation will prevent prolonged conflicts that occur in the process of land acquisition for the public interest, and there are still many articles that need to be reviewed that immediately review the Article 33 letter f, Article 42 Paragraph 1 jo Article 43 UUPT Year 2012 to better reflect justice for eligible citizens and communities affected by development for the public interest.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a significant influence between the variable quality of service, company reputation, and customer claims perception and customer satisfaction. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous effect and which variable is the most dominant in influencing customer satisfaction at KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta. The method used is a method based on quantitative descriptive, where the sampling technique uses Random Sampling, which is a random sampling technique, regardless of the level contained in the population. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: questionnaires, observations, interviews, and literature study. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear, determination test (R2), F test, and t test. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is an effect of service quality, company reputation, and simultaneous perception of customer claims on customer satisfaction at KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta, 2) There is an influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta Batik in the City of Solo, 3) There is an influence of company reputation on customer satisfaction in KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta, 4) There is an influence of customer perception perceptions of customer satisfaction on KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta. This study aims to determine how the implementation process of adoptions that occurred in the Religious Court of Semarang, and what is the reason for the judge to give authority to the prospective adoptive parents. In answer to this problem the authors conducted a sociological juridical research, namely by conducting direct research and find data related to this study directly in the field, and also based on legislation regarding adoption. This is to obtain primary data and secondary data, using data collection techniques are observation, interview, and literature study. The data obtained in the analysis using qualitative analytical methods and presented descriptively.Based on the results of research that has been done in the Religious Court of Semarang, we can conclude that 1) the implementation of the adoption of the Religious Court of Semarang is done by people who are Moslem. Filing the petition has been set by the Religious Court of Semarang through 3 stages and was previously submitted to the Department of Social Welfare. 2) Determination of adoption set based on consideration of the judge with reference to the legislation and personal data information provided by the applicant.Keywords: Implementation; Adoption; Religious Court.

The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics and comparison of the level of household food consumption of catfish (Pangasius sp.) farmer’s in Talang Kelapa District. Determination of the location was done intentionally (purposive). The research sample was taken using the accidental sampling method. There are 17 groups of consumption catfish farmers at Talang Kelapa District while only 7 groups focus on catfish culture with a total of 82 people so the sample is 20 people. The data used include primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitative and quantitative descriptive. Researchers used qualitative methods by analyzing the characteristics of each respondent. The proportion of household consumption of catfish farmers was analyzed using tabulation. The results showed that respondents aged between 29-52 years, had an average number of family members of 3 people and the highest level of education at the elementary school level. The household consumption pattern of Catfish Farmers (Pangasius sp.) at Talang Kelapa District are dominated by non-food consumption which is Rp.2,851,000/month while food consumption is only Rp.987,361.11. This is indicated by the percentage of food consumption by 25.73% and non-food consumption by 74.27%.

This research has been carried out in the Oeba Traditional Market and Naikoten Traditional Inpres market in October to November 2017. The aim is to find out: (1) Purchase Volume of Mustard Consumer; (2) the preferred type of mustard; (3) identify the factors that influence the demand of mustard consumers; (4) Mustard Sales Volume. The method used in this research is survey. Determination of the location of research carried out by purposive sampling. Respondents were determined as many as 120 people. The type of data collected is primary data and secondary data. To answer the first and fourth objectives, the data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively, answering the second goal using a Likert scale and the third objective of the data analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that; (1) Of the 5 types of mustard the lowest purchase volume is dominated by curly mustard, namely the frequency of purchases per week 1-2 times with a volume of 1 kg - 2 kg. (2) The results of the study of 60 respondents, namely: 30 respondents in traditional traditional markets in Naikoten and 30 respondents in traditional Oeba markets, there are 3 types of mustard which are included in the Average category, namely curly mustard greens, and white mustard, and 2 types of mustard which are included in Like categories namely: mustard huma, and mustard caisim. (3) together - all factors significantly influence the demand for mustard greens shown by the F-count (14.895)> F-table (2.54) is significant at α = 5%. While the results shown by t-count which significantly influence α = 5% are Consumer Taste, and Holidays / Holidays. While the price of mustard greens, other vegetable prices, consumer income, the number of family members, the volume of mustard greens prepared by traders does not significantly affect the demand for mustard. (4) The lowest sales volume of mustard is dominated by Curly mustard, that is 9 respondents or 5% who sell with a volume of 22 - 42Kg / week

Serang Village is one of the tourism village located in Blitar and initiated in 2014. The area of Serang Tourism Village is generally located on land owned by the local communities and Perum Perhutani. But in its management, the Department of Youth, Sport, Culture, and Tourism of Blitar Regency especially tourism sector also become a part of management tourism in Serang Village. It required a synergy between the parts related to the management of the area in Serang Tourism Village. This study aims to determine synergy in the management of the area in Serang Tourism Village. This research is located in Serang Tourism Village, Panggungrejo Subdistrict, Blitar Regency. The data used in this study is qualitative data with the data source in the form of primary data and secondary data. The data were collected using the method of observation, in-depth interview, and literature study. The determination of informants used purposive method. The results show that the total area of Serang Tourism Village is ??928.858 Ha and territorially divided into three (3) territories namely Serang I, Serang II, Serang III. In tourism activities, especially in the area of ??Serang Beach in Serang Tourism Village is located on government land and in this case managed by Perum Perhutani. This research was carried out with the theme of controlling raw material inventory in Jaya Poultry Farms in Paringan Village, Jenang District, Ponorogo Regency. This study aims to determine the application of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to reduce the cost of feed supplies and to determine the possibility of increasing the efficiency of corn raw material inventory by the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The analytical tool used is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Frequency of Purchase, Total Inventory Cost (TIC), Safety Stock, Maximum Inventory and Re Order Point. Source of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done by interview, observation, documentation, and literature study. The results showed that the efficiency of procurement of corn raw material inventories at Jaya Poultry farms could be increased by the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method and the use of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method in companies could reduce the cost of corn raw material inventory being cheaper when compared to company policy which has been applied by the company.
