Along with the development of technology, nowadays payment can be done through smart phones with applications, those application enable transactions to pay for goods or services only through websites, credit cards or similar. OVO is one of smartphone applications available. The purpose of this article is to analyze OVO-related services in online transportation payments based on the perspective of shafi'i fiqh. The research method used is normative law, the specification of this study is descriptive analysis which is in the form of detailed and measurable exposure analyzed with an applicable legal norm, while data analysis techniques used is content analysis. The results show that based on the perspective of Ulema 'Syafi'iyah in terms of objectives and OVO application transactions, the contract used was a wadi'ah contract, but the OVO application according to the wadi'ah category of the user category in fiqh science was invalid because the user could not take money or balance on the application, while in theory the balance or money is should be the user's full ownership.

The objective of this research was to provide an understanding of cohesion and coherence in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia with title Kemenperin Jamin Serap Garam Rakyat. The research method used is the method of content analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques begin with data reduction, data tabulation, data classification, data interpretation, and conclusions. The results show that in the news text in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia there is a more dominant cohesion found pronouns, ellipsis, and conjunctions or hyphens. Then, the coherence that is found is the relationship of contradictions, general specific relationships, comparison relationships, causal relationships, review relationships, and referral relationships. The purpose of this study is to increase the activeness and learning outcomes of students through the Wide Game learning model in economic activity material. This research method using descriptive method. The subjects in this study were 31 students of class VIID SMP Negeri 13 Tegal. The research instrument used a questionnaire and data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in the activeness and learning outcomes of students through the Wide Game learning model in economic activity material. This is evidenced by the data in the first cycle with an average value of 70.97 and those who completed 58.04% increased the average value of 81.23 and those who completed were 87.10% in the second cycle. This increase is also accompanied by changes in behavior, students are more active, and respect others in doing tasks.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of students to solve environmental problems through ecoliteration. The research method used in this study was a 2 x 2 factorial design experiment. The population in this study were all class X students of 176 respondents. The research sample was obtained through simple sampling with 11 respondents from each plot so that the total respondents were 44. Data analysis techniques consisted of two parts, namely descriptive analysis, and inferential analysis. In the form of two-way ANAVA. Based on the Two-Way Anova calculation results obtained F count 2.03 <F table 4.08, then accept H0, which means that there are differences in the ability to solve students' environmental problems that are not significant between participants who have high ecoliteration and low ecoliteration. In this case, it is empirically proven that there are no significant differences related to the ability to solve environmental problems of students who have high ecoliteration and low ecoliteration. Keywords: The ability to solve problems, Ekoliterasi students   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah lingkungan peserta didik melalui ekoliterasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen 2 X 2 faktorial disain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X sebanyak 176 responden. Sampel penelitian diperoleh melalui simple randon sampling dengan 11 responden dari setiap plot, sehingga total responden sebanyak 44. Teknik analisis data terdiri atas dua bagian yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. berupa ANAVA dua jalur. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Two-Way Anova diperoleh F hitung 2,03 < F tabel 4,08 maka terima H0 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan kemampuan pemecahan masalah lingkungan peserta didik yang tidak signifikan antara peserta yang memiliki ekoliterasi tinggi dan ekoliterasi rendah. Dalam hal ini, secara empirik dibuktikan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan terkait kemampuan pemecahan masalah lingkungan peserta didik yang memiliki ekoliterasi tinggi dan ekoliterasi rendah.   Kata kunci : Kemampuan memecahkan masalah, Ekoliterasi siswa

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to analyze the studies concerning the challenges faced by novice teachers in terms of various aspects and compare the challenges according to location of the studies conducted in Turkey and on abroad. 30 research studies obtained full-text form were included in detailed analysis. This is a descriptive study based on qualitative research method. In the analysis of the studies, a matrix (content analysis form) was prepared consisting of categories such as publication language, publication type, year, method, design, sample size, data collection methods, data analysis techniques and challenges faced by novice teachers. Then, studies were analyzed based on this content analysis form and the findings were presented accordingly. In addition, descriptive statistics such as frequencies, percentages and graphics were also used by using SPSS-18 program. As a result of the study, it was found that 17 of the studies were written in English, 13 of them were written in Turkish language. Of all the 30 studies; 22 studies were article, five of them were dissertation and three of them were master thesis. Half of the studies were designed as case study and almost half of them were designed as descriptive survey method. In half of the studies, qualitative research method was preferred. The most used data collection tools are survey and interview form; the most used data analysis techniques are descriptive statistics (percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation). Most of the studies were conducted on small samples. Furthermore, it was found in the studies that novice teachers faced various challenges which were grouped under four themes named as instructional challenges, relational challenges, adaptation challenges, physical infrastructure and facilities of the school. This research is expected to determine the challenges faced by novice teachers in a broad sense based on the findings of the studies and guide for the development of induction programs.

This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of Recruitment, Training and Counseling on Employee Productivity at PT. Telkom Medan access both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis.  The population in this study were all totaling 462 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that partially it can be seen that the recruitment variable (X1) has a tcount of 0.837 and a value of 1.663, then the tcount value <ttable (0.837 <1.663) and a sig.0.00 value <0.405. This means the hypothesis is rejected namely: partial recruitment has no positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Telkom Akses Medan. The results showed that the training (X2) had a tcount of 3.254 and a t-table value of 1.663, then a tcount> ttable (3.254> 1.663) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.002. This means that the hypothesis is accepted: training has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity in PT Telkom Akses Medan. The results showed that counseling (X3) had a tcount of 2.974 and a t-table value of 1.663 then the tcount> ttabe l (2.974> 1.663) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.004. This means that the hypothesis  is accepted: counseling has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Telkom Akses Medan.

The purpose of this study was to study the influence of Leadership Style, motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee performance at PT. Agro Nusantara facilities in Medan. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. With a total of 163 people in this study, as many as 163 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in this study shows that the leadership style (X1) has a positive influence on the performance of employees of PT SAN Medan. The results showed motivation (X2) had a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT SAN. The results showed work discipline (X3) work discipline did not have a positive or significant effect on employee performance at PT Sarana Agro Nusantara Medan.

The study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and competence on employee performance at PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar Medan, both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The population in the study were all employees in a total of 165 people. Data analysis techniques using the F Test, T Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of data analysis in research shows partially it can be seen that leadership (X1) has a tcount of 1,589 and a ttable value of 1.658, then a tcount <ttable (1,589 <1,658) and a sig.0.00 value <0,115. This means that the hypothesis is rejected, namely: partial leadership has no positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar Medan. The results showed that motivation (X2) had a positive and significant effect on employee work performance (Y) at PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar. Where the motivation variable (X2) has a tcount of 2.511 and a ttable value of 1.658 then the value of tcount> ttable (2.511> 1.658) and a sig value. 0.00 <0.014. The results showed that competence (X3) had no positive and significant effect on employee work performance (Y) in PT Intertama Trikencana Bersinar. Where the Competency variable (X3) has a tcount of 1,498 and a ttable of 1,658 then the ttable value <ttable (1,498 <1,658) and sig. 0.00 <0.137.

The efforts of Arabic language teachers to overcome the difficulties Arabic learning at MTsN 2 Aceh Selatan are The teacher give motivation to students to increase enthusias and interes students, Multiplying textbooks in the library so that students can borrow to facilitate the learning process, giving vocabularies to memorize making it easier for students to understand the material, Using media, and also use other methods in the process of learning Arabic.

Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS). Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Negeri 8 Sungai Kakap dengan subjek penelitian yaitu para guru. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan studi dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terlihat bahwa supervisi secara berkelanjutan terbukti secara ilmiah dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam menyusun RPP di SMP Negeri 8 Sungai Kakap.</p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The purpose of the research was to analyzing ongoing supervision can improve teachers pedagogic competency of in preparing the learning implementation plan. The research method used School Action Research (SAR). The study was conducted at SMP Negeri 8 Sungai Kakap with the teachers as the research subjects. The research instrument used the study of documentation, observation, and interviews. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, it appears that ongoing supervision is scientifically proven to be able to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers in preparing RPP in SMP Negeri 8 Sungai Kakap.</em></p>

<p class="abstrak" align="left"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui evaluasi pembelajaran <em>online</em> berbasis Moodle pada mata kuliah Sistem Operasi dari aspek: (1) Kemampuan mahasiswa memakai Moodle; (2) Kemampuan dosen memakai Moodle; dan (3) Keaktifan komunikasi mahasiswa dan dosen dalam penggunaan Moodle pada mata kuliah Sistem Operasi. Metode penelitian yaitu deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa dan dosen yang terkait dengan mata kuliah Sistem Operasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan: (1) Angket, untuk memperoleh informasi dari mahasiswa; (2) Dokumentasi, yaitu menganbil data <em>log</em> pada Moodle; dan (3) Wawancara, untuk memperoleh data dari dosen pengampu berkaitan dengan kemampuan dan aktivitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Mahasiswa mampu menggunakan fitur seperti mengunduh materi, mengunggah tugas, <em>quiz</em> secara <em>online</em>; (2) Dosen sudah mampu menggunakan fitur dasar Moodle; dan (3) keaktifan mahasiswa dan dosen masih kurang karena belum optimal menggunakan komunikasi melalui fitur forum dan <em>chatting </em>yang ada di Moodle.</p><p> </p><p class="StyleAuthorBold"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The purpose of this research was to determine the evaluation of Moodle-based online learning in the Operating Systems course in aspects of: (1) The ability of students to use Moodle; (2) The ability of lecturers to use Moodle; and (3) The activeness of student and lecturer communication in the use of Moodle in the Operating Systems course. The research method was descriptive. Research subjects were students and lecturers related to the Operating Systems course. Data collection techniques used: (1) Questionnaire, to obtain information from students; (2) Documentation, which is to take log data on Moodle; and (3) Interviews, to obtain data from supporting lecturers related to abilities and activities. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis. The results showed that: (1) Students were able to use features such as downloading material, uploading assignments, quizzes online; (2) Lecturers have been able to use the basic features of Moodle; and (3) the activeness of students and lecturers is still lacking because it is not yet optimal in using communication through the forum and chat features available in Moodle.</em></p>
